We order football vide order id no. Od[protected] from flipkart and after delivery as on 02.07.2017, i kept it intact with me. On 05.08.2017 when i refill air in the football, i found manufacturing defect and air is flowing out.

When i call on customer care no. Of the flipkart, i was informed that they are having 10 days replacement policy and they are not ready to get it either replaced or...

We purchased one lenevo phone (Model no a7020a48) from flipkart on 19.04.2017. Last week while changing sim trey gets locked and unable to open it using the pin provided with the box. We went to lenevo service center nearby and they after checking the phone suggest me to purchase new one. I asked them the reason they said sim tray gets badly locked in the board and they cant help us on this. Replacement of board will cost approx 10000 inr....

I bought 2 mobiles for me and my wife and delivered on 27/7/17. I called customer care of flipkart but they denied. And said to contact service centre. An apparel was ordered from flipkart which was not having any tag inside. After trying the apparel i found that it does not fit so had to go for a return. Now flipkart is not ready to take the return saying that tag is needed. When the tag was not received where should you get it now. Also the outer packing is all good along with the bar code. I, subhajit daripa had purchased a phone on flipkart but turns out the phone is damaged. I have requested a return of the product but haven't got any proper neither service nor any assurance of getting cash back and not even replacement. Besides the phone is also both hardware wise and software wise.in order to get volte on my phone i have to update my system but system update is not taking place at all....

I purchased an apple phone from flipkart in october 2016 but when i contacted to apple store on august 2017 delhi these people told that the phone was already sold on 10 july 2016 so according to the apple guys the phone is out of warranty now. I want to buy few cosmetic products (The balm, urban decay, anastasia) from flipkart but when saw the negative reviews for delivering fake products i am not sure whether to buy from flipkart or not. And such reviews demotivate customer to buy anything from flipkart. Please acknowledge that you sell the genuine cosmetic products of all brands or your aim is just to fool and cheat your buyer and make money....
