That i haven't receiving yet
And today that order cancelled automatically
Is this your service to customer
And fool someone this is totally poor communication with customer

    Hi,
    I ordered a product on 7th dec 12.36 am as in when the sale started. The seller is omni tech retail which is flipkart's own seller. The delivery date given was 9th dec. I did not receive any msg/email even on delivery date and the status still shows packed only. I contacted flipkart and the solution which i have got is that i will get to know about the delivery date after 3 days which is so ridiculous. This is a birthday gift. If they cannot delivery or there is a delay, that is fine with me but at least give me a delivery date.
    It is as simple as calling the seller and asking about this order number but no, they have told me to wait till 12th december to just hear from them.

    Amazon is so much better than them, they update you on everything and ensure everything is on time. Flipkart on the other hand is not even telling me why the delay or when will i get it. All i asked is if you cannot deliver it, let me know so i can order it from amazon but they are just giving me run around. They are saying there is a team and only that team can contact seller and that takes 3 days. Imagine from a customer standpoint, how pathetic that service is that i have to wait 3 days just to know if and when i will receive my product. I am from mumbai which is connected pretty well so they cannot even use the excuse of remote area and it is not even raining here as of now.

    When i asked for a manager, the manager did nothing to resolve the issue. I asked them to give ma grievance redressal email address or a phone number, they did not give that. I told them to transfer the call to manager, they put me on hold for 22 minutes and then disconnected.

    I told them numerous times that it is a gift, it is a gift, please contact the seller and get the information, but no, they are not willing to take even one step ahead. Their managers and representatives say with full confidence that we have updated the details on our website so you know the status, we also sent you the messages and emails. Then i told them nothing is sent and nothing is there on website so they said sorry we cant check it but we thought it must have been sent. Such a lousy response.

    I am worried now that even if i get my product, it will be used or bad and flipkart will harass me if i have any issues with the phone.

    I have bought one plus 5t right now and it is coming tomorrow. It is ordered from amazon and they will surely update me about the status. That is how great their service has become. Flipkart is just showing offers and then harassing customers.

    I am tired and frustated dealing with the customer service agents of flipkart. They could have resolved this on priority in like one hour but they did not. Promises mean nothing to flipkart and hence the day is not far when they are going to go down the snapdeal route. Is there any grievance officer or any escalation team i can contact regarding this?

    The customer complaint about the delay in delivery. We had interacted with the customer and informed We would like to inform you that you can place a fresh order for the above same product with the seller 'MobilekiDuniya' with any of the payment options (Cash on Delivery or by Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking) and share us the new order ID by replying to this mail so that we can track it, once the same is delivered, will refund the difference amount to you account. The customer placed fresh order and same is delivered and we have initiated the refund of Rs.3441 to customer bank account and same will be credited in 5 business days. Hence closing the complaint from our end.

      Dear sir, i am buying a phone through online portal flipkart motoe4plus from date 26 oct 2017 in that phone, i m found manufacturing some majour fault like display and touch problems also not working properly. So i m visited 2 times last 15 days some problems only solve touch problem but display problems not solve. Last 1 months i m irritating this problems. So please as early as possible change the mobile within 10 days otherwise i will taken strictly action against you. Thank u

        I have ordered ajanta digital wall clock and received on nov 21st and checked that there is the problem in the clock and registered complaint with flipkart on nov 26th and they assured they will return back on 30th nov the product and replace new one by dec 12.

        I was waiting till dec 3rd no one has come for pick up and make a call to flipkart customer care and they told it got cancelled and i dont know the reason why?

        None of them has intimated about the issue and no updates from their side, they told everything is sent to mail and i have asked my mail id and they updated on wrong mail and i told to correct it also. After that they told again complaint has taken and you will receive call from us by dec 8th.

        I got call on dec 6 @12.30 but unfortunately i messed it and till today (Dec 10) i didn't receive any call from them and i spoke to their customer care mr. Anoop and he is telling that its out of policy we cant do anything.

        Really i fed up with this answer and i hurt a lot whenever i am calling them. Once i call they will hold it and no proper response no proper communication.

        Please help me in this issue and kindly get back my amount.

