The technician called today for today's visit, but after confirming the appointment, he didnt show up, neither i he now receiving my calls.

Now i am getting to start getting irate bcoz of products being advertised at flipkart and vendor's behaviour

Request you to kindly do the needful on priority, as same is causing harm to customer's trust at this e-market.

Dear Team,

A mobile phone ( Huawei Honor 9i) was purchased by me on 23rd Nov 2017, but after applying the mobile back cover it was observed that the Back Cover is defectively manufactured, due to which small scratches were observed on mobile edge,
When complained about the same, an Iqor engineer visited my residence and declined for its replacement saying that Flipkart guarantees only product condition when received and not when product is used.

Well According to the Law, company is liable for its main Product and its other contained products, Kindly note that Scratches were not formed by improper wear and tear, but was caused by defective Back Guard manufactured by the company.

Engineers just to save the transportation expenses of the Company are declining the defects found in the product, in-spite of being informed about the same within 10 day replacement policy as advertised by Flipkart.

    I have purchased online mitashi 123.19cm (49 inches) ultra hd (4k) led smart tv (Order id
    Od[protected] from flipkart to date 13/oct/2017 and i received a damaged tv on 24/oct/2017. On 26/oct/2017 we open tv box and captured the video at the time of opening the box, once we found that tv was damaged then immediately we called flipkart customer care and registered the complaint with them.
    Please find below sequence of the incident as it happened:- i am once again reiterating the whole sequence for your reference to make sure how and when things happened with my product.
    1. Raised order mitashi 123.19cm (49 inches) ultra hd (4k) led smart tv (Order idod[protected] from flipkart on date 13/oct/20172 and i received a damaged tv on 24/oct/2017.
    2. On 26/oct.2017 opened the box and switched it on to do the connection found out that the tv screen is broken and immediately we called the customer care center of flipkart.
    3. I have raised the complaint with flipkart about the damaged product on 26/oct/2017 and authorized service engineer visited at our home at 2/nov/2017 for inspection and verified tv
    4. After that, we got the call from flipkart customer care and told us "pack the tv in as is condition and they said as per their policy pick up will happen in 2 business days.
    5. Since that day every day, i am calling them for pick up of damaged product and refund of my amount or replacement but they are giving me every day new reasons with the same reply" we have escalated your issue to the concerned team and we resolve your problem within 48 hrs" and please wait.
    6. On 24/nov/2017 i got a call from the customer (Flipkart) and they told me that, they have to cancel my old replacement request to generate a new one for early delivery from seller side. (They canceled my old request but haven't raised the new request and it is showing that i requested cancellation of replacement from my side in my account)
    7. On 26/11/2016 i received the call from flipkart about my money refund and they requested to wait until 28/11/2017. They assured me that the issues will be resolved within these 2 days but on tuesday (28/11/2017) i received the call from flipkart customer care they again ask me to wait for 24 hrs and i did. Now 24hrs already passed but the issue remains same.
    8. On 28/11/2017 i show in my flipkart account that the tv delivered on 28/11/2017 but from the last month, i am requesting flipkart for the refund of my money. Again i called flipkart customer care for the status and they said we escalated the issues to the concerned team and requested to wait until 05/12/2017.
    9 no action is taken from their end. Also, i have spoken with so many flipkart concern people and every time i am getting the only false commitment from them.
    It's almost more than 1 month and i haven't received a replacement or the money. Now i just want a refund of my money and i assure you i will never buy any product from flipkart in future, they misguided me and i am feeling cheated by flipkart

      I ordered a toner named mlt 103s and today i received it and paid cash rs 2089 for it and when i opened it, it turns out to be the toner for other printer and there is no return policy!
      This is so not expected from you flipkart don't you review your sellers and this particular seller has so many negative reviews against this seller!

      I want my refund flipkart this is so not done!

        I received phone on 21st november and got selfie camera issue on 22nd november which is totally disappointing.

        I tried contacting flipkart and lenovo service center but couldn't get any response.

        It's been 10 days but no resolution even 2 time replacement request has been rejected without any proper reason.

        I just wanted to return product on which either provide new phone or refund, anything is fine!

        Customer raised a complaint because he was facing issue with the product. We interacted with the customer and arrange for the technician visit. Technician visit was not completed as per the timeline so we approve the request for refund. Product picked up and customer got the refund hence closing the complaint from our end.

