[Resolved] Flipkart — delay delivery related | |||
My order have not deliver within time due to worst service provided by currior partner of flipkart dotzot, As per provided by flipkart we got wrong massage on 01/7/19, that show'my parcel is out of delivery but receiver refuse delivery.' After that we got once massage that ; the parcal returned initiated' I call 2 times flipcart assitance both time they assure and confirm delivery asap. But till now not receved positive reponse. What a worst service provided by flipcart, why you connect these type currior partners, We are requsting onnce and last if my parcal not deliver today, then i cant use flipkart by tommarrow. I was placing an order on Flipkart for a cube but while making payment the session expired. But I received a message that the amount is debited from my account, however, there is no order placed for it. When I call the customer care it is always busy. [protected]@flipkart.com does not exist anymore as the email bounced back. Kindly help.
