Not able to log in, may be products are also getting cancelled due to blocked account, plz let me know what really happened, this happened 2 times in these past few days, do something or deactivate my account, & i won't bother you again...

Plz let me know how toh reactivate my account and how to protect account from getting blocked again and again.

    Recently I have ordered 4-5 products by Flipkart. Out of which, I was trying to return one of the product. During the process, they blocked my ID saying that unusual higher returns. While the period of return of product is 10 days.
    Earlier Flipkart it self cancelled my orders and later says higher return of products(the so called reason of blocking account). I also called customer care they said your account has been deactivated permanently.
    There are few points I would like to raise about flipkart:
    1. If the product is returnable why we can not return the product within given duration
    2. If the id is blocked, how we would keep track of our orders
    3. And if there was any issue with any id, don't let them order the product...tell your customers in advance..don't make them fool

      My order is getting delayed. I have emailed them but getting no valid response. Firstly promise me that your order will be deliver by 7 pm of 20th july. After i did receive my order neither it is out of delivery, now saying that that they will find solution till 24th july.

      My incident number is in[protected].

      Similar case happen with me three times before this order. They just giving dates and said that it will be solved by that date. After the passing date, an another date provides to you with a sorry.

      Flipkart is bad consumer service provider company. Flipkart failed to solve the consumer problems. And in my case they even don't updating the delivery information.
      I have emailed them at least 15 times. But not getting order till now. Also no valid response by email from flipkart.

      P. S. I advise all of you to uninstall this app. They never listen to customer problem.

        Hi sir my name is sajal.

        And my problem is i am unable to update my password.

        Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

        Then i used forgot button and then received code.

        Entered the code successfully.
        After that it was asking please set a new password.

        Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

        That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

          I had ordered an atlas bycycle on 4th june vide id od[protected], it was suppose to be deliver by 20th of june. On status track it shows that product has been shipped and about to deliver in time. Suddenly on 20th june status changed and said, had some logistic problem so could not deliver and it will be deliver by 20th of july. Now on 20th july another message recived which says that delivery is delayed and it will be deliver by 19th of august.
          How come a small product like this takes three month to deliver within the country??? Seems fraud assurance from company

                Hello team,

                I have already raised the return request (Od[protected] [incident: in[protected]]) on flipkart website for return of oppo a3s (Purple, 64gb) as battery charging takes 4-5 hrs to get completely full which is not acceptable for any customer.

                Flipkart customer support executive keep closing my request without provinding me any resolution and sending me reply that i failed to reply to their email within 48 hrs so seller cannot provide any replacement or refund but i had already mentioned my concern over their portal within definite timeline given for the replacement of the product. The refund should be initiated by flipkart as product information was undisclosed by their seller on the website at the time of purchase of this product. I feel like they have cheated on me and now they have declined my refund request.

                Please help me to initiate refund request as i don't want any kind of replacement of the product due to major flaws in the product.

                  I bought the jvc 80cm led smart tv from flipkart on 8th july 2019. Customer care is very irresponsible. Product is not installed till date but the given date is 11th july 2019. Am calling them daily but they are behaving very carelessly. Now the return date is also exceeded. Now i cannot return the tv and i can't even open the product also. Please help me with this.

                      I have ordered asus max pro m1 as per specification its model no should be (Zb601kl-4a030in / zb601kl-4a040in) and it should support 4g volte but received device model no is asus _x00td and its not 4g volte phone its lte only with volte which not functioning properly while using via video call every time we have to disable and enable lte feature., i have requested for refund
                      On 18/07/19.
                      Flipkart have given a time frame of 72 hrs (Till 21/07/2019 9 am) to resolve the issue.
                      But it was not resolved in given time frame. Flipkart again giving a deadline of 22/07/2019 (Upto 22/07/2019 15:30 hrs).

                      Everytime Flipkart customer care mail me and ask for alternate mobile no, because as per them my no not reachable. I have already given my alternate no to each customer care executive during voice calls.My point is that at least we can get missed call SMS alert if somebody calls us.They are just wasting our time.Horrible customer support service by Flipkart.

