After drop ink in printer cartilage, ink spread outside the cartilage. Due to faulty product my printer damaged it means its printer does not produce prints. I m not satisfied your product. It damaged my hp printer which cost is 12500/

Customer raised a complaint because she purchase a ink from Flipkart for the printer and when she applied the ink printer got issue. We interacted with the customer and apologies for the inconvenience. We provided the refund of the ink without picking the product as an exception. Provided refund timeline 27th December and closing the complaint from our end.

My flipkart account connected with my mobile no. I enjoy purchasing thinks in it.It is not connected with email and when I enters the mobile no. And password he saw me "Account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it"

    It's been one week but still i don't have any update regarding my order...I have paid in advance and Now Flipkart Team is taking so much time for Investigation...Do you have any Method/Process by which you can find out at which end this Mistake has been done?? or after Investigation you will just Update we can't help in this Matter...it's Matter of 25k please have a serious approach towards this kind of issue...and do the needful ASAP..!!

      I orderd a jacket on 15th of december and it was supposed to be delivered by 19th of december. With some personal issues i couldn't collect it in first delivery and then i called up the delivery boy, he didn't take my call. Later on the product was cancelled by courier services and now the same product is not available at same rate in flipkart. I request you to take some action against courier services.

      I was ordered dry fruits on 4th December and at the same day I cancelled it but flipkart is not refunding my money back to the account
      Every time when I call the costumer service they told me that in 2 days they will return the money
      But after 15 days I don't get my refund money back

        Please read full description:
        I bought a flipkart smart-buy earphones, but it is not functioning well, after complaining and meeting the center in my city jhansi. A refund was issued.
        It has been more than a month and i have called more 50 times to customer care of flipkart as well as flipkart smartbuy. As i don't have the original box with myself so the wishmaster is not accepting my product and on talking to flipkart smart buy customer care they say that there is no problem if you don't have original box you can give in any random cardboard box. But the wishmaster is not ready to accept the product. The wish master says that he will accept the product only if flipkart mails him "to accept the product in any random box". For this reason i have called the flipkart and flipkart customer care more than 30 times.in smart buy customer care, they say that you have to make conference call to flipkart customer care for this purpose and after many obstacles and struggle i had managed to make a conference and after talking the conclusion was nothing. Now,, the smartbuy customer care says they had not talked to flipkart executive, they want to make conference again and now whenever i call flipkart customer care, all executive are busy. No response.
        They are simply ignoring me.
        They are wasting time.
        And they taken all my bank details about an month ago

          I have ordered redmi 5a from flipkart on 21/12. By mistake, i ordered two mobiles (Gold & gray), so i have cancelled my 1st order (Gold) as call received from seller and finished transaction for my order (Grey). And i got message that my order (Grey) was cancelled automatically and surprising thing is that it shows my order was cancelled by me. And for solution all negative response are given by flipkart. Very worst experience!!

            Dear sir,
            I had ordered google pixel 2 during big billion sales of flipkart on 8th dec of 2017 with order id - od[protected] & which supposed to delivered to me by 14th dec of 2017. But due to out of stock availability flipkart said that it will be delivered by 20th dec of 2017.
            But i, m very surprised to see that now when today is 21 dec 2017 i tried to know the reason they again asking for more days 23 dec of 2017.
            No proper response by customer care services of flipkart they just keep telling me due to courier services they are having a problem.
            If they can’t deliver at the time. Why they made such promises.
            & after two weeks no satisfied response.
            I request you to kindly take action against the flipkart company for cheating customers by showing fake estimated delivery date.

            Finally, today I received my shipment but there is issue during sale there were 3 offer applied following,

            Buy Pixel 2 or Pixel 2 XL & get Chromecast 2
            ₹0 (image enclosed)

            But i only received the handset I did, t get Chromecast 2 as Flipkart promised So I request you Flipkart to look at this matter and do as they promised during placing of the order .

            yes I received the product on 22 dec after two weeks of placing the order, but as I told that I did, t get Chromecast 2 as Flipkart says that I will get if I purchases the product it will be free of cost now when I called Flipkart customer care services asking them why they did, t deliver Chromecast 2 (google accessories) then they said that it will be delivered on 2nd Jan to 8 Jan of 2018.
            Why Flipkart has, t deliver that with the product when it, s related to it?
            it put my request on hold next 8 Jan 2018 so still waiting to get resolve the problem.

