I order two product on 1 id from flipkart app.
And once i got the delivery of the product i was not happy with it so i put return request immediately. Flipkart arrange the delivery, and e-kart logistic courier guy collected both the product on 2nd day of deleivery.
Anad from 21st august i am continuously making followup for the same about my refund. And i know flipkart claiming that hair-bliss curler is not returnable item. But what if the product is not working properly as per the commitments by the seller.in that case refund should be initiated.
This is really pathetic experience i had with flipkart. I was there customer since long. But due to this no more using flipkart and i will suggest other guys too.

And to consumer complaint forum pls take this request on high priority as product is really fake not working properly.

Customer complaint that wish master collected both the product we checked and found that we collected only only product. Customer has a concern with another product informed she didn't raised any complaint so now its not possible to take the product as per seller policy. Closing the complaint from our end.

    I received lenovo k6 power on june 19, 2017 from flipkart. And from starting it was little slow. But initially i though lenovo phones are little slow in performance like opening app/dailing number/unlocking phone etc.

    But eventually i found that lenovo k6 power after 15 days became very slow and for unlocking only through fingerprint it takes 30-40seconds.

    The phone is very very slow and keeps on hanging all the time. I have been raising issue with flipkart but they have only once reply. Below is the my email conversation with them.

    We're sorry to know that you're facing issue with your 'lenovo k6 power (Dark grey, 32 gb)'.

    Since the product was delivered to you on june 19, 2017, it has crossed the seller's 10 day replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to help you out in this request.

    The good news is that the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. You can get in touch with the brand/authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out in case of any product related issues.

    The invoice for this product has been attached with this email. This can be used to avail any service at the brand's authorized service centers within the warranty period.

    So, basically i am frustrated and depressed that after paying 10000rs for this phone its so slow that i feel either flipkart gave me faulty phone or second hand phone.

    I am not suppose to go back and ask lenovo for service. I deserve replacement or refund. Also i want to bring flipkart's lie in notice where they say its a flipkart assured product and done all the product checks.

    Also, asked to please share the policy details anyhow i will be bring this in facebook/twitter as flipkart is big fraud company. I will back flipkart to consumer court if necessary steps are not takesn within 24hrs.

      I purchased redmi note 4 mobile, delivered on 04.09.2017.. My order id : od[protected].. I informed returned order on 06.09.2017.. I am not satisfied with mobile.. So my simple logic is... I not impressed by this mobile.. I dont want this mobile... I am not using this mobile.. I kept in box only.. I planned to buy other mobile... I requested for return this order.. I am having all the box with original accessories.
      I dont know what the problem to those people..
      What the meaning of 10 days replacement policy..
      This is starting journey in the flipkart... If you are not satisfy or solve this problem.. This is a last shopping on your flipkart... Loosing valuable customer..

        I ordered a Versace Eros 100ml from flipkart, which when received was in a old packing and the in a old bottle.
        all things point towards one thing that the product is either refilled or its a first copy.

          Hi team,

          I have purchased a mobile from flipkart moto e4 plus on 29 august 2017 order id (Od[protected], on the very next day i received the mobile at my home. On the same day i put my mobile on charge and it got over heated badly. Next day again i faced the same issue and this time it was too much heat. Since that day i am afraid of charging my mobile bcz it seems like it will explode. I initiate the return request itself on 31 aug 2017. On the first 6 days nobody tries to call me or contact me. On 6 sep'17, i called on toll free no and discussed the issue again and then only they booked me a technician visit. Next day technician visited my place and that time he was agree with the issue i am facing. He didn't provide me any solution. He charged the mobile for 10 mints and made a report on the basis of that. I asked him twice and thrice to charge the mobile for 20-30 mints bcz i initiate the complain that its getting while charging but he didn't cares. And now, my issue is not solved yet, its still pending and flipkart cancelled my return request. Flipkart is mostly known in the market for there customer oriented service but this time i am not satisfied at all. My phone is totally unused bcz i am afraid of charging. Please do some needful action as earliest as possible. It is not possible to charge the phone in 10 mints everytime. Today i again called toll free no. And the representative told me the issue has been escalated to higher authority. Kindly initiate my return process as earliest as possible. I am so worried after this purchase bcz if i try to give 50% charge or more than that, it seems it may explode.

