On 3 dec 2017 i was oederd the jbl headphone. And placed it. And i had get message also for placing the order.
But on 4 dec i see they cancle my order without asking me or permission.
And when i called them they told me that there is seller problem.
If there is problem then it necessary to informed me. But it is totaly wrong
I gave screenshot of placing orde from my side and cancelling the by them

    I purchased a macbook air from flipkart in jan, 2017 which worked fine until last month an stopped switching on all of a sudden, it was still under warranty hence i took it to apple service center and they said that it is a common battery issue which can be fixed easily but later 2 weeks i got an email saying it is a paid service since there is a liquid corrosion on laptop and doesn't cover warranty and sent a quotation of 52, 000rs whereas the actual price of laptop was 63, 000rs. I am 110% sure from my end that i have not dropped even a single drop of liquid hence i complained the same to flipkart that i have not dropped even a single drop of liquid from my end so there are chances that maybe flipkart has sent me a defective product which stopped working within a year itself but flipkart kept denying over and over again. The same things i explained to almost 20+ executives on every call. I was concerned that if i end up buying the same laptop again and if the same things happens again if i am being blamed falsely then i cannot keep spending 63k in every 8 months though the product is under warranty, i was fed o[censored]p explaining to flipkart team over and over again that i have not dropped even a single drop of liquid and i am 110% sure about it but they never believed and in the last few calls they literally said that they cannot help post which i asked to send all the call recordings of the case but they are denying even now. I have all the email conversations but the call recordings they are denying. I am upset with flipkart that i am being blamed for no reason instead i should be blaming flipkart for sending a defective product but it happened vice versa and they are directly denying support and not ready to send call recordings. This is insane from a company like flipkart for blaming a customer instead fighting with the service center and admitting that they will try something to help me in this situation as i was frustrated of explaining the same things over ever calls, my every call with flipkart was not less then 30mins and i have tried to prove myself again and again but never believed me and decided to close the case saying is there anything else they can help apart from this issue. Please help me, i am done fighting with flipkart and they clearly gave a green signal to contact consumer forums but they will not send call recordings neither will help me with this issues.

    @consumer - I did received a call from Flipkart yesterday after I forwared this complaint email to them and they are now asking to get a written letter from Apple service center asking the exact time of liquid drop which is not possible and insane to ask this things, they are playing around with me. And the sad part is that even yesterday they denied to send call recordings and again blamed me for dropping a liquid they are dumb to go through the previous conversation and making me repeat the same thing again and again. I blame Flipkart for sending me a product which was defective and stopped working within a year.

      Hello all,

      This is to bring you under your notice that myself venkatraman narayan has purchased lenovo thinkpad ultraportable x240 20ama1xm00 core i3 - (4 gb ddr3/500 gb hdd/free dos) ultrabook on thu, apr 7th '16 3:21 pm from flipkart which cost inr 44, 990. My order number is od[protected]. While purchasing it has 3 years of warranty on laptop and 1 year warranty on battery. On the month of july, i reported an issue in regards to this laptop as it was not getting on. I have informed flipkart & they asked me to get in touch with vendor. I contacted lenovo & they had provided me some steps and i have applied those steps but still, it was not getting on. Since then till now we keep on roaming from seller to lenovo and from lenovo to flipkart but with no resolution. At last, my wife reported this issue to facebook because we were not getting any resolution. Post reporting the issue with flipkart they provided with seller contact details and informed that it is under warranty so the issue will be resolved. However, we contacted the seller and he asked us to wait for 3 days for the issue to get resolved. Then 3 days become a week and post that he asked us to contact lenovo as the warranty has been updated so the issue will get resolved. However. When we contacted lenovo they said that we have to pay for the services as they were not notified of any warranty from flipkart or seller. Then, we again contacted the seller and he asked us to wait for 3 days but 3 days over then also he wanted more time for the issue to get resolved. At last when we left with no clue that what is happening and what is the resolution. Again we posted on facebook to flipkart about the refund because no one was helping instead of pushing from one person to another. The hilarious part when we asked for refund flipkart directly said they can't help us & provide with resolution and forcefully asked us to wait for the seller to revert back.

      However, last week we received a call from lenovo & finally they informed that warranty has been updated and post that they will for visit to check with laptop issue. The person from lenovo who has visited at our residence he was very rude & just while checking the laptop he said that we have dropped water on the laptop (By showing us some green marks on it claiming that we have dropped water). He forced us to make us say that we have dropped water as there is no kid at our place who can drop water. And, even if the water drops on it then should give us a valid proof. However, just clicking few pics & giving us no reference it doesn't make a sense to say that it will chargeable. On top of that, lenovo guys do a marketing job there by saying that it has a motherboard problem & he started giving us various prices to buy a motherboard from them or buying a new laptop. We have purchased this laptop brand new just for the sake as it has a warranty & if anything happens flipkart with definitely help us. But we were wrong as its been more than 5 months there is no solution we have received nor money back. And, this is the way you make a customer wait & suffer by giving no resolution.

