I ordered one wall shelf with 3 shelves as I opened the package I found one of the first shelf was broken, moreover as design shown in picture while ordering there was 2 designer rods passing through the shelves from back but that rods were not in package so really feel disappointed hope my item is returned & amt to be refunded soon thanks

    I have ordered billion capture but camera quality is soo bad, i requested for refund but technician came and checked and his analysis was image is showing pixel properly so its working, wow what an analysis is this is called tecchnical visit any kid can do that only megapixel cant decide the picture quality. Please take it as serious note. Post technical visit i didn't get any call from flipkart.

Mene Rohtak b bat ki thi jo ki mere ghr se 120 KM h to unhone b yahi jabab diya ki 3 din bad dobara aana padega display aane me time lagta h, to sir muje only 15 day ki chutiya allow h or me ye chuti sirf phone thik karwane me krab nahi kar Sakta thaa. Or ab iss phone ki display tut gyi or new display Rs 4500 ki h to sir me aapki krab display k liye kyo 4500 pay karu ???????

      I am a regular customer of flipkart since last 3+ years.

      Order: od[protected]

      I purchased asus mobile phone (Ze500kl) on 9-oct and its gps is not working since the first day. I contacted asus online chat support for troubleshooting. They asked me to do few steps with the phone. However none of those steps worked and then they asked me to take the phone to local service center. The phone is just a month old and within warranty.

      The service center people told me that the phone is out of warranty (Which is not correct since i purchased the phone just a month ago). They also said that the imei number on the invoice is not matching with the phone. As per the service center, the phone is showing out of warranty for both the imei number mentioned on phone as well as the one mentioned on invoice. They asked me to get the correct invoice before the phone can be taken up for repair. Flipkart says that they need to job sheet from the service center mentioning that they cannot take the mobile for repair since it is showing out of warranty. Therefore, i again visited asus service center and got the job card as requested by flipkart.

      I was also told by asus customer care that as per imei number of the phone, it is a 2 year old used phone which has been repaired 2 times in the past by asus! Shocking! It was supposed to be a brand new phone in working condition and not a used/refurbished phone.

      An incident in[protected] was created with flipkart which was to be resolved by 22-nov 6pm. Flipkart contacted me once on 20-nov when my phone was not reachable. Within 5 minutes of that call, i called back but could not get through as incoming was barred on that number. Therefore i dropped an email to contact me again and also shared my landline number. I am available 24 hours at one of the 2 numbers shared with your team. I reached out 3-4 times between 20-nov and 22-nov and every time i was assured the issue would be resolved by 22-nov. On 23-nov, i came to know that the incident was closed without even contacting me and another new incident has be logged with a new sla of 4-dec. The reason told to me was that i was not reachable at both the numbers shared. This is blatant lies and no one from your team contacted me on 21/22-nov and the incident was closed without even reaching out to me.

      I am fed up and tired fluctuating between asus service center and flipkart and this case is not proceeding anywhere. I have wasted more than 10 hours on phone with your customer care or visiting asus service center just to see the incident getting closed without any resolution or reaching out to me. I need the phone to be replaced or money refunded immediately. It is not my fault that i was given an incorrect invoice or the fact that the new phone has a manufacturing defect because of which gps is not working or the fact that i was given an old refurbished/defective phone under the pretext of a brand new phone.

      I have reached out till level 4 support of flipkart and am not at all satisfied with the response (Rather lack of will to resolve the issue). Request if this issue is looked into immediately and issue resolved on priority.

        This is regarding my order no isod[protected] sir i had purchased mi a1 but there was an difference in display as compared to other mi a1 of my cousin while talking to your service executive every time i get the same reply "we have escalated your problem to an concerned team. You will get a call back in 24 hr". Now its more than 72 hrs what's the delay in escalation? Your customer service team is not able to even give status of my complaint i am totally gone mad and fed up with the same rly wait 24 hr wait 24. If my issue is not solved within next 24 hr than i will going to file a case against your company in consumer court i want conclusion anyhow thats it.

          Sub: return of moto e4 plus
          Sir,
          I wish to return the mobile handset bought as per above details & claim the refund of amount paid by me at earliest. After using it for few months, i am convinced that you have sold me a product with manufacturing defect or a used/refurbished handset.
          Issue with the product
          It was mentioned at your portal/brochure of the handset, that the handset supports 4g volte network. However, i have faced numerous issues in the handset and it does not really support the 4g volte network. I am unable to perform the most basic functions like receiving incoming calls and making outgoing calls in the handset. Even sms facility stops working suddenly.
          I reported this issue at your nagpur based service centre and the problem was acknowledged by their representatives. They kept the handset & returned it after 2-3 days concluding that the issue has been resolved.
          However, the problem in the handset persists till date.
          Resolution sought
          Owing to the above mentioned issue, i wish to immediately return my product & seek complete refund of the bill amount. Else, i shall be constrained to report your malpractice at an appropriate legal forum to bring things to their logical ends.

                Hello team,

                I ordered a book from flipkart.com on 02nd november 2017 with order id : od[protected]

                After waiting for 3 weeks, i realized that the product hasn't been packed, as of 20th nov 2017. I enquired the status on 21st nov and flipkart.com promptly replied that it has been approved by seller and will reach me on time (Estimated delivery date was 25th nov 2017)

                Suddenly, on november 23rd 2017, flipkart.com has cancelled it and refunded the amount

                They have cited the reason that its unavailable. They didn't even consider the trouble a customer has faced and sent across an apology status email citing cancellation of product just days before its delivery schedule

                Why did they advertise a product they never had in their inventory?
                Me, as a customer had to wait 3 weeks, only to find cancellation note in my inbox.

