I have purchased moto m mobile on line through flipkart on april 12, 2017. First 3 months i was very happy with the phone and my choice out of the lots of variant available in the market. But my happiness slowly got converted into my headache. The phone getting hang now and then. I am getting regular display like ui system not working, google play store stopped working, w up not responding etc..
I have to switch off the phone. Thereafter other blunder... When it is getting restart the verticals line appears and then there is blank screen. This activity i have to do 3 to 4 times and if you are lucky enough then the phone will again start working.
I visited the service center on 18 nov 2017 and informed about the problem. They updated the software and mentioned that now it will work fine.
But unfortunately... It was not the case... The problem continued.. I again visited on 25th nov. There they again took my phone and on monday i. E 27th they returned mentioning that the mother board has been changed.
I tried fitbit application and jio voice. Jio was working ok, but there is issue with fitbit application, which was working very much fine before i gave on 18 nov 2017. Further, even, the bluetooth is on, the display shows it is disconnected..
I am very much disappointed with the product moto m and frequent/ weekly visit to your service center and spending my un productive time.
To avoid all this inconvenience, i request you to replace my current mobile with new one immediately.
