I purchased track pant from Flipkart. Just after 2 wash i noticed that there are too many holes in the track pant. When they are taking money for the
product then why they are not giving the product of that level. They give very bad quality materials. Flipkart is just doing fraud with their customer's. They do advertise that they assure for the quality of the products. " flipkart matlab bilkul pakka". I think they want to sayflipkart matlab bilkul pakka you will find holes and all in the product after few time use.
Kindly request you to look in to this and take a quick action against them.

I ordered one reebok sunglass from flipkart about one week ago order number-od[protected] but when the product i received i found it duplicate and i called flipkart customer care they said they will return my money and will collect the product from me they do not want to take responsibility for duplicate product they want me to verify product before purchase and that is not possible for online purchase. I want online retail companies must take responsibility for such issues as we order products through their website. Please take necessary action. Thank you in advance.

I have placed order with rs.7999 on 21st may 2016 at 10.26am, its confirmed by flipkart, packed and dispatched from seller by 12.35pm. But price updated to rs.11999 on 21st may 2016 at 5pm. So that my order was cancelled and they returned the shipment by 5.48pm. I requested the flipkart to deliver the product which i have ordered to the same price which i have already paid... But they are cancelling the order and returning the product..
. Can anyone recommend me a better solution..?

Had purchased the le1s on feb 9th, which had a 10% cash back offer on axis bank debit card, the cash was to be credited by the middle on april 2016, and since till date nothing has happened,

Filled a complain with flipkart customer care and this is what they replied

"any query regarding the program will be entertained until may 10 2016. Post such date, flipkart internet pvt. Ltd will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this program from any persons"

I ordered kent ro on 20th may 2016 in the morning at around 840 am. I got a mail that order confirmed (Snapshot attached) immediately and after some hours i got a text message that order is dispatched (Snapshot attached),

Today in the evening at 6 pm (21st may 2016) suddenly i got a message that my order is cancelled...!!! Reason written in the text message was 'our courier partner was unable to deliver to your address.' snapshot of the flipkart sent text message is attached.

Customer care did not even gave a call regarding cancellation of the product.

I called to customer care number in the night around at 930 pm, and customer care representative told me that my order got cancelled as there was some logistic issues at bhiwandi. Meaning order was dispatched and already reached bhiwandi.

When i asked to talk to the senior representative, i was connected to senior guy. This senior person told me that my shipment got cancelled from bhiwandi as my item was wrongly priced on the website when i bought it..!!!

Isnt it surprising..!! Everywhere reasons are different. And they got to know about the wrong prices after 2 days...!!! And without intimating they cancelled and returned the product..!!! Is this world class services of flipkart..!!! Can you give world class services..!!! Do you think you should be recommended to friends and family to buy anything???

I am not happy at all with the way consequences are there. This is pathetic service by you people.

Looking for receiving the product without any extra efforts please. Or else you will definitely loose a good customer.

I have purchased intex pb 11 power bank k 11000 mah from flipkart but first they sent me damaged product and when i ask for replaced they sent me duplicate product.
That products was not working so i discuss with flipkart people. They said it is in warranty period so i need to go service center of intex.

Today i visited to service center and came to know that product which i received is duplicate.

This is clear cheating with customer also breaking trust of customer.

Please take proper action on this.

I have ordered the new letv le eco 1s (Gold) phone at 9999/- on 12th may 2016. I got the phone on 14th may 2016.
I have used hdfc debit card while paying to ekart logistics under cash on delivery as payment option. I am eligible to get 10% cash back on the use of hdfc debit card which was mentioned on flipkart site while ordering the phone.

Order no. Od[protected]. Bought price 7999. Order got suddenly got cancel when they are doing shipment. When i called customer care they told some technical problem in shipping. Please order again. I can able to see the price has been increased to 11999. I ordered many product for the same address i got it before any issue. My friend also ordered with me he got the product. After they escalated the issue. They are telling its some problem in pricing. So we canceled order. If its the pricing issue how much friend got the product. I am ready to fill complaint on court if the issue is not fixed. I hope i will get my product

I had made an order on flipkart which was shipped od[protected]

I suddenly got a mail mentioning that the order was cancelled as the courier could not deliver it.. *lamest excuse ever cos i live in the center of the city*

If they can't deliver to my place. They can deliver nowhere..

Apparently, it was only a lame excuse by the seller as the item is still in stock for a higher price.

Yesterday i ordered a set of curtains by mistake.. For rs 974. Wen i received the mail. I realized that i have ordered them. Since then i am trying to cancel the order but the flipkart site is only writing "oops something went wrong, try again later". Haven't been able to cancel the order since then. And today on 21 they have sent me mail that they have shipped the item.

I, dinesh kumar, purchased a bicycle “hero studd 26t 18 speed sprint sstd26bkgn02 road cycle” from filpkart online shopping website on 9th may 2016. Its product id is od[protected] and its price (Rs. 6516 with delivery charge) was paid through my icici net banking. I had purchased it as a birthday gift for someone. At booking time they assured me that they will deliver it at given mailing address (At hodal, district palwal, haryana).

