Hello. I had ordered two kobo resistance bands. Order id is od[protected]. However, upon receiving the parcel, inside was only one band, and that was not the band which i had ordered. Hence i called flipcart and explained the situation to them that i had only one band, and it was not the one specefied, hence i wanted to request a refund. The next day, my product was picked, and the ekart guy opened the product in front of me and saw there was only one band inside. But now i have receieved the payment for only one of the bands, i. E. Rs 1242, whereas i had paid for two bands. Hence a refund of rs. 1242 is pending. I am feeling exploited and cheated. I hope you help me resolve my issue and get my remaining refund asap.