      Please take the laptop or else let us know what best you can do because being it in 3 years of warranty on laptop & 1 year on battery there is nowhere on your website about accidental damage but still that lenovo person claims that it is covered under accidental damage. I guess we have purchased the laptop from you guys so please give us a solution rather than relying on lenovo as we have not purchased from them. Is this the way you treat your customers & make them roam like foolish or ask them to pay for it even if it's under warranty.

      Fyi - lenovo guys didn't even gives us any reference id, proof of watermarks nor any documented email statement about the issue what happened with the laptop & top of that they do marketing to make us purchase a new laptop or motherboard.

      Please give us a resolution at the earliest as its been very long since we are facing this trouble.

      Complaint : warranty issue, Returns issue customer was facing the in laptop battery issue

      solution : Interacted with the customer conveyed the apology based on the vendor communication and Brand communication warranty has update in portal correctly solved

      Battery issue : brand technician visited to the customer place noticed that it is not a battery issue liquid damages done from customers end hence unable to provide the service same communicated and closing the case
      Still didn't get my product. I chose @Flipkart over @amazon just coz of better delivery time, though @amazon was giving me 1k off on the same product. But now I hv started regretting

        Hi team i purchased one skulcandy headphone they said my order will be deliverd day after tomorrow now the day arrived i got a message due to incorrect pricing by seller we have refunded your amount and gift card will be sent, without my acknowledgement order has been cancelled i am filling consurmer complaint now

          I purchased a lenovo laptop and flipkart send me a dummy product with issues like touchpad, battery, connectivity, disc drive. I am calling flipkart day by day but i m not getting a satisfactory statement from flipkart. One wishmaster came 2day and called someone and told me that he is not going to pick the product. When i called flipkart, customer executive told me how wishmaster could not rcv the laptop, now the question is how i will tell why he didn't rcv the laptop, it's your duty not of customer. Right now flipkart is giving me a mental harassment. Now tell me what should i do, should i go to consumer forum as this is the second time i am facing the same problem.

          How can u say that, it means u ll send defective product and if return will be made u LL say dat maximum number of return is made and for Ur kind information I had never returned anything ok. So make my product replaced otherwise no option than going consumer forum or court or social media.

When i checked my order that show the order received my near by dwarka hub with ekart delivery at night. And suddenly i got msg that your amount is refund.                 I ordered jbl t250si wired headphones from flipkart as it was listed as discount price and i got the message of confirming shipment aswell but after some time they have cancelled the shipment aswell the order. This is completely unfair and cheating with customers.
                What's the meaning of putting an offer if they can't even fullfill their orders, haven't expected this from flipkart.

                    Yesterday, i ordered a jbl wired headphones for rs:-349, when company (Flipkart) was offering 86% off on its portal. The delivery was promised by december 6th, but the order was auto cancelled by december 4th and i received that the message "refund amount has been completed". The customer care replies that “due to the huge demand of products, and to provide customers an equal opportunity to avail the said deal, the order was cancelled.”
                    I have a question then why the company gives the sale on the site if the product is not available. Always the product is out of stock when the huge demand of customers but the product is in stock till night i will place the order in afternoon then why they didn't give the product to me. The seller is "supercomnet" on flipkart. The product is available on the site at this time but highly in price. The product is not out of stock by the seller. I want this product at yesterday price beacuse the product is avialable by seller.

                    The flipkart company play with the customer feelings. I didn't expect that from the flipkart.

                    no sir that was not problem with the product that you ordered but same product i ordered but they cancelled it by saying that it was price listing error and seller cancelled your order.so i am with you brother and we want justice because they are cheating with customers.same product and different reasons how can it possible? we want same product at same price that was on that day.
                    The same thing happened with me @DCcse and I believe that they are just making up fake reasons .
                    I support the above complaint and want the same product at same price.

                      This is complaint regards to the cancellation of my order by flipkart without my permission. I bought the product in cheaper rate from the website on 3rd of december, 2017. Flipkart has now cancelled the order stating that there was price error from seller's end.in addition they have provided me a gift voucher which will come into my account within 24-28 hours but this is not the way of cancellation of order.
                      I therefore request the extra compensation. So that flipkart learn a lesson from it and do not repeat such mistakes in future.

