I ordered a headfone jblt250si on 1st december mrp 2499. It's offer price was 389 including 40 delivery charges but yesterday on monday december 4th 2017 i received a message that your refund of 389 has been successfully processed.
It means my order was cancelled without any reason i made a successful payment through phonepe app but i don't know why company cancelled my order.

    Hello, on 03/12/2017 i've ordered for skullcandy s5lhz-j569 anti headphone with order number od[protected] items). It was coming at a discounted rate of rs 495. I've made the payment of rs 20 with flipkart gift card and the rest with my debit card. The payment was successful and everything was perfect. I was happy that i will be getting my two headphones by tomorrow (04/12/2017, which never happened). The next day (04/12/2017), when the order was supposed to be delivered, i received a text in my registered mobile number. It stated that the seller have cancelled the order and i will receive a refund by 12/12/2017. I was so surprised with that. Because i've been waiting for this and without any communication how come such a big organisation like flipkart can cancel an order, when the customer have not asked for that. I think this is a pathetic customer service and being a regular flipkart customer i really fell cheated. I don't have enough word to express my frustration. I've bought many things from flipkart and it was good that is the only reason i also ordered for the headphones.

    At the end of the day once again i really feel cheated enough and you guys have to resolve this for me. I want my product at the earliest or else i will have to escalate it to consumer forum. I've contacted flipkart customer support and spoke to

    Sk farhan however the response was not satisfactory. I asked him to open a complaint which he didn't do, i also asked to escalate the case to his manager and he denied to do that. Hence i'm writing the mail.

    I am a customer. I will order for something which i can see on your flipkart website, and the order was of course made from your account so there is no fault from my end. If its a mistake from your end, then you have to resolve that, its not my look out. Its an unimaginable customer service that you guys are proving. The advisor whom i spoke to even didn't acknowledged the issue. Flipkart is proving appalling service. I'm really dubious about the fact that whether i will buy from flipkart any more or not.

    I've also mailed to your ceo [protected]@flipkart.com though i don't know if its the correct email or not. However i would expect you would look into this matter. And i want my product anyhow at that price. Or else i will complain it to consumer forum and i will post in social media about this.

    Expect to get a reply at the earliest.

    Flipkart's customer service is horrifying . When I ask them to call-back they never call on that time or even that day. Every single time they call-back when its non convenient . Guys if you are not going to give me the product on that price I will go to consumer forum and will sue you in court .

    Customer service of Flipkart is appalling. Today i received a call from an agent named shahbaaz or similar to that, who was extremely unprofessional . He just kept on repeating on same thing again and again, and he also raised his voice. Being a customer of Flipkart, this kind of behaviour is really non accepted. Your apology is not providing me any resolution . Its just wasting my time every single day, listening to your crap. It not being any good to me and for YOU guys I'm, wasting my valuable time. Either you guys provide me the product at that price or give a compensation of Rs500. And in the next call I would like to get a resolution. I need a call-back from a manager tomorrow before 12pm.

    Your calling service is the worst service that I've ever experienced among all the e-commerce websites. Whenever I ask you to call, you will never call, and will only call at YOUR preferred time, which is not being suitable for my . I can understand that you guys are so incompetent to communicate properly on call, so can you guys deal this case in email.

    Flipkart is the worst ecommerce website in India . Guys don't buy anything from Flipkart . They will fool you. I will never buy anything from Flipkart. It been more than a month and you guys haven't been able to provide no resolution to me. I will go to consumer court and I will make yotube videos about that. I will post that in Facebook, and Twitter . Such a shame Flipkart.

        I placed an order from flipkart on 3/12/17.
        The order was placed successfully and the amount was debited. Later they canceled the order and told to place a new order after raising the product price.

        This is the second time i am facing such poor fraud service from them.

        Please try to deliver the item as mentioned in the order. We expect some quality service from reputed sites like flipkart. Please stop fooling people like this.

        Kindly provide a solution.

          Customer raised a complaint because his brother don't like the model. We interacted with the customer and informed customer as per the seller 10 days replacement policy we can help with the replacement only if the issue is damaged, Defective, Item not as described. Informed customer that the order which he purchase we deliver the same product. Denied the request for return customer agreed on call hence closing the complaint from our end.

            This has turned into a joke! I've been waiting for the egv since the 29th of nov and it's been a week since and i've received no refund through egv.

            When i was contacted by the social media team on the 3rd dec, they said that there's a technical issue with the egv issuance sitewide on flipkart. How covenient!

            So the technical issue isn't getting resolved even after a week (Since 29th of nov)?!

            My phone was picked up for return on 26th of nov and i've been without a phone since then (9 days... And counting).

            Find the attachments.

            Stop this scam flipkart. We've had enough!

