Sir/madam my name is jatinder singh. On 03/12/2017 i ordered one jbl t 250 si headphone and one sennheiser cx213 earphone to flipkart. Next morning i got massage of cancellation of my order. They informed me that seller of these products is listed wrong price due to unforeseen error. They offered me 100 rs. Gift card as compensation. But i want my order not rs 100.

Issue: Order cancelled

Resolution: We had interacted with customer, apologized and informed that order has been cancelled by the seller due to price error. Informed him that as Token of Apology Rs. 100 has been added to his Flipkart wallet as gift voucher. Hence, closing the complaint.

I am purchas Moto e4 plus after 1 month, but the divise not properly condition. Because some problem in device like hang slow motion run etc. Problem in my cell phone, so I have registered this complent .
I don't need 100 rupees.take your money back. You are filling your wallet with customer's money by showing fake price of product later cancel placed orders and refund customer's money to Flipkart walet. customer have to use this money to buy from Flipkart.such a cheap strategy.

      After a terrible experience and complete loss of trust with order id od[protected]Kross maximus 26 dual suspension 21 speed mountain bike for adults red 26 t 21 speed mountain cycle), now i am having to go thru yet another bizarre experience with the refund on same order.

      For no mistake of mine, i am being forced to use the flipkart gift voucher worth rs 8000. I want to register that, after carefully checking the promised delivery date, i specifically purchased the flipkart gift voucher worth rs8000 only to buy this product but the promised delivery date was missed 5 times in a row and ultimately the product wasn’t delivered by the seller.

      After a nightmare and several rounds of follow-ups via mail and phone, the amount has been refunded back as gv (The original mode of payment). Due to the horrible experience with last order, i am really unwilling to use the gv now and demand the same be transferred to my bank account. If i had not shopped with flipkart, i had the option to buy the voucher of other vendor like amazon etc.. I have no plans to buy any product from flipkart in near future and this rule is forcing me to do so within the validity period. This also means that even if there is a lack of service guarantee from flipkart, there is no business loss whatsoever. This is an unhealthy business practice.

      I very well understand that there is a “term and condition” around this but not as detailed to this case specifically. By this gesture flipkart cannot force me to be a continued customer for a lifetime beyond rs 8000.

      I am not satisfied with the resolution as I am being forced to be a Flipkart customer thru this GV. What other options I have? How to proceed with a legal complaint?

      I want a compensation for the hassles I have gone thru or complete refund to the original account.

        I ordered a 500 WD blue caviar harddisk vide order no. od[protected] on Sep 19th Nov 17. The product was delivered on on 24th Sep 17. While trying to install it, it was not working and when checked with WD customer care they told that it was out of warranty. The product that was delivered was 500 gb wd 5000avds which had green label. After complaint, the company took time to confirm that they will replace the product. It was more than 15 days. In the meantime, I purchased another hard disk from the market and installed it. When the company was ready to replace, I asked for refund but they refused because the replacement has been delivered. Again it was WD 5000AVDS instead of 500gb blue caviar 5000AkAX. Once again I confronted them on 18/11/17, then i got a mail on 23/11/17 asking for details of bank account. I sent 3/4 mails on 24th/25th and 28th Nov 17, but I got a reply on 26th Nov 17 we are closing the case as there is no reply. I do not understand what the company is trying to prove telling that the customer is not eligible for refund as it from no return policy, even though the seller is at fault supplying damaged/not working items and different item which is cheaper by RS, 1000/- or so. And when they are ready to refund, no proper mechanism is in place to see the mail and only automated replies are coming. Even contacting the customer care no [protected], on 27thNov and 28th Nov i got a message that they will call back by 8.30pm, but after the schedule time they send message saying we apologise for not being able to call. Pl contact customer care [protected]. What kind of response you can make out from this story. I am aggrieved and want my money Rs.2715/- paid be me with additional cost of Rs.10000/- as damages as the affairs of the company is managed in way to damage the interest of the consumer and no proper redressal mechanism in force. The company is not serious and does not have any hold on the supplier, as they despatch differenct, defective/out of warranty items and the company takes shelter under no return policy which is very much against the interest of the consumer.

        I got back the refund amount without damages credited to my account and i got a mail also.. But the response from the flipkart executive shows that the company is not strict with the suppliers as to the product quality and terms of sale. The executive does not have any reply for the supply of defective, different and out of warranty items and non response to the email sent which shows that the company very badly has to do something to improve its image, by maintaining quality suppliers and ensuring the customer rights/expectations are fulfilled, rather than taking refuge under terms of sale, ie the no return policy.

              Solution : conveyed the apologist interacted with the customer, customer it was a miss understanding no issue,

              requested for exchange in different model no policy such communicated the same closing the issue
              Check bid for MSI laptop on 6th December 2017. Terms and conditions page says "The Offer will commence on September 20th, 2017 and end on September 24th, 2017 ("Offer Period")."
              As such Flipkart keep rights not to issue the items.

                Dear sir/mam

                I have made a purchase of spacewood engineering rs 16998 order id od[protected] almirah on flipkart on 23rd june 2017 by making debit card emi purchase (Sbi od). I cancelled the product on 24th june 2017 and as per flipkart they refund the amount on 6th july 2017.

