[Resolved] Flipkart — cancellation of my order by flipkart forcefully | |||||
This is complaint regards to the cancellation of my order by flipkart without my permission. I bought the product with chipper rate on you website on 3rd of december, 2017. Flipkart has now canceled the order stating that there was price error from seller's end. Wow it is amazing whatever flipkart wishes to do they do. Verified Support Dec 09, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We have informed customer that the order was cancelled by seller due to price error and provided Rs.100 as a token of apology hence, closing the complaint.

This is a very common issue with online sellers. Also many a times in flash sells and special offer sells they overbook the item and later cancel several orders to accommodate the actual inventory. It's a bad practice followed by online shopping sites.
I have purchased an iron bed but because of quality issue I have raised a return request.. .return request was accepted but it's been more than 15 days no one has come to collect the item...so it causes delay in refund...
