Dear sir,
As per the latest conversation with your executive i came to know that, you are not in a position to solve my issue from you end because the offer is not valid on my mobile but i would like to mention the following points:
1) i ordered the mobile on wed, aug 9th '17 12:25 am, order id od[protected] under the big freedom sale
2) i made a payment with hdfc debit card (1st and last transaction under 10% cash back offer), according to that i should get 10% cashback instantly, but i didn't get the cash back (I was confused with instant cashback and deffered cash back)
3) on 9th afternoon i came to know about the cashback is instant, i raise the complaint in customer support same day, so that i can take the action (To cancel the order and again purchase the same)
4) from customer care service i came to know that my complaint is genuine and due to technical issue i didn't get the cashback, they escalated my issue on 9th aug only and they assured me that i get revert by 11th aug
5) i constantly taking a followup till 13th aug, till that time i didn't open the mobile handset, but customer care service assured me that you issue is genuine and you don't worry, we have escalated your complaint
6) till 22nd of aug i did a followup with your team but i didn't get a satisfactory reply
7) on 24th i received a call from customer care service mentioning the following points
A) your handset is not under the hdfc bank big freedom sale :
I) they why your executive didn't replied on 9th to 11th of aug
Ii) if in terms and conditions of hdfc bank debit and credit card offer and big freeedom sale if it is mentioned that this deal is not valid on moto e4 plus mobile then why take too much time to solve this issue, it can be solved on 1st day itself, that this offer is not valid on this mobile
Iii) according to my knowledge, the name of mobile handset is mentioned in faq of hdfc, on which terms and conditons are not valid

Now customer executives are saying that they are not in a position to solve my problem, so i requested to return the handset, they say already 10 days passed it is not under their control
Either solve my issue or make provision for return of handset

Flipkart Customer Care's response We have already interacted with customer and provided the resolution. The customer is not eligible for the Cash back as per the terms and condition.

Updated by ashish_ag02 As per the terms and conditions of HDFC bank and Flipkart, the offer is valid on Mobile Handset. Already shared the file with Flipkart team.
If suppose i agree with Flipkart team that i am not eligible for offer, then why customer care executive escalated my problem on the same day, and they didn't refuse on subsequent followups during offer period only, they must have denied on the 1st day or within 3 days, why it take the more that 15 days to provide the same.
According to Flipkart if i am not eligible for the offer, please share terms and condition, i have already shared from my part
Yesterday I order Samsung galaxy J7 Pro through flifkart official site price 16750/- but order was not placed .I confirm with Axis bank transaction was successful but order was not placed .Filfkart customer care was not responding properly.So kindly help us to refund
