This is my same cmplaint for the same profduct which has not been resolved yet. The refund is pending from past 28 days when it was promised within 24 hours. Flipkart suddenly wakes up on 17th asking for my bank details, when i tried to provide the same beforehand they refuse to take that. Now on 17th i was fake promised for the refund by max of 5 days, which as expected by the lazy behavior from flipkart, not even that nobody even bothered to call to reach me. And after sending couple of emails they start mentioning that they tried reaching me on my old number which i have removed from flipkart account and enetered a new number 1 month back. Not only that after when i replied to call me on my ongoing number they again called me on my old number. On calling back the customer care simply says they simply said they tried to reach me on my new number. So in email they try to reach me on my old number and on notes they put my new number (Not sure what game is being played). The story didn't stop here on being asked to transfer the call to the superior, the customer care guy promised that his manager will cal me within 5 mins but again as usual no call back in 3 hours. Now i am not sure when i am going to get my refund. I am without phone and money from past one month. So i don't want any apology now. I want my money back. Don't keep customer's money to multiply your annual interests.

    Hi,

    I have purchased mobile moto e 4 from flipkart 08/08/2017. It was over heating from first day 08/08/2017, i have complained for return online to flip kart. Flipkart had sent mail to me that reset mobile settings. I have reset mobile but it was not happened and again over heating still. Flipkart has sent mail that their technical person will visit at my home and after their recommendation mobile will be returned. But from 10/08/2017 to 26/08/2017 no person has visited and not agree to returned mobile.

    Now flip kart saying that 10 days of replacement has crossed so it is not possible to return. While flipkart did not nothing during return period. Now is dangerous for us it may blast or other problems.

    Please look into matter and advise.

      Hello,

      Please dont buy the flipkart sponsored product.

      Last june 2017 i bought the sansui horizon mobile and that mobile is useless.
      Within 2 month the mobile is useless,
      Display blurr, incoming speaker is not working, mobile heating, low battery back up.

      I contacted to flipkart guys
      This is my complaint no incident: in[protected].

      They are behaving like dumb and irresponsible and every time they are asking issue, but there is no proper solution.

      Almost I called to flipkart customer care no 30 to 40 times. Flipkart don't have the proper data base, every time I need explain my problem again and again. They are simply creating one replacement ticket and they cancelled it themselves. everyday I am spending one hour to solve this issue.

      I bought the 10 or more products in Flipkart and This is my worst experience in this past purchase.

      Every executive give solution based them own experience and Flipkart people going to pay for it soon.

        Courier boy reject to exchange the laptop in a rudely manner. First it passed the laptop and exchange process is beginning he said to me bring the cash for new laptop when i bring the cash for new laptop then suddenly he refuse the exchange of laptop and giving the reason in rudely manner is that your laptop is scratch from right side corner while firstly he checked properly and passed all the steps. I am very upset the exchange deal with flipkart and i never recommended the exchange any product with flipkart. Really bad experience with me. My order i'd us od[protected] after he gave me time mid afternoon today he said i will call you but he didn't call me when i tried to the courier boy then he didn't pickup my call every time.

          For concerning this order i want to let you know that the courier boy rejected my order and behave very rudely, one very minor scratch is there on my phone's corner side, and as per your t&c minor scratches can be ignored, besides of this thing everything is in perfect condition.

          customer complained that unable to avail the exchange offer. We apologized and informed if exchange product is not as per terms and conditions then shipment will not be delivered. Hence closing the case.
          I want an urgent replacement for the mobile I ordered recently. The battery issue and display are the main problem. Talking to customer service is not satisfactorily. If I don't get any intimation within 2-3 days, I will take it forward to consumer court.

            This is regarding my order-

            Order id-od[protected]

            I ordered washing machine on 15th august and delivery date was 21st aug. Still its not processed and now they are saying me to cancel the order.
            Every-time i called them they have only one thing to say "please cancel the order"
            Why should i!!!

