Today I purchased one laptop but i do not need this model .
i need purchase other model i go to the flipkar website and cancel my order,
check the order status my order has been not cancelled many times i tried cancel the order but not cancel my order.
i talk to customer care not satisfied for the response please help me sir.

    I am very much annoyed with the service of flipkart... I logged a complaint and still no action taken till date. The same problem is arising with me as well like others.. I want to get access to my flipkart account but still i am unable to... Whenever i request for new password the msg comes please try later... What the hell you have created that u can't give a simple service to your customer. One for thing i won't pay late fee for my emi because its on your side fault...

    Three times the sale happened when I bought it for the first time when there was no stock of the product and why the rest of the time was sold

    But my order is decline by seller side. i don't know how is it possible if my order is already prepaid.
    Now the amount will refund till 6 December 2018. I want phone right now but they stopped it.
    What the hell.
    Please refund my money as soon as possible.

    I have ordered a victoria secret perfume, order ID OD[protected] from Flipkart and the order(perfume) was already OPENED, LEAKED and FAKE. It's actually a detergent instead of perfume which can actually harm skin also.
    This won't be tolerated and i want my refund ASAP.

      I order alcatel tablet from flipkart. When i received tab and i check imei number.. Number on tab and number on invoice is not matched.. So i complained to flipkart to send me proper invoice with proper imei number.. But flipkart refused to send me invoice with collect number. Since last 3 days i am contacting to flipkart and always i got insufficient answer from flipkart customer care. Really really bad service from flipkart.

        Od[protected]Micromax tv). Rejected my refund.
        Installation person who visited for product installation came to know that the product (Micromax tv) is defective and board has issue.
        After that came to know that technician should come to check the product, but he is keep on cancelling the request. Finally fipkart rejected refund request.
        Two time installation person cancelled request. Two times technician cancelled request. Flipkart says micromax team will contact you, but micromax team is not reaching us.

        Technician visited, he said board needs to be replaced, he said it takes 2 working days based on board availability. I am thinking, if old product then it is correct to replace each part. If it is new product, then why don't you replace whole product itself.

        What is the update? Today 30th is given 2nd deadline to check and pickup the product. Technician came and after that no updates. When refund will happen? How many days can wait for the refund? How times I can ask for this? I did not expect this from Flipkart. Amazon does immediately replace the item if item is not working, otherwise they immediately do refund.

            Last time i did not receive my parcels because of your delivery boy and now its about your services that you provided your customers. I place 2 orders with order id od[protected] that is deliver on 24th nov 2018 and od[protected] that is deliver on 26th nov 2018 but i receive none of them because without giving any reason flipkart itself cancelled my orders, that is disgusting and very very disappointing. I has never seen this kind of services provided by any online service provider. After this i never place an order from your site and also recommend to all that please dont place any order from flipkart. I must say that flipkart is more than worst service provider that i have ever seen...

            I have order mobile on nov 2nd 2018. And flipkart committed delivery date as 15th. Today 20th but not yet received the item. I have been contact to customer care. There is no solution and proper information. Thia is way of treating to customers.

              The worst online service provider is flipkart.

              I have ordered matrix shampoo/lotion/conditioner combo pack from your site costing of rs:409, but when the product got delievered the same product was just a fake;

              Eg:shampoo:clinic plus in matrix
              Lotion:hair gel of mens
              Serum:parachute oil

              I complaint the same to flipkart they rearranged the product but as i say in starting the third class company again gave me the false product.

              Then again i complaint they have refunded the money

              But such a fake company fakeeeeeee flipkarttttttttttt

              Flipkart says that billing address and the delivery address should be same. But as I am ordering in behalf of a firm I want the billing address to that of the firm and the delivery address of my home.
              While other reputable e-commerce website allow me to do so and Flipkart does not.

                Already I contact with flipkart care about can not access game zone. They said I used different account in same IP, so they blocked game zone . After 2 or 3 days it will be work again. But till dated it does not work. Also I have a question, In same IP I can't access different accounts for game zone but how they accept orders through same IP used by different accounts?

                        I am loyal customer of flipkart since their starting stage. Flipkart also provided me credit of rs 50000 under its pay later/ cardless option.. Flipkart representatives are not helping. They send only one email which is
                        “we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use.
                        This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account.”