              3rd dec'17 i ordered a jbl over the ear head phone. Its offer price was rs 349. Delivery rs40. The order had been placed and i had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But on 4th dec'17 4.31am the order got automatically cancelled with no proper explanation what so ever.               I am with you brother.same situation with me i also ordered JBL TS250I worth 349 and next day i received same message by seller cheap supercomnet.so i am going to file complaint in cosumer court for justice.if you favour me we will definitely teach these cheap guys.so please speak who faced the same issue with JBL headphone and any other products which fall in this type of category.                     On 25th november i placed order of 4 dresses. Their expected delivery date was between 1st to 4 dec.                       I had ordered a headphone on flipkart worth rs 349 after discount on address to my cousin as a gift.. But flipkart cancelled the order next day saying that it was cancelled by seller as they placed wrong price due to unforseen errors.
                      When i called them they said that they can't do anything.. No re-order of same product or no compensation.. They said that they could just ask seller for some gift voucher..
                      That item i ordered was "flipkart assured".
                      I had to feel down.. As i had told to my cousin about gift and now flipkart is doing this..
                      How can i ask them to solve problem.. On phone they are just saying.. We can't do anything sir..

                      Customer raised a complaint for order cancellation, we interacted with the customer and informed him that due to the pricing error from the seller side the order was cancelled. Apologies for the inconvenience and we've added 100 Rs as a Token of apology but customer don't want that amount he wants the product in the same amount. Denied the customer request and close the complaint from our end.
                      I want Consumer court to look into the matter ..
                      it was a gift to my cousin ..
                      how could they compensate it?
                      this was not expected from flipkart ..
                      A price on website is like a promise to customer on that price and now they are denying ..

                        Customer raised a complaint because he received a order cancellation message, we interacted with the customer apologies for the inconvenience he told the issue is resolved he received the product. Informed customer we've provided 100 Rs Token of apology and close the complaint from our end.
                        My name is sujith, i had 225 rupees in my account i try to order mobile case of 380 rupees and waiting for confirmation at the time otp was wrong i resend and nothing was showing i just touched back, i lost my wallet balance.

                          So i need immediate action to be taken against the company with regard to this fraud offers. The cancellation of order without any prior notice to the customer is completely unacceptable. Once the customer places an order it's the responsibility of the customer to fulfill it

                            I have ordered a products on flipkart since very long i have ordered lots of product but i have never face such a problem like this. This time i have ordered a product of syska trimmer with above order id number for which i have done payment online as i have received the mail from your end. But despite of making a payment on time i am not receiving my product on time. I called customer care 3 times, 2 times they assured me that you will not suffer any problem and they assured me for this but the third time when i called customer care that the delivery boy is standing outside my house and he is asking for the payment and i told him that i have already paid online he said that the payment is not updated yet then again i called customer care there a lady talk to me and i told her the same problem but still no solution for me she said it will take around 24 more hours to get your payment updated. I asked her why? She said because its a routine procedure. I said if it is a routine procedure then why didn't u told me earlier or why you send me a mail to do the payment online. She said it's a mistake will take your feedback and do it for the next time. But still my problem is not resolved and i am facing the same problem. I told her that i will complaint about this on flipkart and also on rbi also that once you have taken my payment and you have not given any sort of reciept to me and making me fool out of it.. I'm very much and how it with this type of behaviour of flipkart that once you have taken the payment you have not given the reciept and not updated the same even if i have ordered the cash on delivery option. The other option for paying online was given from your end and you have not mentioned anything like i will not get the payment updated in less than 24 hours. It's been shameful that now flipkart becoming a reputed and trusted site still you are not taking your customer seriously. But i will make sure that you will get for what you have done.

                              But on 4 dec i see they cancle my order without asking me or permission.
                              And when i called them they told me that there is seller problem.

                                I purchased a macbook air from flipkart in jan, 2017 which worked fine until last month an stopped switching on all of a sudden, it was still under warranty hence i took it to apple service center and they said that it is a common battery issue which can be fixed easily but later 2 weeks i got an email saying it is a paid service since there is a liquid corrosion on laptop and doesn't cover warranty and sent a quotation of 52, 000rs whereas the actual price of laptop was 63, 000rs. I am 110% sure from my end that i have not dropped even a single drop of liquid hence i complained the same to flipkart that i have not dropped even a single drop of liquid from my end so there are chances that maybe flipkart has sent me a defective product which stopped working within a year itself but flipkart kept denying over and over again. The same things i explained to almost 20+ executives on every call. I was concerned that if i end up buying the same laptop again and if the same things happens again if i am being blamed falsely then i cannot keep spending 63k in every 8 months though the product is under warranty, i was fed o[censored]p explaining to flipkart team over and over again that i have not dropped even a single drop of liquid and i am 110% sure about it but they never believed and in the last few calls they literally said that they cannot help post which i asked to send all the call recordings of the case but they are denying even now. I have all the email conversations but the call recordings they are denying. I am upset with flipkart that i am being blamed for no reason instead i should be blaming flipkart for sending a defective product but it happened vice versa and they are directly denying support and not ready to send call recordings. This is insane from a company like flipkart for blaming a customer instead fighting with the service center and admitting that they will try something to help me in this situation as i was frustrated of explaining the same things over ever calls, my every call with flipkart was not less then 30mins and i have tried to prove myself again and again but never believed me and decided to close the case saying is there anything else they can help apart from this issue. Please help me, i am done fighting with flipkart and they clearly gave a green signal to contact consumer forums but they will not send call recordings neither will help me with this issues.