            As i was thinking, Now flipkart asking me to pay extra 1999/- rupees to get Chromecast 2.
            Practice !! During the offer it said by i will get at zero. Now flipkart stepping back saying that we never said that.
            But when I received the handset only I raised complain and talked to flipkart executive he told me that concern person will call me than I received call your concern personal ([protected]) 22 dec 6:16 pm. he said that I will able to get this offer between 2nd jan to 10 jan of 2018 in my reward section. I clearly asked me that do i have to pay any extra payment he said NO!! All I have to place the offer. Flipkart can hear our discussion during as all the calls are recorded in your system.
            Flipkart making false offer during placing the order.
            I want the item as it describes during placing the order if not i request to take action for making the false offer to lure customers.

              We have ordered redmi note 4 (Dark grey, 64gb) on[protected]Friday), with order id: od[protected] from the retailer #trunet commerce and we paid the money through debit card. And at the time of ordering the expected date of delivery shown was[protected]Tuesday). We have waited for that day, but the mobile was not came on that day.                 I had purchased a nike shoes from flipkart on 10.12.2017 and it was delivered me on 14.12.2017. When i opened it than i observed that it is not fit my foot and the product was looking dirty and used. I raised a return request and flipkart accepted my request but they have not picked up my product yet. I have raised the complaint 6 times. Every time they accept my request and in the [protected], i receive a pick up message and evening it is canceled. Please help me. My order no is od[protected].

                  Hi my name is suesh my mob no.[protected]. I bought hometown cot in flipkart 21 st september. They are promised to installation 12th october.. But they are not done. I am wait 15th november but not done installation... After that i given return request. They are promised with in 10 days we will pickup and amount also refund... But still date not refunded... But in flipkart app showing already amount paid. Past 3 months. I am following but still it's not clear again they are extended 29th december... Really i am telling people flipkart is worst worst service... They didn't have minimum business ethics.

                    I have purchased a cell phone on 4th dec from flipkart, which was delivered to me within 1 day that is on 5th of dec. There are many issues with device, like battery drains within 3-4 hours (Battery is 4000mah so should run for 1+ day) then it takes almost 5-10 secs to awake the phone from sleep mode.

                    I raised the complaint on 6th dec and i was assured that technician will come and once he confirms a replacement request will be raised. I got the contact number of the technician over sms and meeting was scheduled. I called the person but he said, he will be on-leave so some other person will come. With being frustrated, i called the customer care number of jeeve (Third party) and they said they cannot do anything and asked me to contact flipkart and they will look into it.

                    Today is 20th dec, and still my device is neither replaced nor they are taking the request to cancel the order so i can place new order with 1-day deliver and they can refund my amount back within 7-10 days. I have no issues in delay with refund, i just wanted a confirmation that amount will be refunded so atleast i can purchase a new device.

                    I am helpless now and very very frustrated after having atleast 10+ calls with customer care and multiple emails.

                    Request to please help in this matter.

                          I ordered and item and i have selected cash on delivery mode for payment. After doing analysis only i have selected cash on delivery mode since flipkart accepts both card and cash mode. I call to customer care they said dont worry it will be delivered within 2 days, then next day when i call them they said no this is not possible.
                          So as a customer they made a commitment to me and now they are changing it.

                            I received the subject product on 18/12/2017 as per my order on 15/12/2017. The product comes with manufacturer (Seagate) warranty of 3 years. After examination of product, i noticed that the product serial number mentioned on product & the same as per invoice are not matching. So if in case i required to use product manufacturer warranty in future, i cannot prove that this is the same product that i purchased through flipkart on 18/12/2017....

                            I have ordered pixel 2 from flipkart on 8th dec 2017, and the delivery date was 15th dec but then they say it's delayed and will be delivered by 20 dec 2017. But when i called them on 20th dec 2017, they are saying shipment is misrouted to other city. Lol, and the funny part is the shipment is dispatched from chennai and the misrouted city is also the same city chennai. Howcome this happen?? It's patheitc, don't fool the customers like this..
                            Now flipkart is saying we have to cancel the order as the shipment is misrouted we can't deliver it again, so you have to order again.

                            Now i have some questions to flipkart:

                            1. Flipkart is having its own shipment carrier, then why we need to order again, if it's misrouted then it could be again routed from there to customer.
                            2. I have ordered the product from credit card, now the order is getting cancelled, are #flipkart is going to bear the interest of the product.

