I had ordered & purchased a Panasonic Eluga Ray700 from Flipkart on 11th November 2017. I got the delivery on 14th November 2017. The Mobile which I got was defected. I called up customer care for return & refund but they convinced me saying that once a technician from Flipkart will visit and troubleshoot the issue and after troubleshooting the issue still not resolved then they will immediately take back the defected piece and refund the amount in the provided bank account. After multiple follow ups I still did not get any resolution. They make fake promises for a Tech visit and continue delaying and postponing. The whole details are attached herewith.

Request you to take strict action and please resolve this issue at the earliest.

A Technician from Flipkart visited today at 12:19 PM and checked the mobile found camera quality poor. Received a Letter of Issue from Technician. The issue is still not resolved.

    I ordered a product from flipkart which dey sent some other model which was smaller. On complaining they denied to replace and insisted to take refund. Same day i placed another order again same thing happened. They sent me some old, used and incompatible model. Moreover they are even selling china made product. Here we r fighting for our economy and bycott china products but dey r so busy in just buisness. Poor service.

      I buy a moto x 4 form flip kart india.. & i face some issue like mobile is auto sutt down automatically i logged complain with flip kart but they dnt resolve my issue they arrange a technical who check the mobile & rest the some & told me its a hardware related issue. Now it is fine if you face any issue then call me... Then he fill a form & told me for sign. I done the same & mention on the sheet that i will wait for 2 days if the problem will be same then replace my mobile.. Today on 27/11/017 i faced the same issue its auto sutt down.. Now flip kart is not replacing it.. While they have 10 daye replacement policy.

            I had received a mobile phone vide customer id - od[protected] on dt.[protected].in my specified address.
            But as per its specification it is not satisfied and impressive one.
            1- there is no two sim feature, work at a time with momory card.- this also not clear in specification. What you have told us. Specification only tell two nano sim and sd memory card. But not its use - whether it will be used at a time or not.
            2-the rear camera feature, particularly portrait mode - background highlights, super night mode not impressive one.
            As per today phone from no.[protected] i am calling to nearby mobile shop technician to whom i contact to resolve the problem. He said me-
            1. Activate the wi-fi network. Then connect the camera's to wi-fi network.
            2. Open the app for update.
            3. Update files are downloading.
            4. After some minutes, navigate back to your wi-fi settings and re-start the phone

            Though i am not a technical person to see the mobile - but as customer i am not getting the quality of service of my price, which i had paid.

              Dear sir / madam,

              Subj: - non refund of Rs. 394/- inspite of several reminders.

              I had purchased “2 pieces” of GAUBA TRADERS DOUBLE WALL TEA MUGS from flipkart. The order ID no is: - OD[protected] purchased on :[protected], the cost of each mug is “Rs. 394/-. Therefore 2 pieces cost = Rs.788/-”.

              The items which I had ordered were not the same as it differed from the picture shown on their website as well as it was defective. When I added water in both the mugs and kept it aside for some time, the water started seeping inside the double walls of the mugs.

              I logged in to their website to ask for a refund, but their portal only permits the “tab for replacement”, and not refund. Where in earlier, a customer could automatically from his / her own login ID, could return an item and ask for refund, by himself / herself. This facility is now barred for the customer, only their agents / telecallers are given the facility to refund the item returned by the customer.

              So on[protected], I called flipkart toll free Number and spoke to Mr. Prashant to raise a request for the refund of both the defective mugs, request no / reference no IN[protected]. I was told by Prashant that after 48 hours I shall receive a call from their executive for the same.

              Since I didn’t receive any call from them on[protected] I called them up and asked them what they had done about my request. This time the agent was by the name Ms. Arshiya. She told me that the request which was raised has been cancelled without my permission. On speaking with her further, I told her that I received no call from them and neither did I give any permission to anyone to close up the case. So she raised my request with a new reference number IN[protected]. She assured me that I shall be given a call by[protected].

              Awaiting for their call till[protected], i called back again and this time the agent I got was Ms. Sujata. I was finally very frustrated by such a behavior and I asked her to transfer my call to senior executive / supervisor which she did. The senior executive / supervisor who took my call was Ms. Heena. My request no. / request no. this time was IN1010100000339543851687. Finally a person named Mr. Raut came over that day to my place and collected both the defective mugs. I was not given any challan / nor anything in writing that the same was handed over to him.