                                @consumer - I did received a call from Flipkart yesterday after I forwared this complaint email to them and they are now asking to get a written letter from Apple service center asking the exact time of liquid drop which is not possible and insane to ask this things, they are playing around with me. And the sad part is that even yesterday they denied to send call recordings and again blamed me for dropping a liquid they are dumb to go through the previous conversation and making me repeat the same thing again and again. I blame Flipkart for sending me a product which was defective and stopped working within a year.

                                  This is to bring you under your notice that myself venkatraman narayan has purchased lenovo thinkpad ultraportable x240 20ama1xm00 core i3 - (4 gb ddr3/500 gb hdd/free dos) ultrabook on thu, apr 7th '16 3:21 pm from flipkart which cost inr 44, 990. My order number is od[protected]. While purchasing it has 3 years of warranty on laptop and 1 year warranty on battery. On the month of july, i reported an issue in regards to this laptop as it was not getting on. I have informed flipkart & they asked me to get in touch with vendor. I contacted lenovo & they had provided me some steps and i have applied those steps but still, it was not getting on. Since then till now we keep on roaming from seller to lenovo and from lenovo to flipkart but with no resolution. At last, my wife reported this issue to facebook because we were not getting any resolution. Post reporting the issue with flipkart they provided with seller contact details and informed that it is under warranty so the issue will be resolved. However, we contacted the seller and he asked us to wait for 3 days for the issue to get resolved. Then 3 days become a week and post that he asked us to contact lenovo as the warranty has been updated so the issue will get resolved. However. When we contacted lenovo they said that we have to pay for the services as they were not notified of any warranty from flipkart or seller. Then, we again contacted the seller and he asked us to wait for 3 days but 3 days over then also he wanted more time for the issue to get resolved. At last when we left with no clue that what is happening and what is the resolution. Again we posted on facebook to flipkart about the refund because no one was helping instead of pushing from one person to another. The hilarious part when we asked for refund flipkart directly said they can't help us & provide with resolution and forcefully asked us to wait for the seller to revert back.

                                  However, last week we received a call from lenovo & finally they informed that warranty has been updated and post that they will for visit to check with laptop issue. The person from lenovo who has visited at our residence he was very rude & just while checking the laptop he said that we have dropped water on the laptop (By showing us some green marks on it claiming that we have dropped water). He forced us to make us say that we have dropped water as there is no kid at our place who can drop water. And, even if the water drops on it then should give us a valid proof. However, just clicking few pics & giving us no reference it doesn't make a sense to say that it will chargeable. On top of that, lenovo guys do a marketing job there by saying that it has a motherboard problem & he started giving us various prices to buy a motherboard from them or buying a new laptop. We have purchased this laptop brand new just for the sake as it has a warranty & if anything happens flipkart with definitely help us. But we were wrong as its been more than 5 months there is no solution we have received nor money back. And, this is the way you make a customer wait & suffer by giving no resolution.

                                  Please take the laptop or else let us know what best you can do because being it in 3 years of warranty on laptop & 1 year on battery there is nowhere on your website about accidental damage but still that lenovo person claims that it is covered under accidental damage. I guess we have purchased the laptop from you guys so please give us a solution rather than relying on lenovo as we have not purchased from them. Is this the way you treat your customers & make them roam like foolish or ask them to pay for it even if it's under warranty.

                                  Fyi - lenovo guys didn't even gives us any reference id, proof of watermarks nor any documented email statement about the issue what happened with the laptop & top of that they do marketing to make us purchase a new laptop or motherboard.

                                  Please give us a resolution at the earliest as its been very long since we are facing this trouble.

                                  solution : Interacted with the customer conveyed the apology based on the vendor communication and Brand communication warranty has update in portal correctly solved

                                  Battery issue : brand technician visited to the customer place noticed that it is not a battery issue liquid damages done from customers end hence unable to provide the service same communicated and closing the case
                                  Still didn't get my product. I chose @Flipkart over @amazon just coz of better delivery time, though @amazon was giving me 1k off on the same product. But now I hv started regretting

                                      I purchased a lenovo laptop and flipkart send me a dummy product with issues like touchpad, battery, connectivity, disc drive. I am calling flipkart day by day but i m not getting a satisfactory statement from flipkart. One wishmaster came 2day and called someone and told me that he is not going to pick the product. When i called flipkart, customer executive told me how wishmaster could not rcv the laptop, now the question is how i will tell why he didn't rcv the laptop, it's your duty not of customer. Right now flipkart is giving me a mental harassment. Now tell me what should i do, should i go to consumer forum as this is the second time i am facing the same problem.

So make my product replaced otherwise no option than going consumer forum or court or social media.
