My flipkart account has been deactivated which was having around 12000 wallet balance.
I contacted customer service through twitter and got following replies
"hello,

We'd like to let you know that your recent request has been canceled as our systems have detected irregularities in the payment method used for this order. We always ensure that the transactions made using online payment methods are authorized and secure this is for account security.

    someone hacked my flipkart account

    I can't sign in flipkart for buying something last 7days. It will showing incorrect password or username again and again it is disturbing to buying any items.         I have purchased a Fossil watch from Flipkart on 20/11/18 and received only box without watch on 22/11/18. Called Flipkart helpline and informed them immediately, sent mail also. They asked me to wait for 12 days(4th Dec). I have no issues in waiting, I do understand its a process. But received a mail from Flipkart stating that if seller dont receive information they will not be able to fulfill my return. What the hell does it means. I have not received my product and that only matters for me how can I know seller is defaulter or courier guys have done this. I am not blaming delivery boy because he was quiet decent and had a huge bag of parcels. But every packet moves from one hand to another. Anyway its Flipkart call, my concern is only that I have spent my money and want it back. Its not a 100 rs matter. I know there are fake customers too and Flipkart sees every customer in that way which is obvious but not everyone is same. You can check my records. I want this investigation should be done honestly and provide me solution asap. I am cooperating with Flipkart but I trust consumer support and thats why informing them.
        Also please let me know how to proceed for police complaint if not resolved.

        Got a call from Flipkart on 26.11.18 and have been assured it will be resolved within 48 hours, then after 4 days they called me today and saying it will take time not sure how much. Is it the way Flipkart investigating. Customer is not responsible for their investigation procedure. I have cooperated with them but it seems Flipkart knows what happened with the packet and making me fool.

          Hi team,

          This is regarding my return request of device honor 10 (Phantom blue, 128 gb) with the order id od[protected] that is valid till 26 nov 2018. I raised this request with refund option because i was not happy with the performance of this device. Secondary devices were not able to connect smoothly with this phone as expected now this is unacceptable that refund request for return has been rejected without any information.

          I still want return with refund of this product, some tickets (In[protected], in[protected] are already raised for the same. I have called in to flipkart support team regarding this but i am fed up and frustrated as they put my call on hold for unlimited time (Approx an hour) and then the call aborted itself while i was waiting that someone will take my call. This seems very poor service and beyond the limit of tolerance.

          If flipkart given the refund option on return of a product to me that i selected then the refund should be completed, this is a fraud that flipkart rejected my refund request and put the replacement option for further return request on the same product.

          This is my humble request that please take this concern seriously and get my (Return with refund) request completed as soon as possible. Looking forward for your response.

            I bought mobile from flipkart. Flipkart sent defect mobile to me. I requested so many times for mobile replacement every time they are rejecting that one. I requested agin for replacement simply they are telling go to service center. They are not accepting the replacement.

            If i requesting again for replacement flipkart sent techinition from jeeves that techinition also said software issue go to service center. Based on his words i went to service center. Samsung service center confirmed that is not software issue that hardware issue need to change the mother board. For that they gave job sheet also i sent that job sheet to jeeves and flipkart still they are not giving the replacement they are rejecting. I lost money from flipkart. I need justice on this. Simply flipkart cheeting the people and they are sending refurbished or defect mobiles to custmors. I submitted the job sheet also from samsung service center.

            More then from 5days i waiting for flipkart update. They are not responding.still flipkart not giving replacement .simply they are cheeting the people with help of jeeves. That jeeves team always giving fake reports only.

              I have booked my mobile on 21st november 2018, then i got a confirmation message that you will get your mobile delivery on 22nd november.. On 22nd november i got a one more message that you will get your mobile delivery on 24th november due to mobile delivery misrouted. I have talked with the flipcart customer care service they confirmed me that you will get your 24th november upto 7pm... I didn't got my mobile upto 7pm... Again i have called to the flipcart customer care service. I have talked with senior executive he informed me that you will get your mobile on 29th november... Due to these stupidity, nonsense etc response from the flipcart service i have postponed all my programs and cancelled my flight ticket on 25th i. E on sunday. This is the response from the world's one of the biggest organisation flipcart when you book a iphone 6s by paying 25000...

                Under the black friday deal where in the mi 6 pro note for rs. 15999 was available on an offer price of rs. 12499.

                My order od[protected] was successfully placed under the scheme and was shipped. However the order got cancelled without my approval and consent which i am not at all satisfied with.

                Look forward for a fair probe against the seller as incase the products are not sufficient the website automatically shows out of stock then how the order was processed and cancelled by the seller on pretext of bulk order.

