Hi flipkart, from so many days, i unable to login my flipkart account. Whenever i filled all correct details, it shows "login unsuccessful, try again in minute". And your support team is very bad, unable to understand my problem and gives stupid solution like try after 24 hrs or change your mobile or login in desktop. Even i didn't get any email from flipkart about my flipkart account.

I am very old customer, i think its more than 6 yrs. Also i am flipkart plus member but i never felt this type of problem. And your support team is unable to help me.

It is not working
I have order one mobile phone redmi note 5 pro on 3th nov 2018 and expected delivery is showing on 9th nov 18 but my parcel is return without any intimation.
i am asking to flipkart to deliver my product but he is not provide any solution to me. order no OD[protected]

I ordered 5 shoes out of which 1 shoe is untidy. Hence, not cleanend properly so i want to replace it with another nd with same colour but it should be tidy and clean, fresh ...

    Much though we wanted to pay up our consuming prices against certain purchases, flipkart high-handers thought that they could get away with corrupt practices and arrogance with us, the customers, which again smacks of absolute corrupt practices on their part. This is what our prima-facie acquisition stands for as tenable evidences.
    I, shri pramil ranjan sutar, was a customer of flipkart, an online shopping site from quite a long time. But recently flipkart became a very dangerous site to deal with.

    On 12/08/2018, i purchased 4 items from flipkart uner flipkart pay later scheme bearing order no. Od[protected]. The items were as follows:-

    1. Harmonus hi-344 napkin ring towel holder – rs. 299/-
    2. Flipkart smart buy medium pvc vinyl sticker – rs.169/-
    3. Syska 45w standard b22 led bulb – rs.868/-
    4. Raipura brio high back revolving chair with handrest and push back mechanism in black fabric and, esh / net back fabric office executive chair – rs.4499/-

    Total - rs.5835.00
    • out of these four items flipkart cancelled the first item without informing me.
    • then the total was = rs.5835.. – rs.299.00
    = rs.5536.00

    On 16/08/2018, when i was trying to login in flipkart, i realized that my account was deactivated. After mailing and calling them for two days continuously, on 18th aug, 2018 they mailed me this
    “hello we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account.

    [i do not know from where do they got this information and only through their assumption they deactivated my account. I was always asked my family members and my families to purchase from flipkart and if they do not know how to purchase from there, i purchased the items for them and also presently i am building my own home and for that very reason i purchased a lot of goods from flipkart… also one of their customer executive also told me that they have the authority to deactivate my account for that reason, but as per my knowledge about the legal policy of flipkart, a seller of flipkart if think that the buyer is purchasing for reselling purpose, they can cancel my purchase but flipkart can not deactivate my account for that very reason.]

    (I kept all the necessary mail details and call recordings as documentary evidences)

    Then again i mailed them about flipkart pay later payment again and again.

    On 9th sept, 2018, after getting a mail from flipkart pay later for payment of the said purchases, i was unable to pay the due as they wanted my login credentials for the payment but my id was locked by flipkart for some unjustified reasons given by “flipkart team”.

    After making plenty of emails and phone calls, on 20th sept, 2018, when i was out of station with my family for a family vacation which was planned long before these series of incidents, flipkart called me and told that they activated my account and pay the said amount with penalty of rs.400.00. As the fault is from their side, i was reluctant to pay the penalty amount. Then they confirmed me that the seller will refund me the penalty amount after my payment of rs.5936.00 (Rs.5536.00+rs.400.00). So this is clear that they already admitted their fault. As i was travelling to a hill station in north bengal at that time and the network is very much fluctuating there, i told them that i could pay the said amount on 24th sept, 2018. And they also assured it. But on 24th sept, 2018, when i was trying to pay, i found that my account was deactivated again. Then again a series of phone calls, emails, social media intervention, facebook messenger, they told that my account was freezed and they could not do anything. Then flipkart pay later started to harras me with constant phone calls and treating me like a defaulter. Ci told them all the incidents numerous time, also told them to send alternative link for payment or send some authenticated person to collect the amount or take back the items which i purchased. But they were not doing anything fruitful to this. I have also told them to contact flipkart as they were also a part of the said company. But they did nothing but harassing me and my wife. Now they send us a message email which shows as following


    Hi pramil,
    Your flipkart pay later payment of ₹5936 has been outstanding for over 60 days.
    Numerous notifications have been sent to you from our side regarding the same. Now as part of the recovery proceeds, our legal team will soon be serving you a demand notice electronically or via post. You can view your pending bill details by hitting the link below.”

