Hi fk team,

I received micromax 60cm (24) hd ready led tv on 17/08/2017 on last friday.
I had received message from flipkart which was stating that my tv installation will be done on last sunday. But no one has come for installing so far. I am frustrated on flipkart service, i never been faced this kind of issue, this is the first time, i hope fk dont let ruin their reputation from the customers. Please send some assistant asap.

    Totally bad flipkart! You said you will tell a resolution in 25-48hrs and blocked me unnecessarily! So some story, even i recorded on my phone everything. I am gonna complaint regarding this further. Its totally shame on sending fake products and enjoying customers money. I opened the pack infront of your delivery boy and shocked. You people without proper communication and all you denied. You acting so cheap and mean.

      We have ordered telebrands 4 in 1 manual treadmill from flipkart under order id number od[protected] on dated 25july 2017 on paid basis and expected to deliver between 13 to 17 august 2017 but the the said consignment is not delivered. Then i visited the flipkart site on 18 august there it mention that the said consignment is not shipped from chennai sorry for the inconvenience. On 22 august 2017 i visited once again on flipkart online...

      I have bought an iphone4s mobile phone on date 18-dec-2016 with one year of warranty from the date of purchase, from the flipkart. On dated 8-aug-2017, i took the mobile phone to authorized iphone store, for service of the "home button". They denied the service stating that in their records the phone was bought in 2012, making the warranty not applicable in the current year i. E. 2017 and hence they cannot provide the service. Hence i raised the complaint with flipkart on dated 10-aug-2017, to repair the phone as per the warranty given by the flipkart. But flipkart denied the service stating that it should be done by authorized iphone repair center. Peoples at authorized iphone repair center have already denied the service as warranty was not applicable now. Hence i request you to raise the complaint to get my phone repaired.

        Flipkart.!! You suck a big time.

        I have trying to get a couple of invoices for 2 le eco2mobile phones i purchased 11 months back. 1 of the phones has some major issue right now, and hence i need the invoice to get my phone checked on service center.

        Unsuccessful attempts for invoice:
        1. Tried from app.. Not working.
        2. Tried from website.. Not working.

        3. Called your customer care (08/21/2017).. Executive quoted some problem in system and asked me to wait for 24 hours and raised it to concerned team. Concerned team called me back in 2 hours and said we are sending you invoices right now. But i received nothing.

        4. Called your customer care the second day (08/22/2017).. Executive quoted same problem in system and asked me to wait for 24 hours and was quoting the same solution. He then transferred the call to some "senior" (Though sounded more dumb & rude than the earlier one). I told them that this procedure has already been tried once. Please do something else to get me invoices. But they had no other solution.

        And here i am helpless.. Looking at my warranty deadline nearing and not able to do anything with my "letv le eco 2" phone which is half dead in just 11 months.

        You really are losing it..!!

            Hello sir,

            Delievrd date: mon, aug 14th '17
            Replacement query genrated date:mon, 14th aug 8:49 pm

            I have purchased a lenovo laptop on 11 aug and i was diliverd on 14 augest
            . When i check i found defect in the system and same day i requested to
            Replacemnt.
            When i was requested to replacemnt my order show technision engineer visit
            Till 20 augest. But till 20 augest engineer was not visiting. They came on
            21 augest and check the laptop and approval to replacemnet for new product.
            And i am calling to 50 times to customer executive they did not get
            Properly response to me and telling a lie and say they could not help.
            Its process takes 8 days please hep me what is my falult. My order status
            Not updated.
            Please refund my amount if you can not delivered new product and dont cheat
            Me.
            Otherwise i will take legal action because i have no paitent its take long
            Time your replacement policy is 10 days.
            Please help me.

              I got a call from flipkart delivery guy when i was in office which i missed. I called him back within 5mins he disconnected my call and later i called him again he said "i call only once" in a rude way and disconnected again.

              Is this the way a customer is treated??? I have ordered products from flipkart before this as well, but havent encountered such a mean delivery guy!!!

              If a person is not interested in delivering products to a customer.. Then please dont send such people.

