Dec 3rd i received my mi max 2 mobile. That is a not good in battery, signal and hanging. I raised a complaint on 5th december. Some flipkart executive said with in 2days your problem will resolve like ha said. Still i facing the same same problem. He send fake technician he don't know anything even how to see the problem also. I am asking if you resolve the problem ok otherwise i want my refund. The policy is there with in 10 days refund or replacement options. But he said no option is there. Please resolve my issue

    Happened same to me, ordered product on 7th december it was supposed to be delivered by 13th december. Still not packed,
    I tried to get flipkart support, they told me they will get resolution in 48hours, means 2 days waiting : (

    I am sensing this was prebooking of mi a1. They do not have stock in hands hence the delay.

    Earlier we were able to search for import data on zauba.com but now they assemble it in india so no way to know how much stock they are short to start the delivery : (

    Most of the orders will get cancelled, i have made full payment of[protected] price + sbi credit card discount 10%), if all of other customer with same issue has already made the payment then

    Consider 1000 (Min) orders;
    12000 (Avg price) * 1000 customers = 1.2crore amount is held by seller. Annual interest of 4.89 lakh (4%)
    Means seller has already earned 10000+ rupees (For 1 week) as interest without doing nothing..

    Nice move seller,, hope u deliver our products as promised and do not cancel the order..

    Product has been shipped yesterday finally after i tweeted to Sachin Bansal (Flipkart CEO).. fingers crossed will be recording product unboxing, just in case as many people faced faulty product issue..

      Ordered lyf 4005 flame 6 battery 15 days back still not received the product heavy delay in delivery time very disappointed with flipkart for not keeping up their word of delivery time this will be the last product i am buying from this 3rd class online shopping and my humble request to flipkart that please don't let any customer to write a complaint regarding silly things lyk late in delivery time and all plz resolve the problem of delay in delivery timings

        I have ordered a mi a1 on 7th dec, expected delivery date of my mobile was on 11th dec. But my order has been not packed yet. And as i gone through many reviews, i have also noticed that they have sold the defective product. What about the false promises made by both flipkart and true net commerce.
        And the responses given by flipkart were worst. Didn't expect such a worst response from flipkart.
        I ordered my phone 8th expected delivery on 13th but I still didn't get the product, and flipkart assured to delivery on promptly...
        I have ordered mi a1 at 8/12/17 and delivary is at 13/12/17 but in my status the mobile is still not packed
        I think this is same compalint as given by other customers who ordered mi A1 mobile.i too was victim for this worst service by truenet commerce and flipkart.
        i really don't know why they are neglecting this issue.

          When i called icici i spoke to rep and he is telling need to check with flip cart and flip cart is telling check with your bank. Please some one help me on this.

            I have ordered the ac om march28th 2017 and cancelled it immediately with the order id od[protected] which is 30, 990/- and the amount got converted into emi for 24 months which is monthy 1797/-.
            The amount is deducting every month after i cancelled the product.

            How come you deduct the money every month from my cc account after cancelling the product. I want the refund or the product and which i am not going to pay any single paise for the rest emi's.

            I am going to file a police case on the flipkart if am not going to hear from you people immediately and my contact number is [protected] and [protected]..

                    Promised delivery date of order was 8th dec, still part not even packed and processed.
                    Today is 13th dec, still no information about the same. Now it is showing as order's delivery date is 15th dec.
                    It is annoying. It is my first worst experience with online shopping. It is not only about my order but about promising service for which we are paying.
                    Same here bro...

                      I ordered a pixel 2 on dec 7 by paying 39500 by credit card. This is not yet dispatched by the seller.

                      The same seller - omnitechretail, continues to sell the same item on flipkart mentioning two days delivery at my pincode. So its not a case of product availability.

                      Flipkart has not given any reasons for the delay even after my repeated emails.

                      Customer raised a complaint for delivery delay. We interacted with the customer apologies for the delay and customer confirmed that due to delay in delivery he cancelled the order and he placed a new order which is delivered hence closing the complaint from our end.
                      +1. I too ordered Pixel 2 last week. If I check the "Track order" option, its showing no progress. Even its not packaged by now and the expected date of shipping is 15th!

                        The order is placed for mi a1 via flipkart done on 7 th dec. The cover i order at the same time is delivered (2 days prior), which i have no use now.
                        The order shows 'processing' all time. No change or updates is not given. The customer care reply is vague.
                        I have paid full amount. It is not the money i want it is the product in time. I expected delivery earlier so that i can make use of functions which my earlier phone doesn't have. The trouble caused by delay causing to loose my money.

                          Ordered a samsung 32"full hd tv from"flipkart internet priv bangalore kar" on 25/11/2017 got it installed on 29/11/2017.

                          It started giving issues with screen since, it went off couple of times and i was concerned since, it was an expensive product. It looked fake. I contacted flipkart who promised that, it will be picked up for a refund (Also showed on the app that, return approved). Soon after that, i noticed they rejected the return. I than, again called flipkart so, i was informed do not worry it will be picked since, we're here to cover you as merchant who shipped you rejected the return but, we as a brand knows how to take care of our customers.

                          Till date, this is not resolved. They had sent a engineer from samsung today at my home to check. I did tell him about the screen problem. Guess what, i was told its a feature of it??. How can a screen be shut - sounds fishy. He than, asked me to speak to flipkart for a refund.

                          I have been calling flipkart more than 3-4 times everyday but, now it seems like they're just ignoring the issue and forcing me to keep the unit = (Please help

                            I have a complaint about the xiaomi mi in ear earphones sold by flipkart for rs 599. The product seems to be duplicate, since the original mi product come with a kevlar cable and looks more steady and has good build quality. The earphones sold by flipkart has none of the above feautures. I have ordered the product recently and received the duplicate one. I had been no refund option.                               Like many others i too am facing same issue. Placed order on 8th it was supposed to be delivered today i. E 12th dec 2017. But the product is still in processing. Called flipkart two days in a row got the generic response. Filed complaint against the seller. And flipkart said it will resolve the issue by 14th dec... Let's see what happens. There must be a solid reason behind this i guess.

                                I ordered a asus i7 laptop on 8th dec 2017 and today i. E. 12th dec 2017 they said it is cancelled without my concern. This action taken by them wasted my time and money as well. This was very unfair of them. If something is not done regarding this then customers will get reduced. I just want to say that, the same order must be set on the track with same price and same delivery address. Or else i am going to register a complaint in consumer forum for this action by flipkart.

                                    Since they have damaged my shipment and are forcing me to cancel and reorder my product. since i bought it in discount at a price of 59990 but it is now priced 99990 . so, this is simply impossible for me to pay 40000 extra money for the same profuct. so please look into this matter . i have also talked to customer care of flipkart all the time they are saying the same thing that i have to cancel my order.but i don't want to do that and i have also paid full amount.

                                        I ordered a product on 8th December and paid for the product through netbanking. The product was in stock and the order status was confirmed and the delivery date was for 9th December as a one day delivery promise.

                                        Since then I have been constantly tracking the order status and today on 12th December Flipkart has cancelled the order stating that the product is un-deliverable in Gurgaon where most of the sellers have their warehouses.

                                        The seller's name is OmniTechRetail. Flipkart has initiated a refund and have given me a date for 22nd as the refund date. I'd like the authorities to take some strict action against the company as they are providing false promises. I have registered a consumer complaint and waiting for their response.

                                        The customer complaint about the order cancellation. We had interacted with the customer and explained about the order cancellation due to seller cancellation and asked her to place fresh order. Hence closing the complaint from our end.
