Sir I ordered leonvo k6 power .my order id- 0D[protected]. I Placed Order On 22 AUG 17 . And i have seen 23 AUG 17 My order accept by seller indiflash mart . Same date my order in dispatch state AND MY DELIVERY DATE IS 25 AUG 17 BUT I M NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER ON 25 AUG 17 .
AGAIN FLIPKART GIVEN ME DELIVERY DATE 30AUG 17 AFTER THAT 2SEP17, THEN 4 SEP 17, NXT 6 SEP 17 NXT DATE IS 9 SEP 17
BUT STILL I M NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER .
I HAVE COMPLIMENT MANY TIME TO FLIPKART EXECUTIVE ALSO MANAGER .BUT THEY DIDN'T RESOLVE MY ISSUE .THEY SAID WE'RE WORKING ON IT

This is with reference to my flipkart order number: od[protected]
I have been repeatedly for the last 6 days been following up and informing their customer support team that i have not received part of my order... I ordered for three bean bags and got only one... But they still act so ignorant and ask me if i received the box???
My complaint number also is: in[protected]
I have repeatedly been asking them to please ensure that i receive the balance 2 products otherwise i will be forced to take this up legally
I have made full payment of rs. 2382/- and have received only one piece which is worth only 794/-
They have been cheating the customer and robbing them
I have spoken to aniket shirode / vinay s / saleem s / jubal / mehul etc etc etc... But not a single person is giving me a solution to my issue
It is very disturbing to note that i have made full payment and now they are ignoring my complaint inspite of me calling at least 5 times a day to request for my product.
The only thing they keep saying is that i will get a call back in 48 hours but no one bothers after that

And even now the problem persists. I think most people are finding this problem with moto e4 plus. This is a manufacturing defect. And the company hasn't tested enough. Such a shame. Why do you fool people?

Dear sir/madam

This regarding the the order number[protected] puma flotter which i have received on 9th of august 2017 from flipkart.
When i opened the product it's seems to be ok so i kept it. After some time when i start using it. When i used it 2 times i found that one of the flotter's base cracked in such a way that it was not in the position to use. I contact the flipkart customer care and got a nice response as they said that money will be refund and scheduled the pick up. But the courier person refused to pick it and told me the reason that it is used which i clearly mentioned in the complaint.
I again contacted the flipkart cs and after the conversation about an hour it refused to refund but ready to exchange but with the condition that i have to return it with full packing and steakers. On each conversation i have mentioned that i have start using it then how can one start using with stickers and why to kept the box?.
I have purchased a branded products and if comes out with such a quality that it's other unusable after two times?
I request flipkart please either refund or exchange this product.

Its an absolute fraud, do not use the affiliate program.

I work on an only marketing agency, we started to generate lots on traffic to flipkart, thousands of orders and more than 160, 000 rupee in a few weeks.

I have been delivered a damaged ifb dish washer worth 31999 on 29th aug 17. The return request was raised on the same day. More then 10 times we have called flipkart and all the time they have given fake assurance. Today 7th sep the tech visit was scheduled but now i am checking the app and it's is showing cancelled. Please action. Screenshot of all the details are attached.

I order a product on 2nd september, received a product on same day and i opened it i saw the laptop screen is not working so i placed the replacement request. After that flipcart gave me a technical visit date on 4th september but tech visit not happen after that i called many times to flipcart having conversations but nothing happened yet about tech visit or replacement. Now it's 7th september i am not receiving any feedback or any solutions...

Delivery boy has refused to deliver fhe product and accept pikup product which was samsung galaxy note against moto c plus. On telling him about no such term and condition of slight damage in cell phone while placing order he said hjs superior denied to pick up the product

I had ordered for 3 kurlon pillows in flipkart, i was out of station when the package arrived, when i opened it after 10 days i found only one pillow inside the pack but the invoice was for 3, and that too of an inferior quality with no brand name in the pack.

As it was more than 10 days, flipkart was not willing to help in anyway as it was outside return policy.

It was an incomplete delivery, i was not even trying to return anything, but flipkart said nothing can be done.

So disappointing that flipkart taking no action when a customer is complaining about being cheated by one of its seller

I had requested for replacement but jeeves technical had make wong submission about this report after 5 days of my replacement request so now my replacement policy has over and flipkart said now you want to go for service center.

My order mobile no-[protected] order id - (Od[protected] delivery 20/07/2017. Product name - clarks shoes. Price (3499). Flipcart does nor refund or replacement of this product. Issue - its quality is very poor. It is not well as description. So i complain of this product but the the company flipcart block my flipcart id.
Today almost 50 days go but this site not resolve my problem.