    Now what should i do??

    What was my fault in the whole incident??

    Why are they harassing me?

    Who gives them the audacity to treat me like a defaulter as the whole fault is from their side”

    This product which I received from Flipkart company...and They have delivered me a different product(laptop). It has different model number, product number, serial number from which I ordered.

    Product was good in picture but its really a bad product . supplier took money and did his signature . He didn't even ask us to sign. He was in hurry and didn't wait for sometime . Product was old and didn't has its shining .
    I have ordered two books on flip kart from a single seller but the flip kart is charging two delivery chares for a single delivery in a same package..
    Hi I ordered an phone from you and delivery was scheduled for 26 Oct but it was not delivered I had some plans and was going out of station but you guys didn't confirm or five any satisfactory answer from you. You guys need to understand your customers priorities else there are some other platform where they can buy from.

      I have ordered the queen size bed along with the mattress and the mattres size is 6 inches small and it is not fitting over the bed. And i am raising the issue just the exchange it with the 75 inches in length but you people are denying.

      I have ordered 2 beds and 2 mattress and now the 2 mattress are of no use for me.

      They are just making fools of the customers. And this i will really take it forward to consumer court if it does not get resolved quicky.

      I take this on to the social platforms and inform people not to buy these things from flipkart

      I changed to my new addressbit it is not showing on the product that I ordered and is showing old address.Will I miss my product or not
      I have ordered a phone on flipkart during tbbd 13th oct, 2018 but they always follows bad courier service so i have facedsame problm flipkart cancelled my order by their and tell me that u can do new order my order id was OD[protected].

        I purchased moto g5 plus mobile on 17th july2018 from flipkart with the invoice no (Fabps[protected]) to gifted to my father on his retirement.
        I found the mobile is not getting charge, so i went to service center to resolve the issue under warranty. I got a shocking news from them by checking imei number, they said that your mobile was already been purchase by someone and they had returned it as this is a faulty mobile which doesn’t cover under warranty to repair it. So i have compared the imei number of phone [[[protected]], [[protected]a08]], with the invoice bill imei/sr no: [[[protected]], [[protected]]], and found that there is a mismatch.

        At this moment i came to know that i was cheated by flipkart after being a loyal customer to flipkart for all these years i thought of gifting a phone to my father on his retirement. Flipkart has ruined my happiness by selling a refurbished product on this special day of my father’s life.

        I just think that flipkart has lost a loyal and trustworthy customer!

        So i would like raise a complaint against flipkart for this incident to get a compensation for my frustration (Not a refund – need a replacement with same model or different model mobile with flipkart gift voucher) as i am valuable customer and has purchased more than 1 lakh rupees worth products from them since last 4 years.

I checked the order status and it shows the delivery date has changing every 6 days . I have mailed through your site and I didn’t get any more reply from your side.

          I have bouhght Honor 10 mobile from Flipkart in BBD sale.
          My mobile when i received it i noticed that it getting very hot in normal usage so i raised replacement request and Flipkart has arranged tech visit 2 times and both the time some ### have came so the check they done was not appropriate and satisfactory.
          So i posted complaint about problem but yet Flipkart is not responding.

