[Resolved] Flipkart — defective phone received & replacement not done by flipkart | |||
Sir, I was recived my order od[protected] for infinix note 4 on 15/11/17. After 5 day use this phone was power off done auto and not worked two to three times in day. I was complaint to flipkart & ask to replace the phone under 10 days replacement policy, but they was not replace my phone & fake report submitted on my reqest & cancel my replacement. This phone are faullty & flipkart not solve my isse they are ask to me go to service center, But this is your responsibilty replace the phone under flipkart 10 days replacement policy, so i reqest to you please solve my issue & replace my phone. Purchased Moto E4 plus, it's getting heat up v hot when it is on charging and once get hanged while alarm was ringing and phone did responded for switching off the alarm. On & off button wasn't working as well as alarm was ringing with screen dead, and red light on top of the screen was beeping.

Mobile I purchased is becoming heat and going switch off imdeatly the phone is Moto z with style mode I had purchased it on october 4 for 2-3 weeks there was no problem there was only some heating the phone but after it started to become too hot and switch off automatically
