I'm regularly contacting from last on 27 november to flipkart but they didn't solve my case nd given time again nd again. It's been 19 days but no resolution. I'm too tired sending emails., sms nd calls in 19 days but they dont want to hear anything nd ask for more time. How much time they need i don't know... Is 19 days are not enough to solve a issue like that.

    I have informed as i receive the phone that it's unsealed and scratches on phone there is no charger and headfone in that still waiting to refund that i can able to order new one but your costumer service is worst as always no response till last 4 days. Check in picture no sticker of seal there when we remove seal there is some spot which always have to be there this set is used or i don't know about as regular customer don't do this

      I have ordered mi a1 from flipkart on 9th dec. And before ordered i checked the
      Delivery date which was showing 13th dec. Because on 14th dec. I need to present this phone to my wife.

      It's very disappointing and frustrating to say that still i did not get the product and due to this my day was spoiled and i need to present something else to make my wife happy which impact my pocket.

        Company providing a false offer like 30 days exchange and when you request for exchange they say exchange is not available and only refund possible. We buy products through offers provided by flipkart with discounted price but when it comes to exchange they say no because offers is over and now price is gone up. Today when i purchased other product they said i will get 15% discount on my next purchase but when tried to buy other product not got any discount. They say it’s only for some products it’s applicable which is not written as condition on app.
        Company is trying to manipulate with offers and cheating people with time and mobile bill by making us to wait on calls when we call for clarification during customer care calls.
        This happened within a same week and making us to think not to use these services anymore.

          Sir/madam,

          I had ordered a iphone x and one year buy back guarantee having order id od[protected]Total amount was rs.97099 after availing rs.5000 discount on sbi credit card) on 09 december 2017 from my flipkart id having registered mail as v. [protected]@yahoo.co.in & registered mobile no. [protected]. Delivery date given to me was 12 december 2017. It was not delivered to me on 12 dec 2017. I requested on flipkart app to call me back for clarification. I had a talk with your executive and he registered my complaint under delayed shipping and told me to wait till 14 december 2017 for resolution of my complaint. Subsequently new delivery date was given to me as 14 december 2017. But till date i. E. 15/08/2017 i had not received my iphone x. I again had a talk with ur executive on 14 december 2017. He told me that there is some issue with my order and advised me to cancel the order if not delivered by 14 december 2017 and order a new iphone x again. It is my humble submission that i will readily cancel my order if below-mentioned questions are answered satisfactorily by the flipkart's management :-

          1.) is this level of customer service expected from flipkart?

          2.) why i would order a new phone from flipkart if i had to cancel my first order due to non-delivery of order and bad customer service?

          3.) is this not a betrayal of my trust on flipkart as approx. 1 lac of rupees were paid in advance to you without getting any product?

          4.) what will happen to my money if i cancel the order as i paid rs.30000/- by way of flikart gift card and i aslo availed rs 5000/- discount on my sbi credit card for payment of rest amount? (I did not want rs.30000/- back as flipkart gift card as ther are of no use to me because i exclusively ordered gift card to buy iphone x)

          5.) how i will be compensated for non-delivery of my order and parking of money with you without getting any service?

          It is my kind request to look into my grievances and arrange to redress them at earnest.

I place the return request mentioning same, but the pickup man denied the pickup saying the charger is not with the phone, tell me how i will provide charger while i did not received that.               The order was successfull and i got confirmation at first, Then the order was cancelled automatically by flipkart. i have read conditions for an order to be cancelled by flipkart is if its ordered more than 1 product of the same item then it may get cancelled. but this was a single order and i needed this mobile phone as i have to gift it to my father as he is moving to a different address away from me and its really embaracing moment for me as this order has been cancelled by you. i have not ordered this product for selling but for my personal use. as a resolution i really require this handset as its liked by my father and if i dont get this product i will have to discontinue using flipkart and raise this towards my frinds and family about my worst experience with filpkart. expecting a reply as quick as possible. my alternate contact on which i will be available is [protected]. expecting a quick response asap.

                  This is to inform you that i ordered for a spicebun back cover for samsung galaxy c9 pro and when i received it i found that it was broken on 3rd dec 2017. I raised a replacement request but it got cancelled without any intimation. Since then i have been calling up the customer care and asking for a replacement, i even get an assurance everytime that it will not be cancelled this time but it happens again. Every time i call up the customer care i am being told that they will make sure that the request is not cancelled but nothing is done. They are also not providing me a refund and i am just stuck in the middle. On top of that i get an email saying that please order another cover as the request has again been cancelled. Please let me know who is going to pay for the new cover. I am really disheartened by flipkart.

                  I have been using flipkart for more than a year and this is the first time i am having the worst experience. If you can't do a replacement refund my money so that i can order it from some other website.

                  Please check the replacement requests that have been raised in screenshot below.

                  Either get this sorted or i will have to go to consumer court. I have no idea what you guys are upto but i am definitely not happy. Next time i will think 10 times before ordering anything fron flipkart.

                      I've booked mia1 on[protected] paid through credit card on offer @11699 from truenet commerce (Seller) and it should be delivered on[protected] but till now it is not even packed and it is showing as seller is processing your order i've called customer care many times but they are not solving the problem

                      On[protected] i booked same mobile mia1 from same seller @13999 and kept cash on delivery and the product is shipped same day and they attempted to deliver the product today i. E on[protected]

                      This clearly shows that flipkart is not delivering the products to the customers who booked in offer period and through discount sale and making customers to cancel

                      This shows that they are giving offers but not delivering the product so that they can sell the product @ 13999 after that offer period

                      I ordered MiA1 on flipkart on[protected] and the delivery date is[protected]
                      by paying(11, 699) through credit card and the product is not even packed till date..

                      today i.e on[protected] i ordered the same mobile through cash on delivery (13, 999) and it has packed and shipped today itself from the same seller and it will be delivered to me by tomorrow

                      this clearly shows how flipkart is cheating people by giving fake offers and not delivering the product (forcing the customer to cancel the order)

                        Hello,

                        Flipkart delivered a product (Aquire large pvc vinyl sticker's) which was worth of inr 198 on 14th dev 2017 and collected money from me. When i went home and open pack, intrestingly 1) it doesn't contains 2 items which was suppose to deliver
                        2) and the product in the pack is not the one which was ordered by me. When i checked the return policy the items is not in the list.

