Good evening sir/ madam,
Our college is bhavani, in our college most of the members will shop in flipkart only due to less price and good quality and delivery time short, but due to the reason of absence of the cash on delivery for some products worth of 800 not available so it's inconvenient for us to buy product in site, we mostly prefer cash on delivery, so please do the needful sir/ madam

    My name is arpit i have ordered 5 items from flipkart on 16th july their order ids - od[protected], od[protected], and blue dart awb no for track the package is: [protected]
    Expected date to deliver the product is 19th july courier partner is bluedart on 19th july 2019 delivery agent call me and said to get it from their office which is 30km away from my location and said that he will not deliver my parcel at any cost.
    I contacted to flipkart they are just increasing the time by saying wait for 24 hours they are repeatedly saying to wait 24-48 hour but not providing any solution on 20th july flipkart said that they will provide final resolution for this by 23rd july but today they called me and said sir, we are not able to contact delivery agent we could not deliver the package please cancel the order from your side, i denied to cancel the order now again they said to me to wait 24-48 hours.

On 21 july they again promise to resolve before 23 july and on on 23 july they email me that return rejected if not by you email/call us and again i raised return request and promise to resolve before 26 july. But not giving+ve response. Kindly help me.

        My orders get cancelled by Flipkart 4 times in 15 days without notice, always give same reason that is limited stock, pathetic service.
        ### service quality by Flipkart.
        Amazon and mi.com is better than it.
        There is no proper hierarchy of complaint resolution in Flipkart, the order is available in stock, but only my order is get cancelled...

          Sir i have cancelled an order worth rs 9999 on 15 july 2019 flipkart is saying that they have refunded the amount on 16th july but i haven't recieved it yet when i complained them about my concern they told me to visit bank which is state bank of india when i contacted to bank they told me that they haven't got any money no body is listening to me please help me to get my money as soon as possible.

            Dear sir, in the above order of order no: od[protected], through flipkart online shopping, myself ordered two watches of same type in which i received only one watch and written in the invoice bill upon the box as the box contain 2 qty of watches.               I had purchased a motorola e4 plus mobile phone with extended warranty policy from the flipkart on nov, 2017. Now am having a issue with the mobile phone which is currently under the extended warranty policy. I have tried to reach to the flipkart team, but they not able to help me in proper way to claim the policy. The extended policy valid from fri, nov 9th 2018 to fri, nov 8th 2019.

              Still I haven't receive any resolution for the same. Flipkart Customer Team assured to provide resolution on 8th, Aug by 2.00 PM by they don't. Everytime contact with Flipkart Customer service they are created some Instant ID but for the same I never receive any cross check document. On July 23, 2019 Flipkart promise to revert me back but they didn't else provide expected resolution date.

              A very bad experience with Flipkart Customer portal, Talked with flipkart support personnel, She took 23 min out of 44 min to understand the exact quiry for which I request Call back from Flipkart Customer Portal and out of 44 min 19 sec she put the call hold from total 10 to 12 min to just talk with backend team or to check information. Lastly cut the call without prividing complaint number which they register on my behalf and also they unable to send me the same on my registered mobile number or registered mail id.

              Flipkart Executive called me day before yesterday for the above mentioned issue and they suggest me two option, that are either They can provide my 20% of my product value in my correspondent bank account or Jeevas will contact me for the repair of the mobile as they will raise complain for the same. I choose to contact Jeevas to repair the mobile and they confirm me that the team will contact me back but they didn't told me how many times they will take to resolve this. Still nobody call me since they log the complain with jeevas. Its about 1 month I suffer with my mobile and this month got lost and only 2 months left after that the policy got end.
              I have placed my order for a mobile at discounted price ...after that seller cancelled the order...can you plz help me to resolve this issue
              I participated in the sale of RealMe X, and i cliked on the exchange, there in the next phase i have got this problem

                I have received a defective product from the site and when placed the return they blocked my account and saying that my account is having a lot of returns which is wrong as this is the 2nd one i am placing it for return. I talked to around 20 of their executives and all were saying to wait. Its been almost 15 days since i got the laptop. All my money is struck over there and no one is resolving the issue. Please solve my issue as i am a middle class person just getting around 25, 000 salary.

