[Resolved] Flipkart — delivery of my order | |||||
I had booked for a motorola e4 plus on flipkart on 15th august. It was to be delivered here, at kerala on 22nd of this month. Even after 27th, it has not been delivered and tracking the order is also not clear. The tracking has been updated last on 23rd. The website says any order will be delivered within 7-10 business days. I had called to check about my order, and it was informed that it would be delivered on 25th and that has not happened either. We order for vivo flip cover, it is not suitable.so we need cash back
The tracking status is still not seen. It says the item has been dispatched to MSK Chennai. But there is no regular updation of tracking status. we were informed that the product would be delivered on 30th. please provide regular updates