                  Sir i have attached a police complaint and deducted amount message here.
                  Please cancel the order do something against this fraud person and return my amount.

                    For last 1 month my account is not opening.
                    I used my old username (Mob no) and password. But it was not opening.
                    Then i used forgot button and then received code.
                    Entered the code successfully.
                    After that it was asking please set a new password.
                    Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry". Or your account is blocked.
                    That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                      I have ordered sneakers on flipkart (Order id - od[protected]. It was expected to be delivered on 24th nov but was marked delivered on 23rd nov. No product was delivered to my home. When i called customer care, they have told me that it was delivered to my neighbor as nobody was present at the address mentioned. Have checked with my neighbor but there was no delivery made. After raising a ticket for 4th time, flipkart wants 7 days to investigate the matter. I am worried that they will just dilute the issue and cheat as i feel there is no seriousness to solve this issue.

                      The delivery guy didn't call me to confirm whether i am ok with getting it delivered to my neighbor. I suspect some serious fraud from flipkart.

                        I purchase a philips selfie stick form flipkart with six month warranty on 03.10.2018. After some time selfie stick capture button not working. I try it another phone but it is not working. I visit philips service center but they not give this product service. After this i contact philips online customer service. But they are clearly told company not give any warranty that i contact flipkart customer service their representative told me to contact philips service center.
                        Philips and flipkart both aren't take any responsibility. So what i do?

                            I ordered a gopro action camera hero black 7 from flipkart, i received my courier but the product which i ordered was missing the box and the box was already hammered.                             now they are like they can help me with my issue so they have blocked my account if i’m having multiple numbers of return request that doesn’t mean you’ll not refund me my money, i’ve received a empty box without product and now you’re giving excuses for not refunding my money, below are some proof where my product is missing and i haven’t opened the box yet. the box was already hampered and i immediately complained about it. please solve this issue.

                                    I order my note6 pro in first sell at 23/11/2018 at 12. Pm order conform and payment done by phonepe... All ok and after 1 hour i receive massage your product is shipping and deliverd at 26/11/2018 and after again i receive massage your products is cancel (By seller) and receive my payment back on phonepe

                                    But why shipping is cancel after shipping... Customer know the filpkart not a seller... Third class services not solve the problem and filpkart customer care say try with next sell is the answer in correct?

                                      I ordered " asus laptop" on 25th october. Order id - od[protected]. Today (31st october) i got a bundle of a4 size paper inside of the flipkart branding wrapped box instead of the laptop.
                                      This is highly unacceptable from one of the largest e-commerce sites in india. When you sell a product from a seller to a customer the customer has high expectations, there is a reason why people prefer flipkart than other e-commerce sites for buying products as it is the one stop shop online. If this is the current scenario for you guys then am very sorry to say that you guys are a shame in the name of e-commerce. Please take necessary steps for this as a lot of money is at stake and not only me but any customer would expect a speedy remedy to this disastrous activity which has been done by flipkart. I can go to peoples consumer forum for this inhuman activity which i faced as a buyer. I am waiting for you peoples intervention here and neither the product was received nor any sort of communication or actions has been initiated by the flipkart executives. This is shambolic and highly ridiculous from your end and a complete harassment for customers like me who rely on online shopping for most of the day to day products we use. At least show some professionalism and do the needful steps as the money is stuck and the product was not received.

                                      Till now i have been to my humble best and this is the time where i am gonna lose my cool and this time the thing has boiled down to such a state where i will be force to seek legal action against the so-called e-commerce giant namely flipkart and its fraud activities. After they misplaced my laptop with a4 sheets inside the package and after several requests and incidents and evidence, all i got was dates from flipkart and nothing else, nothing was said or provided as a concrete solution. This is some kind of a joke? Once the consumer-forum knocks the door of flipkart you will come to your senses. Date after date was given but not the money which was said to be refunded, i have checked with the bank everyday but they were so transparent they showed with the reference no. That no transaction occurred. There was no money credited to my account, and flipkart executives and authorities are so naive and vulnerable at their own words that they are not 1% transparent, they have not provided any evidence showing the fact that the money was successfully transferred to my account and even if the transaction doesn't get successful the money rolls back to the parent account which is flipkart's account. I will take this to consumer forum and will file a lawsuit against you people. This is high time. I have all the recordings from your # customer bpo executives, highly disgraceful and ridiculous act from flipkart. You bloody hypocrites will get to know the real deal once you face the legal axe of perjury and this deceptive skulduggery.