          Hi,
          Am nadeem pasha, i ordered a le eco le 2 phone in flipkart for 7999/- got the phone shipped yesterday and when i turn on the phone the battery percentage was 3% so i plug the phone charging.
          When it got charged upto 29% normally and then the battery started draining though it was plugged to charging though i was not using it at all it started reducing the battery percentage.
          With 45min it got reduced to 2% and then it got switched off from then to now i am trying to charge it. Its not getting getting charge and its not getting on... Only the red led light blinks when ever u plug it for charging.

          I have placed a replacement in flipkart yesterday itself and i got the message saying they will call me today at 6pm to enquire about. I cannot wait until 6pm i have paid for it my money is spent.
          I want flipkart team to come to my address and replace it with a new phone with in today noon.

          If i don't get the new phone replaced within today noon i will go legal and i will knock the door of consumer court and also i will make sure i will update this in all the social media as much as i can.

          Got the call from Flipkart guy at 6 Pm and they have no sense to talk at all. They don't know how to talk in English, There was a guy name called Akash and he is an Assistant manager but has no sense to talk at all.

          Finally, they said that they have arranged a tech visit on 14th of December, They tech guy will come and he will decide what to do with it.

          Flipkart service is one of the worst service I have ever got. I cannot wait until 14th of December at all. I want the tech guy to come and visit me tomorrow and get the new phone replaced.

          I want someone from Flipkart to call me and this time when they will call me I want a guy to talk to me who has sense and who can talk in proper English.

          We interacted with the customer and raised a return request, post Technician visit our service engineer has confirmed that issue in handset is resolved but customer was unhappy hence, routed customer to the brand service center and closing the complaint.

            I booked a headphone worth rs 480. It was canceled by flipkart. You gave the reason pricing error.. I was told. To send to gift card which i haven't received yet so do the same asap. Beacuse its very very disappointing from your side that things like these are happening. I am flipkrt customer since last 8 years and i am doubting my devotion to flipkart.                 I was purchased nokia 5 mobile but after some hour i am facing many problems. Problems below given such as:
                1. All apps close itself (Main problem)
                2. Sensor not working & automatically screen light on any time
                3. Fm not working & too much heat

                I was already many times complained in flipkart and nokia care (Regarding to nokia 5 replacement) but i am totally dissatisfied from both services. My nokia 5 two times checked & updated by nokia care but i am facing same issues and nokia centre said me we can’t replace your nokia 5 mobile because your mobile purchased by online.

                Flipkart already my replacement process 3 times rejected. Flipkart technician totally un-experienced and un-knowledgable regarding to mobiles knowledge and flipkart (Jeeves 1st technician) requested me please give me a positive feedback in my form.

                I don't know why flipkart sale defective product and always said that our back-end team also work on your complain.

                  Generic statement:
                  Flipkart sales some items which are old models and not much useful in sale time with crashed price. And they put policies in such a way that you can't return the product once purchased. Also they don't make any exception for regular and authentic consumer.

                  My issue:
                  I ordered item https://www.flipkart.com/sony-mdr-xb450bv-wired-headphone/p/itmefzwyyrdzh2nr?pid... from flipkart which had marked price is of rs5990 and they are selling it in rs1999. Buy seeing the discount in price margin i decided to purchase the item. Although the review was not that good. (3.7) also the reviews in youtube and gadgets now. I decided to give it a try and then if it is not i trust on flipkart that they will give me refund or else i can upgrade/opt for any other product.

                  But when i called flipkart soon after i checked the quality is not good. They denied the return and said i have to keep it. (I want my money back)
                  Customer call 1:
                  This executive kept my call in hold for like 15-20 minutes in order to transfer to senior authority.
                  Customer call 2:
                  He doesn't know the way to talk with customer and kept telling me again and again that i am in my thinking and flipkart is correct from their side.

                  As a indignant customer i will not want to shop more in flipkart but request flipkart to take the item and give back my money. And request my fellow customers to be aware and read the policies clearly before purchasing any product.

                  My learnings:
                  1. Flipkart runs on policies and not on customers. (Some policies really need to change else flipkart need to make exception in some cases)
                  2. Some customer executives are rude and they make any exceptions.
                  3. Not a customer friendly company.

                  Well at end they can tell me according to policy they are correct and i will surrender and they win. But they win a consumer complaint and loosing a customer.

