The replacement service of flipkart is too worse for high range mobile phones... They send a service team to check the phone, but that service persons has no basic knowledge they just come and take the imei number photo and update as resolved... And then the flipkart asks us to take the phone to service center... Worst ever service given by flipkart, they don't even care after the product is delivered..

After raising the complain here flipkart team contacted me and discussed with the issue, and refunded the amount today.Why cant this be done when i raised several complains to Flipkart via [email protected] that time they said me that there is only one solution, take the device to nearest service center.Those replies from flipkart service team seams to be weird.Now finally i got the refund today after 22 Days of struggle.

    I have ordered redmi note 5 screen guard. I got my order and not fitted my phone. It's wrong product. I have complaint it to your customer care. They said it's non refundable and not changable product under our policy.
    Why are you making fool of customers of sending fake products. And say like this. I will not buy anything from flipkart in future and tell everyone in my khown not buying anything from flipkart because it's totally fake and fraud company.

      Dear sir/mam,

      I am a loyal and regular customer of flipkart. On 14th october, 2018, i have ordered a "trishaa by pantaloons women's kurta and palazzo set" with an order id of od[protected] from seller named retailnet. The product was delivered on 26th october 2018.
      However, on opening the packet, we came to know that the product was incomplete as it has only kurta. The plazzo was missing.
      Thus i generated the return request fro the same immediately. However, the delivery guy refused to pick the product saying i will not receive an incomplete product despite the fact that we are returning only because the product was incomplete. I called the customer care immediately. Your customer care officer told me that they are cancelling the return request and than asked me to call after 48 hrs to enable them to generate return from their side.
      I did the same and again return request was generated from flipkart side. However, to my utter surprise, my return request was cancelled without any intimation or without assigning any reason. I immediately called flipkart again and this time your customer care officer told me to raise a new return request and assured me that this time product will be picked up.
      However, again to my utter surprise, the return request was cancelled after few days without any intimation, call or reason.

      I never expected this from reputed company like flipkart that it will promote fraudsters and behave in such a way with their loyal customers. I have also undergone huge mental harassment due to this.

      Thus request you to immediately take appropriate action in the matter failing which i shall be construed to initiate appropriate legal action at your risk, cost and consequences.

        I see u people display wrong product specification to gain attraction, dont know whether this is intentional or unintentional. If you are doing it intentionally stop fooling us, that's cheap.

        Vivo smartphones pics and specifications were completely wrong, not only it was switched with other phone specifications but the specifications itself was wrong.

        I was suprised to see you people selling infingerprint display vivo phones for 12k with dual rear camera, where in in picture it shows single rear camera and i don't think u will sell infingerprint display phones in 12k.

        Will you correct your mistakes asap and make sure it doesn't repeat again.

          We orded redmi note 4 on 26th oct 18 n recd on 27th oct. First few days the phone was good and yday suddenly d camera stopped working. It says camera can't connect.. Both d front n d rear. Am very unhappy with the product. Kindly guide us further as what can be done.. Spending 12900/- its very hard to digest.. Please consider dis and revert back.. Thank you..

            Hi sir my name is souvik

            And my problem is i am unable to update my password.

            Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

            Then i used forgot button and then received code.

            Entered the code successfully.
            After that it was asking please set a new password.

            Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

            That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

            I already attached the screenshot also what i am facing.

              It is shameful that a company like Flipkart is doing fraud with customers in such an unusual manner. I had ordered a gold ring from Malabar a Flipkart seller. As per site aggrement I buyed a ring with weight of 2.01 gm but when I received the product it is 1.85 gm. They has cheated me with false promises. Nowadays Flipkart is not at all safe for buying costly product. Flipkart started pick-pocketing business nowadays. And the worst point is their customer service is world worst. They will give you worst of worst solutions and waste your time. So shameful of Flipkart. Whereas I am a Gold Plus Member. Please don't buy any valuable product from Flipkart

                They marking complaints as resolved without solving them. Even am not sure they are reading or not.

                Even their excecutive are not able to understand the problem first told delivery boy mistake we accept it, after some time they telling their manager also confirms it's damage product but the part is manager not even viewed exchange mobile and pass the comments (as per Flipkart)
                I strongly feel Flipkart doing scam in this with our capital amount and not providing us even product.

                Flipkart plz refund my amount with interest .

                  I bought Moto x2 mobile in Flipkart and replaced it for a defect but again I was sent a screen damaged phone. There was no reply for me since December 2015. I have been trying various mode of contact since then but I didn't even get a single reply from Flipkart customer care. I wasted around 18000 for the mobile which I converted later to EMI. I had to buy another mobile since I didn't get any response for proper replacement of the mobile again. Need a solution though it's too late.