                        I oder two jbl headphone (Oder id-od[protected] and oder id-od[protected] at price of 349 but both product cancle without my permission and when i contact them then they say it is because of price error and now they rise its price 999. Mistake done by flipkart and fool me. I miss deal to other site which offer it at range of 400 to 500.

                          We have informed customer that the order was cancelled by seller due to price error and provided Rs.100 as a token of apology hence, closing the complaint.
                          Same thing done with me..
                          This is a very common issue with online sellers. Also many a times in flash sells and special offer sells they overbook the item and later cancel several orders to accommodate the actual inventory. It's a bad practice followed by online shopping sites.
                          Not send SD card by e kart courerr and return to Flipkart I am not received refund amount or SD card

                            Yesterday i ordered 2 jbl t250si headphones. Its offer price was rs 349 for one. The order had been placed with order id od[protected] and i had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But today at 6:26am the order got automatically cancelled by flipcart and mailed me it has cancelled due to incorrect price. It was not my fault. Sir i want to purchase this item in same price.. So force to flipcart to deliver it at the time. This should be purely considered as breach of contract! Thanks and regards vk induriya,

                              I have purchased lenovo k6 power in mid of aug2017. From then onwards there is issue in mic of my phone but i inquired they told me it will be resolved in there latest updates of lenovo. Recently i visted lenovo care center they changed some parts of my mobile (Initially they changed my ram from 4gb to 3gb) after telling them it is a 4gb phone, they searched something and change my ram. After this mic problem deteriorates and it is not possible for other person to hear my voice clearly.
                              I felt cheated because if at the first place my phone is replace by the good working phone then i don't have to face these issues.
                              Again if i try to go service center then also i don't know what they replace and why (Or might cause any other problem)

                                I ordered rdp thinbook laptop from flipkart on 20 october. I was delivered a dead laptop on 26 october. I placed refund request. But they sent me replacement after repeated calls to their customer care. The replacement received is also dead. I placed refund request again. They keep rescheduling technician visits. Technician visit has been cancelled 3-4 times now. They are not processing my request further. Both the time i received seal broken laptops. Boxes of the laptop were in very bad condition.

                                  I ordered a beats headphones but on the time of delivery i got empty box and need that product on urgent basis that’s why i bought it from out side on same day.

                                  Why i ask for refund call center teams refused to provide me a refund bcoouse of sallee policy. It’s a case of breach of contract from flipkart team because they failed to deliver shipment in committed time.

                                  Why customer is suffering because of this process???

                                    I ordered samsung mobile worth 6990 rs through flipkart website. It charged my card, approved the transaction but after one hour the order got cancelled automatically and got an email that my money will be refunded in 6-7 business days to my bank. I placed one more order of the same again, flipkart charged my card and again cancelled the order, got an email that my money will be refunded in 6-7 business days. Tried calling their customer support number so many times but no answer, i don't know why they say 24x7 customer support if they can't even answer the call.in my flipkart account it shows the order was cancelled by me but i never cancelled the two orders. I contacted them through email and they responded that it was a system error on their side and asking me place the order again. They already holded my 14000rs and expecting me to place another order of 7000rs. What kind of service are they offering to the customers? What is the guarantee that even i placed another order it will go through and they will not hold my money for another 1 week?

                                      Customer raised a complaint for defective issue, we interacted with customer and apologies for the inconvenience and asked him as we arrange for the tech visit so technician contacted him or not customer told they contacted and asked customer to come 13 km away from his address. Apologies and informed customer let us have this check with the concerned team that we can arrange for tech visit in his location or not customer told he is looking for only refund we told we have 10 days replacement policy and its not possible to arrange for refund. Customer told he is looking for refund only then only take the request or else close the complaint. As customer not ready replacement and with the confirmation of customer we're closing the complaint from our end.

                                      This was the message and after taking the request you cancelled it after 2 days.this is 2 nd time that flipkart are cancelling my return request.the mobile which i have received was not working properly and after. Technician visit the mobile is hanged and not working at all.will never buy from flipkart next time they make people fool.and the senior customer mrs .neha is so rude that she doesnt know how to talk to customer, i said i will compain she told me u can complain its ur wish.worst services from flipkart nowadays better to close it.                                         A philips induction cooker was delivered today[2/12/2017] but opening the packet, its pug pins are found damaged and the product is unusable. So i request you to replace the product. The screws from the socket of the plug were removed and they were found fallen from it. It can not be connected to the plug. The damage was found soon after opening the packet. I earnestly request you to replace it as the use of the product is very important for us.
