Received the replacement product on 22nd november'17, after unboxed the package found there is no main headphone unit, except main product received accessory (Charging cable) & manuals. Filed a return request on the same day by calling flipkart customer care directly, they lodged my request even send all required photos. They requested me on the same date to wait for 12 days thats mean till 4th december, flipkart concern team will investigate on this matter and contact me for further action. But 4th december passed already they are still not responding & my payment also stucked on this bad incident not yet received the correct product. Already lodged a fir against flipkart at my nearest ps. Now heading to consumer forum because maybe flipkart earns money by doing these scams, i earn money by doing hardwork. Worst experience on flipkart

Flipkart Customer Care's response The seller has refunded the amount as customer said that the product was missing hence, closing the complaint.
As such Flipkart keep rights not to issue the items.