            I had bought nokia 5.1 blue (32gb) by flipkart.com with exchange of my old device samsung note 5 after a few days i had display problem in device so i put a replacement request. Then i got same device but this is also faulty then again i put refund request i got message my nokia 5.1 shipment will be picked up after 4hr i got message refund of rs 4349 is successfully transfer to your account and flipkart send 6650 gift card this is totally usefully for me i call flipkart team till 4 days the only saying wait for 48hr and the team not evan contact me. Flipkart is cheating me. Solve it asap

              I have ordered for new phone, but flipkart has delivered me a used phone. The seal on mobile box was opened already&muddy, it was again simply tied along with flipkart's bill receipt. Care center has blaming the seller. Why don't flipkart have any testing process? Please don't blame the seller. Now, i need the reason why u've delivered me a used phone??

                On 05/11/2018 I ordered for a Redmi Note 5 Pro (black 4 and 64 gb With Order ID[protected] amounting of rs 11699/- which was all ready paid from my side) Which was delivered date on 12/11/2018. as per your confirmation via SMS to my ph no([protected]).

                  I ordered Crompton Sea Wind 3 Blade Ceiling Fan (Brown)Order ID OD[protected] on 10 th Oct.2018, and i got the fan on 19th Oct.2018 but i was out of station for along time didn't opened the order but today on 15/11/18 when found that Fan blade is White in color and motor is BROWN color .Please replace my Fan's blade otherwise it will be of no use to me.

                    Within use of 15 days the glass base of the stove got shattered in pieces and my wife just had a narrow escape from a big accident. I immediately complained to flipkart about the same and they registered the complaint with complaint no. In[protected] and told me that they will get back to me by 10:30 am on 15 nov 2018, but till now no one had contacted me.

                      Flipkart is such a fraud company. I have ordered a phone on flipkart using my gift card and the order id is OD[protected]. Before they have rejected my orders 4 times and finally block my account which contains 8999 rupees gift card. Their customer care service also very worst they also didn't reply for my query. I need my gift gard back. So please help for it.

                      Still there is no response from flipkart. They are sending the same mail to me. And the customer care executives also had no knowledge about it. They didn't even understand my query.

                        My name is dilpreet singh aujla from khanna (Punjab) and i am a regular customer of flipkart but today i have one problem. Actually i ordered one almera and when i received it then i found it's a defective peace even it's quality is also not good. So i decided for refund moreover when i talk with your customer executive then he said "apne kya us par buldojar nikal kar dekha" and he cancelled my request but again i call to your customer executive and share my problem then she said that seller don't give refund option but you can replace it so i choose to replace it because it is a defective peace also but if the product does not have good quality then what is the benefit of it and now i want to ask you that what is the benefit of loyal customer? Is it your reward? My brother is living in abroad and now he is coming in india and even he also ordered products from flipkart.

                        If it is your reward then i am sorry to say but it will be last product from me and my family side and i am professor so i will give bad feed back to my colleagues my student and to everyone.

                          I had purchased redmi note 5 pro (Gold, 64 gb) for which invoice was issued on 12th july 2018 by savan retailers private limited vide invoice no. : fabbg[protected]. When i started using the mobile piece i found that there was a manufacturing defect in the sound where the sound was very low and even after tuning to maximum volume level of sound i was unable to hear the same.

                          I tried to reset the sound by different settings but everything was is in vain and till today the sound is working very low and being a professional i am suffering in my business due to this low sound
                          So i request you to do the needful and replace my mobile piece.

                            I ordered a rayban oval sunglass (Order id[protected] on 12th sep 2018 which got delivered on 14th sep 2018. The item i received is completely different and its not rayban and i got some cheap quality sun glass. I ordered it directly to my fiance’s house and my inlaws did not open it and check it before sending it to saudi arabia where my fiance is living. The item got reached to my fiance 2 weeks back only and when he opened the parcel there was a black sun glass which is not rayban and no other brand name was written on it and was kept in a rayban case. I have been purchasing so many products in flipkart for a very long time with great trust and now am greatly disppointed with this, as the sun glass won’t even have a worth of 300rs. For which i have spent around 3700rs and gifted to my boyfriend who is in saudi and now i can’t return it also as the replacement policy time got over. The only mistake i did was i did not open and check it before sending it to saudi.. Got cheated like anything.

