I have ordered samsung galaxy j7 pro on august 10th. Order id : od[protected]. I have called the customer care center multiple times and repeatedly saying today it will be processed. When ever i called i am getting the same answer. Every time they are taking new request. Bank is already charged the amount for emi. Kindly help me.

    Delivered a faulty product. When tried to place order to replace the product app didnt work properly and selected wrong reason. Once the delivery guy came to deliver explained about the issue, he asked to cancell the replacement and reorder it. Reached to customer care and they are useless people who said will get resolved in 40 hrs, it's been 6 days and no hope of replacement.

      From the very beginning while i configure and installing the apps the phone having problem, touch is malfunctioning, phone speaker is not upto mark, mic problem, loud speaker too low, camera not as expected, while charging touch not functioning properly and also touch is not very smooth, calling problem in 4g volte in jio. I want replacement. I called 2-3 times in flipkart they simply denied for replace.

Customer is stating that he is facing multiple issues with the mobile and as the customer was not available in town to check the mobile could not report the issue within replacement policy. Politely denied customer request for replacement and informed customer to visit service center.

        Hi sir
        I have been placed an order of washing machine on 15th aug with special discounts and cash back offer order ref no (Od[protected]... Delivery date was mentioned was 22aug.. Not delivered as per the promise.. Later i have called and emailed about the delivery status.. Till then no calls or emails from flip kart... I believe which is the best practice of flip kart... Then i got a resolution that my quire will be addressed by 29th of aug,,, sudden shock from you that we have refunded your money back... Which is the best part of flip kart... No prior intimation or call... They are playing with my trust... Money.. Time.. I also lost my respect... It was a gift for my mom... Finally called up customer care some x revived and said we cant do anything this is supplier problem... Then connected to manager.. Mohit... He in fact replied the same i been asking him that after wasting my time why cant you compensate the offer amount to me for further order... He straight replied no... This was very frustrating for me then.. Why name such people as customer care manager... What is the care is taken here... Just harassment with customers.. Later connected to tapesh he was representing him as a senior manager where i was almost 40 min on call... Who in really repeat the same as notice board ther is no quality of care... He is still telling the same and no one is there to answer my quire... Repeated harassment from flip kart... If any customer care you have please call me and answer my quire... Im am depressed and doctor has suggested me for 2d echo test and im in medication i need the compensation from flip kart...

        We had interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, informed the order was cancelled by seller, Customer may place a fresh order and the same will be delivered to him. As we do not have a compensation policy the same cannot be provided. Hence closing the case from our side.

        my question is why did you hold my money just like that and not blaming the seller or whomever so,
        to compensate the difference flipkart is responsible..
        sorry no body bothered to call me or apologized, just closing the issue without any reason. then why did you wasted my time and i have been charged extra as i have paid through credit card ...

          Hi,
          I have placed an order for microwave oven ifb 23sc3 on 21-august-2017
          Order id = od[protected]

          The first oven i received, had a control panel faulty. So i raised a replacement request. The replacement request has been rejected stating that there has been a technician visit even though there was none. I raised the issue once again and they took it up and accepted the replacement. After a 25 day delay i received the replacement oven on 16-august-2017.

          The replacement oven is faulty and it shuts down after 5 minutes of operation. There is no warning and it shuts down completely even when the mains power is on. Doesn't turn on for at least for 10 minutes. There has been no technician facilitated by flipkart after the purchase. Yet it again states that installation and demo service is complete on the website.

          I called ifb customer care personally to request a technician visit. They visited on 25-august-2017 and told that the product is faulty and recommended me to place a replacement request.

          I tried to file a replacement request but the site doesn't let me do it by disabling the replacement. The product is under 10-day replacement policy. The oven is delivered on 16-august-2017. I have waited for a technician visit facilitated by flipkart. As none showed up, i filed a complaint through flipkart help service on 24-august-2017 and they assured a response within 24-hours. Today is 26-august-2017 and didn't get any reply and the 10-day replacement policy is going to end.

          I request a refund since i’m not satisfied by either flipkart or ifb customer service. I have been a regular customer for flipkart and this is a big let down.

          We have already connected with the customer. Tech visit is also completed from our end. As per our service engineer the issue has been resolved from our end and when we checked with the customer, he confirmed the same. Hence, we are closing the complaint from our end.