                        I brought an headset boat airdopes 411 on 08 jul 2019. And the one i bought was not working due to manufacturing issues so i have returned my new airdopes 411 due to some manufacturing defects (Which i have used it not more than twice). Nd it was a new piece nd the one i got after returning (20th july 2019) was an old one which someone has used for a long and the one i got was not cleaned well and the ear pieces have got ear wax and all in it. Nd the box was full of stains nd scratches. I brought it for around 2800rs and i need to return my piece with a new one. I got the replaced product on 20th jul 2019 which was an old product. I want to get a new product. Hope u will return this piece with a new one.

                          My account deactivated a week ago previously i asked about my orders and about my deactivation reason but you responded to my order status but not for my account status. And the replacement item was not picked up and new item not received till now. And you are not responding to this issue what i have to do.

                            I was order redmi note 7pro with additional of mobile complete protection plan. After rad the terms & conditions that pack really not going to help me. I planned to return the product.in app shows return options but can't accept the request. So i called the flipkart customer care executives and explained the situation. But they also misdirected me given irrelevant information and they're trying to ignore me.
                            But till now not accepting the return request.
                            It's shows clear indentation to make customer as fool's.
                            In there terms and conditions itself clearly mentioned 10 days return policy.

                                I have ordered pantene long black shampoo with order id od[protected]. The product was delievered by 10th july 2019. When i opened the packet, product was damaged so i filed a replacement request. The official said that the delivery boy will pick up originally delivered item by sunday 14th july. After 14th july i again call then they said that your request has been cancelled please make new request so i make a new request which was cancelled again. I feel helpless. Please help

                                  I ordered the poco phone on 15th july, 2019 with extra discount on exchange offer of old phone of rs. 2000. The delivery date was 17th.
                                  At the time the delivery was attempted i was not at office and am really unsatisfied with the reason the delivery boy gave for not exchanging the product is that side border colour is getting little bit faded. Neither did he call me regarding the same. My phone is perfectly in good working condition as is easily visible from the pics shared by me.

                                  I have provided all the details to flipkart, then also they have rejected my order due to the reason given by their so called expert that their is a gap in between screen and back panel which is not correct as per the image it is just sliver color vanished from side border which is not an option for cancel the order as per flipkart exchange policy.

                                  I am very disappointed with your services and replies, therefore i will going to apply this case to consumer forum as your team is replying to order new phone and cancelled my order which leads to a difference of amount i. E. Credit card offer (1500) and exchange offer (2000), which i am not ready to bear

                                    When i recieved it, found faulty and damaged from inside. I tried to contact to flipcart customer support but i found nothing in back. They only give me dates in extended way.
                                    I applied for its replacment and it takes a lot of time, even not pick the product yet.
                                    Now i try to cancel the product but i unabled. Then flipcart person asked for refund but they don't given any.
                                    So please sir/madam help me to cancel this product and refund my money.

                                      Od[protected], i have order mi note 7 pro on 10th july 2019 which till date delivered n flipkart not taking my concern seriously. I have ask for cancellation even that they r not doing. I'm not able cancel order in app. My 12207 rs are in stake. They have claim amout from citibank on 11th itself but product is so far delivered. Please help. I have registered concern over customer service and on social media and almost twice in talking with their agents but no resolution.

                                        I have ordered two xiomi mi 3 band from flipkart. I have received both the bands on 01 st july. I used it till 16th july by doing regular recharge. However all of sudden one of the band stopped working from17th july. I tried to recharge it but it did not work. Finally on 20th july i lodge my complaing to flipkart. However instead of providing support flipkart customer care executive asked me to contacthe xiomi service station which is in pune & 150 km awayou from my city. This is ridiculous & simply not acceptable. All people busing online should be careful

Since the product was delivered to you on 01 Jul 19, it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your replacement request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.