              The item which was taken was not fed by the pick up agent in their system, as they usually do and it didn’t reflect at all neither on their website, nor any email was sent to me regarding the same. When I didn’t receive the intimation of the same I called up the flipkart agent, Mr. Deepak (took the call) again on[protected]. The reference no given is IN[protected].

              When I still didn’t receive the intimation of the return and that refund process has begun I called again on[protected]. I asked the agent to transfer my call to their supervisor and this time it was Ms. Sejal who attended to me. I requested to draw up a refund money for both the mugs, but she did only for ONE MUG AND NOT THE OTHER. The reference no is IN[protected]. On this reference number I received the refund for only ONE MUG TILL DATE AND THE OTHER IS PENDING.

              From here on the process becomes tedious and impatience, for asking the refund of the second mug.
              The following are the details of the reference numbers, dates and agent names who made my request for replacement and not refund.

              1) Date:[protected] Agent = Harshita, Reference number = IN[protected]
              Here again my request taken up for replacement and not refund.
              On[protected], Ms. Payal, from their senior department of flipkart, calls me and says that the request is not put up for refund so this number will be cancelled and I have to call back to their agents after 48 hours and ask for a fresh reference number.

              2) Date:[protected] Agent = Neha, Reference number = IN[protected]. I was totally fed up with their behavior and asked ms.Neha to transfer my call to their executive. Ms. Shanti took up my call and put in my request for refund as she said with the reference number IN[protected]. She assured me saying that my problem will be resolved by[protected], and that I shall get my refund in my account from which I had made payment.She was time in again apologizing for the mishap caused by the error in their flipkart computerized system. I even clarified with her that I am ready to receive cash in place of credit to my account if their system is unable to process my request. Her assurance was of no use as no money came to me for the second mug which was returned.

              Till date I have not received any refund and I am just being made to run from pillar to post.

              Kindly help me to recover my money as well as interest and damages.

                We have ordered a intex washing machine on november 1st 2017, in the name of sowkarthika, but it's not what we ordered so we sent a request to replace but after some days they said, we don't have stock in that item, so we requested for return & refund but again after somedays they mailed, the seller dnt permit so we can't refund now 26th november again we registered for refund, it's very pathetic help us please

                There is no further process in return & refund for that washing machine, they keep on calling us and giving some informations only, This issue creates lot of problems and stress in my family, actually for the past one month we are fighting for this issue, still we dnt get any solution, we don't need any exchange or repair on that we are just expecting our money back soon, please try to solve this issue immediately.apart from the details in the picture we have done lot of requesting processes upto now nothing works.we lost our hope, fully unsatisfied on FLIPKART and it's customer complaints system

                  I had ordered 7 pieces to flipkart, but the courier person was delivering 1 piece delivery. I'm surprised that the invoice was giving 7 pieces. It's completely fake. There is a question on the credibility of this online shopping portal. Please check this matter thoroughly. Otherwise, you will not buy any goods from this shopping portal.

                      Flipkart have refused to deliver products door-step to certain areas repeatedly. Instead we are supposed to go to their ware house and collect it.
                      They dont take rural areas seriously.
                      Well then why do you have to advertise it falsely in your website/app.

                      If cannot deliver to certain pin codes why not directly mention "not available for this region" in the website,

                      This has been happening for a while, they asked my elderly parents to come and collect it from their ware house., which they did unfortunately.

                      In spite of repeated complaints over phone, emails, and online support, they have not looked in to this matter. And taken complaints for granted.
                      I have started to avoid flipkart and go for alternative sites already.

According to company policy, return and replacement is available but when i rerturned two or three product then flipkart blocked my account.                             One year before i purchased a smasung s6 phone from flipkart india but they delevered me an austria model. Phone is orginal but model is austria so not supporting volte. I was using airtel and vodafone sim so have not know till now but when i try to use jio sim. I got their cheating. It is clearly cheating.
                            Please help me and many others who purchase the products from flipkart. So that customers dont get cheated.

