Hi i’m harnath reddy
I’am raising a compliant on flipkart just making a fools with products
I had ordered a item on dec 7 th
They had informed to delivery on 11 th december
Till now
I don’t got a mail or msg or phone call from flipkart team
I made a call on dec 11 th to roll free number
They are simply saying that will get back tomorrow they are denying to connect to manager
They are not giving any response or any reason why my order has been delayed
This is the worst i have seen
This is the customer service they are providing
I want a compensation on this

We had interacted with the customer apologized for the issue, checked for the return of the product, customer stated due to delay he had given that phone to his colleague and do not want to return, no further issues, hence closing the case.

    I had bought google chromecast from flipkart on 12.07.2017. First few days it was working fine. But later on i started facing some difficulties with this device. But now it doesn't work at all. Whenever i switch on the device it shows no signal. I have rest the device a couple of times but it doesn't work at all. It has a 1 year warranty and it has stopped working after 5 months. So i would say that either you resolve the defect in device or replace it with a new one or refund me my money.

We had interacted with the customer and informed since 10 days replacement policy got over and asked customer to avail a 1 year manufactured warranty and asked customer to contact the brand toll-free number "[protected]" for further assistance. Hence closing the complaint from our end.

      I placed 2 orders with order id od[protected] and od[protected] of same product for which i paid ₹12, 649
      And ₹11, 249. The one with the lower price was delivered very next day while the one with the higher price was delayed on many follow up's after 5 days i was asked to cancel the order and order again on higher price and hence fooling the customer on the name of discount.

        Hello. I had ordered two kobo resistance bands. Order id is od[protected]. However, upon receiving the parcel, inside was only one band, and that was not the band which i had ordered. Hence i called flipcart and explained the situation to them that i had only one band, and it was not the one specefied, hence i wanted to request a refund. The next day, my product was picked, and the ekart guy opened the product in front of me and saw there was only one band inside. But now i have receieved the payment for only one of the bands, i. E. Rs 1242, whereas i had paid for two bands. Hence a refund of rs. 1242 is pending. I am feeling exploited and cheated. I hope you help me resolve my issue and get my remaining refund asap.

          This is regarding my *order id: od[protected]*. I placed an order on
          8th december 2017, which was expected to be deliver by 12th
          December (Tomorrow). However the status of the order is yet not packed. Had
          Words with your customer service team, they confirmed that it wont be
          Deliver by time, there is some delay. I have raised a separate ticket to
          Track this.

          While browsing about seller (Truenet commerce), i got to know about their
          Scam. I wonder this is flipkart assured seller still we have number of
          Complaints on consumer forum for the same seller, they take order however,
          It got cancelled automatically.

            I accidentally ordered the Panasonic 55 Novo battery instead of the Panasonic 55 Novo that I got, but I wanted the Panasonic 55 Novo battery, now it is not replacing Panasonic 66 Novo, which I have not used anymore Neither is paying back the money.

                Flipkart has delivered me a fake rayban on 11th dec 17. The goggle is duplicate, old and full of scratches packed in new case without any tag or warranty.
                The service has become very unreliable as even customer care was very confused that somebody would have replaced the new with old.

                They have cheated us and already logged the request for refund.

                In continuation to the complaint the Pickup of Rayban arranged for today(12/12/17) at 1 noon and the pickup boy from EKART refused to pick the product and silly reason given to me that " rayban likha to hai goggle pe-aap complaint category change karo, isko call centre ko bolo ke duplicate nahin old used goggle ki complaint dalein"
                "Main yeh pick nahin kar sakta-warranty card bhi nahin hai"
                What the hell?
                Do Flipkart really thinks the consumer is a fool

                  I bought an acer predator helios 300 laptop from flipkart on 8th december 2017 and it was supposed to be delivered on 12th december. The laptop is under flipkart assured and now it shows that the product is "undelivered due to damaged". I bought it for 58, 390 (Excluding emi). When i contacted the customer service (Total of 3 times within an hour) they asked me to cancel the order as it has been damaged during shipment, but now the product's price is around rs. 1l. I constantly asked them to change the laptop and give me another one which is not damaged, but they kept on saying that i have to cancel the order and have no other choice, even though i don't have any fault, why should i cancel the order. Since it is under flipkart assured, i should be able to get the product which i asked for in the given time. I request any help or assistance i can get regarding this.

                    Flipkart cheat with customers, they change delivery date without informing customer.

                    I have ordered redmi a1 from flipkart it should be delivered by 9th dec but now delivery date is changed to 16 dec. I have already sold my redmi note 4 phone to purchase new phone.

                    My item will be shipped on 13 dec that means flipkart has not stock and flipkart has taken lots of order. Now when i go for new order display delivery date is within 2 days still play with customers.

                    Here is the message from flipkart when i ordered:

                    Your order will be delivered by sat 9, dec 2017.
                    We are pleased to confirm your order no od[protected].

