Hi sir my name is manojkumar sukhdev saah

And my problem is i am unable to update my password.

Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

Then i used forgot button and then received code.

Entered the code successfully.
After that it was asking please set a new password.

Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

Even after frequent follow up with flipkart every two days nothing has happened for the last 25 days.

    I was order on sat, dec 8th '18 a prestige pkoss electric kettle (1.5 l, silver) it got delivered on dec 15th 2018. There is problem in kettle cap is not working and switch bottom is very loose and in this switch bottom dropping water that's why the kettle auto shut-off is not working this problem is starting in last 13 days ago. Please resolve the problem quickly.

      Recently, i bought a smartphone from flipkart and yesterday it got delivered. I also bought a mobile protection plan with that fone but they didn't enable that plan and when i raise this issue with their customer care, they suspended my account and sent me a mail regarding that I'm a reseller so I'm blocked from flipkart. But i wanna tell you Flipkart that I'm only a customer and i never resale anything after buying from flipkart. So kindly sent me my mobile protection plan because i have paid for that.

      Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

        I have an ordered Hindware F100022QT Wall Mixer 3 In 1 With Provision
        For Both Over Head Shower & Hand Shower With 115 Mm Long Bend Pipe Mixer
        Faucet with order No.OD[protected] on 26-12-18 and got the delivery
        on 30-12-18. But when opened i saw MRP 3245/- whereas i have paid 3844/- for it.
        when called customer care on 30-12-18 they took the complain
        and said it will be resolved before 4.30pm on 01-01-19.
        but before time CC mailed me for screen shoot of MRP,
        which i provided on Jan 1, 2019, 11:52 AM after getting reply
        from me they extended time to resolve the issue to 02-01-19, 4.30 pm.but
        after said time also issue not resolved
        So i called on 03-01-19, at 11.14 AM again customer care,
        CC asking for another 24 to 48 hours to resolve the issue,
        So i have Complained to National Consumer Helpline with Complain No. 1083726.

          On 9th october i booked a refrigerator for 14490 rupees at 6months no cost emi and one prestige cooking set for 1349 (On 1 october). It was big billion day sale from 10th october till 14th october 2018.

          After that i tried to book a mobile cover for redmi 4a on those sale days because it was available at 49 rupees which is cheaper than expectation. I tried to order it but it was getting cancelled again and again without any reason. It got cancelled 4 times. Moreover i tried to book that on two addressed coz the cover was for my friend. One on my address and his address. But same cancellation issue persisted on either address.

          And suddenly i am unable to login to my account since 21st october. Now even though i want to payoff my emi's i am unable to pay it which is rediculous.

          I complained the matter to flipkart customer care, the executive said i can't help you as you account is blacklisted. On a reply i asked for a solution because i want to pay my emi's but if i can't login i can't pay it off. So i requested to give me some alternative way to pay off my dues on time.

          They sent me link for paying my dues for October and November and said me to reply via email to get links for further payment each month there after.

          I paid the installments for October and November

          But unfortunately the mail says that it's no longer in use. So I am unable to ask for the links to pay off further installments.

          So please provide me links for paying off December installment.

          Why the hell u guys are sending me link with penalty. I had no way to pay the due on time. Moreover I lodged complaint on 3rd jan. U guys took 14 days to revert back.. what kind of service is this?

          Send me link without penalty. Just emi amount and total amount of all of remaining installment. Without penalty.

          I am not going to pay any penalty for you people's late response and worst service.

            I placed an order on 24th dec 2018 for samsung gear iconx 2018 edition. It was scheduled for delivery on 27th dec 2018. I didn't get any sms update even when i was subscribed that my delivery is delayed. On 27th when i tried to track my package, i said that the order will get delivered on or before 1st jan 2019. Its 3rd jan 2019 today and they haven't done anything about my order. They have promised a new day of 5th jan 2019. This is not what i was expecting by flipkart. I suffered a great loss due to them.

              I purchased MI 43 inch TV and Everest stabilizer with single order no. OD[protected] dated on 10.10.2018.. I received both in from different supplier... Some tichnical and breakage issue in stabilizer I called for return... They also accepted and picked for for return.. I also given to courier in the October month within return policy date... But now I received the email and SMS regarding on 02.01.2019

              "Important update: Due to an unforeseen issue an excess amount of Rs.1553/- was refunded for your order OD[protected] to your credit card ending with 742. You can view this excess refund on your statement within 30 days from 22/10/2018. The excess amount will be debited from your card within the next 15 working days. Thanks for your understanding. Regards, Flipkart"

              I don't have product with me... How i can pay the amount Rs. 1553..now to flipkart.. I replied in email but they told not to reply .. I can't call customer care also...

                My Debit Card Was Used On FlipKart with out my permission and they charged INR 28, 381/- Transaction id is - PAYUST[protected] and #[protected] is + 4, 998/- transaction is for 4998 is PU[protected] + 23, 489/- + 4, 998/- My Card Ending With ***4899 and this is an SBI Debit Card.

                Please look into these fraud transaction and cancel all and refund my amount as soon as possible.