                    Sir,,, i am a regular buyer of flipkart. Now very bad experiences is started. The order id of my product is od[protected] it's a digni women brown flats, the order was cancelled from my side at 25th of november and it was online transaction through phone pe wallet but still the refund is not update to my phone pe wallet. I called the customer care service of flipkart,, it was 27th of november,,, they told with in 48 hrs the issue is resolved,,, bt no still it is not resolved... Every time they told only 48hrs my question is how many 48hrs... How many times i will call. Almost 11days bt still they are not able to resolve this issue.
                    Sir my humble request to you please take some necessary actions against this issue.

                      Don't purchase non-refundable items from flipkart. They cheat and provide fake products and don't replace or refund.

                      Incident : IN[protected]

                      This is not just a first time but it has happened again and again. This is not just a first time that I received a fake order from flipkart. When I received the order (which was actually not the thing I ordered), I approached customer service and then they didn't provide me the actual product but transferred money to flipkart account. So to utilize that money, I ordered Quick Heal Total Security Antivirus which I needed to use after 15-20 days of expiration of the previous running one. When my antivirus got expired, I unboxed the new one I received from flipkart and saw there was a seal loosely attached at one side (mostly tempered somewhere). Ignoring it, I opened the CD and tried to install new antivirus with the keys written on that, and it didn't work. I tried to do the same from online download also, but same result. The item which I bought is worth Rs.3000/-. And when I called flipkart and complained, they just said that we can't return or refund as per policy which means by their policy, if you purchase anything that is non-refundable, you'll have to bear with it. If flipkart is not ready to solve my genuine issue, I'm going to defame it by any means as this is happening repeatedly.

                      I have already tried installing as a fresh and it’s not happening. You can not close from your side like this. All you’ve done till now is transferring calls and escalating complaint and at the end trying to leave to the brand itself. If that’s the case, why would anybody purchase from Flipkart? Why not purchase from brand itself? I’m contacting the brand and asking for the same. If I don’t get any help, you’re again responsible. I’m not closing here. The complaint is not resolved.

                          Ref: my smartphone, asus so:[protected] /1.1 wd 0000hbc b-1 (Numbers found on the side of the box).
                          The phone under discussion was ordered by sheril jose/shelby. [protected]@gmail.com on my behalf and was delivered to me on 4th june 2017 at giet college, rajahmundry.
                          This phone has been having varied problems, since i got it, regarding the unduly quick draining of the battery, frequent disruption of the facebook and whatsaap services, total black out of sim card contacts - last time for two days at a go.
                          I ignored the problems for some time, hoping they would settle with time and use. But last week i visited your authorised dealers at dhanawaipetta, in rajahmundry and who on checking the details on the phone informed me that your dealer :
                          I) sold me a phone that was manufactured/ imported in 2014
                          Ii) that no relevant numbers (Emri? And sl. Numbers were mentioned in the bill,

                          V) the service of the phone is very unreliable and the battery as it does not last for long is very inconvenient as and when i need to be travelling etc.
                          Vi) according to your service centre the motherboard of the phone has problems
                          Vii) from your sale documents they are not sure as to who should service it
                          Viii) that the servicing would be quite expensive
                          And finally, i need to be advised as to the solutions to these problems. As things stand, i regret i ordered asus and nearly feel that i was taken for an ’online ride’ by your company.
                          Hope you will do the needful to rectify the situation and redeem your company’s reputation and the trust i placed in you when i chose your brand.

                          We had interacted with the customer as per customers complaint, apologized for the issue, as per customer customer stated that the mobile is been sent from MOHD SADIR & SONS, and it has been manufactured in 2014. Checked again and called and informed that it is the seller name, and need not worry about that also, regarding manufacturing also need not worry, as invoice date is different. Customer had some issues with the phone. Hence service center details have been sent to the customer, Hence closing the case.

                            I had placed an order for mia1 phone. Had an option while placing the order for one day delivery by paying 70 rupees extra. I had opted for one day delivery and it was displayed that the order will be delivered on saturday 9th december. Order was placed on 8th december. Order is not yet delivered and the order status shows it will be delivered on 15th december. I called up the customer service and they told me due to some error the order is delayed. I wanted to speak to the manager and i was put on hold for more than 20 minutes to speak to a manager.