              Dear sir/ma'am,
              I booked few kids items (5 items) on 19th august 2017 for very much special occasion for my family. The delivery should be on 29th august 2017, as per tracking details. One item i received on 21st august 2017, today suddenly i got message my order has been canceled & money will be refunded in 6 business days which is surprise for me. I checked status & found items has been returned. Even no one contact us regarding this items delivery.

              I just received email from flipkart which is stated the courier service is not available for my pin code but my question is how they accept the order?

              All incident is not acceptable & very much inconvenience to us. Why it takes 6 days to return my money? Already you used my money one week & it looks like a scam even flipkart use thousand's of customers money like the same they will earn good interest from bank.

              I am nri & booked this items for my family child birthday, now i have only three days in hand & i dont think i can buy and send them something through online.

              Kindly investigate the same, i hope you already received many complaints like the same.

                Below is my original complaint lodged on 25.08.2017
                Dear sir,
                I have ordered a moto e4 plus mobile handset on flipkart.com by paying rs 9999.00 by debit card on 25th july 2017. Order id was - od[protected]. A small cartoon packet was delivered to my home. When it was opened, a dummy nokia mobile was found in the packet. Immediately contacted to flipkart, return was requested for replacement, the replacement was approved & accepted by flipkart with return id[protected]. It was requested on behalf of flipkart to reurn the delivered item to their specified address with mentioning the return id given. It was assured to me in the same mail, that before 21st of aug 2017, the replacement item would be delivered to me.

                I did as per instruction, & returned the delivered item by first flight courier on 10.08.2017 to the address of warehouse as given to me. Copy of receipt of first flight tracking is attached also with tracking id - j991p0262516. By tracking the returned item it is seen that the return item is delivered to warehouse on 16.08.2018 at 4:00 pm. But now the return status is not being updated by flipkart & shipping of the new item against replacement is not being done. When contacting to flipkart customer care team, flipkart support on twitter no updates are being given by them. 21st of aug deadline have already passed & today is 25th of aug. Still they are not even bothered about responding with a time frame to deliver me the item. I am attaching the details & delivery of return item status in the attachment.

                Please do something sir to either refund me the money of rs-9999.00 + courier charges of rs 445.00 or deliver the item against replacement to me.

                As communicated by flipkart support team, that my item against the replacement has been shipped & will be delivered before 7th of sep'18. I am waiting for that & will confirm regarding delivery of my replacement.
                Further, As committed by Flipkart earlier, that the expense against courier charge for returning the item will be reimbursed which is still to be processed.. In line with that, it is requested to reimburse my expense of courier charge of Rs 445.00.

                  Ordered asics shoes. Flipkart cancelled my order saying it's not traceable and we have to cancel as per policy. It was against my wish. Upon tracking myself found item delivered to nearest hub of destination. Upon calling for clarification suggested me to place fresh order which is costing almost 2700/- rupees extra for same product. Really a worst and bad experience with flipkart. Wrong information provided to forcibly cancel my order. Next horrible thing is upon calling all executives are saying they can't help it's fault of someone else. I want to know who's fault is this. Is it myself who did fault by placing order on flipkart.

                    I'm very much frustrated with the kind of service i'm getting from flipkart. I never expected his from here. I was having very much trust on this website but this is very depressing incident i have faced with you people. I bought my laptop on 8th and got it delivered by 11th august, which was defected, same day i applied it to refund and got a technician visit scheduled for 18th but no one came and nothing happened, i complained again and got it rescheduled for 24th but again no technician came. Now today i complained again and the customer care guy says that no refund can happen without technician visit, i don't understand whose fault is this, is it my fault to purchase it from flipkart now i am just looking to complain everywhere. I am very much irritated now because i needed this laptop for my business work.

                    Please help me as soon as possible. Please have a look on my attachment.

                      I have placed order for 6.5 kg fully automatic top load washing machine on 23/7/2017 and the same was cancelled on 24/7/2017.
                      Three dates failed for return
                      On repeated request since 24 jul 2017, flipkart has not pick up my return which was schedule on 17 aug 2017. My payment of rs 15999/- has been debited on 23/07/2017. Every time call centre executive are giving time but no one has come to receive my return pick up and my amount has been held with flipkart.

                      Kindly arrange my return pick up at the earliest.