            Their was no price tag when i opened my product bought from flipkart. Now when i request for return it is processed but wish maste rejects it by saying that we cant accpet it.
            Like this 8 9 times same process takes place

                  We requested to replace the mobile within 10 days of the delivery of product.
                  We wanted to return the mobile as it has many issues but they said it can't be returned, only exchange is there. We agreed on their terms.
                  Flipkart need to pick the product from the provided postal address, but nobody came in 20 days. My father went to the courier person to gave the product.

                  Could you please let me know when will i get the replaced product or should i think i lost my full money.

                  I never expected this type of irresponsibility from flipkart.

                      It highly regrettable that a wrong product has been delivered to me. I had booked sujanil nok - 99- jumbo against the order id od[protected]. However it very surprising that wood shield (Termite killer) a very poisnous item which has been delivered to me today 11.09.2017.

                      It is further very regretable that return option button-/ portal is deactivated. Hence it can not be returned. It is a very serious matter that a poisonous item has been delivered to me. Hence i kindly request you to take necessary action in this regard.

                        I had placed. Demand of sonata watch and delivered on 09 sept 2017. When i opened the packet, i become surprise that the itemproduct delivered was different brand and non functional. The strip was also broken. Immediately i contacted customer care through phone and mentioned the fault on its. The customer. Care assured. Me the item would be taken back on next working and money would be refunded in my account. My account no and bank ifsc code of bank also noted by them. For a moment letter msg received from flipcart that the item would be collected on monday i. E 11 sept 27. The delivery boy who is vary bad service assured me to collect the item at 5.30 pm i was patiently waited for half an hour at our premises gate despite my frequent call to him. At last around 6.30pm he collected the product. After approx 20 min later msg recd that "pick up cancelled" saying that brand was different. I repeatedly complaining that the item is different and non functional so why is this non since comments recd and rejected the pick up? I am serving. As. Defence in this country such a shameful objection is hurt me. 1135 rupees is. Not matter for me but your prestigious company is being hampered due to these illminded staff. So i request you to consider my complaint once. Again and refund my. Money at the earliest.

                              I failed to login the flipkart account, hence i tried to recover the same by clicking "forgot password", on both my mobile app and desktop browser.

                              I have my mobile number linked to this account; particulars as follows-

                              [protected]/[protected]@gmail.com

                              I got otp on both email and phone number but it said that "please try again after sometime.." when i input the otp and new password.

                              I have tried couple of times and tried to reach customer care at[protected] but all in vain.

                              Also, if i try to sign up as a new customer, with my mobile number, it says that the mobile number is already registered. (Flipkart has discontinued social logins/signups, so i am unable to create a new account using my other email id.)

                              I hope this information is enough, and you will respond to this asap,

                              Got a call from executive few mins i made the complaint on this forum, which was transferred to manager and asked to be on-hold while he retrieves some information and the call was disconnected.

                              The call i got from customer care executive stating he is calling from Flipkart is bogus. He is asking for debit/credit card details.
                              This is the number i got the call from[protected], and they are not professional over call and their hindi dialect can be easily detected.
                              Members, please don't fall into their trap by providing details,

                              Flipkart, Please save your reputaion by taking strictest action possible against them,

                                I have ordered for a Pokemon moon 3ds game card on 3rd September 2017 and l got it today, 11th September 2017.But when l put it on the device itz found not working.                                   This is with reference to my flipkart order shipped by delhivery - order placed on 05sep2017.

                                  Details as below :
                                  Flipkart order no : od[protected]
                                  Delhivery tracker no :[protected]

                                  The expected delivery date was 11-sep i. E today and after enquiry i came to know 2 issues which were not been informed to be via sms.

                                  1. The delhivery shipment details are updated wrongly in the system wherein it is mentioned that on 08sep the item was in pune and on 11sep it is in gurgaon.
                                  After speaking to delhivery support agent, she mentioned the information is wrongly updated!!! Howwwww!!! Though she mentioned i would get the order by 14sep why was the system not been updated with correct info?

                                  2. The flipkart agent assured me that i will be getting my order today by 7pm. Not sure on what basis as i could see that the delhivery is showing the item is in gurgaon.

                                  Couple of questions on which need an answer :
                                  1. What if i do not get my item?
                                  2. Who updated the wrong information in delhivery?
                                  3. If there is a delay, why was the sms or email not been sent for delay.

                                  Hope you can identify the flaw and take corrective actions.

