    I'm a Flipkart plus member and has been shopping with Flipkart around long time now. On Saturday i have ordered a GoPro 7 (Without mount) and canceled it right away(within an hour), since i got another GoPro 7 (with mount, which i ordered and didn't cancel). I have attached images for my cancel mail.

    Now today, i received a product in the morning (around 10am), and i opened it. I found that the product had mount missing. I immediately raised the concern with the flipkart support and they assured me with the actions. They also communicated that i may receive the mount as a different item within the same day.

    Around 4-5pm i received another product and thought that this is the mount and accepted the product. When i opened the package, i found one more GoPro within. I immediately called and repeated my ordeal to Flipkart Support (IN[protected]xx). I have not opened the package and the images has been attached for the same.

    I humbly request you to please accept the return(at least one GoPro that i had canceled) since these are the hard earned money with which i have purchased the GoPro. I assure you that the packing and all the entities remains the same, the way i received it.

    Also, i have noted that i'm unable to login to my Flipkart Account. I would request you to grant me access to login into it. The incident raised for the same is : IN[protected]xx

      I given order in flipkar 02 july 19. Product must be deliver by 4 th july. But product not deliver 4 th july they inform me ita deliver by 5 th july. But 5 th july also not deliver they don't inform me at all and last 3 day i repetedly call customer caer for delivery urgent basis but don't help me at all. Today they told me 6 th july its come andheri hub at 8.30 am. And my delivery addres also in andheri but they don't delivery still i told them repetedly its urgent.

        I had ordered an huda beauty rose gold edition eyeshadow pallette from flipkart and not only was I given the wrong product (nude pallette eyeshadow pallette by huda beauty) it had fungal growth all over it. When I called the customer service they said I could refund and said it was my only option and I agreed. I gave the details required for the transfer of money but they said that there was some problem occurring during the transaction and told me to call after two hours. Ever since then when I call them I am given the response "executives are busy right now". Please I hope I am helped with my issue or I will have no choice but to take legal actions.

          Basically it is been more than 40 hours MY TV has been delivered but the status is not updated by Flipkart's logistics department intentionally. Unless they update the status, the installation will not happen.

          I called up customer care many times, but they did not reply me positively. Infact, they were absolutely now aware that the TV has been delivered already.

          They just kept saying that I will have to wait wait and wait. I am not happy with the promises made by Flipkart on the dates of delivery and installation.

          I hope someone will take up my complaint and resolve the issue at earliest.

              account disabled from flipkart end

              Flipcart has disabled and deactivated my account and i am not able to login to my account. They just sent me a mail regarding deactivate information. Customer care is not supporting. Need to return one order. Can't return untill my account is logged in.
              In that case it will be loss for me. I have already called to flipcart customer care multiple times but they are just passing the time....

                    Yesterday morning I received an email that one order has been placed using my flipkart account at around 3:38am previous night. I had not placed any order. It was a cod order. However as soon I observed this, I immediately cancelled the order. I noticed that there were various weired things added to my cart which I never did. I immediately changed my password.

                    Today evening I again received a mail having otp to reset the password. It was someone else who was trying to log into my account.

                    This is wrong and not safe. I think some internal flipkart staff is involved in this

                      Explain my reason, i am ordered macbookair on 8-4-19 but i got another product ipad so icall ur team and says, sir i got another product what i do? Ur agents says sorry for inconvience this complaint is fotward to my backend team says .On next day ur team call to me ask what the reason i tell total incidence ok . Ur team arrange the replacement ok I appreciated. in this delivery time i observe the that product tampering so i did not taken the product, i call ur team and explain the reason .ur team tells sorry sir. italk to seller and arrange to another, isaid ok, but anotherproduct delivery date was 12-5-19 but again i got another product apple ipods, i call ur team and says this reason ur team again says, this complaint forward to my backend team said wait for 24-72 hours i wait and wait but did not call to me any one, so again call to customer service again another agent says sorry sir this type of incidence u caused. Iraised the complaint wait for 2days . But i raised the complaint with in 4 hours call comes from ur backend team but says the seller was unable to fulflied ur return request says .on that day my account also blocked i call ur team again sir what sir my account also blocked what i do, i asks .but ur agents says i cant do anything for you because ur account was block list request wait this complaint was forwared... to my team wait some time definitely solved ur problem.. on that day onwards i call daily ur team but says icant any thing request to wait, says i messages to to ur Twitter and instagram and messenger also but solved .after 35 days completed one message comes and call to me and says ur flipkart pay later balance was due so please pay sir says that agent. Ok i explain this reason . Ur please give some I definitely works on this incidence with in 24 hours my account was open i very happy and i pay flipkart pay later balance also . On that day only icall to ur team and says open sir my account was open now what i do ask. And explain the total incidence .. again ur agent put return request but one message was comes anable to fulfiled ur retuns requestvwithin 24 blocks my account also blocked again again what i do i proper resolution . I think understand my problem if dont understand means call to me i explain to proper way actually i am telugu i explain in small small english

                            I got refurbished product from flipkart. And i returned it. Now it's two weeks after return and emi has been deduct from my account. But flipkart is not giving any solution. Immediate recovery of money is needed.. The total amount of handset is 13990 with some extra charges.in first emi 2441 rs has been deduct bt the bank. Try to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                                    I have ordered fila carmen running shoes for men from flipkart order no: od[protected] for my office collegue as gift. I got the order on 18th june here my friend is having fitting issue and sole issue. As he didn't like the product we placed the return on that that day. From that day onwards the return is getting cancelling automatically at their mentioned pick up day. I spoke with customer service 10 times every time same thing happened. Till now 7 times return is got cancelled. Now they are saying that we are just mediators. Sorry for inconvinence and same drama wait for 8th july. I have a due date to pay the money for the product along with other products i purchaced from very flipkart. It's humiliating, stressful and worst experiance can't explain in words. Some of them are questioning like whats the problem and i have been giving explanations. Please provide me resolution from this. I am not going to speak any of the customer services anymore. I am raising the complaint and sharing my experiance to all so that no other should face the same issue. Thank you.

                                      mainly problem in mobile of voice problem to talking on speaker . But your customer care executive not support to us about my product .

                                      So i am humbly requested to you please replace me a new mobile Model No MI 7S NOTE.

                                      We're sorry to hear that you're facing issues with your Redmi Note 7 (Onyx Black, 64 GB). Since the product was delivered to you on June 11, 2019, it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.