                            I will not bear this type of nuissance, i am not going to cancel this product by my own, i will post this on twitter, facebook, and other social media, so that other will be aware of it.

                            First you guys provide the offer and then when people try to purchase, you guys dont deliver the product and make the excuses like "The product has been misrouted to different city". and after following up with customer care, you finally got the solution... and the solution is... the order would be cancelled and you need to again order the product..
                            Worst services from Flipkart.. never gonna use it again in the future..

                            when you create such type of offer then atleast have guts to deliver the product also.. this is not happening with me only, there are lots of people who are facing similar issue.
                            those who have ordered the phone on 8th December, they are screwed by flipkart like this...

                            Who is going to bear the interest of the phone when it is cancelled, if it is cancelled from my side then it's my responsibility to pay the interest on the credit card. but when it's is cancelled by flipkart then it should be their responsibility to pay the interest not the customer.

                            this is the worst experience i have ever had with online retail services. worst of all online retail websites.

                            The provider... did not even wait for checking.. And he ran as he was in such a hurry and the order we placed was not correct... After calling him he was not talking.. Properly and behaving on rude manner.. NAME.of provider was.. Arvind maurya .. Plz take strict action these type people..

                              Hi,

                              This is suresh. As per year end sale offer, i ordered two seagate external hard disks of size 2 tb each for 2700 inr on 15th of this month[protected].

                              That was a nice discount and i was very excited to get my hands on that hard disk. I have waited for four days for that and suddenly my order got canceled by flipkart (Or seller).

                              I've contacted them to call me back and there was no response from them.
                              Why have they been tempting users to buy items by showing false price and then canceling it?

                              I got my money back but it's not about money. I was so frustrated. And i would have bought from other online stores for the cheapest price in the offer period.

                              I need those hard disks for the price i have paid.

                              No. I didn't agree with the fresh order. There is no sense making a new order. Please read the complaint carefully. I want the product for the price I've paid (2700 /-) already. I don't want to pay more than 2700/-. It's like tempting the customers to buy false price first and canceling the order and making them pay full price. It's kind of cheating by Flipkart.

                              Help Me Regarding this!

                              This is Girish, I ordered two Seagate external hard disks of size 2 TB each for 2, 699 INR on 15th of December 2017 my Order No. OD[protected] then I received messages of order shipped and packed but on yesterday 20th December 2017 without any intimation/mail/message Flipkart cancelled my order

                              I have contacted Flipkart to call me back and after talking with customer care executive regarding the same but executive refuse to tell me the reason, I am so freaked out with the action from flipkart.

                              They have returned my money but without giving any particular reason cancelled my order, I don't want money I want my order period.

                                I had placed an order for an amt of rs.254/- on 16th dec'17. Somehow while putting up the same was not placed but my account got debited to the amt of rs.254/- and i received an sms dated 16th dec'17 that that we are processing for your refund. Reference id is pzt[protected]. But there has been no further communication and the refund is still awaited.

                                  Really regrete to chose flipkart to shop something... Have so many other portal like amazon they are really helpful and satisfy the customer need if they have any.

                                    Hi,

                                    We ordered a 'haier 6 kg fully automatic top load washing machine' but we found that there was a defect in it. So we raised a return request and the technician came for review and informed that there is a leakage in the drum and will exchange the same withing 2 days but on checking the request we saw it was closed.
                                    We again called the customer care and raised a new request 'return id-'[protected]' which was also closed without any intimation and on asking they said technician told there was no defect but no technician had come to review. Today again we have raised a new request - returnid-'[protected]'.
                                    We are really fed up with this whole process and it is so so dissapointing, if the issue is not resolved i will surely escalate this matter and will recomm
                                    End others not to buy and will also expose the same on social media.

                                      Dear sir/mam,
                                      I ujjwal gupta, regular customer of flipkart, ordered mi a1 black (64gb), and received it on time. I used it for atleast 1 or two days and faced a lot of trouble regarding camera issues.
                                      I requested for the refund but the flipkart agent tried some sort of troubleshooting and sent me a replacement. I received the replacement and again face same issue. Flipkart team arranged tech visit several times. After so many attempts technician finally visited, and he also felt the problem was genuine and sent the report to flipkart. After that also my return request has been rejected without mentioning the reason. I've been facing this problem from so many day and every time i talk to flipkart executive a new deadline date is given for the resolution. Really too much of trouble i am facing.

                                      I request u too look into the matter seriously, and kindly provide me the refund as soon as possible.