                    I am a student. I used krazybee, which is a student credit platform to buy flipkart gift card of RUPEES 10000..I have got my gift card number and pin and also redeemed the gift card on flipkart. RUPEES 10000 was added to my gift card balance on the black friday sale i planned to buy redmi note 6 pro and at 6.00pm on NOV 23, 2018 i was all set to order the redmi note 6 pro and i have checked the gift card box on the app for 10000 and for the other 3000 RUPEES i have chosen the credit card but due to some network issues the app did not go further so that i have closed the apps from the recent apps and i chose to come on 9 pm sale. On 9 pm i found that the gift card balance is 0 suddenly went to my transactions and there it mentioned that EGV-DEACTIVATE 10000 and that is all i was BROKEN. i HAVE MISSED MY HARD EARNED MONEY and also the deal (NO ORDER WAS CREATED AND I HAVENT PAID ANYTHING FROM MY CARD ONLY THE GIFT CARD BALANCE IS GONE).. I contacted the flipkart immediately and they cant even understand my issue and asked for order number again and again and finally told me to wait for upto 24 hrs, after that no refund came then they extended that to again 27th november and today also no refund came by the time i have contacted them several times but no clear response and today on evening i got a call from the flipkart customer care and they asked me the gift card details and the whole story and said that YOUR GIFT CARD IS DEACTIVATED IT IS FROM THE SELLER SIDE AND WE HAVE TO CONFIRM THE SELLER ..I immediately contacted KRAZYBEE but they said we have no such option to deactivate the gift card again i was broken WHY WOULD FLIPKART DO THIS TO ME I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER TO THEM SINCE I STARTED BUYING PRODUCTS FROM THE ECOMMERCE AND WITH ALL MY TRUST BARRING AMAZON I BOUGHT GIFTCARD FOR FLIPKART FOR 10000 BUT THEY DID WHAT THEY COULD DO TO ME WITH THEIR "CHEAP" PRATICES..

                      Ordered moto x4 in exchange offer. My exchange mobile was redmi prime which i sin very finest condition they rejected by saying it's have scatches (But they never mention such things in replacing condition they just mention about damages) screen is too superb (Not even single scatch).
                      Here in my case mobile is superb and they telling it's as damaged one and they own sell crack dent mobiles in the name of refurbished.
                      When i share mobile pics with flipkart, without intimating me cancel the order and within second they refund get process.

                        I have placed an order for "honor 10" cost 25000/- i paid via cod mode on unboxing i found that i have received an used product it has fingerprint marks all over it, charging cable was already unpacked with some dust marks... Mobile phone also has dust marks in speaker grill and charging port... Also the honour website is also showing warranty of 8 months instead of 12 months... I bought it with my hard earned money i want justice. Plz help me out... Or i have to opt for legal proceedings.

                        IN CONTINUATION ... sir today i received the Replacement unit and it was also used and showing warranty up to 14/8/19 instead of 26/11/19 i.e AROUND 8.5 MONTHS .SAME STORY REPEATED WITH DUST MARKS IN PORTS HEADSET GRILL ALONG WITH SCRATCHES...AND THE BOX WAS ALSO RESEALED SEVERAL TIMES.

                            On Diwali sale time i booked one redmi 6 phone under diwali sale in which it was showing 10% discount on redmi 6 phone. I called the customer care for the same for confirmation(i have recorded call and screeshot of the sale) and he told me that it will apply but i purchased the same and did not get any discount from that.

                            I send many mails but no satisfactory answer came to me. I saw them each and every evidences.

                                Whenever I have tried to cancel the order They are showing "Your request is being processed. It may take up to 4 hours for your refund(if any) to be initiated." But after refreshing the page it is showing same as before that "Seller is processing your order." Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and refund.

After 10 mints I cancelled the order, then immediately they accepted the cancellation request and also cancel my order. How is this possible?

                                  My friend "sumit tandi" had a ordered an iphone 6s from flipkart of rs 23999/- through bajaj finserve emi card. Its been 1.5 half month, my ordered was not placed. But payment has been deducted from my card. Once i got messages about the transaction, i called to flipkart about the refund, they told me that seller did not got any payment for this order, please contact to your bank/bajaj executive. Than i contact to bajaj, they saying from 1.5 months we have initiate the transaction to flipkart. They will refund. Another thing is that bajaj had converted that amount into in emi, now every month they are sending me an email for the payment of the emi. I have been calling to flipkart and bajaj finserv but they are not responding us properly.

                                  Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible

                                    My order no. Is od[protected], seller is b2csupermarket.
                                    I ordered loreal professionnel liss unlimited smoothing masque. After finishing my existing bottle when i applied the product from new supplied pack from flipkart. I was surprised the product is soapy and has not left any smoothing impact on my hairs. Then i noticed its label doesn't even have loreal branding. I request flipkart to return my hard earned money.

                                    People check above bottle doesn't have any loreal print as in below image. Then when I call customer care they say sorry you are late. After 10 days of back and forth I am forced to write over this platform.

                                    Customer raised a complaint regarding the product delivered. We have interacted with the customer and informed that as the product was delivered to customer on 8th Nov 2018, as per the sellers there is no return policy. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.

                                    This means you are taking no action. Does that foolish interaction brings my hard earned money back or you have punished seller for supplying fake products. Flipkart does not have any resolution as it is physically challenged when measured at genuineness scale. Why don't you check seller before registering them or sign an indemnity bond with them incase of any loss supplier is bound to fulfill the loss.
                                    This time I will go to court for sure. You will not improve any how.

                                      Someone hacked my flipkart account and 1st reset the password, then he changed the email and and after that mobile no. It happend on 16th nov 2018 @ 2.44 pm. I complaoned immediately to flipkart. Today is 27th nov 2018. Still they are unable to track hacker. Very poor security system. I have mobile no which is updated in my account. Still flipkart is unable to do anything
                                      I have provided ladt invoices, my billing address al required details for verification. But still very poor security system to catch the hacker. I can not understand how someone can reset password so easily.
