I have purchased moto m mobile on line through flipkart on april 12, 2017. First 3 months i was very happy with the phone and my choice out of the lots of variant available in the market. But my happiness slowly got converted into my headache. The phone getting hang now and then. I am getting regular display like ui system not working, google play store stopped working, w up not responding etc..
I have to switch off the phone. Thereafter other blunder... When it is getting restart the verticals line appears and then there is blank screen. This activity i have to do 3 to 4 times and if you are lucky enough then the phone will again start working.
I visited the service center on 18 nov 2017 and informed about the problem. They updated the software and mentioned that now it will work fine.
But unfortunately... It was not the case... The problem continued.. I again visited on 25th nov. There they again took my phone and on monday i. E 27th they returned mentioning that the mother board has been changed.
I tried fitbit application and jio voice. Jio was working ok, but there is issue with fitbit application, which was working very much fine before i gave on 18 nov 2017. Further, even, the bluetooth is on, the display shows it is disconnected..
I am very much disappointed with the product moto m and frequent/ weekly visit to your service center and spending my un productive time.
To avoid all this inconvenience, i request you to replace my current mobile with new one immediately.

    I had purchased couple of hp pendrives v.250w 64gb. After receiving the same, we had sent it to the movie guy who was supposed to put wedding videos and send back. He added the same but the content was not playing in tv or laptop.

    Flipkart told us to get in touch with hp and what a nightmare really. Hp in our area said to visit another office which was 15 kms from our place. After visiting there they said to visit their distributor which was another few kms away. However, we called them before visiting (Good thing really), they said they are not incharge of this model, they guided us to another distributor.

    Finally that distributor claims these are imported pendrives (Made in taiwan) and do not have any key number or date or anything on it.

    Though unofficially the first hp office claimed these pendrives to be fake.

    We are stuck as these distributors are unwilling to help and flipkart needs do certificate to claim the supplier.

    Since flipkart claim genuine products are sold on their website, how come we have come across a fake item?

    To top that, flipkart have a terrible customer care, i really mean it... Terrible.

    Don't know what to do as these pendrives are useless and our money is wasted.

    Solution : Interacted with the customer regarding the issue, customer addressed the fake product issue post 10 days replacement policy hence denied the request, has an exception we can help but need the brand service center written documentation mentioned fake product, Customer told bran denied to provide the certificate more no more comment s closing

    Since you guys are not helping, neither HP is doing anything. Let this be a lesson to Flipkart...Stop Selling Fake products on your website.

      Everytime i order something my order get delay why you mislead your customers last time i order shoes then delay occurs now it is showing one day deliver time for a product beardo oil but now it gets delay by 4 days why you mislead your customers i think amazon is much better at least they show correct time of their order so that people who are waiting for their product should be there at time i have to cancel my friend function just because of this order i stay at my place

        I m purchased a mobile mi a1 by flipkart. Mobile display is damage condition received. I m complaint many time to flipkart for replacement but many time seller cancel my request today last day of 10 day policy of replacement. My last request is accept buy flipkart on 26 nov 2017. I m given request for screen / display damage but flipkart modify my request to defective product and accept it return request. Today 28/11/2017 ekart delivery boy come in my home for replacement for product and i given my mi a1, ekart delivery boy told me verification failed because i have received mail by flipkart for defective product.             I have ordered olay spf moisturizer which costs 950 but they delivers some shahnaz pimple pills which costs 500. And they were saying that no return or replacement for beauty products.
            They are totally cheating the customers
            And they are simply saying no return or replacement
            They are cheating customers like this
            If the products prices more and do the same thing. Then who the hell responisible for that.

              I ordered a gown from flipkart. On the app it showed the price ₹700/- after disount. Actually the price mentioned was ₹1499/-
              However the actual mrp of the product mentioned in the price tag is ₹599/- flipkart is a big cheater. Its exploits its customers.
              Kindly take strict action against it.
              Its not the first time that the customers are being cheated. My sister ordered a mobile worth ₹17000/- and she received a defected piece which flipkart did not even replaced.
              Kindly do the needful and initiate refund of ₹100/- for my order which i have been charged more in the name of gst.
              Let me inform the big big company flipkart that gst is never charged on mrp.

                Today is 20 th day but still i don't know what is the region why they return or rejected my order of my still i have not got any proper region when i called flipkart service center they said sir plz wait 24 hours we will delivered your products but i think 20 day passed but till i don't get reply.

