I issue this legal notice for your strict compliance:- i ordered a
Sanyo nxt 80cm (32) hd ready led tv on 12.08.2017 through online for
Rs.14, 487/- in order id no[protected] and the same is paid
Through my credit card on the same day. The delivery is scheduled to
17th aug 2017. But so far the shipment was not delivered. I
Repeatedly contact your company and poor response from your company
Side. On 18.08.2017 when i called your company, your executive told
That the matter will be resolved on or 21st aug morning. But it is not
Resolved and damn excuse was told by your executive on 21.08.2017. Due
To you non delivery of shipment i was mentally shocked. There is
Insufficiency of service on your part. Due to your act i suffer very
Much my valuable time to search and contact your company. You done
Grave mental agony. When i contacted your company through phone your
Executive give a evasive reply and ready to face any legal action
Taken by me.in the evening of 21.08.2017 your executive contacted me
From the contact no.[protected] and forced to cancel the order on my
Part. I am not interested cancel the order. Your executives demand
For cancel the order from my side is illegal and high handed one.
Hence your company and your executive are required to tender
Unconditional written apology and pay the shipment cost and rs.
1, 00, 000/- for the mental agony caused to me by your insufficiency in
Service on your part immediately. Failing which i will proceed in
Consumer forum and all other and necessary proceedings to safeguard
The consumers protection and the online fraud.

Flipkart Customer Care's response As there was no update about the shipment from August 18, 2017. The shipment may have been lost or damaged while on it's way. Hence the shipment had to be cancelled. Request to place a fresh order and will try our best to get it delivered. The seller will initiate the refund of Rs.14, 487/- on or before September 04, 2017 to customer's Credit Card and it will be credited to the card within 6 business days as per standard banking procedures.
I am trying to talk with his manger's but no one is connecting his call to them.
I hate Flipkart customer service and had bad impression on Flipkart.
I want my money back.otherIwise I wiil file a complaint against Flipkart in consumer court.
Customer service is too bad not a quick response.
They just escalate the customer from one to another but after period of time they said your policy has been expired.
This what they selling the defective product to the customer s