                  I ordered naked makeup brush set from flipkart. When i received the product the box of the brush set was not in good condition, also the some brushes are too lose, damaged.. The brushes are coming out of the holder... Overall it's very disappointing experience with flipkart.. Now i want that either they should replace it with some other good quality brushes or return my money or else i will file complain and tell all my friends and family not to buy anything from flipkart next time. Please reply as soon as possible.

                    I ordered few furnitures from flipkart which was supposed to be delivered on 20.07.2019, delivery was attempted also but your logistic team refused to deliver the item to my flat at 5th floor inspite of availability of standard size lift and stairs sighting less manpower as the reason. There were only two people from logistic team for delivering such huge stuff.

                    So in order to seek help, i contacted people at customer service cell but till now there is no proper response from them and i have not been informed when my order will be delivered. Or not. Also they are not processing my refund and simply cheated me with rs.45000.

                          Order id : od[protected] i purchased a panda magic car. A defective product was sent to me. I raised return request twice but was rejected by seller than i raised refund request. A defective used product was sent as replacement some parts were rusted and faulty. Box was damaged and fixed with tapes. I again tried to raise return request but seller is continuously rejecting it. This comes under fraud category and flipkart should take action against this seller.

                            I booked a mobile phone named Vivo Z1 pro on 16th July 2019, Promising date of delivery was 18th July 2019, this product came to my place on 17th July 2019 but I was not present to receive product because I did not have any prior information about it.
                            Then the product was not delivered to me on 18th July 2019. I made contact with the delivery boy he told me that the product was returned even before the promised date.
                            After that, I made Contact with Flipkart customer care they promised me that I would get my product till 21st July 2019 they did not give me any proper information. Daily they only made excuses.

                            I wasted so much time to contact them but still 22nd July 2019 I did not get my product and I am still trying to contact them.

                              I ordered redmi k20 pro two times. One during alpha sale and second on july 22. Both time, i made full paymen. Howewer after half day, flipkart has cancelled my order citing lack of inventory as reason. They should have indicated that no inventory is available at the time of order only. Why waste our time and precious money. Flipkart is misleading and making indias fool.

                                Trust you are aware that I'm a plus member in flipcart however, today I'm feeling very unhappy with the service given by ekart delivery person and his TL. Very worst type of response i have experiend from a world class company. I've ordered samsung s10 mobile and I've placed an exchange request on my iphone. Pickup person who came to my offfice looks irresponsible. His approach and attitide towards a customer is very bad. My has rejected my request with a silly reason and when i demant an explaination he couldn't able to do that. After 10 mins of conversation he took a vedio of my mobile and said he'll show it to his boss and confirm back. Since I did not felt comfortable with his reply i asked him to call his boss and had a word with him. His boss is ready to accept my mobile however delivery person was adament. He told me repeatedly to come to their yard to exchange my mobile. Just explain me why should i go to their yard leaving all my work for an exchange. Does it sounds rediculous?? Can somebody teach these people some basic manerse on behaving with customer. I demand an explaination on what happend to me today. I'm ready to raise any type of coplaint or to reach any level for escalation. Also it wonders me when store people ( poorvika, chroma ) are ready to take my mobile what is the problem for these ekart people. I need a valid reason. My phone has no dent, no damage, no software or touch issue. I've even checked with cashify.com and they are also ready for exchange. I need a solution for this. I've been waiting for this mobile since1 week and in the meanwhile ive lost all the other offers given in Amazon and store for this.

                                Even after multiple followup and customer complaint my order has been cancelled by pickup person without any proper reason. He didn't even contacted me. I'm just wondering what type of customer service is this. My first emi was scheduled this month and i got a message from my bank. Just explain me who is responsible if amount gets debited from my account. Totally fed up with flipkart

                                While writting first complaint i felt bit confident that my query will be resoloved. Now I'm in a pathetic situation where pickup person rejected my order with incorrect reason, my first emi was scheduled this month and i finally got a confirmation from bank stating interest and emi of 500 will be charged from my account. Im surprised why i should pay my emi, intrest anr gst for a product which was not delivered to me. Is this a way youbtreat your plus member?? What was the action taken against pickup person ane his TL who showed attitude on customers and rejected customer with incorrect reason. They should be penalised to avoid such complaints in future