                When that my order arrived in ahmedabad on that time they did not delivered that delivery boy came at my home they did't given any proper resion they return from my house. When i have called call local ekart local authority they said me if you want your product then you will have to come in our office. Otherwise we will return that project after that i show online deliver status they rejected my order without any region.

                Daily i have send mail & call to flipkart and ekart authority they haven't given reply.

                    Sir, i have purchased an seagate hardisk before 3months, if was not working for past two months, i have complained more than 5 times i customer care, but they have not given me correct response. They gave me coimbatore service station address, but that service station was not accepting that hardisk for replacement and data recovery, so if this issue have not be solved before january 2018. I will file complaint in consumer court. I warn flipkart, dont deliver ineffective products. I need my hardisk working and i need my datas back otherwise, your team need to face the consequences.

                      The agency of courier said us that when you pay again the amount we will give you the order. Why this foolish thing? If it is like this for what we pay that amount? Because of that i can bring that book.

                      Flipkart has sold the used/damaged phone the very next day i have raised the complaint for return trough website. but no response till date its been 1 week till now.

But no one visited on the full day I was at home. It's a ridiculous information and hectic as well.. What is this????

                          My return was cancelled again at the wishmaster's end today. I'm without a phone and the wishmaster has the product at the sangli hub and still cancelling the return after the product was picked up for return!

                          My return was processed only partially: I was supposed to receive half refund in PhonePe wallet and half through EGV. I have received the amount in PhonePe wallet but EGV isn't updated still even though I was told I'd receive the EGV in 1 business day. Now Flipkart has asked me to wait until 4th of Dec (they need 6 days to resolve an EGV issue? Wow!) I'm still without a phone, thanks to Flipkart, again! And they haven't bothered to call or follow up on this issue so far.
                          Why my order no 0D[protected] had been cancelled by the company without my permission.i want to know why and who have cancelled my order.And what was the reason behind it.

                            I had ordered & purchased a Panasonic Eluga Ray700 from Flipkart on 11th November 2017. I got the delivery on 14th November 2017. The Mobile which I got was defected. I called up customer care for return & refund but they convinced me saying that once a technician from Flipkart will visit and troubleshoot the issue and after troubleshooting the issue still not resolved then they will immediately take back the defected piece and refund the amount in the provided bank account. After multiple follow ups I still did not get any resolution. They make fake promises for a Tech visit and continue delaying and postponing. The whole details are attached herewith.

                            Request you to take strict action and please resolve this issue at the earliest.

                            A Technician from Flipkart visited today at 12:19 PM and checked the mobile found camera quality poor. Received a Letter of Issue from Technician. The issue is still not resolved.

                              I ordered a product from flipkart which dey sent some other model which was smaller. On complaining they denied to replace and insisted to take refund. Same day i placed another order again same thing happened. They sent me some old, used and incompatible model. Moreover they are even selling china made product. Here we r fighting for our economy and bycott china products but dey r so busy in just buisness. Poor service.

                                I buy a moto x 4 form flip kart india.. & i face some issue like mobile is auto sutt down automatically i logged complain with flip kart but they dnt resolve my issue they arrange a technical who check the mobile & rest the some & told me its a hardware related issue. Now it is fine if you face any issue then call me... Then he fill a form & told me for sign. I done the same & mention on the sheet that i will wait for 2 days if the problem will be same then replace my mobile.. Today on 27/11/017 i faced the same issue its auto sutt down.. Now flip kart is not replacing it.. While they have 10 daye replacement policy.

                                      I had received a mobile phone vide customer id - od[protected] on dt.[protected].in my specified address.
                                      But as per its specification it is not satisfied and impressive one.
                                      1- there is no two sim feature, work at a time with momory card.- this also not clear in specification. What you have told us. Specification only tell two nano sim and sd memory card. But not its use - whether it will be used at a time or not.
                                      2-the rear camera feature, particularly portrait mode - background highlights, super night mode not impressive one.
                                      As per today phone from no.[protected] i am calling to nearby mobile shop technician to whom i contact to resolve the problem. He said me-
                                      1. Activate the wi-fi network. Then connect the camera's to wi-fi network.
                                      2. Open the app for update.
                                      3. Update files are downloading.
                                      4. After some minutes, navigate back to your wi-fi settings and re-start the phone

                                      Though i am not a technical person to see the mobile - but as customer i am not getting the quality of service of my price, which i had paid.
