On 1st 2018 i had placed an order panasonic hair dryer order id: od[protected] by using flipkart pay later which i cancelled and after paying the bill of 449 rs i received a return id[protected], after calling customer care i was informed that i have received the refund in
Flipkart pay later account, but i had paid my bill using my debit card, so i should get the refund in the original mode of payment, but it was said that i can only get my refund in flipkart pay later wallet, there is no delivery option available at my area 190015, so the money in wallet is of no use, 449 wasted by your mean business tactics

    I had ordered a puma flip flops and a hush puppy sandals worth a total of 2300rs, and mode of payment selected was cod. Proper address of my home was provided too. On the date of delivery, i received a text message instructing me to pick up both the items from an ekart facility which is 30km away, instead of the home delivery. On all my previous orders, the products were properly delivered at my home on the exact dates. I frequented flipkart especially because of the steady service. I tried contacting customer care and they were unable to help with my issue, their solution was to pick it up from the said place.
    If in my future orders, the same is repeated, i will hav to depend on other online shopping sites with viable services.

    This is the copy of the text message i received:

    "ready for pickup: hush puppies men bla.. With tracking id fmpc[protected] from flipkart.com is ready for pickup at instakart services pvt. Ltd, empressnest building, near st. Francis church rd, kathrikadavu (Map location: www.google.co.in/maps/place/10.1125, 76.3768). Timings: 09:30:00 to 19:30:00. Please collect it before[protected] using pin: 5949 and pay 1649.0 by cash on delivery."

    Pls do look into this problem and rectify it at the earliest.

      Till today its get pending, i want it resolved soon, please sure for that, till 3rd nov to today its pending,, its matter of company goodwill also, i think, i mean how seller could be deny to return as per flipkart terms??
      From customer care every time told me somebody from there side would have been make a call to resolve it but basically nobody called me, till today.
      If it is not take any resolve then i have to knock higher authority and court door too. And in future i suggest to everybody to not take any product from flipkart, thats it

        I have placed an order on nov 2nd and got it delivered on 5th of nov, 2018. As soon as i switched on the phone, i could feel unusual temperature on the finger print sensor. It was over heating and the fingerprint sensor became unresponsive. I requested for a replacement in flipkart. The technician visited and asked to install a application cpu-z to monitor the temperature.in that app, the temperature shown was in the range 50-65 degree celcius.
        When checked back in flipkart website, i could understand that my request was cancelled.
        When contacted the technician, i was asked to raise the replacement request again. This cycle continued for 5 days, and i have raised replacement requests 5 times and all 5 times, it was rejected by flipkart.
        And now, nov 15th is the last day for replacement and still there are no signs of help from flipkart. This is really cheating from flipkart. When googled, i could find that i am not the only 1 facing this issue. Flipkart's service is really pathetic.

              I ordered product a on 1st november and expected was 6th november and l raised complaint for this, for ref. In[protected]] but according to that they are again promised to customer we will deliver the product on or before 12th november but they are not deliver the product on same day but so many times i spoke with customer care higher authority but i got wrong information from customer care for every time but no one is ready resolve the issue, simply they are extending the delivery date. They are promising to customer and failing every time, and one more thing they are not ready to track the product details, please take action for this and resolve the issue asap.

                I purchase nokia 6.1 plus which was received tampered seal and damaged charger point, in a single return request fliptkart close the return request without any justification of return request and mail to register mail id for refuse to replace the product as per seller said, and flipkart after 15 days without any resolution today disable my flipkart login.

                      Neither I initiated any cancellation nor any return.then why you cancelled my order without any prior information. Now when I called your customer care executive then he said that i have to place fresh order for the phone which 3500 costlier than what I paid at the time of order. Now either you deliver my order or give me 3500 credit voucher so that i can place a fresh order.

                        I have got a delivery of royal oak metro engineered wood tv entertainment unit on november 8th, 2018.

                        After delivery they promised a 48hrs installation but it has been 5 days they are everyday sending messages of rescheduling of the installation but no one has arrived yet. Through phone they are telling they will send someone but no one is showing up.

                        Please take a action against it.

                          My self rahul singh from jabalpur. I have ordered two nike shoes from flipkart in diwali offer order i'd od[protected].. Hear the problem starts flipkart delivery boy use to cal me but he don't deliver. I complain to e-com for 7tims but no response. Again i complain to flipkart. Agent cal me and told sorry and assure me delivery by 8pm.. This uneducated employees don't know that flipkart cancel my order before his cal as i spoke to e-com before his cal. These flights cart people tess me for 20 days to deliver a product i feel very bad to order on flipkart..
                          So guy's don't become fool from flipkart go for amazon i experienced better service..

                            I placed order from flipkart and the product is damaged, so i placed return for refund request. But that request is delayed. I contacted support, they escalated case and promised gift card of 500 and 100 rupees. They only provided 100 rupees and telling sorry, we haven't promised 500. I even sent the call conversation to them. Still they're doing noting except sorry.

                              I have ordered 2 fashioncraft tempered glass gaurd for nokia 6.1 plus worth rs 99 each. So total rs.99×2=rs.198. Order number is od[protected]. It was delivered but in that box there was only 1 glass and in flipkart it shows as both are delivered. But we got only one glass. It was prepaid so money was already paid. Even the bill shows the bill of 2 products but inside the box there was only 1 glass.
                              I want one glass to be delivered or want my money back.

                                I have ordered furniture through flipkart on 16th of oct.

                                4 times they have changed the delivery date.
                                It was suppose to deliver with a week but it is almost a month still not delivered.

                                  And my problem is i am unable to update my password & login problem.

                                  For last 6-9 months my account is not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.
                                  Then i used forgot button and then received code.
                                  Entered the code successfully.
                                  After that it was asking please set a new password.
                                  Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry". Or your account is blocked.
                                  That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                    I had ordered a MI Note 5 Pro Phone on 5th Nov which was suppose to be delivered on the 11th.

                                    Flipkart had accepted the request and kept sending notification that the item has been dispatched and stuff.
                                    On 10th nob all of a sudden i reveive a sms that my order has been cancelled. WITHOUT IMFORMING ME ABOUT IT.
                                    I received a sms that my order has been cancelled and they have not refunded my amount yet WITHOUT INFORMING ME ABOUT IT
                                    After that i called customer care, what a stupid reason they have given me that all customer have to get change to buy a mobile and this is the first phone which i was purchase from flipkart, i told them, then they check my order and saying i am sorry but i can't do anything, this is not acceptable, i purchased this phn on big billion sale, now why i will pay extra money, sorry is not the solution, flipkart is cheating with customer.If flipkart any any doubt then they have to call me, i ordered my phone on big billion sale, who will bear the loss, this is not acceptable flipkart, i don't need phone i need my mobile.Is this the way to cheat with customer without any reason cancelled the mobile before one day of delivery.Flipkart is cheating with customer first they accept the order and before i day of delivery date then cancelled order with a stupid reason.