                Why is such a big online retailer advertising products they don't have in their inventory? This is cheating customers. Customers could have traded in other avenues like amazon, but they were waiting with hopes that flipkart will deliver their product someday!!

                Please help in resolution

                  I have ordered a flying machine leather shoes and in delivered box the shoes received was of gas brand which is old used and a tattered one. Flipkart is not taking any responsibilities and is not even bothered from last two months. Kindly help from luring websites. Courier boys come and go eveeytime but do not take the product. Consumer forums should take care of process at least.

                    I have bought motorola e4 plus from flipkart. I got product on 15th of nov 2017. However the product function smoothly on day 1. After 1 day, its screen went black. After 2 days its started hanging.

                    I have raised a replace request for the product on 19th nv 2017. A technician visited and after some troubleshooting he told me that the issue is resolved. After 1 day i have again found same issue and then i again asked for replacement. This time technician visited and gave the the same idiotic logic that i didn't find any issue infront of me. I am closing the issue.

                    My question is how to re-iterate the issue infront of technician if it is occurring at any time infront of me and if i am facing issue and want replacement of product then what is the issue with flipkart to replace the same.

                    As per flipkart csa as per seller policy if issue is not occurring infront of technician then it could not be considered as issue and product can not be replaced.

                    Really a pathetic service from flipkart as after paying all money of product i got an defective product which is unable to use frequently but flipkart is denying of replacing product.

                    Again got call from flipkart as per their technician, they did not find any problem infront of them so they can not replce.

                    To resolve the issue or to find out the issue, the technician just hardrebooted the phone. What kind of toubleshotting step is this? Now they are saying if it will not reaolved during next technician visit, you need to visit service center of Motorola. So final is Flipkart is giving faulty device and to be on safe side they are doing technician visit who is doing nothing apart from har rebooting. Passing time of customer so that replacement policy duration gets over and customer start visit service center by its own.

                    Flipkart is really pathetic from end of customer service.

                        I have ordered an ac during offer on 18th november, the expected date of delivery is 21 november. But they did not ship the product. I have been calling customer care for 2 days. Now got a call saying the seller is not shipping and hence cancel the order. They are asking me to place the order again, the offer is expired.                               My order id od[protected] for product fabhomedecor ferris fabric 3 + 2 + 1 camel sofa s was placed on flipkart.
                              The product was delivered on 22nd sept.2017 and installation completed on 25th sept.17. Within 5 days of installation, the leg of one of the sofa got damaged. Technical visits were also by the seller, he told me of internal damage in sofa and ensured that he have sent the pics to his superior, rest be assured your product shall be returned. I waited for number of days for further activity by seller. But when no one visited, i decided to complain again on flipkart. I made number of calls to them they keep on telling your problem shall be addressed and solved in 5 days, 10 days and blah blah. Finally on 23rd nov 2017, flipkart in conference to seller called me. I was surprised to know that instead of accepting the fact, they are telling that product has been damaged by me and no refund shall be made. Kindly help me regarding refund for the damage product received?

                              I AGREE PRODUCT WAS INTACT CONDITION BUT THE FITTER WHO VISITED TO FIX THE LEGS HAD NOT DONT IT PROPERLY DUE TO WHICH MY PRODUCT GOT DAMAGED. KINDLY FIX THE RESPONSIBILITY IN THIS CASE. IF YOU HAVE SUCH TRUST ON SELLER I BOYCOTT FLIPKART FROM NOW.

                                I have order infinix mobile with exchange policy but due to miner dmg they rfused to device deliver i request to customer care for pay for dmg device price but they refused and after 45 minutes long conversation they are not intrest in any option.                                   I order redmi 4a gold 32 gb its actually notation as in stock but when i order give errors that seller not delivered at this address i change address twice but than also give same error when i order before its delivered to same address successfully but now give error that seller not delivered items there i use pincode 360003, 360001, 360002 and so on but give same error help and solve problems thanks...

                                  I ordered Redmi Note 4 on 16.10.17, order id-OD[protected].It reached on 07.11.17 & package was found torn.I didn't receive it.The order was cancelled, my refund status shows, "Refund 6 days after PICKUP IS COMPLETE.Why PICKUP clause when order is cancelled? Please escalate my issue.

                                    I had purchased a mobile oppo a-57 order no od[protected]Gold 32gb) of rupees 13990/- (Thirteen thousand nine hundred and ninety) only on[protected] by bajaj card, and delivered received 26th november 2017 and when open the box i found difference colour, and many scratches on back side of mobile like a usable handset delivered and when started this phone i found after using 5 to 10 minutes mobile are so hitting like blast this phone.

                                    After this situation i lodge a return request as per flipkart rule & regulation with in 10 days on 28th november 2017 and then i received an email from flipkart after 24 to 72 hours resolve my request. After 72 hours i again contact of flipkart customer care executive on 31st november 2017 and i received a sms form flipkart with in 9th november 2017 resolve my request against complaint request no. In[protected] but i am sorry to say that again we found an e-mail from flipkart concerned team my issue escalated and flipkart assured that my issue resolve problem by 13th november 2017 upto 9:00 pm..

                                    But i am sorry to say that i have 5/6 time contact and lodge a complaints after and before 13th november 2017 upto 9:00 pm against this product on flipkart customer executive but no any response from flipkart and all customer executive of flipkart take my request only but no any resolution against this complaint

                                    So i want to request you to please take any positive step as soon as possible for this issue.

                                      I ordered a puma bag from flipkart.
                                      On receiving, the packing was tampered with a 2 inch cut. The quality of the bag does not look genuine. This is not what puma delivers to their customer. Even the branding was fading. Does not look like an original product. Kindly replace my product or exchange it with a better product. I am ready to pay extra money if needed
