I have ordered 2 drilling machines. The delivery dates are gone, but still no attempt for delivery. No response from customer cares. Its not the first time. They did it many times. The most important thing is I am plus member of Flipkart. So just think if a plus member suffers like this then just imagine how a normal members suffer.

Earlier the same thing happened. They sent the parcel here and there and after 10-15 days they cancelled it. When I called the customer care, they said sorry. That's it. They never tried to contact me regarding any deliveries.

    I have order an item n got mesg that it will be delivered by 19 but i didn't get it till now as i have ordered for worship for today as first monday for worship of lord shiva it is very shameless because i have talk to the local delivery boy of flipcart and he has also assure me to deliver by today morning but till now i didn't get this is the service provided by brand like flipcart this is phatetic n shameless i am sorry but this is truth i am very unsatisfied

      Kindly please recheck the same
      I have not cancelled or returned any items
      The first 4 orders of Honor 9N was cancelled by your seller retailnet only.
      Please reconsider your decision as I am a prolonged valued customer of flipkart
      I[censored] people will not unblock my account and copy paste the same message again and again
      Then I would never return to flipkart for any order.
      Further there is a gift card in my account for RS 2000
      Which is stuck and I cannot use that because the ACC is inaccessible.
      I ordered a Fossil watch also from 2GUD and I am not able to log in into my 2Gud Account also
      The watch is not working properly, gets stop frequently.
      Kindly please unblock my account so I can place the Return request for the same

        My flipkart account([protected]-india)is blocked without any information. I don't know why myaccount is blocked. I was ordered phone and others for me and friends.in a time, when i ordered a product that automatically cancelled. And so i was try to order that more time. But that wasn't for reselling or a business purpose. So unblock my account. Hoping a good reply. I trusted on flipkart.

            My name is Deepak, and my order ID is OD[protected]. Order was placed on 6/7/2019

            I have called to resolve this issue since 12/07/2019 and till now my issue is not resolved. 14/07/2019 raised a return request and till now this was not approved, on 16/07/2019 I got a call from investigating team from #[protected] and i provided all the pictures of the product and he said me to call the customer care to get an update on my complaint.

            My TAT time was till 17/07/2019 and I got an email stating that the issue will be resolved within 18/07/2019 and each one from Flipkart give one time and always ask me to wait.

            I spoke to each of your CRO metioned below:
            1. Imran
            2. Roshan (Manager)
            3 Daran Sing (Manager)
            4. Syed
            5. Vijay
            6. Azim
            7. Rohan
            8. Praveen Kumar (Senior Supervisor)

            Each one want to ask me to wait for few more days and only got a follow up on this case from Daran singh and all others are crap and does not know what is the protocol needs to be followed.

            I called the person who took the product pictures, he said all the documents are already submitted and he himself started to scold the customer care team.

            I told the team that if the issue is not resolved on the call 22/07/2019, I very clearly said that I will write a email to Kalyan Krishna murthy and will register a complaint officially they are least bothered and said it is your wish and Daran said that Kalyan is no more with Flipkart. It means that again your team is saying lies to me.

            I have placed orders in different occasion and this is the first time facing this kind for issues, I am premium plus customer and I have placed N number of orders and this is the first time facing this kind of issue.

            Looking at-least you can resolve this issue and I will be looking for a compensation for all the hassle being faced.

              I have ordered pantene long black shampoo with order id OD[protected]. The product was delievered by 10th july 2019. When i opened the packet, product was damaged so i filed a replacement request. The official said that the delivery boy will pick up original delivered item by sunday 14th july but no one has come to take product. After 14th july I again call them they said that your request has been cancelled please make new request so I make a new request which was cancelled again. I feel helpless. Please help

                The main problem is i have a cashless credit card from flipkart and i want to pay my emi. How can possible? Pls tell me and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                I cannot play game in flipkart gamezone. Whenever i play game in flipkart gamezone it starts to show a error message that 'we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions'
                What is this ? I contacted them but no use. when do I again can play games in gamezone?
                I ordered an Apple Watch costs around 50k and instead I got a fastrack watch. I have got video o[censored]nwrapping the product. Called customer care and made sure they are aware. Even contacted the delivery boy. He already saw it.

                  Dear team,

                  I have ordered jvc 55 inch tv on 15th july 2019 with order id - od[protected] and has been approved, but still we haven't received the product yet. Everytime i speak to customer care they keep pushing the date for resolution. It is now showing the tv in stock still nothing is changing the status update.

                  How is it possible that the customer care in not able to help us with a date of proper resolution or delivery. Seller data is with you and till no proper information shared with us. Even if i cancel my order, the tv is coming and going out of stock and the refund will not be given to us immediately.

                  Kindly help us with proper resolution, being a honest and frequent shopper still i am suffering for this. If the resolution is not shared, i am discontinuing the shopping with flipkart.

                  Today when I registered a complaint against flipkart for no delivery of JVC 55 inch TV, immediately I received a call from some guy who was claiming to be from Flipkart. He asked me for card details and UPI registered to which bank and account, also asked for Card number along with CVV and expiry date.

                  When I tried explaining the same to flipkart customer care they are unable to and for the same when I asked can I speak to Senior Manager they denied and disconnected the call and second time kept on hold.

                  This is eventually a fraud call on which flipkart is not interested in handling at all. Again shifted the resolution date to 24th July 2019 right from 15th July 2019. This is so pathetic, what level of security is this.

                  Still no revert received from Flipkart and when I called the customer support, they are asking for more 24 o 48 HRS. This is total nuisance, the flipkart has got no idea what is going on with seller, what kind of partnership is done within sellers. Some ppl are saying technical glitch, some ppl are saying no contact from seller. No proper revert and every time I call, they want 24 to 48 HRS to resolve the same.