                I have enquired in bank they haven't received any amount against the debit card linked account / od accout. Till the date bank deducted rs. 16998+1200 (Interest). Now they are asking for proof of transaction. Flipkart is not sharing transaction details like utr no. Bank details etc.

                Resolution: We had interacted with the customer, requested him to raise chargeback with bank. Also, transaction ID is shared via SMS and email. Hence, closing the complaint.

                  I purchased a mobile named mi a1 from flipkart.com under my registered mobile number [protected] and registered e mail id - [protected]@gmail.com. The performance of the mobile ius very poor and i literally hate this set.
                  Now when i am trying to return this, only replacement, isnt it a cheat with me, i strongly criticise and ask the government to check for this.
                  I purchased the seeong the well esteemed image of flipkart, ut i feel like i have been cheated by the company.

                  I request flipkart to kindly handover me my money within 48 hours back to me in the form of cash.

                    Received the replacement product on 22nd november'17, after unboxed the package found there is no main headphone unit, except main product received accessory (Charging cable) & manuals. Filed a return request on the same day by calling flipkart customer care directly, they lodged my request even send all required photos. They requested me on the same date to wait for 12 days thats mean till 4th december, flipkart concern team will investigate on this matter and contact me for further action. But 4th december passed already they are still not responding & my payment also stucked on this bad incident not yet received the correct product. Already lodged a fir against flipkart at my nearest ps. Now heading to consumer forum because maybe flipkart earns money by doing these scams, i earn money by doing hardwork. Worst experience on flipkart

                      I order a dlink product 2750u adsl2+ router on flipkart order id :- od[protected] for rs 1648 contact no :- [protected]. But on 5th of december, 2017 i received a parcel through ekart which having a bubble packing inside the box instead of actual product. So i reported the complain to flipkart on the same day. Even after 2 days i dont get any update from flipkart. Also they suspended my flipkart account which was registered on [protected].
                      They failed to resolve the issue regarding missing product as well as not providing me the replacement or refund my money.

                      Kindly take strict action against them

                        On[protected] the above appliance had developed some trouble and stopped working, and i have registered a complaint with carrier customer care on 17nov17. The service engineer on visit has reported that the problem has occured due to improper installation and the hole on the wall made for accessing the gas pipes was not covered from the rats entry into indoor unit and the indoor unit fan motor, swing motors were damaged by the rats and voids the warranty cover.
                        Is it the quality of installation service offered to customers approaching with faith

                          Sir, on 30 nov i have purchased the sparx 283 canvas shoes by doing online payment by check, and every day i track the product with help of the tracker but on 6 decmber it delivered on the wrong address and in the order details it was written that it will be delivered at the monday 11 december.
                          So sir please try to resolve my issue please check that what had happen and give me the product and either you will give my payment.

                                  4th time replacement cancelled. Technician visit scheduled all the 4 times and then after couple of days order cancelled 4 times. Frustrating experience and irresponsible responses. Never expected from such a big service provider.
                                  Everytime the flipkart team is assuring that the product will be delivered, but never. I even tried to talk 2 levels up than the customer care representative, but no use. Od[protected]

                                  We interacted with the customer, apologized as the replacement was cancelled and informed that refund request will be raised but customer was not happy as he wanted EMI charges as well and did not want us to raise a refund request hence, closing the complaint.

                                    I had ordered a mini gym set
                                    But they sent me faulty product
                                    Locks are not proper
                                    Weights are varying in every plate
                                    It's entirely like a gym set for kid
                                    And it's totally different from what i ordered... And i got injured as those locks were not perfect for the rod so one plate fallen down on my leg... And they are not cancelling the order now they are just going to replace it.. And i want refund

                                      I really don't know why this think is going on with me. We are the buyer who spend our money on the flipkart to buy product and just because we trust on the goodwell and the profile of the company

                                      1:- i have order redmi note 4 and cover and tempered class for the same on my anniversary gift for my wife
                                      2:- i got the product with bad camera quality and wish for returnreplace and follow the step as per flipkart
                                      3:- i got a call from flikart and cc executive name was puja kumari has forcefully cancel the replacement request by saying few tips and even after that problem was there in phone and she just said its a procedure and she is cancelling the replacement
                                      4:- after that i have drop and email about the complain of all these situstion on flipkart website and also facebok page of flipkart
                                      5:-today i got a call from a very good cc care lade naming agilina she said an technician will vist and after that if you want then we can return the phone and oter two item also and"i also mention her that i want return not replace as phone is not good and the seller review n flikart is very bad" and after that she said yes there will be retuwn of all three item
                                      5:-but now i can see the product as a replacement stage and "we're sorry. We are unable to process your replace request. Please refer to flipkart return policy"

                                      I just want my all item to get return and get my money back asap

                                        I've booked 2 jbl headphones according to the offer shown in Flipkart app with order number OD[protected], on 08/12/2017, The next day morning I got an email saying that they have cancelled my order without me knowing that. I want my ordered items Flipkart, keep your word, Don't try to cheat, .. hopefully jismon