            I ordered it for 10619 and now since they cant do their job they are asking me to re order it and now the value goes to 12000
            This is a big loss for me
            This is cheating why should i pay more

            Firstly they should update me if there is any problem on shipping every-time i have to waste my time following them this is pathetic.

            Now if they cant deliver me the product get me some alternative of this you should be enough smart to fix the problem and it doesn't seems flip-kart is though!!

            Please understand you cant waste time of your customers we have our own commitments and time too.

            After wasting more than a week why should i cancel the order. If you are not able to deliver it this is something you should fix it.

              I have placed an order on flipkart on 15th of august and the product suppose to get delivered on 21st of august. But even now the updates is as"your order has been placed".

              Regarding this i have made at least 7 calls. Every time i get the same answer to wait for 48 hours. I am really surprised in the way they work. They have no clue regarding the orders. I have even send a mail to the head of customer support, but the result is same.

              This is really frustrating. Now i have no clue on what needs to be done and i think even flipkart is clueless.

              The customer complaint about the delay in shipping. Hence customer requested to cancelled the order hence cancelled and refund done. Closing the case complaint.
              Today i have cancelled the order since no response from flipkart. Worse costumer support i have ever seen in my life.

              Think thrice before placing order to flipkart. if your product is not delivered or delayed, no one can help you.

                Dear sir/mam,
                It is regarding an order i placed from flipkart.com, i placed this order on 4th august 17 and the product was delivered to my doorstep...
                However i was not satisfied with the product therefore i made a complaint to replace the product henceforth... The product was reverse picked by their representative on 16th august 17' but now when i am raising the query in flipkart regarding my product, they are stating that the product has been delivered but the tragedy is, i didn't received my product yet.
                Please help me in this regard and please help me get my money refund as i do not want to take any product from flipkarts now.

                    I had booked for a motorola e4 plus on flipkart on 15th august. It was to be delivered here, at kerala on 22nd of this month. Even after 27th, it has not been delivered and tracking the order is also not clear. The tracking has been updated last on 23rd. The website says any order will be delivered within 7-10 business days. I had called to check about my order, and it was informed that it would be delivered on 25th and that has not happened either.

                    We order for vivo flip cover, it is not suitable.so we need cash back
                    The tracking status is still not seen. It says the item has been dispatched to MSK Chennai. But there is no regular updation of tracking status. we were informed that the product would be delivered on 30th. please provide regular updates

                      Hi this is amit,
                      I buyed yep-me watch from flipkart.com in march 2017 which includes 1 year of manufacturer defect warranty. It stopped working in august 2017. I contacted flipkart custom-care service to resolve the issue that happened with me. They said to me that please contact yep-me to claim your warranty on your watch the following day i contacted them the store showed then the flipkart bill and asked for warranty they said we will not be able to provide you the warranty because you buyed the wrist watch from flipkart and we will only provide warranty to those watches which are buyed from our store and now go and ask flipkart to resolve the issue at same time i contacted flipkart service to resolve the issue as yep-me rejected to provide any warranty. Flipkart said our experts will contact you but it is now more than 10 days they didn't contacted me. I called several time and explained them the issue. And they said our experts will contact you. But there is no call from flipkart to resolve the issue. They emailed me to provide the job-sheet but store are rejecting me to provide any job-sheet.

                        I would like to intimate you that, i purchased one chapel on 15.08.17. But the item is damaged condition. I sent return and replacement order. But to peoples are taken return order. After one day they came and return replacement. How it is possible to give the same item again. You are requested to take necessary arrangements to be made as earliest.

