I had purchased yu yunique 2 from flipkart on 17 august with order id od[protected]. The product is not according to the specifications mention. The product has 13 mp back camera and 5 mp front camera but they are working very worst. The quality is very low and pucture quality is very unclear, also they have 2500 mah battery but they give only 2-3 hours backup. I had called flipkart executive many times that i want to return this but they say that it will only replace the product with the new one. I also asked what if the new one also have the same problem, they said that no mam may be this product is faulty and if any problem futher arise we are there for you. And also they said that in first time there is no return option in our policy. So they replace my product with the new one after receiving new yu yunique 2 again the same problem arise also the touch is not working well, i also visited service centre one time, now the company, s senior executive is not talking well with me. And said that now the replacment is done, if you have any problem visit service centre. What is this mehaviour from flipkart, the product is nit what its speicification said why they cant give my money back. I laso have their call recordings.
