Hello team,
I ordered a book from flipkart.com on 02nd november 2017 with order id : od[protected]
After waiting for 3 weeks, i realized that the product hasn't been packed, as of 20th nov 2017. I enquired the status on 21st nov and flipkart.com promptly replied that it has been approved by seller and will reach me on time (Estimated delivery date was 25th nov 2017)
Suddenly, on november 23rd 2017, flipkart.com has cancelled it and refunded the amount
They have cited the reason that its unavailable. They didn't even consider the trouble a customer has faced and sent across an apology status email citing cancellation of product just days before its delivery schedule
Why did they advertise a product they never had in their inventory?
Me, as a customer had to wait 3 weeks, only to find cancellation note in my inbox.
Why is such a big online retailer advertising products they don't have in their inventory? This is cheating customers. Customers could have traded in other avenues like amazon, but they were waiting with hopes that flipkart will deliver their product someday!!
Please help in resolution

Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with customer, as mentioned order was seller cancellation so informed customer that we noted feedback. Customer agreed. Hence, closing form our end.