                    I've ordered 1 item 1.Sandisk Memory card on offer flat 500 paying through debit card on 2nd Jan 2019. Then the order is placed and got notification that product is shipped. But after few hours automatically the products got cancelled and I got message "refund has been initiated". If Flipkart can't provide the promised offers why showing on the app and website.
                    And after that when contacted the customer service they are doing nothing and saying only "we're sorry" and asked me to reorder the same but with a higher price. Also I've asked to transfer to higher authorities but they put me on hold and didn't transfer and I had to cut down the call.

                      I had ordered for a a) syska rechable bulb-499*5 (rs-2495), b) syska iron-Rs-599, c)sandisk ultra duel drive M3.0 32gb otg drive- rs -589.at flipkart.com and as the site was showing the item as in stock, i made the payment of the same through net banking on 2nd Jan 2019. I received a confirmatory e-mail to this effect saying the product will be delivered at my house address Mumbai in 2-3 business days. However, on 2nd Jan 2019., they sent a mail to me cancelling the order and mentioning that the payment will be reversed in my credit card account. They now claim that the said product is no more in stock, however, i have been checking their site, and the product is very much available and the site is still showing it as in-stock but only at a higher price.
                      They cancelled my order saying that the product is not available inspite of sending a confirmatory e-mail to me. (Above Mentioned prices as on 03.01.2019)

                        I am a victim of cyber fraud. I had 36005rs EGV in Flipkart Wallet, and my account was hacked(27/11/18 20:38) and email and mobile number was changed. I called Flipkart Support and told them the incident (27/11/18 20:40) also i told them to freeze or lock my account to avoid EGV transfer to other accounts. They told me to wait for 24 hours and they will do that. but then the hacker transferred my egv to his account on 28/11/2018 17:00 pm. Now when i am asking for the EGV, flipkart team is not giving me the egv. They are telling they cant help me now. They are refusing me to give the EGV back.

                        As i have told flipkart team about my account, then it is their duty to prevent any transfers from that account to another acocunt, but they didnt done that, hence now its their responsibility to give me egv.
                        I dont know who took my egv or anything, but this is the flipkart team who didnt done anything after my complaint. They have to give my egv from where ever they want. They should find the hacker or they must pay from their wallet.

                              I had purchased a poco f1 (Mobile phone) price being rs.19, 999 product on the flipkart platform on the 21st of december 2018 using 2 egv (Gift cards) worth 9, 999 and the other gift card value was 10, 000 order

                              I had to then cancel the order as i had ordered a wrong color so i did the same and refund was initiated and then i was told that the refund will happen on or before of 24th of december. So i had to wait till 24th making numerous calls when the refund will happen as it was a case of emergency for me. All the executives who i spoke to said that it will happen before the said time.
                              On not receiving the refund at the end of 24th i decided to call them again at the end of the night where i had to wait for more than an hour to speak with the manager since ll the executives told me the same info every time i had called them.

                              At the end when the call got connected a manager was able to help me in getting the refund of one card 9, 999 and the other card was not successful so he told me to try it again which i did and it did not happen.

                              So the next morning on the 25th i called them and raised a complaint regarding the same. I was again given a new date of 26th december, as a customer the only thing i had to do was wait and yet again after making numerous calls they said the concerned team will contact you regarding the issue and the case will be resolved which indeed did not happen.

                              Again on 26th night when i called the same customer-service team they gave me a new time frame of 29th december. Upon asking them why it is taking so long all they said was the refund was initiated but they had a problem with the seller side (Vision star ps: many complaints on this seller as well).
                              When i had been calling them i also provided the concerned team with the gift card number upon being asked which they told it will be resolved within the said date. But they failed to do it within the time again this time and again i was given a new date of 4th jan and was told to wait. I had also raised a complaint on social media platforms regarding the same on twitter and facebook.
                              The issue is still pending and my refund is yet to happen and due to these guys the product which i wanted to order has gone out of stock on 29th of december. I demand a token of apology from them along with my refund

                              The customer service has been the worst and on top the team which handles this case has been even more worst.
                              A customer has to wait more than 2 weeks for one refund to happen and the company has no value for customer satisfaction.

                              Would never use this platform again after this incident.

                                  I have booked a redmi note 6 pro (Red, 64 gb) with order id: od[protected] and payment of rs. 7699/-has been made through debit card under exchange scheme. Subsequently the said order has been cancelled and accepted by the flipkart authority. But the said amount has not yet been credited to my account despite several contact with the customer care.
                                  It is therefore requested to arrange for refund of the amount at my account of the concerned debit card at the earliest without any further delay.

                                      I ordered this product after 500rs instant discount for 34rs. The seller cancelled the order without any valid reason. The seller has no right to cancel my prepaid order without any valid reason and it's flipkart's duty to make sure that the customer is treated fairly and he gets what he paid for. Their customer executive said that i should order it again and pay 534rs again. This will not at all be tolerated. Please take appropriate action against them to treat their customer fairly in future.

                                        I ordered mi smart tv recently, and it is in 10 days return policy now, after receiving i found the tv is of smaller size and wanted to order higher size, so i requested for return. But it is not being accepted.

                                        Iam not even asking for refund, i asking for the replacement, but with higher specification and iam willing to pay for the higher specification

                                        I dont understand what is the problem here, more over iam increasing your business