                            Don't know when you will revert but I'm not hoping there will be any positive response. Your Customer Support is also Pathetic. They keep repeating the same thing instead o[censored]nderstanding the Problem and providing a solution. I was kept on hold for more than 20 Minutes as I wanted to speak to a manager. At the end I had to Disconnect the call as I had to go. Can't waste time waiting for them to connect the call to a manager which will take we won't know how many Hours.. Really UnHappy, Will never purchase anything from Flipkart again and will ask my friends to do the same..
                            I faced the same issue. At least in your case, they are telling you the delivery date. In my case, they are not even doing that.

                              On 7th dec 2017, i have ordered a acer predator helios 300 core i7 7th gen - (8 gb/1 tb hdd/128 gb ssd/windows 10 home/4 gb graphics) g3-572 gaming laptop (15.6 inch, black, 2.7 kg). I payed rs 67, 890 for this laptop through my credit card.
                              They said that i would get my order on 9th dec 2017. The shipping went on well, but at the delivery stage they said that the shipment is damaged. When i called the customer care they said that i should cancel the order, when i asked for a new one to replace it they said they can't do it.
                              They cancelled my order after that.
                              I just want the laptop which i brought and they can keep the money. This is the only way this problem could be solved. Waiting for an immediate reply.

                                The past 2 days of big shopping days has been a nightmare for me. The sale was announced on 7th at 00:00 hrs. I was keeping myself awake to book a mobile for me with the offer. (The offer looked very good). On the mobile app when i tried to exchange my oneplus 3t for google pixel 2 xl the value for my old phone showed 16550 that is when the sale went live. But when i click on add to cart the value for my old mobile is displaying as 13000. I felt there is something wrong and contacted the customer care via call... No one solved my problem. But after i contacted the customer care via mail, the offer that was live.. That itself was removed and it's been more than 48 hrs and still i haven't got any replies.

                                I have been contacting the customer care, still no response and all of a sudden all the google pixel 2 mobiles were marked as out of stock. This was weird.

                                  I bought two mobile phones at a very high discount on 7th of december 2017. Let me mention all the discounts which were applied on that phone. First of all 1500 was off on that device in sale, secondly i exchanged my old phone for rs.500, and lastly i was getting a flat 10% off by paying with sbi credit card. But flipkart cancelled my order and is providing me refund instead. I called customer care so they said, that they can't do anything i have to place new order. First of all thats not the way things should work in flipkart, secondly my money will be refunded by 19th of december, and sale is ending on 9th of december. I can't buy that device now at that price which i was getting during the sale. I dont want a refund i want my mobile phone at that price.

                                  Solution : Interacted with the customer conveyed the apology which pending delivery of quantity got delivered, which were got canceled due to the bulk orders, as per the policy certain product cannot be order more than one hence cancelled, the same communicated to the customer closing the issue
                                  This is the very reason why I have started hating flipkart now.

Yesterday it got delivered and when i opened the box, inside the was the show box and on the top of that shoe box was bird poop. Is this the kind of service you provide to the customers! You should have even cleaned the top of the box then it would have been fine! But delivering a thing with this kind is not acceptable!

                                      My issue is regarding a refrigerator I ordered in Flipkart Site. I actually ordered a 5 star rating Whirpool Refrigerator on 16/10/2017 at price of 16, 450, but instead of a 5 star refrigerator they delivered me 4 staring rating refrigerator on 20/10/2017. On the same day, I called Flipkart Customer Care and explained the same to them. As there was no stock of 5 star refrigerator, they placed refund instead of replacement. Next day, I saw the 5 star refrigerator in stock in the site, but I am unable to cancel the refund request. Again, I called Customer Care, to cancel refund and raise Replacement Request, but they said that they are unable to raise the request and wait 1 more day. I waited for 1 week, but the status has not been updated. Again, I called customer care, but in vain. I waited for 1 more week and on 11/11/2017 I received a message that my order has been delivered on 11/11/2017. I called the Customer Care to ask about at least my refund amount, again they asked to place refund again...

                                      My problem here is 1) I am not able to get the product I request for and they delivered me a wrong product; 2) Customer Care never helped me in replacing the product as then an offer is going on; 3) I did not get my refund amount till now and asked me again to place the refund. 4) The price of the product now is more than when I actually placed the order...

                                      From a top rated online website like Flipkart, this is not what we are expecting. Simply, this is like cheating on your customers. I am totally disappointed with the type of service you have provided to me...