                                  My name is Harikrishnan.R and i am from Kerala.I ordered Redmi K20 pro from Flipkart and the product delivered to me on Saturday (20/07/2019) was not a genuine product and is an used one.Seal was not proper and the screen protector applied over the phone was not from genuine Redmi and was a local screen protector.Also there was a scratch mark on the right bottom corner of the display(gorilla glass).I got the product on 20/07/2019 by around 1.00pm and requested a replacement (return) at 1.15pm seeing that the product is not genuine.Today(22/07/2019)morning two people(not well behaved, I don't think they have passed even 10 the standard) from Jeeves group came for technical visit and irritated my parents using unnecessary words.My parents(aged, senior citizens) felt very much sad hearing unacceptable words from them.They told that I have done fraud and I changed the screen guard.They also told that I won't get the product replacement and also told that I purposefully damaged the phone.They rejected my return request by giving fake statements.This is really pathetic.These tech visit people and Omnitech retail(retailer) of Flipkart are together cheating customers.I requested for a return again and customer care executive re registered the complaint with new tech visit process again.Flipkart's replacement and return policy is a fraud intiative.So please provide me a proper solution and take necessary steps to get me the phone replaced.Also take action against the fraud technicians.

                                  Day before yesterday I got the phone k20 pro(25/07/2019) replaced.The specification sticker was again missing from the phone.Instead of that a normal(local) sticker was wrapped around the phone.I took the video o[censored]nboxing my phone and it is clearly visible in the video.Along with that the upper part of the display is more yellowish than the lower part.So from now onwards I don't trust the quality check of Omnitech retail (retailer)who send me the phone through flipkart(I am not able to select the reason for this at the time of selecting return.Please do it from your side).So what I need is a refund, because second time also they break the trust.So please take the necessary steps to get me the refund.Because I don't want to get cheated once again and take action against the retailer who did this.Please don't arrange for technical visit an all because I already explained what those people are going to say during the time of visit.What I need is a refund of Rs.27999/- which I paid for the phone

                                    I had ordered a Opportunity F11 pro mobile through Flipkart by replacing the Moto G5 Plus mobile.On 20th of July 2019 I had gone to the Flipkart delivery store.your representative has examined the mobile and says that we will not accept this item I asked the particular reason but they can't explain.On the same date I contacted your customer care regarding this concern and they asked me to provide the images of my mobile. I sent at 2.10 pm on 20.07.2019 . Regarding this I received a mail on 21.07.2019 at 8.10 Pm in that your representative are asking for me to provide the clear images of mobile with in 12 business working hours.By consider the 12 hours time on 22nd morning at 6.45 am I am trying to send the images as per demanded by your representative.But suddenly I was surprised that In my inbox i received a mail saying that as per my request order was cancelled.Before cancelling item neither you people had informed me through mail and mobile.Please show me the proof when I was requested to cancelled the order.once if you will prove I will my self slap with me slippers to blame upon you but if you will not able to provide the proof then will you place the same item for me.Please show me the proof.

We request you to place a fresh order. However, the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 22 Jul 19 and will be reflecting in credit card by 30 Jul 19.

                                      My account deactivated a week ago previously i asked about my orders and about my deactivation reason but you responded to my order status but not for my account status. And the replacement item was not picked up and new item not received till now. And you are not responding to this issue what i have to do.
                                      Flipkart it self cancelling orders and it is blocking accounts how it was fare?

                                        Flipkart delivered faulty Redmi note7Pro. Their return policy is sham. They send technician on site and then close request with comments that replacement refusal.
                                        They have their partner Jeevs to provide onsite visit.
                                        In my case, while onsite technician (Amnit Singh) agreed poor audio level on the phone. When he reported the same to remote supervisor (Ashish), he started pointed out problem with user instead of accepting the problem. It seems it was his job and his salary perks are based on number of requests he is able to reject. When I explained that this iis my second MI 7 pro and I am not naive in user, he started arguing. I have phone recording with me. I requested him to pass on the genuine and correct feedback to you. But not sure why you are not transparent to customer. Immediately after the visit, I gave call to Flipkart and asked them to record it and not to close the request. But as usual all my request fell on deaf ears and your customer care is all mechanical. I can challenge to anyone that phone is malfunctioning and is not fit to use. If you do not take action, then I need to explore alternate options.