                  Kindly give us the exact resolution whether are we going to get the TV or not. Or else at least I can cancel and order it from some other website.

                  Now I thought the TV is proper condition. After two days of proper working the TV is not starting at all. Green lights comes and the screen gets freezed on JVC Screen and keeps rotating. The person who cam for demo and installation didn't give us any demo as he didn't have pendrive or HDMI cable. He came and just informed us about stabilizer and other products to sell the same.

                  This is for the first time I am facing so much of issues with flipkart. Being a frequent customer, half of the things at my home are from Flipkart. This was my favorite thing which I brought from Flipkart, that got ruined.

                  Request you to replace the TV as I really don't want to ruin my shopping experience with flipkart. The TV is not at all starting.
                  My flipkart account has been blocked by the support of false statements by flipkart. They are harsassing me, wasting my time, i want my account unblocked asap.
                  Still no revert. Customer care called and said it will take at least 48 HRS to revert. Till then my account will be NIL and these ppl will again say please give us 48 HRS to resolve the same.

                  In a single day I received almost 22 calls that were fraud and asking for bank details and OTP. Flipkart has to take some action and I have given the customer care all the numbers frm where we received the calls.

                  I need a clear answer whether am I going to receive the TV or not.
                  Sim ejector pin cost is 99-/ but even in showroom that item price is 10-25 rupees only, then why are you selling high cost..

                      I have paid amount through phone pay and i received transaction id for same also my account has got debited for such amount. Due to flip kart system problem they can’t provide confirmation code which i need to provide for delivery boy.
                      I have also tried calling to flip kart but satisfactory answer not received from flipkart. Also i requested for cancellation of my order but as per customer care such option is not available with him.

                        Just now i had word with Senior agent from flipkart team, he schedule the product delivery date for tomorrow.
                        He used some application which they used to reschedule the product. Now the question remains as below.

                        1. I will get delivery tomorrow?, or he just reschedule the date to finish the call from his end.
                        2. I will be happy, if get delivery tomorrow. They why not any agent done this before???
                        3. If not delivery by tomorrow, then how long i have to wait and how much time i need to waste againt ?? again which date they will fix ??

                        Since last 5 days i have waste my value able time and energy, i was tense and worried. Who will repay for it??

                        I know flikart is handlling thousands of customers, but there should be standard process where someone from your team should at least call customer and assure them, if you will not get product will arrange for you same product in next 2-3 days or asap, let the investigation goes on. This assurance will have customer faith on flikart and i hope he will be happy to continue with you.

                            Hi i was bought a i phone 7 on 9th july from flipkart and on 11th july it was delivered at home when i opened my box i seen there is missing o[censored]sb cable, earpods with lightning connector. I watched and at the same time i was complained in flipkart customer care. But they really making fool to us with there services. I mentioned that all the things which is i did not recieved. They just listning the problem and saying our back end team will call you on this day. There back end team making more fool to us. First they not registered my complain clearly what i missed in the box. Secondly why they are doing nothing just promissing we will do on this day still they did nothing. They promises we will solve on this day first day was on 16th july second 19th july third 21st july now they saying 26th july now i requested for return my product and give me refund i was requested on 19th july for return and i can get my refund but still i am waiting i did get nothing.                               return option is not showing

                              I've ordered flip cover for samsung j5 prime. I thought it was flip cover as well as product was also showed as flip cover. But after delivery only i came to know as it is flip flap cover. So i want that cover to be returned. But there is no return option showing in my order page for returning verification. Also they have given only return policy within 10 days. Pls resolve it asap......

                              Not able to log in, may be products are also getting cancelled due to blocked account, plz let me know what really happened, this happened 2 times in these past few days, do something or deactivate my account, & i won't bother you again...

                              Plz let me know how toh reactivate my account and how to protect account from getting blocked again and again.

                                Recently I have ordered 4-5 products by Flipkart. Out of which, I was trying to return one of the product. During the process, they blocked my ID saying that unusual higher returns. While the period of return of product is 10 days.
                                Earlier Flipkart it self cancelled my orders and later says higher return of products(the so called reason of blocking account). I also called customer care they said your account has been deactivated permanently.
                                There are few points I would like to raise about flipkart:
                                1. If the product is returnable why we can not return the product within given duration
                                2. If the id is blocked, how we would keep track of our orders
                                3. And if there was any issue with any id, don't let them order the product...tell your customers in advance..don't make them fool

                                  My order is getting delayed. I have emailed them but getting no valid response. Firstly promise me that your order will be deliver by 7 pm of 20th july. After i did receive my order neither it is out of delivery, now saying that that they will find solution till 24th july.

                                  My incident number is in[protected].

                                  Similar case happen with me three times before this order. They just giving dates and said that it will be solved by that date. After the passing date, an another date provides to you with a sorry.

                                  Flipkart is bad consumer service provider company. Flipkart failed to solve the consumer problems. And in my case they even don't updating the delivery information.
                                  I have emailed them at least 15 times. But not getting order till now. Also no valid response by email from flipkart.

                                  P. S. I advise all of you to uninstall this app. They never listen to customer problem.

                                    Hi sir my name is sajal.

                                    And my problem is i am unable to update my password.

                                    Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

                                    Then i used forgot button and then received code.

                                    Entered the code successfully.
                                    After that it was asking please set a new password.

                                    Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

                                    That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                      I had ordered an atlas bycycle on 4th june vide id od[protected], it was suppose to be deliver by 20th of june. On status track it shows that product has been shipped and about to deliver in time. Suddenly on 20th june status changed and said, had some logistic problem so could not deliver and it will be deliver by 20th of july. Now on 20th july another message recived which says that delivery is delayed and it will be deliver by 19th of august.
                                      How come a small product like this takes three month to deliver within the country??? Seems fraud assurance from company
