Order id od[protected]. I ordered a microwave oven through emi on 23rd sep 2017 but flipkart couldn't deliver it by their promise date and extended twice so i cancelled it on 11th oct 2017. I contacted their customer support through calls and emails but they haven't resolved my issue yet i also wrote a letter to their grievance department but didn't got any reply. I have done almost everything i can but it's been three months and i'm still being charged emi for a product i never bought

I had brought a sandisk pen drive from flipkart. It does no works perfectly. Every time all data getting corrupted. I had call sandisk Customer care n they said product is duplicate. Flipkart is also neglecting all the matter. Please help me out.
I want to exchange a mobile... But the website shows invalid IMEI number. I attach screenshots of my IMEI number and also the Flipkart website pictures...
Let me help how to get rid this problem and I get exchange offer for my mobile..

    Hello Flipkart,
    I order Xiomi Mi A1 back cover about 1 week ago along with a brand new Mi A1 smarphone.
    The Delivery date of both was said to be 21dec. i got the mobile on 16th dec itself, thankz for d fast delivry..
    the delivery boy calld me yesterday(18th dec) and sait that ma order for Mi a1 back cver is arrivd and requestd me to arrive at nearby city by 4pm.When i tried calling him, he is not responding(Rejectng ))my call.Today 19th dec, again the delivery boy called me and requested to arrive at nearby city.I arrived at the right time.My name was on his list, But the Package is not with him.The city is about 5km frm here, Its very hard to go there daily just to pick up my order for no reason.Make immediate actions to deliver my order as soon as possible.Well i hav lost my trust on flipkart nw a days..🤷

We interacted with the customer and apologies for the inconvenience and customer told that he only collected the product.       Adhar card is not available for assam whereas my employer is not updating my kyc in the uan card and stating that adhar is required but unfortunately its not available for the region.

        We have taken mobile in flip kart against order no. Od[protected], dt. 21.12.2016 for le eco mobile against tax invoice no. Foysf[protected], dt. 22.12.2017 and then very earli hour mobile network problem occuring so we have given mobile for service center vision care to ahmedabad gujarat area against job sheet no. Js[protected], dt. 03.04.2017. But le eco service center not given to problem solve and same mobile without any repaire he will given 1.5 month back and also his service center also close so we have given mobile other service center hcl service against job sheet no. Js[protected] dt. 08. June 2017 and return mobile without repaire after 30 nov 2017 after long back 6 month.

        Kindly confirm whichi type of mobile flip kart company saleing, if this kind of company does not provide any solution so kindly refund my money and taken this faulty mobile.

        Le eco toll no[protected] also close and his mail id: also not provide any solution. [protected]@le.com

        Pls refund my money because this mobile we have purchase rs. 12000 but lip kart company saling faulty mobile and given wrong company not provided any solution, le eco company only cheater company and make fool to customer.

        Kindly replace or refund not given to le eco company and flip kart company we will goes to consumer court for legal action because both company not provided any solution, and also chinese company his idea call center and service center closed and today we have helpless because on one listen to my complain.

        My mobile given without repaire and also new battery problem occure for service center

          Hi,

          I have purchased a mi a1 mobile dated on 7th december, 2017 with single day delivery option from flipkart. So i expected the delivery on 8th december, 2017 but i have received a sms from flipkart and told the product is not deliver on 8th december, 2017 for some technical issue. On that day (7th december night) i have informed a customer support representative. He said "i will launched the complain it is our technical fault". After received the product flipkart customer care representative said it is not possible to refund any money because you are not launched any complained after bridge. So how it is possible to know that type of norms. Kindly check and let me know the appropriate steps for refund.

          We had interacted with the customer as per customers complaint, apologized for the issue, the next day delivery charges are not given back due to delay in delivery, hence informed customer that we will provide it back, and added in flipkart wallet as EGV. Informed within 24 hours it will reflect and the validity and hence issue resolved and closing the case.