                I ordered 2 phones (Lenovo p2) in gold and grey/graphite grey on 08/21/2017 (Order#od[protected] and od[protected] respectively) in rs. 9, 999/- each after an available online.
                Today flipkart cancelled my one order (Order# od[protected] and issue me the refund, and shamelessly mentioned the reason as "shipment cancelled by you". When i called the customer care and told them that i did not cancel the order, the customer care executive (Rohit) said that there was some issue the handset and seller cancelled the order. Whereas the order was in "shipped" state since yesterday evening and i am surprised how the seller came to know that the unit was faulty after shipping it.
                I told him that if that is the case then its not my fault and ship me another unit as the offer was available only yesterday and the phone price has been increased but he did not agree and kept repeating that i will get the refund.
                Then i asked him to connect my call to his senior but he refused to do so. Then he took the u-turn and said that the reason of the cancellation of the order is that i can not order 2 phones and frankly i can not buy his argument. When i asked him for the policy he said there is not written policy as such. He also did not share his full name, email id or employee id and said its confidential and cannot share any details.
                I asked him to connect me to complaint department and he said the team is not yet in office whereas it was already 11:30am.
                Again he did not connect me to his senior when i asked him to do so. I asked them to pay me refund difference of the phone price as it was available in rs. 9999/- yesterday and today its available in rs. 13499. He refused to pay the difference too.
                So in short there are so many glitches in his arguments. Firstly he said there was fault in phone set and instead of shipping the another unit flipkart cancelled the entire order and issued the refund, then he said i can not order 2 phones and there is no written policy for that, then he took my complaint with complaint id in[protected] but he did not mention the actual problem in the complaint and did beat around the bush.
                We have the call recording and screenshots of the discounted price, incorrect order cancellation.

                So what is the logic behind giving the offers if they can not deliver the product and completely harassing the customers with baseless arguments and keep on repeating the silly reasons.

                Received following reply in email from customer care and I am really not convinced. Its not my fault, if they are committing something to the customer then they should fulfill their promise even if they have to bear the loss. And the offer was available for more than 4 hours.

                "We are sorry that your order (order id: OD[protected] for "Lenovo P2 (Grey/Graphite Grey, 32 GB)" has been cancelled by the seller IndiFlashMart as they had listed the price incorrectly due to an unforeseen error.

                Seller had refunded amount Rs.9, 999 to your Credit Card and it will be credited on or before[protected] as per standard banking procedures.

                Please be assured that we will take necessary action so that you don't experience this next time around.

                Hope you'll understand."

                  This incident is from 21-aug-2017 as product was delivered on that date.

                  I had ordered a new blackberry q10, however a used/old/second hand smartphone was delivered by flipkart (Seller: shiva09)

                  When i raised a refund request (Only option available) they cancelled the request thrice without even talking or contacting me.

                  The phone has arabian characters, so it must be the exchanged piece that are being imported by seller and sold in india.

                  I basically need a refund, as i don't trust that they have new phone to deliver.

                  I had to Call the Flipkart Tollfree Consumer Care Number Thrice. Just to Explain the Problem. Then I suggested that, Flipkart take direct action instead of expecting the seller SHIVA09 to take care of the situation, as the seller was not contacting and just cancelling refund request. Refund Request was Cancelled thrice without providing any reason. Flipkart call center executive assured that my suggestions will be provided to Flipkart and implemented later on, for better buyer experience. After that no one contacted me, but to my surprise the refund request got approved. So I presume that action was taken by Flipkart, so posibally it's a good lesson learnt by the seller, that old items should not be delivered in place of New Item Ordered.                   I had ordered nike shoes from flipkart bht i have received used and kld shoes. And i had made vomplaints 2-3 times but nothing happened.. They are denyjng to solve my lroblem... I want to complaint against flilcart regarding this kind of malpractices
                  Had requested for Moto E4 Plus (add to cart) but later was out of stock.
                  I so needed it.
                  Why add to cart option is there if one cannot block their product.
                  Atleast give 24 hours. Mine merely took 2 hours. Really sad.