                          I have requested to return my product as size was not fitting me. Advisor told me to courier product to d given flipkart warehouse address... I did that and product have been received by flipkart on 8august, 2017. And i am chasing flipkart for my refund... But every time i call them i have to tell the complete story (As they don't have any records) and everytime the will tell me to wait for 2days. I have raised 2 complaints and escalated my issue, spoken to senior manager but no one is helping me... I m really very frustrated n pissed off with this flipkart company. I think they have got the high training to ut d customer on hold n disconnect the call, advisor manager everyone does d same to me. Flipkart is not atall a trusted company. I have spent hours n hours with them to resolve my issue but nothing happened.

                            Moto g turbo purchased in october 2016 still under warranty. The turbo charger is not functioning hence i request you to exchange the charger as the turbo charger is part and parcel of the phone. Though the charger is looking pretty good and not damaged phisically anywhere but stopped functioning from day before yesterday. As the phone is purchased for the attractive turbo charger and treated as part of phone i request the company to replace the charger and oblige. I hope that you understand my contention.

                              I ordered kenneth cole [protected]@6150g aviator sunglasses from flipkart. But i got duplicate product without branded box and price tag, now i requested flipkart to refund the amount, but they are asking for branded box and price tag which were not received along with the product. How can i provide branded box and price tag which flipkart did not sent. Now how should i get my amount. Really i did not like the fake product which will cost less than rs200, for that i paid rs.2370.

                                    Order id:od[protected]. Karbonn aura power moblie ₹5360/-. Ordered on 27.06.2017, received on 03.07.2017. Now its display not working, at service centre, after verification of imei number they said its duplicate one. I don't know what i have to do. Its upsetting me very hard. We trust flipkart thats why we purchased through it. Take necessary action regard this.

                                      Order id - od[protected] product - micromax 40t2820fhd 40 inches led tv. The product was sold on first big billion day sale in oct'14 which had a warranty of 1 + 2 years extended warranty but flipkart did not mentioned anywhere to get extended warranty we need to call micromax (Brand) for extended warranty registration within 30 days of purchase. Now micromax says there is no extended warranty due no extended warranty. Also micromax technician came for installation too did not informed me about it. Now my tv backlit issue for which there is no visual micromax is asking for approx 7000 to fix. Even being in warranty i am not getting it due to both flipkart and also micromax. Need help to get this sorted by either if them or by both so that i do not need to pay

                                      Interacted with the customer, as per the brand terms and condition customer have to visit the brand website portal and need to registered the extended warranty with in one month from the date of purchase.

                                      There was no interaction with Flipkart (you) after I raised this complaint. But prior to it your customer support informed me about the same information about registering the warranty within one month of purchase.

                                      So, let me answer to your question now

                                      First of all in Flipkart product page this information of how to do extended warranty registration was not mentioned. I can't proof for my product page as no details is showing there but i checked currently available Micromax TVs in Flipkart and it is evident that the details of extended warranty registration was not mentioned there as well which proves the fault from Flipkart and this was proved to your Facebook support personnel too

                                      Secondly I somehow tried to manage with Micromax and they said if the product was actually under 1 + 2 year warranty program they will support but when I mentioned them my purchase date and year they said during that time they did not have such offer with Flipkart and It should be Flipkart's warranty and not Brand Warranty.

                                      So, how can you justify this now. Brand is saying there was no offer at that time but Flipkart offered it in their website for that brand

                                      Now It's Flipkart who should fix this either by Brand or by it's own service department / third party

                                      Since I have not got any update from you for last 2 weeks I assume you are not providing any resolution to my case or giving priority of it. Hence I would wait till 28th Sep 2017 for your response post which I would report this to Consumer Court to file a charge back claim to get the refund for the whole amount paid against the product for the fraud committed by you

                                        I have purchased one bpl television for the purpose to gift it to my niece marriage on 04.05.2017 and it was installed in my niece matrimonial house in aligarh by the official of bpl on your instruction.
                                        But it is very much surprised and amazed that the said television stopped to work from the next month of its installation.
                                        Before two days on my complain, bpl service engineer visited the place in aligarh to inspect the said tv and got some third grade part fitted in the tv and require replacement of the same.

                                        It is very shameful for me that i believe on flipkart for a best services and further i damaged my image in front of my niece. Further, this type of services will be tarnished the image of a big company like flipkart as well.

                                        Therefore, i request you, stop such type of services to a genuine customer and further replace the said third garde supplied bpl television as earliest as possible. Invoice of the same is attached herewith.