                            Dear sir,

                            As per the latest conversation with your executive i came to know that, you are not in a position to solve my issue from you end because the offer is not valid on my mobile but i would like to mention the following points:

                            1) i ordered the mobile on wed, aug 9th '17 12:25 am, order id od[protected] under the big freedom sale
                            2) i made a payment with hdfc debit card (1st and last transaction under 10% cash back offer), according to that i should get 10% cashback instantly, but i didn't get the cash back (I was confused with instant cashback and deffered cash back)
                            3) on 9th afternoon i came to know about the cashback is instant, i raise the complaint in customer support same day, so that i can take the action (To cancel the order and again purchase the same)
                            4) from customer care service i came to know that my complaint is genuine and due to technical issue i didn't get the cashback, they escalated my issue on 9th aug only and they assured me that i get revert by 11th aug
                            5) i constantly taking a followup till 13th aug, till that time i didn't open the mobile handset, but customer care service assured me that you issue is genuine and you don't worry, we have escalated your complaint
                            6) till 22nd of aug i did a followup with your team but i didn't get a satisfactory reply

                            7) on 24th i received a call from customer care service mentioning the following points
                            A) your handset is not under the hdfc bank big freedom sale :
                            I) they why your executive didn't replied on 9th to 11th of aug
                            Ii) if in terms and conditions of hdfc bank debit and credit card offer and big freeedom sale if it is mentioned that this deal is not valid on moto e4 plus mobile then why take too much time to solve this issue, it can be solved on 1st day itself, that this offer is not valid on this mobile
                            Iii) according to my knowledge, the name of mobile handset is mentioned in faq of hdfc, on which terms and conditons are not valid

                            Now customer executives are saying that they are not in a position to solve my problem, so i requested to return the handset, they say already 10 days passed it is not under their control

                            Either solve my issue or make provision for return of handset

                            If suppose i agree with Flipkart team that i am not eligible for offer, then why customer care executive escalated my problem on the same day, and they didn't refuse on subsequent followups during offer period only, they must have denied on the 1st day or within 3 days, why it take the more that 15 days to provide the same.

                              I have ordered a adapter (Xiaomi note 4) it was cash on delivery, but the flip has been called with out my concerned. I have complaine customer assistant but the did not registered my complain, and anather complain is that i have bought a cell phone name xiaomiredmi note 4 but with in a few days the adapter do not work.
                              Replace my adapter and stop to harragementthe customer.

                                Hi team,
                                The philips hl7576/00 600 w juicer mixer grinder i received, didn't have "unique spill free detachable spout". So under accessory missing, i went for the replacement; which was promised on the website (10 days replacement) the price of the product had been changed and it was higher than what i have paid for.
                                I am being forced to go for refund against the terms and condition. I think and pay a higher price. I have even mailed them, but of no use.

                                Yes what more we can expect from Flipkart, a company which doesn't honor its T&C. And FYI Yesterday i was forced to go for return or accept the product as it is. After that got a mail confirmation stating "as requested by you".
                                I am so done with Flipkart.

                                  I had ordered micromax battery from flipkart and received it timely but when i inserted the new battery in mobile,
                                  Within 5 minutes it got scorched with mobile. My mobile worth rs 7000/- is spoiled just bcz of faulty battery. And i paid flipkart rs.619 for battery. Moreover, my life was at risk. I could have been injured or even died if had slept after inserting the battery.
                                  I claim the total amount rs.7619/- from flipkart, which is the total monetary loss suffered by me.

                                    I ordered oppo f3 mobile on 9th aug, 2017 and cancelled on same day. On 12th august i received a message that refund reflects in 6 days which wasn't happened. On 24th my citibank credit card statement generated which included first emi for the mobile. When i spoke to flipkart executives for 4 times they asking me to wait and talk to bank for emi cancellation. When i spoke to bank they were saying cancellation charges applies with 2%on loan amount. They are saying as i opted for no emi cost, i have to bear the charges for cancellation which is not fair without receiving mobile. If they could refund the amount before 24th no emi would have reflected on my credit card. Fyi, refund initiated message received on 12th august from flipkart.com. Though mistake happened from their end, they not responding properly and asking me to wait for 6 more business working days. If this happens, i have to pay the emi though no mobile has received.

When i am tracking it, i found that it showed the status out of delivery area (Pincode-address mismatch). They have delivered many times in the past to the same address and my pincode and adress does not mismatch. Why they are doing so. If cannot deliver they should have told me when placing the order.