            The reference no. Of complaint is pzt[protected]ese0401. The order of mobile mi a1 is not completed but the amount of rs 11699 is deducted from my debit card during payment period. Message is received from flipkart that refund is initiated but the amount is not received yet. Amount is deducted on 17/12/2017, 2 days passed from the date of refund initiation but the refund has not yet received.

              I place a od[protected] mobile phone samsung on nxt and i receive the same on dated 11.12.2017. When i received the mobile i found this product is only usable on indian sim card. It is written on the box of the mobile. Previously it is not disclosed during the order. Though recently i have a programmer to visit foreign country. For this purpose i purchase the same. Purchasing of this mobile dose will not resolve my purpose in future.
              I launched a return request on dt 18.12.2017 no : [protected]. Experts of flip card talked to me over phone and they failed to give me solution.

                        I have received dead mobile iphone se from flipkart on 17th december 2017, when i have opened the box i found the phone is not getting on i put it on charge but still it was dead, i went to authorised apple service provider and they told me phone is dead and they have provided me job sheet. Now from that time i have called flipkart customer service team 4to6 times and i was getting the response that their team will get back to me before 20th december 17, what a pathetic response nither they are confirming wether they will replace it when they will replace this mobile.
                        Now flipkart have my money and their dead paper weight with me
                        I am still waiting for call from them

                        I am putting this on all social platforms and also going to sue flipkart invoice consumer court for this

                          I tried to order lenovo k8 plus from flipkart on 15th dec'2017. I paid thru my credit card but order not completed. I got a message saying order is in process & if not completed, we will initiate the refund. I have been calling flipkart 10 times a day since last 4 days, but i did not get any satisfactory answer.

                          If that order is not placed, flipkart should have return the amount immediately. Why would they keep customers money? Will they allow if customer pays their cod bill after 10 days?

                              I had ordered this samsung washing machine from flipkart on 7th dec2017. The machine i received was defective and was not working. According to procedure the technician of samsung visited and varified the defect. Then flipkart sent a replacement after 7 of that days. Now the replacement was i received was also physically damaged, it had dents and scratches all over the machine so i refused the replacement as suggested by customer care. Now they have cancelled the replacement.
                              When called customer care they asked to place a refund request. Now they are saying the company (Samsung) technician will again visit and verify problem and then uninstallation will be done then pickup then refund. So it will take about 10 to 15 days now for the refund. They are sending technician to verify the defective product which is already verified as defective before all this for delaying the refund process on purpose. Worst experience ever.

                                  Due to wrong account no for refund that i had given in refund details bank has transferred refund amount back to flipkart and now flipkart is not giving my money and they are not taking any action toward it. I have given all details to them still they are not taking any action.

                                  I have the proof of transaction then why you are not taking any action for it. Your executive has called me on dec 27 and said that your refund is reinitiated and will be transferred in your account in 5 days but still i didnot recieved any refund.

                                  Your executive had called me on dec 27 and said that refund will be retransferred to your new account within 5 working days, they didn't gave me any reference no or any detail or any message regarding this. And i am waiting for refund.

                                    On 15th dec 17 i ordered nikon 5300 dslr with 18 140 lense by bajaj no cost emi. I received parcel on 18th (Today) as soon as i opened the box i found total garbage stuff inside. I informed delivery boy from ekart. He told me to call flipkart customer care... I did same they told me to wait till 30th dec.
                                    My order no. Od[protected].
                                    Before fileing fir i would like to give 2, 3 days to flipkart, because i hope flipkart will solve my problem soon.

                                      We booked one consignment in flipkart (Cod) and ecom courier personnel simply cancelled: this is the second consignment within two days. Whether they are having door delivery or not? So please confirm the status.

                                        I purchased phone on 15th dec, it was delivered to me on 17th around 2.30pm
                                        Same day i did not do much with phone. But very next morning i started to use the phone.. I noticed display lines... And speaker's issue. I immediately raised return request with flipkart... As per the process they sent the technician home and he saw the phone and saw the defect on phone.. He saw he would send the details to flipkart and they would take any decision.. Next moment i see on flipkart notes return rejected as issue was resolved after troubleshooting... This is just insane... I hope some one can help me get new phone