                    I had purchased a motorola headphone through online flipkart site on[protected]. But when i used the product, found that it can not be used for even also 15 minute. It's hold on head is very hard and because of that there is a pain in head which is very pain full to tolerate. So i raised a return request but they rejected the return request and saying that it's not our policy to return the product. I also requested them, that i will purchase some others item of same amount. But they are not doing that also. It's very pain full to use that headphone. Kindly do the needfull for the same.

After continuous follow up from 5-7 days, they arrange technician visit but technician even not check my mobile issue and talk so erogently with me.                               I booked a micromax canvas hd 32" tv on 11/08/2017, which was delivered on 16/08/2017. Invoice no. Was faaa9l[protected]. Next day when service provider came to service that tv, they found that tv was not working. We lodged the complain for changing the oroduct through helpline no. [protected]. They told that the companies representative must came within 21/08/2017 to find the actual problem and returned it. But they were bot came. Now when i want to talk with them they are not responding. Bow what i have to do. Payment of that product has already being done.

                                Recently flipkart has given offers on many of its products from 8th august, 17 to 11th august, 17.in this offer i have given order for 2 products and the pin code to deliver my product is 450331, i. E. Burhanpur (Madhya pradesh). But the company went on to deliver my product at khanpur (Rajasthan).

                                Regarding this i have registered my complaint with customer support service of the company and the company assured me that it will be delivered to me late by 21st august, 17 instead of 16th august, 17. So i have started waiting for my product delivery to be made on 21st but when again i have made contact with company's help no. I have got the information that it will be delivered one more day late on 22nd august, 17 due to unforeseen circumstances.

                                Again i have started to wait for its delivery but in morning of 22nd itself i have got a mail from company stating that my order was cancelled and it will be returned back to seller. Although i have not cancelled or returned back my order. It seems to me that it was a scam by company since my product is on large discount as because of offer.

                                I want to say that i want my order to be delivered to me at the same price as it was, since it was due to company's fault that my order is not delivered to me.

                                    I have ordered bajaj 15 l storage newshakti glasslined water geyser from flipkart - seller: edeals360 at independence day sale vide order id: od[protected] on dated 09-aug-2017.

                                    First flipkart delivered the wrong product.
                                    Second, neither customer care nor escalation department know about the case and just doing time pass.
                                    Third, after my 18 follow ups and 6 times[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], in[protected] invoice item delivery request but nothing changed.
                                    Forth, i am begging my money back but no one is responding nor know anything about the case.

                                    Lastly, after 15 days i am finding myself stuck in the glitch hands off and finding no way to move out. Desparatly need help.

                                    We have interacted with the customer, he confirmed that the pickup is done and refund is completed. Also, cx told that the agents were not aware of the exact issue and had to explain the issue every-time. Apologized on the same.
                                    He asked to revert us on the complaints he has given on consumer forum to close it, informed that is something which will be taken care and he can close it too. Closing the case from our end.

                                    I accept my fault that i purchased geyser from Flipkart and this is my lifetime lesson and experience. I am not able to find my fault from 09-Aug-2017 to today 22-Aug-2017 and asking same.
                                    11th-Aug-2017, 12th-Aug-2017, 14th-Aug-2017, 17th-Aug-2017, 20th-Aug-2017 5 times asked from Flipkart to correct there fault and replacement and all the time they ditched me stating Return cancelled.

                                    To my surprise you are not taking my registered mobile calls only. Once i called from different mobile number able to reach you and same question been asked 3 times on 3 different persons.                                     I know the whole network of Flipkart now that once you are stuck you have no choice but keep with things. This is really bad.
                                    Of course i will fight for my rights but give me simple answer which you are escaping all the time.

                                    Invoice me New Sakti geyser but delivered me Caldiya geyser is this my fault ?
                                    I have called you people 42 times but not received any single call from you, is this my fault?
                                    I have emailed you many a times for return and replacement to correct your fault, is this my fault ?
                                    I am trying to find solution for me when stuck in hands of you, is this my fault ?
                                    I have paid full amount to you but waiting for my ordered product after 15 days, is this my fault ?
