Hi team,

It is really disappointing and poor customer service which i have received from flipkart, i ordered 3 products on 10th august (3item), one item ie. Biba kurta was small for me so i requested for exchange, i queried the shipping address from customer care, i wrote that address, return id on it and send it to that address, again i called customer care for sharing the tracking id however the cce informed me that it is not required, then on 28th sep i received the same product without the size change and since then i have called like 1000 times to customer care. I am receiving mails from your backend team that my number is not reachable.
Very pathetic service from flipkart will never do shopping again from this i have thought of throwing that kurta in garbage.

    I have ordered redme note 4 mobile in flipkart. Order no: od[protected]. But i got mobile which is sim slot2 is not working. I have requested for return. They always sending one message like "hi we've been trying to get in touch with you as requested but we haven't been able to do so yet. We will call you back arount mm/dd, hh/min am/pm to help you with your concern.

    Like this message i got 3 times. One time they called disconnected in middle.

    Please help me what i need to do now.

      The motorola e 4 ordered throuh flipkart with invoice no faaawp [protected]is malfunctioning. Ie volume buttons not working properly.
      When it is inquired in motorola authorised service center in davangere, karnataka. They are telling thae volume operating part is not working properly and it need 7 days to replace untill that you need to submit the mobile phone along with photo copy of invoice.
      But the [problem is i am unable to give this phone for 7 days to that service center, it will be inconvenient to get another phone for 7 days.
      Hence i am very bad about flipkart for providing the malfunctioning mobile phone (To me.

        I purchased moto g 5 plus at no cost emi from flipkart. It is noted that i have been charged twice last month and this month as an interest of 15% on 11th july.

        On enquiring about this at customer service, they never gave any satisfactory answer and kept my phone at hold and disconnected. Even after several mails they didn't responded to my satisfaction.

        I have already spoken with my bank and they mentioned that i need to speak with the merchant. Since any credit card never offer an emi interest free.in this case, flipkart must have arranged something when they floated offer.

        I have been harassed and been through inconvenience

        So far I have received several mails few say they are refunding the amount. Few say they are sorry and can't reimburse. I am frustrated with bad service I have received. Probably I will never purchase anything from flipkart. And they must be penalties for the bad service delivery.

        Still subjects of my mail are changing from Moto G5plus to Moto E4plus.
        I reiterate I ordered and complained for Moto G5 plus for interest changed.

        Attachment shows the proof that Flip kart agreed to reimburse and then denied.

        I still have not received the complete reimbursement for the extra interest charged by bank for two previous EMI. I have received partial payment. The EMI was distributed for 9 months. After complaint they refunded for remaining 7months interest which they planned. And didn't refunded the interest which I already paid to the bank for last two months.

        Why there is so much hassle . I want to penalties Flipkart for harassing me and keeping the undue advantage because I chose to purchase the good from their site.

        I want immediate resolution for this. Also, I want to penalties them for the trouble.

          I have ordered a product: vivo v5 (Space grey, 32 gb)
          . Order id: od[protected]. Later on i cancelled that product for some reason.
          The flipkart team given me message that within 6 business days i would recieve refund.
          It has been more than 15 days and still they didn't provide me refund. Each time when i called flipkart customer care they give me a mail that your problem will be resolved in 2 days. This process has been repeated 4 times that they increased the time period.

          Flipkart give me time for today as on 30/08/2018 again today they increased the time period till 2/09/2017.

          Each time when committed date came for refund they give a time to increase the date.

          I still not got refund, Please help me out for my money back.
          Very poor customer service.

            I booked a order from flipcart [order id od[protected] item)] on 15th august, 2017. And it has confirmed that the product will be delivered within 24th august, 2017. But due to flood in north bengal, the shipment has delayed. Where the shipment has booked with m/s gati courier service and docket no.[protected] generated.in the gati courier online tracking system i can see the delay status and details and also talked with the customer care of gati courier. They have confirmed that the shipment may reached by 31st august, 2017. But just now some one executive from flipcart has demanded the item has not delivered due to some reason and it is also updated with gati courier services. So you please better to cancel the order and book for fresh order. Which is not profitable for me - it is also informed them. They clearly told me that is not there problem. For this negotiation i also informed them that how can you told this message whereas still in gati courier tracking system they processing and it is transit way.

                  Hi. Am alex zachariah from kottayam, kerala 686515. Exactly 39 days before i bought a fila ignazio sneaker from flipkart. I just wore the shoe only for 3 times, bt the back side of the shoe has been tore. I am verymuch disappointed about this. I have been a frequent customer of flipkart, but this is loosing my faith on flipkart. U should replace me with a new one. Its a request. The image of the shoe will be attached with this.                       I have ordered a trouser from flipkart on 13/08/2017 from my mobile and when i done payment i got session error. Sbi deducted my amount of rs. 696/- i put my complaints so many times with flipkart. Flipkart denied each and every time that your payment is failed so we have not receive any order.

                      Then i put complaint 2 times with sbi. Sbi give me detail about my payment and send sms and email with proper proof that this amount is settled with merchant on 16/8/2017.

                      I tried so many times with flipkart customer executives they denied and give me new complaint reference number.

                      Refund my money.

                        There are two transactions with reference number - [protected] (For rs.690) and reference number - [protected] (For rs.647). These two reference numbers has been given by flipkart and they are saying that refund has been done and contact the bank. But bank is saying that there is no such credit made by flipkart. I should have received these two amounts latest by 22-august-2017 but still i have not received the amouts in my account.
                        Kindly, check and add these two amounts in my account.