                        But i mailed them that i have not order those products for reselling purpose
                        But they have no given me any reply

                        I mailed them this

                        “sir,
                        Please dont suspend my flipkart account. I have purchased a good amount of products. 90% of them are booked in my home address. You can check it.
                        Redmi mobile which i have booked is for my personal use. I am doing internship in delhi as an assistant videographer. As iphone 7 plus is a single sim mobile. I cant add a secondary sim to it for my official use. Therfore i decided to buy a new mobile. As per you, i am using this account for reselling purpose. I have booked redmi mobile for my personal use only. Due to continues cancel, i booked the mobile again. Atlast i got a mobile. It was not for reselling.
                        Please unblock and reactivate my account, i have still a product pending for the delivery. I am a regular user of flipkart and it has very good facilities like flipkart cardless credit and flipkart plus.
                        I assure you that, this account was never used for reselling purpose and never be used for the same. Please unblock my account, because i dont want to miss those lovely services of flipkart.

                          I received two products on 8 nov and both of them have size fit issue.I requested for cancellation on the same day but the refund was cancelled on the next day.since that time i called the customer care more the 7/8 times .Everyime they forwarded the request and everytime it was cancelled without any reason .Now i am really frustrated with flipkart..they must know that they can make fool only once bt not again.I am not going to purchase any product from Flipkart in future and would like to recommend the same to other people also.. Flipkart is really not trustworthy.

                            I have placed an order for Redmi Note 6 pro in a discounted price. The order is placed and they have provided all the details of order but on the delivery day the courier facility and flipkart shows the item got delivered without providing me the product. I have already made a complaint to their customer care and they are asking me continously to place a fresh order and they can't do anything because my order is cash on delivery. Now the price has risen and even the product is out of stock.

                              I bought mobile from flipkart. Flipkart sent defect mobile to me. I requested so many times for mobile replacement every time they are rejecting that one. I requested agin for replacement simply they are telling go to service center. They are not accepting the replacement.

                              If i requesting again for replacement flipkart sent techinition from jeeves that techinition also said software issue go to service center. Based on his words i went to service center. Samsung service center confirmed that is not software issue that hardware issue need to change the mother board. For that they gave job sheet also i sent that job sheet to jeeves and flipkart still they are not giving the replacement they are rejecting. I lost money from flipkart. I need justice on this. Simply flipkart cheeting the people and they are sending refurbished or defect mobiles to custmors. I submitted the job sheet also from samsung service center.Kindly check and take an action on flipkart.

                                  Can't believe without answering they cancelled the order with intimation.

                                  This not expect from Flipkart. If you don't want to give product to customer then why simply put such offers in the name of publicity. And also earning with customer amount. ( I need all it back)

                                  See even they didn't resolve and marked as resolved one... This is doing by Flipkart cheating their customers and lotting money from them in the name of offers and defective products.

                                    Hi, this is regarding order no. Od[protected] for which i have placed order on 18th of oct 2018 which has been delivered to me on 24 oct 2018. The product is smaller in size to me and that is of no use to me so when i tried to generate the return of that product my account was block on the same day, then i called the flipkart customer care about the issue that my account has been blocked and i am not able to generate the return account was attached with email id [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no [protected] later i got the reply from there side that my account has been blocked, then again when i tried to contact flipkart customer care they asked me to reply on the same mail for return which i have received for the account block, i have replied to mail on 27th oct and back to back i am sending sending mail every alternate day but so far i haven\'t received any reply from you side, i have also tried contacting through phone to flipkart but they are saying they are not able to help me and they said that flipkart will be replying on the same mail but now they are saying that as your account has been blocked so you cant return the product after almost a month as this was a order which was placed when the account was not blocked so i should be able to return that product and after that my further activitiy should be blocked. Please check this issue and kindly generate my return because that product is of no use to me let me know if any further details is required br, mohit jain [protected]

                                      It is to bring to your notice that i have ordered realme 2 pro smartphone, with my old smartphone exchanged. When i opened the box, i have received totally different product in the form of honor 7a, this is not the product i have ordered.
                                      This is very disappointing as to how flipkart can do such blunder.
                                      Since i have exchanged the old mobile, i don't have any smartphone to whom i can communicate with. I have been following up with the customer support but they have not given any solution nor assurance. No one is even clear about providing support.
                                      I feel very cheated as i have immediately requested for replacement and no response from the team yet.
                                      I have forwarded replacement request, it was scheduled to be delivered by 26thnov 2018, now i have received mail that it is cancelled without any reason.

                                      I have exchanged my old mobile, paid for new mobile, i have nothing left except mental harrassment.
