My issue is regarding a refrigerator I ordered in Flipkart Site. I actually ordered a 5 star rating Whirpool Refrigerator on 16/10/2017 at price of 16, 450, but instead of a 5 star refrigerator they delivered me 4 staring rating refrigerator on 20/10/2017. On the same day, I called Flipkart Customer Care and explained the same to them. As there was no stock of 5 star refrigerator, they placed refund instead of replacement. Next day, I saw the 5 star refrigerator in stock in the site, but I am unable to cancel the refund request. Again, I called Customer Care, to cancel refund and raise Replacement Request, but they said that they are unable to raise the request and wait 1 more day. I waited for 1 week, but the status has not been updated. Again, I called customer care, but in vain. I waited for 1 more week and on 11/11/2017 I received a message that my order has been delivered on 11/11/2017. I called the Customer Care to ask about at least my refund amount, again they asked to place refund again...
My problem here is 1) I am not able to get the product I request for and they delivered me a wrong product; 2) Customer Care never helped me in replacing the product as then an offer is going on; 3) I did not get my refund amount till now and asked me again to place the refund. 4) The price of the product now is more than when I actually placed the order...
From a top rated online website like Flipkart, this is not what we are expecting. Simply, this is like cheating on your customers. I am totally disappointed with the type of service you have provided to me...
