This incident is from 21-aug-2017 as product was delivered on that date.
I had ordered a new blackberry q10, however a used/old/second hand smartphone was delivered by flipkart (Seller: shiva09)
When i raised a refund request (Only option available) they cancelled the request thrice without even talking or contacting me.
The phone has arabian characters, so it must be the exchanged piece that are being imported by seller and sold in india.
I basically need a refund, as i don't trust that they have new phone to deliver.

Complaint marked as Resolved I had to Call the Flipkart Tollfree Consumer Care Number Thrice. Just to Explain the Problem.
Then I suggested that, Flipkart take direct action instead of expecting the seller SHIVA09 to take care of the situation, as the seller was not contacting and just cancelling refund request. Refund Request was Cancelled thrice without providing any reason.
Flipkart call center executive assured that my suggestions will be provided to Flipkart and implemented later on, for better buyer experience.
After that no one contacted me, but to my surprise the refund request got approved. So I presume that action was taken by Flipkart, so posibally it's a good lesson learnt by the seller, that old items should not be delivered in place of New Item Ordered.

Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
They have promised fake return policy.