                                    I have ordered a charger trost 2a fast charger with sync cable order id is od[protected] and
                                    Prior i request for cod but as i receive a mail from flipkart team that i can also
                                    Take prepaid option than i opt for it and paid you the money from my hdfc dr
                                    Card online. The transaction id is[protected].
                                    But when delivery person come to deliver my order i was no available and he said to my husband that he has seller slip showing cod to be collected and he collected the amount from him also.
                                    When i call as i come to about incident the delivery person said he can't do anything i should go for online complaint process i do the same immediately on same day.
                                    Till since 8th september company and their team false commitments and not refund my extra money
                                    One executive say they have cod payment showed and other said they have online payment show. What does it mean either you and your team are saying false statements or your delivery person not updated you cash collection means either company is cheater or your delivery person
                                    In both cases you should suffer not consumer as fault is yours and your team

                                    The customer complaint about Amount Debited twice/multiple times. Hence as per the customer update issue is resolved. Hence closing the complaint.
                                    I also faced the exact same issue. How to get a resolution?
                                    I am also facing same problem from Flipkart customer care they gave me 3 times same commitment and after 72 x 72 x72 hours nobody call me from backend team. Flipkart customer care is very bad. They resolved my complaint without any discussion with me. my mobile number [protected], [protected]@gmail.com.

                                    1st payment through MSWIPE of Rs 3299 to Flipkart delivery person said me that payment not received please make another payment this will return in 24 hour to you because payment not successful. But i have received successful payment message after 2 hours. And this payment is not updated in flipkart (attached that agent said me that payment not done and he send me screen shot)

                                    2nd payment i made 2nd payment to delivery person (Jitender on phonepe [protected]) of Rs 3299 and
                                    this 2nd payment is updated in flipkart server. (attached my message shown that payment successfully done through mswipe and phone pe)

                                    1st payment should be return through flipkart. but after 22 days i am still not receive any payment from flipkart.

                                    I am really hopeless from flipkart customer care. They are taking for twice payment but they update that they are taking for bad behavior from delivery person. They don't mention anything about twice payment.

                                      This is in regards to od[protected]. I have received damaged led tv. I contacted the customer care they says if the product is opened by the customer than no replacement will be given. They says it will only replaced if it's opened by them. I only opened the product and the screen is broken by the transport team or they purposely delivered damaged product to me. Now they are not replacing nor either of the flipkart executives have come to see the product. It seems i have spent 18, 000 for the waste product. I am requesting to this forum kindly records number of cased flipkart do purposely for the electronics products. Also check records for the vendors if they have tied up with them.in my case the led is broken from inside and it seems that they have delivered to me purposely. I cannot them through toll number and also via social media platforms they say they will call but not even a single miss call i received from them till date today. Let me know if you required any further information on this.

                                      Correct, you guys interacted with me but have you able to resolved the issue that has been raised. None from the Flipkart team has been came for installation. I have only opened the box and informed the Flipkart team that the Tv has been damaged since, than no one even bothered to take in charge of the damaged product. I can only say Flipkart has tied with the Vendors to sell damaged product. No customer in the world would broke the product and again request for same product. And I have never request for Installation so why your executives will come to home and I never invited you. As per the return policy within 15 days I have to informed and I have informed with 10 mins of the product I received. Kindly advise.

                                        Dear sir/ madam,

                                        I have purchased bestest bp check fully automatic digital blood pressure monitor bp monitor order id no od[protected] amounting to rs.1249/- on 22-08-17 and received it on 23-08-17.

                                        I observed that the machine gives the false reading everytime i checked as i checked the bp of my father which it showed as high and when we visited the dr near my house in next 15 minutes, dr told us that it is normal, so i was trying for returning it since 27-08-17 by calling the customer care but has not got my issue resolved and now since 10 days has past for replacement policy, they are giving me a crab that 10 days has passed and they cannot refund my amount, but i made a complaint within four days of receiving the product for returning it and for refunding my amount, so there is no question of expiry of the time because the time has been expired due to the negligence of flipkart customer care.

                                        Now, i am fed up of calling their customer care centre as i am not getting any solution from their side since 27-08-17.

                                        So, i was forced to write this complaining mail with a hope that you will help me in resolving my issue and getting my refund amount back.

                                        Therefore, i request you to take strict action against such companies who made fool out of customer by sending defective product and then don't even entertain their complaints and expire the valid time of refunding​ and then harrass the customer by not refunding the amount.

                                        We see that the product was delivered to customer on 23rd August and as per the sellers 10 days replacement policy we can not initiate return. We informed customer to get in touch with the authorized service center. Closing the complaint from our end.