                            Seriously am so so disappointed and frustrated...

                              Hi,

                              My flipkart account has been deactivated on 11th oct. The reason of deactivation was not clear till 18th of oct, when one of their executive responded over email. The reason cited by them was: "due to high number of cancellation of product, your account has been deactivated".
                              The number of cancellation/return is on the higher side owing to the fact that most of the orders are garments. Due to size and fittings issue the orders are returned/cancelled.
                              Coming to the most interesting part, during the big billion day, flipkart was conducting various games and quiz competition. From one of the quiz competition i have won a marq by flipkart 20l solo microwave oven. The date was 9th/10th oct. I have not cancelled any orders in between 9th oct and 11th oct (The day my account was suspended). Moreover i have not received my microwave oven.

                                This is my first purchase with flipkart. I purchased marq 55 inch led tv on 13th dec'18 and got it delivered on 14th dec'18 very pathetic experience. Regret for buying this product. After the package was opened by the installation engineer i found the screen to be broken and shattered. Requested for the replacement. Waiting for the replacement product. I think i have to consider twice buying from flipkart again order id. Od[protected]
                                Very horrible and stressful experience after spending nearly 40bucks. I request the concerned authorities to consider for replacement at the earliest.
                                I honestly don't understand if a new product can be delivered in a day why for a replacement of the new product for the fault which is not ours takes a week's time. That too after paying the entire amount. I think this is kind of experience one should undergo while purchasing online. With showroom purchase atleast we can go and ask the showroom authority. I dont understand whether i would get back the product worth the money i have spent.

                                After about a weeks time I finally got my replacement product delivered. The installation was done on the same day. No complaints about the customer care. The only thing is Long delay period for the product to be replaced.

                                Was trying to order shahnaz husain cream through my debit card after entering the card details and then i proceeded and after entering otp the transaction failed but money got deducted from my debit card account and the order was also not placed please help me get my money back

                                  I have made a order on 7th nov and the delivery date was 10th november but i did not receive my order on 10th instead they have changed the date to 14th nov and the same thing happened again they changed the deliver date to 19 th nov i really dont know whats going on, the money has also been deducted for the order and i am still waiting for my order as if im gonna receive this order or not.

                                    I ordered a hp laptop from flipkart but what they provide me was a different old model and as soon as i found it i immediately placed a return request for that before closing of the 10. Days return period. But what flipkart is doing is unexpected. They didn't contact me when i placed return request and said we'll contact you after 4 days and after 4 days what they said "your return window is closed now" inspite of the fact that i place return request on 1st november that is before 5 november (Replacement period 26october - 5 november) it's not my fault the return window is closed it's flipkart's fault that they contact me after that. And now from tha last 10 days one moment they placed the return request and after some time they said your return request is cancelled. I don't know what flipkart was doing from the last 15days that they are neither passing any resolution nor accepting my return request. Every time i call them they said we'll help you but i don't know when after months or after years this is the worst experience i had with flipkart. Flipkart

                                      I purchased lenovo k8 plus (Venom black, 32 gb) phone on (Order # od[protected] on oct 14th.
                                      The microphone was not working properly so i launched a complaint on nov 1st for replacement and i was told service engineer will check first on nov 5th. Then after few days i saw the status has been changed to 'rejected'. Nether i got call from anyone nor flipkart customer care is ready to help...

                                        I ordered a refrigerator of worth 20k and i received a damage piece. I raised a request for replacement which lead to visit of technician for the final approval. The approval for replacement was granted but i was traveling outside india for 2 weeks. Meantime i have asked flipkart to keep the delivery on hold and resume once i’m back. They cancelled the return online. I contacted flipkart once back but no response from their side. I lodge an incident in[protected] on 9th nov, 2018 but i don’t find any response till now. The only answer i get from customer care that sir you wait for 24 hours, we have escalated to higher authority and they definitely get back to you. What is the use of keeping a damaged refrigerator at home, where you paid a huge amount.