                          This is really unexpected from your company. I had ordered for a iphone 7 plus (Gold) and received a different colour (Black). This kinda service is simply not expected. A customer uses his too much of money to buy a costly phone and see, you guys don't even have a responsibility for the product. I took this product to gift my sister on her wedding, that too on her selection, and now i'm left with something else. Her wedding is day after tomorrow and i really don't think that, you guys will replace me with the exact order in 2 days. I would then want a urgent refund for this particular order to buy a new phone. This is disgusting and thank you so much for this ridicules service! So this is my last order with flipkart!

                            This is my same cmplaint for the same profduct which has not been resolved yet. The refund is pending from past 28 days when it was promised within 24 hours. Flipkart suddenly wakes up on 17th asking for my bank details, when i tried to provide the same beforehand they refuse to take that. Now on 17th i was fake promised for the refund by max of 5 days, which as expected by the lazy behavior from flipkart, not even that nobody even bothered to call to reach me. And after sending couple of emails they start mentioning that they tried reaching me on my old number which i have removed from flipkart account and enetered a new number 1 month back. Not only that after when i replied to call me on my ongoing number they again called me on my old number. On calling back the customer care simply says they simply said they tried to reach me on my new number. So in email they try to reach me on my old number and on notes they put my new number (Not sure what game is being played). The story didn't stop here on being asked to transfer the call to the superior, the customer care guy promised that his manager will cal me within 5 mins but again as usual no call back in 3 hours. Now i am not sure when i am going to get my refund. I am without phone and money from past one month. So i don't want any apology now. I want my money back. Don't keep customer's money to multiply your annual interests.

                              Hi,

                              I have purchased mobile moto e 4 from flipkart 08/08/2017. It was over heating from first day 08/08/2017, i have complained for return online to flip kart. Flipkart had sent mail to me that reset mobile settings. I have reset mobile but it was not happened and again over heating still. Flipkart has sent mail that their technical person will visit at my home and after their recommendation mobile will be returned. But from 10/08/2017 to 26/08/2017 no person has visited and not agree to returned mobile.

                              Now flip kart saying that 10 days of replacement has crossed so it is not possible to return. While flipkart did not nothing during return period. Now is dangerous for us it may blast or other problems.

                              Please look into matter and advise.

                                Please dont buy the flipkart sponsored product.

                                Last june 2017 i bought the sansui horizon mobile and that mobile is useless.
                                Within 2 month the mobile is useless,
                                Display blurr, incoming speaker is not working, mobile heating, low battery back up.

                                I contacted to flipkart guys

                                They are behaving like dumb and irresponsible and every time they are asking issue, but there is no proper solution.

                                Almost I called to flipkart customer care no 30 to 40 times. Flipkart don't have the proper data base, every time I need explain my problem again and again. They are simply creating one replacement ticket and they cancelled it themselves. everyday I am spending one hour to solve this issue.

                                I bought the 10 or more products in Flipkart and This is my worst experience in this past purchase.

                                Every executive give solution based them own experience and Flipkart people going to pay for it soon.

                                  Courier boy reject to exchange the laptop in a rudely manner. First it passed the laptop and exchange process is beginning he said to me bring the cash for new laptop when i bring the cash for new laptop then suddenly he refuse the exchange of laptop and giving the reason in rudely manner is that your laptop is scratch from right side corner while firstly he checked properly and passed all the steps. I am very upset the exchange deal with flipkart and i never recommended the exchange any product with flipkart. Really bad experience with me. My order i'd us od[protected] after he gave me time mid afternoon today he said i will call you but he didn't call me when i tried to the courier boy then he didn't pickup my call every time.

                                    customer complained that unable to avail the exchange offer. We apologized and informed if exchange product is not as per terms and conditions then shipment will not be delivered. Hence closing the case.

                                      I ordered washing machine on 15th august and delivery date was 21st aug. Still its not processed and now they are saying me to cancel the order.
                                      Every-time i called them they have only one thing to say "please cancel the order"
                                      Why should i!!!

                                      I ordered it for 10619 and now since they cant do their job they are asking me to re order it and now the value goes to 12000
                                      This is a big loss for me
                                      This is cheating why should i pay more

                                      Firstly they should update me if there is any problem on shipping every-time i have to waste my time following them this is pathetic.

                                      Now if they cant deliver me the product get me some alternative of this you should be enough smart to fix the problem and it doesn't seems flip-kart is though!!

                                      Please understand you cant waste time of your customers we have our own commitments and time too.

                                      After wasting more than a week why should i cancel the order. If you are not able to deliver it this is something you should fix it.

                                        I have placed an order on flipkart on 15th of august and the product suppose to get delivered on 21st of august. But even now the updates is as"your order has been placed".

                                        Regarding this i have made at least 7 calls. Every time i get the same answer to wait for 48 hours. I am really surprised in the way they work. They have no clue regarding the orders. I have even send a mail to the head of customer support, but the result is same.

                                        This is really frustrating. Now i have no clue on what needs to be done and i think even flipkart is clueless.

                                        The customer complaint about the delay in shipping. Hence customer requested to cancelled the order hence cancelled and refund done. Closing the case complaint.
                                        Today i have cancelled the order since no response from flipkart. Worse costumer support i have ever seen in my life.

                                        Think thrice before placing order to flipkart. if your product is not delivered or delayed, no one can help you.


                                        Found same product in Amazon and placed order.