                      I had ordered mi a1 on 9th dec 2017 in the ongoing sale and the order was placed and it showed that i would recieve the same till friday 15th dec, so when i checked today so i can't find it in my orders so i contacted customer service so here they told me that i had just created the order and not ordered so i told them that i have some proof reading the order i placed but then to the executive denied and told me to order it again
                      So my question is why should i bare more for the inconvenience which is caused by your end
                      And now the price is 13999 when i booked on 9th it was for 12999 so why should i bare 1000rs more
                      I hope that this much evidence is enough to prove that i had ordered the product on 9th dec and not just created

                        So it’s been a few days now, i’ve ordered a mi a1 from the december sale. The order tracker says it is being processed. It’s been like this for like3-4 days the promised date is 14th of december hope it gets here on time flipkart should look for these kinds of dealers, who don’t update their statuses

                        It is these kinds of things that make a good online market but flipkart doesn’t seem to care, i called the care center seems like they don’t care either they said that it will come on the promised date hope it does so, if it doesn’t i’ll move to snap deal or amazon

Contacted the customer told his father picked the call and he confirmed that product delivered hence closing the complaint from our end.

                          I have ordered mi a1 phone on 8th december. Before booking, they were showing that my phone will be delivered by 11th december. But just after booking, it started showing that it will be delivered by 12th december. Its been 3 days but my product hasn't shipped yet. Now when i called customer care regarding this, they said my issue will solve by 13th december and then i will get to know that when will i get my phone. Truenet commerce seller it is. Even they haven't refunded my money from previous order.

                          After 9 days of booking they came to deliver the phone. It was too late that i bought my phone from somewhere else. And when i tried to cancel the order, flipkart customer executive refused to cancel it and the delivery boy abused me for not taking the order. Wont buy anything from flipkart from now.

                            Hello flipkart,

                            This is my first order from flipkart and i have had the worst experience of my life.
                            I ordered a google pixel 2 (64gb) from your website on 9 dec, 2017 and my product was to be delivered today. As i was awaiting the phone to be delivered i received your message stating the shipment has been cancelled.

                            I immediately called your customer care to confirm and what i hear is the worst and lamest excuse that since the product was ordered by a lot o[censored]sers hence the shipment has been cancelled by the seller.
                            For 2 days we were tracking the shipment which was already shipped from secunderabad to new delhi. And all of a sudden today you tell me the seller cancelled the shipment due to bulk order. Are you trying to fool your customers?
                            I ordered this product as a gift for my brother on his birthday. Since the product was available on a discounted price, we placed the order.

                            I am literally devastated. How do you even expect people coming and ordering from your website when you provide the worst service like this? How can you cancel someone's order in the middle of the shipment?
                            I need to get my phone today. If you do not look into this i will definitely file a complaint in consumer court and ensure that a word of mouth spreads about your pathetic delivery system. This is a problem between you and your seller, not my problem. I need my phone as i was expected to receive it today.

                            And if this is your quality of service, moving forward i would ensure none of my friends or family use flipkart and definitely inform as many people as possible about your poor service on social media.

                            My phone is still available at the new delhi warehouse. Please look into this at the earliest.

I have paid the money online through sbi credit card, to which i the confirmation of delivery on dec14. Today morning, the product was cancelled on its own, and i called the cc he cited that due to bulk order it is been cancelled and posing false info on my account that i cancelled it. Making a mockery of customers having no stock and still receiving payments for 2 or more days.

                                Online purchase of mi a1 black in flipkart through my andhra bank debit card on 07/12/2017. Amount was debited from my account but order was not successful. Flipkart has claimed that the order has failed and payment was not received in the seller end. My bank has claimed that the amount has been successfully credited to the seller.
                                Flipkart please look into the matter as make sure that the refund is initiated

                                  Hi, i have ordered mi a1 on 7th of dec 2017, the delivery date was before 15th dec 2017. But whenever i was tracking the product it's showing only one thing that is seller is processing your order. How many days a seller will take it to process or else these offers are all fake or you people making us fools. I request flipkart not to allow these kind of sellers who won't respond, who won't delivery product on time, whom should we contact now. I called to flipkart customer service they said that it is not updating it will b delivered before promising date. Till now i had good feeling on flipkart now i need to think and shift to other online services. Please look into the issue and do needful

                                  Hi, i had ordered Mi A1 and an Armour Guard for it on 7th of dec 2017, the delivery date was by 11th dec 2017.
                                  Then on 11th dec i get only the Armour Guard and not the phone!
                                  Then i get an email stating that i'll get it by 13th dec.
                                  How many more days are you going to take?
                                  Will i really get? Hope it will not be a Defective Piece.
                                  I have booked mi a1 on 3rd jan from flipkart and the product yet not packed. Tell me have you really delivered the product or else.

                                    But i want to return this item due to not reaching my requirements, so then iam trying to send return request for refund to flipkart customer care centre, they told me that its not possible to refund for mobile purchases in flipkart..
                                    They are telling like its only possible to replacement but not refund. So please let them process my refund because i didnt need the shipped item.

                                      Worst seller selection by flipkart - truenet commerce, i have ordered mobile on 8th dec, my order id is od[protected] mi a1 mobile & till today seller is processing this order. Why flipkart is not taking action on such repetitive incidences.
                                      I don't know how flipkart internal system is working to meet the delivery on promise date. I am too much frustrated with this seller & flipkart.
                                      Never buy product in sale of flipkart.

                                        Please take care if you are purchasing from flipkart. If you already purchased and defect product received then dont replace that product in replacement, bcoz you may get more worst and faulty product than before.
                                        Bcoz flipkart has licence to deliver faulty product in replacement and not responsible if you get faulty product in replacement and if the company of product delaying to give resolution (There is no definition for delay for flipkart, bcoz it takes almost 1.5 month passed)
