They didn't refund any amount always they give hope and 48 hrs to wait and talk to phone pe customer care
This is too much time after return the delivery...

We purchased lg 28 l convection microwave in oct-2017, during the free demo lg technician confirmed that product is faulty and its grill mode is not working. Since then we are following up with flipcart but till date no action is taken.
We are getting mentally tortured by the way they are responding and postponing dates.

I submit a request for this product with in time period of replacement. Tech visit happened on 30 oct but i got a call on 31 oct which i can't accept so i got a message that i will call u after some time but i dont get any call. My return was cancel by seller. So i called in customer care. I was informed that u will get call before 3 nov but still i dont get any call....

E-commerce is about integrity. "refund id[protected], refund will be transfered within 8 business days (Bank holidays not included)" screen shot has been taken on 19.10.2017. Today is 04.11.2017, do you have any explanation.

1. I had booked 2 * vu 43"led tv (Order id od[protected].) on 24th of september on flipkart. I was promised the delivery 3rd october.

I am extremely disappointed with the services of flipkart. I ordered a 6 seater dining set online through flipkart on 15th oct 2017 by online payment. My order id is od[protected].
