I bought trendzino ™ night vision cctv camera.in description, this camera is a * motion detection, recording video when object motion being detected, it can save storage spac * - but in my cctv no motion detection. Without motion detection the cctv camera not use because, it work continueslly.

    Hi,

    I ordered the panasonic power bank in the month of april. The power bank has two slots and after 1 month o[censored]sing the product, one of the slots stopped working and only one slot was working and i managed to use only one slot and now the power is not switching on at and i cannot charge the phone its a waste. I was ordering things from amazon for many yesrs and i never faced such problem with any of their items and i am experiencing such cheap product experience with flipkart. I had taken one power bank from a local store for just rupees200 and its been 1 year and i had no problem. And this product from flipkart is cheap quality than that.

      I have ordered this mobille.. The second day i received this mobile, i had raised the claim that it is not getting charged. Flipkart provides me replacement. But in replacement too, it is not charging.. They are saying that now they cannot help, we will have to go to service center.

      But why should i go to service center, its a manufacturing defect. I want my money back.. I do not trust flipkart anymore.

        I had order on dt 14 aug 2017 n got my order on dt 24 aug but i request for returned my order due to quality issue but from that day i have faced so much problem regarding price tags not available hence order not returned but there is no price tag attached with the dress several times i told this repeatedly but no one is understanding n rejecting my order cancelled i really got fedup from this cheap service so many mails i had send every time msg comes that it will resolve but of no use today also pickup boy came but refused to accept return due to unavailability of price tag but that is not my fault i don't have any price tag 497 is not a big money but the problem is ur bad service u people are making fool to customer really not at all satisfy with ur service kingly resolve my problem as it already too late

          Well this is to inform you that i am utterly disappointed in your services and i am quitting shopping with you. I had a good experience with you all except the delivery part, where as per policies i can cancel anything from my doorstep, but your delivery boy seems so rude that for the third time he kind of insulted me for cancelling an certain orders. Thats what i get shopping with you? Its very unsettling to see such policy promises made by such a big company like you and not obeying them. Its been a good time shopping with you, and you lost another loyal buyer.

            Flipkart is playing safe game with keeping such cheat products under non-return category.

            WTF!! The product is in the packed condition and I haven't installed or used it.

            I just measured it with screen and found it's not covering the screen and the screen coverage ratio is below 80%.

            You can't simply close the case.

              Today morning,[protected], the courier person has come to deliver the product of lenovo k6 power (Gold, 32 gb) - color: gold, order number is od[protected]. For this all lenovo mobiles exchange offer is there. For this only i ordered this mobile from your website. But the courier person did not receive exchange product from us only bcz of backscreen touch is not working. Can you please let me know why you guys mentioned exchange option for lenovo products.                 I had purchased yu yunique 2 from flipkart on 17 august with order id od[protected]. The product is not according to the specifications mention. The product has 13 mp back camera and 5 mp front camera but they are working very worst. The quality is very low and pucture quality is very unclear, also they have 2500 mah battery but they give only 2-3 hours backup. I had called flipkart executive many times that i want to return this but they say that it will only replace the product with the new one. I also asked what if the new one also have the same problem, they said that no mam may be this product is faulty and if any problem futher arise we are there for you. And also they said that in first time there is no return option in our policy. So they replace my product with the new one after receiving new yu yunique 2 again the same problem arise also the touch is not working well, i also visited service centre one time, now the company, s senior executive is not talking well with me. And said that now the replacment is done, if you have any problem visit service centre. What is this mehaviour from flipkart, the product is nit what its speicification said why they cant give my money back. I laso have their call recordings.

                  Flipkart delivered a faulty product, on 16-aug, from that date i mad a complain but no resolution, they arrange 3-4 times technician visit but every time they cancel the technician visit. Saying that tecnnician visit is nothing but technical assistant over the phone. I am fed up of this service.

                  As flipkart i don't have control over seller, as seller is not accepting that request.

                  The faulty product is a dell laptop, i contact to dell support they did all the troubleshooting and finally they find laptop is a faulty laptop, have to replace some parts.
                  When parts is going to change that mins laptop is a faulty laptop, but flipkart is not giving any response.

                    Hello, i had ordered fasttrack watch amounting 2445 /- from flipkart.com. When i received my order then after opening the package, i found some other brand different watch inside the pack. When i was about to create a return request for this product then my return request got rejected. I emailed flipkart's customer care about the same then i got a answer from them that due yo high number of returns in my account, they are closing my account and i il not be able to login into my flipkart account and even not able to retutn the wrong product. This is a sheer disgusting thing i m facing right now. What can i do if i m receiving a wrong watch??? At any cost i want to return this watch and get my money back.

                    Please guide me in this and let me know the procedure to take legal action against flipkart asap.

                          Aspire cover for mi max 2 that we had ordered does not fit the phone. It is a mismatch for the mobile. This is the second time we got a mismatching piece.

                          We request a refund for the cover. Flipkart is sending the same defected cover over and over.
                          Grooves of the cover are a mismatch as they do not fit in.

                              I have purchased mobile phone from flipcart first of all in the morning they automatically cancelled my order then after having argument with them they send me the product and wen i received the product it was packed from outside but inside its seal was alredy open, when i tried taking the replacement then flipcart is not adressing to my complaints.                                 2. I ordered item because of the date. I am leaving on 1st night.
                                3. Later e-mail promised 30/8

                                5. At 5pm 30/8, ur customer service promised i will get item by 7pm
                                6. At 7-30 to 8:00, there is a different story delivery postponed to 4th

                                    Dear sir/mam,
                                    I purchased swipe razor volte 8gb tab from flipkart on[protected]. Order id "od[protected]" cod payment mode.
                                    And i recieved the product on[protected]. But when i recived the product, both of the sim slots were not working. So i applied for return request for the product replacement as per the return policy terms. After that first time technician visited me on[protected] and said my product will be replaced after his examination. After that no response from flipkart. Then i started calling to flipkart helpline but they said my return request has been cancelled by seller. Then i started calling everday to helpline but their reply was that thier backend team will call me and help about it. But no one contacted me regarding this complaint even they dragged it for 9 days. But everytime they r giving fake promises. But now they r telling me to go service centre instead of replacement. Please help me. Flipkart is cheating. I have all complaint numbers recorded with me.
                                    Why should we pay amount for defect product?
                                    Why should we go for service centr for new products?

                                    Flipkart has to replace as per the 10 days return replacement acceptance.
                                    Why flipkart is sending the fake updates of the sellers? I have paid money to flipkart and not to some other sellers.
                                    Flipkart is robbing the the innocent people.

                                    Whenever i call to helpline they are giving the reasons that due to technical error it is showing as return request has been cancelled automatically on behalf of me. What kind of a non sense reply is this?

                                    I want my amount to be refunded or replacement of the product along with some penalty for wasting my time

                                    Customer raised a complaint for sim slot issue for which we arranged a technician visit and as per the technician we have not found any defective issue. There is a physical damage in the product which is happen from customer end. Closing the complaint from our end.