          I have made the complaint against flipkart on 17 nov which they have marked as issue is resolved. But i have not received the refund amount yet.

          Order id: od[protected]. Flipkart not giving refund from last 2 months. I have made 2 transaction on 12 oct 1st transaction was failed but the amount was deducted and for 2nd transaction flipkart has taken the oppo f3 plus back due to disagree of exchange mobile. Have received one refund on 13 oct but not received the 2nd refund amount.

          Now after two months are they going to give me refund or not. They are using my amount from last 2 months are they going to give me interest for the same. I am been calling to flipkart daily for the issue are they going to pay me for waste of my time and money.

          Is indian consumer complaints forum going to help the costumers or not. Need the answer???

          I have got a call from flipkart they said we have transfered refund, but I have not received refund. Flipkart again told that wait for 5 days. This is 3-4 time they have told me like these. Now again wait till Tuesday. How many 5 days span will flipkart require.

          Some costumer person says we have completed refund from our side. Some says wait till 8 Dec. I think flipkart doesn't want to give refund and do the frauds.

          At last after trying so much i have received the refund amount of 14170 Rs but have been mentally harassed by flipkart persons and also wasted lot of time and money i want compensation for that. Hence Company would not understand the problems which i faced. And should never do with other peoples.

          Flipkart have not given me my refund till 1 month 25 days, After 1 month 25 days they have provided my refund but used my 14170 Rs for approx 2 months. I want the interest of 14170 Rs, amount which i have wasted calling them daily, charges of sending them couriers, wasting my time and mentally harassing me, i want compensation from flipkart or else going to register an FIR against them.             Hi,

            I have placed an order for lenevo k8 (Od[protected] on 26th nov. Even after opting for one day delivery option, i have not received the order yet. Customer team is making false promises with eod status update, but nothing is happening. I am the one who is calling them and asking updates.
            No one has clear cut understanding about handling customers and trying to push the ball away from their court. This made me think about canceling the product. I always prefer ordering from flipkart. But now it made me think about not using flipkart again.

            One of the response i got from customer support that amazon is far bigger than flipkart and cant be compared with their services and amazon is having best services as they are big. I was shocked to listen this. With this kind of attitude within employees, how flipkart is going to compete and survive against amazon. Even weird responses from customer support will make customer to move away from flipkart.

            I am not sure if i continue with flipkart in future but i thought of bringing employees ' attitude and understanding of flipkart core values.

            With this bad experience with flipkart, i would suggest you to make at least support team more professional and responsive rather than pushing ball here and there.

              I purchased moto e4 plus, but it gets heat up while charging and it's charger too. It git hanged up with screen dead but alarm was ringing it wasn't getting off as on & off button wasn't working as well. On top of the screen red light was beeping and while at that time it's wasn't getting charged up. The was ringing will everything else was not in function.

                I place an order(OD[protected] on 13/11/2017 of ''Aspir Tempered Glass Guard for Infinix Note 4'" I got delivery on 19/11/2017. I found the product is different from seen on image so I request for return. They pick and delivered on 25/11/2017. I checked and find product is different and damage in condition.                         I have ordered two items on 21/11/2017 from flipkart and they promised my delivery in two days and after two days they said seller has not dispatched the items and delivery will be delay for two more days they keep on saying same story till 28/11/2017. On 28/11/2017 i received a message that my order will delivered on 30/11/2017 but on 29 i got a call from flipkart and they said my order has been cancelled for no reason. Flipkart completely making customers fools by putting offers on website dont believe flipkart.

                        Resolution: We had interacted with the customer, apologised and informed that due to some technical error order has been returned. Requested him to place fresh order. He agreed. Hence, closing the complaint.
                        Received call from Flipkart saying same words “due to some technical reasons order has been cancelled” and asking to order again those items are not on offer now that's the reason they cancelled that means they literally making customers fools by showing fake offers on websites.

                          They have delivered a defective bed. I have initiated a refund on their website. But they are doing anything for this. They keep on giving new date of refund. I am helpless.

                          I have attached the invoice.

                          Complain: no refund in two months even if they have accepted that its their mistake. They are just delaying the refund.

                          Expectation: 1. Refund 2. Legal action should be taken for holding my money for more than two months for their mistake

                          Customer raised a complaint for damage product received. We escalated the issue to our concerned team to arrange for a technician visit but technician visit was not completed so we approve the request for refund. Informed customer about the pick up timeline 15th December but the pick up was not completed so we override the request and provided refund to customer. Customer told he is not satisfied with the resolution because he waited for the refund from 2 month and now we're providing him refund. Apologies to customer for the inconvenience caused and close the complaint from our end.