                              Dear sir/madam,
                              I have purchased online mitashi 123.19cm (49 inches) ultra hd (4k) led smart tv (Order id
                              Od[protected] from flipkart to date 13/oct/2017 and i received a damaged tv on 24/oct/2017. On 26/oct/2017 we open tv box and captured the video at the time of opening the box, once we found that tv was damaged then immediately we called flipkart customer care and registered the complaint with them.
                              Please find below sequence of the incident as it happened:- i am once again reiterating the whole sequence for your reference to make sure how and when things happened with my product.
                              1. Raised order mitashi 123.19cm (49 inches) ultra hd (4k) led smart tv (Order idod[protected] from flipkart on date 13/oct/20172 and i received a damaged tv on 24/oct/2017.
                              2. On 26/oct.2017 opened the box and switched it on to do the connection found out that the tv screen is broken and immediately we called the customer care center of flipkart. 3. I have raised the complaint with flipkart about the damaged product on 26/oct/2017 and authorized service engineer visited at our home at 2/nov/2017 for inspection and verified tv 4. After that, we got the call from flipkart customer care and told us "pack the tv in as is condition and they said as per their policy pick up will happen in 2 business days.
                              5. Since that day every day, i am calling them for pick up of damaged product and refund of my amount or replacement but they are giving me every day new reasons with the same reply" we have escalated your issue to the concerned team and we resolve your problem within 48 hrs" and please wait.
                              6. Till date no action is taken from their end. Also, i have spoken with so many flipkart concern people and every time i am getting the only false commitment from them.
                              7. On 24/nov/2017 i got a call from the customer (Flipkart) and they told me that, they have to cancel my old replacement request to generate a new one for early delivery from seller side. (They canceled my old request but haven't raised the new request and it is showing that i requested cancellation of replacement from my side in my account)

                              7. Today is 26/nov/2017 i haven't received the tv or my money from flipkart but only i am getting the false commitment from them. It's almost more than 1 month and i haven't received a replacement or the money.
                              Now i just want a refund of my money and i assure you i will never buy any product from flipkart in future, they misguided me and i am feeling cheated by flipkart.

                              On Sunday I received the call from Flipkart about my money refund and they requested to wait until Tuesday. They assured me that the issues will be resolved within these 2 days but on Tuesday I received the call from Flipkart customer care they again ask me to wait for 24 hrs and I did. Now 24hrs already passed but the issue remains same. Finally, I request you to please reply me back as soon as possible when I will get my own money otherwise I will go to Consumer court against Flipkart.

                              Issue: received damaged product

                              Resolution: We had interacted with the customer, apologized and arranged the reverse pickup of product. Due to delay in pickup, provided the refund to customer. Hence, closing the complaint.

                                This is in reference to order id od[protected], i have ordered lenevo k8 plus, i came to know suddenly on 12th day of delivery that it was delivered 3 gb ram, whereas the actual order was for 4 gb ram mobile, this is pure cheating, requested flipkart to resolve the issue immediately, but they simply denied as i lodged complaint beyond 10 days, please help

                                  Dear sir, I m purchased a mobile mi A1 by Flipkart. Mobile display is damage condition received. I m complaint many time to Flipkart for replacement but many time seller cancel my request today last day of 10 day policy of replacement . My last request is accept buy Flipkart on 26 Nov 2017 . I m given request for screen / display damage but Flipkart modify my request to defective product and accept it return request. Today 28/11/2017 ekart delivery boy come in my home for replacement for product and I given my mi A1, ekart delivery boy told me verification failed because I have received mail by Flipkart for defective product. Flipkart cheat to me. I m given request many time but still not solve my problem. I t request to please provide my problem solution and replacement provide for damage screen mobile Note- Flipkart not solve my problem till day 28/11/2017

                                    I ordered google pixel from flipkart on emi option and i cancelled the order, it has been more than 39 days till now my refund has not been processed, and every time i'm just asked to wait for more 48 hours, i have called them more than 30 times and every time they say its under process, and wait fora48 hours and don't respod properly, it has been 30 days, please help. As unnecessarily i have to pay dues to the bank and take action on flipkart, as it's more than month now and till now not giving proper reason to me and i don't know when i will get the money back.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        Wrong IMEI in invoice issue is not yet resolved from 14th October onwards. I have updated to more than 30 executives, but no one tried to resolve my issue. Finally i spoke to Nithin from Flipkart asking for IMEI number screenshot again. I sent again but fully getting frustrated because of the responsibility taken from the executives for my issue. Please get this escalated at higher level and get it resolved at the earliest..