                        Aggreed for that but the thing is i'm not retuning the product which was ordered by me. If they don't deliver the correct product without return policy what i need to do now?
                        Since the product was of no return policy, i had submitted the return request with flipkart through customer care toll free no immediately. Initially they promised that someone from backend team will contact me within 24-48 hours, that did not happen till now despite calling and talking to 10 diff customer care executives and 2 escalation managers!! Almost everyone given false promise and were shedding crocodiles tears, but no genuine help given. God alone knows the reason!
                        I need your help in returning the wrongly received product and given a proper product.

                          Od[protected], i ordered a google pixel 2 (Kinda blue, 64 gb) on 8th dec. And was promised to get it by 14th dec. I did the payment on 8th using a debit card. I have not yet received my order and on raising a request my order was postponed by 6 more days to 20th dec. But on flipkart a new order is available for delivery on 18 dec. And if costumer pays rs.70 then to be delivered on 15 dec. Yet flipkart does not promise me to deliver my order by tomorrow when it has the stock and exceeds the date to 20th. Costumer must receive a good compensation for the inconvenience and the mental harassment caused.

                              My name is mahesh birwadkar, i booked philips 2.1 multimedia speaker system on rs.2999/- on dtd. 8.12.2017 & expected delivery is on dtd. 11.12.2017 to 12.12.2017, which was mentioned on your site in detailed, yesterday flipkart mentioned on site, my order was delayed. But today dtd. 14.12.2017, flipkart mentioned on site that the order is cancelled by me. This is totally ridiculous, first think, i had never cancelled my order but now in your flipkart site it is showing "shipment cancelled by you" kindly send me confirmation when and at what time i had cancelled the above order?.

                              This is totally false statement published by your people if you not able to deliver this product to me then why you getting faulty statement in site. This is very shameful for you. Kindly refund my money along with penalty as soon as possible with immediate effect of rs. 5000.00. Otherwise legal action in consumer court will be taken by me.

                                Solution : Interacted with the customer conveyed the apology for the inconvenience caused, communicated to the customer our investigation team found that shipment is intact no mishaps, unable to process customer request closing
                                No they are giving me time. I know they notified me about that.

                                  We have order one mobile smart phone Moto G5 Plus Lunar grey dated 08.12.2017.But not yet received still date. The Ekart delivery
                                  boy said over phone, your shipment to be received at my place only and also not able to deliver to your booking address.And he said if any deviation to complaint Ekart office at Chittoor.So please take necessary steps
                                  to deliver my shipment as early as possible. This is the second time we have complained to Flipkart. Please avoid the in future.

                                  We had interacted with the customer, confirmed the product delivery, customer stating he went and collected the product, apologized for the same, he also stated he has ordered for another product and that should get delivered at his place, informed as the product is just shipped, asked to wait till the promise date of that product and hence closing the case.

                                    I had ordered hp envy laptop (Order id
                                    Od[protected] from flipkart and i got delivery on 8th december. On the delivery day itself i found laptop screen faulty and raised complaint for replacement. The above laptop's terms and conditions says 10 days replacement policy is applicable. Flipkart arranged technician visit on 10th december which didn't happened. When i reached to them on 10th december, their executive mentioned that your product is auto approved and new laptop will be delivered on 13th december. When i called them again on 12th evening for the status of the shipment, they raised complaint for delay in technician visit, i am following up with customer support and i am not getting proper answers from them.

                                    Its more than 10 days after raising a replacement request and nothing happening on this yet..Consecutively 4th time SLA for technician visit got breached. Can you please provide me any concluding response on this..

                                      I am sudalai muthu customs supt. I bought one acer brand gaming laptop predator for around rs. 65000 in the name of my son rama lakshman on the offer day ends on 9.12.17. But the laptop was delivered to us by ekart logistics in a very worst packing condition that is the laptop box was merely wrapped with pvc bubble sheet on only one side and not even covered the whole box when questioned the delivery boy replied that the product is received in a condition of outer box totally in a damaged condition. So they removed the same and wrapped this packing. It is not expected such a worst delivery from flipkart.com. We afraid of the laptop quality inside the box received. Kindly depute responsible person from flipkart to open the worst packing received. We expect that this thing doesn't happen to anybody in future.                                       Resolution: We had interacted with the customer, Apologised and informed that we've noted feedback. He informed that product is not damaged and working fine. Hence, closing the complaint.

                                        I got a defective piece and raised a replacement request but still not getting any resolution and one of your executive schedule a call for today but i didn't get any call and i tried to reach you in your toll free number but just getting a feedback that i will get a call after 15 minutes and then no one called me.
                                        I got frustrated and have been following you from more than last 20 days.
                                        Now if i don't get any resolution then i am gonna raise a complain in consumer court against flipcart

                                        We had interacted with the customer, customer he received the product, and stated he is unable to get the wifi option and from manual he is unable to get the data, and he downloaded the application still it is not working, informed customer to get in touch with the brand so that they will be able to help in these technical data, customer stated he had called them, but it was post 9pm yesterday hence he could not get proper response, hence asked to contact within their working hours and in case if no help is given asked to come back to us we will try to get it resolved, customer agreed and closing the case.