Mobile senosr is not working properly each and every time i'm pressing power button to do something on my device screen is blinking requlary not able to go further in mobile fuction, i have attched video for example, today morning i am taking follow up from customer care of flipkart but non the executive not approving the replaced for same order

                                I had ordered oppo f 3 plus mobile phone on saturday 11th november, 2017. The phone was expected to reach my office address in posco-idpc bawal, haryana on monday 13th november, 2017.in the afternoon courier boy of flipkart company came and gave us a package with proper flipkart packaging and label. I have exchange with my old mobile samsung on 8 & amount rs.10589/ through credit card in emi.. Courier boy take my mobile and he check mobile screen, mobile function, battery and backside of mobile. After giving the mobile the guy immediately tried to walk away but i just remembered that he had not taken any signature so i called him back to ask about it. The guy replied that the delivery details would be automatically updated in the system. We still received a package from them and i did not think for a second that those people would cheat us. On opening that package, i am shocked marble stone found. By that time the delivery person had run away. Since that time i have been trying to contact flipkart and they keep delaying the issue giving us different timings of the day to wait. After constant calls to their company on 13th november, 2017 they said that they booked my complaint no. Incident :in[protected] and gave me promise date 24 november 2017. This is the last date of my issue, may be will be resolve before last date. But today morning 24th november 2017 we received a message from flipkart customer care side in this mail they write me that the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request for the order no. Od[protected]. Which is completely untrue since an entire day i was waiting for updates from flipkart. I would really like some action to be taken against this company for giving us a fake product, falsely taking our money and lying about everything as well as compensation for all the time we had to worry and waste. I would also like to be given the proper product in perfect condition with either the amount of money we paid or another product of our choice as compensation.

                                  Dear sir, as above cited, you sold me a defective ac, l purchased a 1.5 ton 5 star voltas ac from flipkart through online mode on date 12.10.17.ac delivered on date 16.10.17 and fitting done by your recommended company jeeves services on date 24.10.17.ac bar code no.4551814b17eco5941 and invoice no. Fabbm[protected] dt.12.10.17. After couple of days of fitting, ac stops cooling at all. I complaint to voltas toll free no. And voltas service engineer visited and did nothing than to give a check report that i hereby attaching with. L have spent a lot of money for this ac and not used it for a while. I am totally harassed now. Enough is enough. You are a reputated forum company and i deserve some better services from you sir. Please address my problem and avail my ac services properly. Mob.                                     This is in reference of my order no. Od[protected] vide which i ordered a canon dslr on 3rd august. By mistake i chose my old address and your delivery boy delivered it to someone unknown to this address. I tried to contact him many time before delivery but he did not answer my calls and delivered it to someone named ankit as i received a message after delivery. The order was prepaid. I requested customer care and told them about the issue. They arranged the pickup of the product. Your delivery boy picked up the product on 17th august and also confirmed me for the pickup of product. The name of the delivery bopy was sandeep and his contact no. Is [protected]. I requested customer service to deliver it to my current address or refund the money. I also received the message regarding confirmation of refund of money on 22nd of sept.

                                    Now, since then i am daily calling as well mailing your customer care about the refund of money or delivery of the product but they are not showing any interest in resolving my issue. It has passed 117 days and i neither have the product nor the money.

                                    I request you to enquire at your warehouse and confirm that your warehouse received the product. Your customer care is not working out on my issue and they even have blocked my account.

                                    My name is sandeep dangi and my contact no. Is [protected]. I am a frequent buyer on flipkart but this incident hampered my belief in flipkart.

                                    I request you to refund my money or deliver the product as my money is with you from last 03 months.

                                      Shiney joseph, room no-113, hostel # 8, maharshi markandeswar university, ambala, haryana (For vivo flap cover). The cover was not matched with the phone and your collection boy had collected the same and replacement is not made yet. Kindly do the needful.

                                      The second address is d-453, shiv durga vihar, kela devi mandir road, near dayal bagh, surajkund, haryana 121009.
                                      Received the flap cover of samsung galaxy grand 2 in damaged condition and requested for replacement. The damaged item is not collected from my house and replacement is not yet initiated.