Since 15th may 2016, i am communicating with their customer care executives and their seniors regularly for timely delivery and they assured me that till 16th may evening, you will receive product delivery, then they extended delivery date by 17th may evening, then again extended till 18th may evening, then till 19th may evening, but i did not receive my product so far.
Now after 10 days they are denying for delivery at given address and asking me to cancel your product booking. Several times i called their customer care executives (Nilesh, vijayalakshmi and many more) and their seniors (Upasana, prashant and vivek) and requested, but every time their reply was same “we will not deliver your product”. Their behavior was very rude and misleading.
They are neither delivering my product nor refunding my money. Now even they are not taking to me properly.
Flipkart and their team made me to suffer a mental harassment and huge time loss. I told them i would take legal action against you but their overconfident team replied me “you can take legal action we do not care”.
By this arrogant behavior they are making fun of customer and are doing unfair trade practices with customer. Is this the way flipkart is working nowadays, i feel cheated by flipkart.

Therefore, i, request you to take strict action against company so that they do-not harass again any customer in near future, besides it, i advice every customer to be careful about these type of online bogus companies like flipkart...

I have order 2 motion sensor for play station 3 costing 4980 rs in total. But flipkart has sent me used and old product and when i raised the return and refund request for the same. They collected only one and refunded only the half amount 2490 rs.
Since one week i am doing follow up with flipkart customer care and everytime they make false promised that someone will come to come to pick it in next 24 hrs but till today no one came.
I am really disappointed with flipkart services
I have got so many incident ids from every cust. Care executive but not the solution.

My son purchased samsung a5 mobile from flipkart from first day he complaint at customer care and explain his problem. They run all test. Some time they agreed to refund and some time they refused. Now they didn't respond him properly and miss guide him. At the time of purchase they commit (Mentioned) 30 days money back policy, flipkart and seller not full fill their commitment. We request all flipkart customer please confirm from flipkart before purchase any item because after sell they are fail to support customer.
Now i think to fill a case against flipkart.

I purchased letv le 1s mobile in feb 02, 2016 flash sale on flipkart. The *axis bank cashback offer with debit card or credit cards* was associated with this flash sale under which 10% cashback amount is suppose to be credited in axis bank account by april 2016.

I have used *axis bank debit card* to complete this order and to avail this offer as per term and conditions mentioned in offer on flipkart site. Till today no amount is credited in bank account associated with used *axis bank debit card.*

I discussed with flipkart customer care, they are saying '10% cashback on axis bank credit or debit card' offer was not available with first flash sale of letv le 1s mobile on feb 02, 2016 for which i made this purchase. This is totally wrong.

This was a well known offer and people were awaiting for this flash sale. This flash sale and axis bank offer with this sale was so popular that it was discussed on many online platform, news channel and news websites such as ndtv, indian express websites.

I registered my complaint with flipkart but now they are not entertaining my problem by saying "any query regarding the program will be entertained until may 10 2016. Even tho this date was not mentioned in their offer.

I ordered phone during the first sale of le eco on 12th may 2016 for rs. 9999. Later, i have applied for the return because of the ongoing negative reviews about the product on its website. I cannot say that there is any defect in the product as i have not opened it. But i dont want the product now. Their tv ads shows your website is customer and return friendly. "flipkart matlab bilkul pakka" but despite the phone being still sealed pack in original condition flipkart cannot accept my return request as they have cancelled my return request. Then why government is permitting them to give misleading advertisements on national television. I am highly dissatisfied. I have returned an iphone costing rs. 42000/- without any questions asked as the item was sealed pack on amazon.In in june last year. And flipkart people cant accept a simple return of rs. 9999/- phone. Pathetic. Won't buy any high value item from flipkart. I have been a long term customer with flipkart. If i have been served like this, then god save the new customers. Please help me with the return of the product. The phone is completely sealed pack in original condition.

I have placed an order on two dress materials but delivery was done for only one dress material and the amount was charged for both the dress materials. The packing information was enclosed with the two products but one product is missing in the parcel. So please make the recovery of my complaint on ordered materials as soon as possible.

I ordered lumia 950 frm flikart order no. Od[protected] received today having heating issue even after updating the os and battery drained 80% in just 4 hours on moderate use, no games no movie not even surfed for half an hour continuously.
Raised a replacement request but what if the replaced one will have the same issue of heating...
How to get refund then... I'm very stressed after having this issue in a product that cost me 30000 rupees???

My name is Kabir chhabria and I have been a regular shopper at Flipkart and buy products for personal use. I chose Flipkart as they provided me products at lower prices then the market but little did I knew that this saving regime will make me loose my hard earned money. I have called for so many products from Flipkart out of which couple of products were defective and had to be returned. Flipkart has a system called Smart app check for electronics and they will only accept ur returns when the system gets the error so there is no chance that Flipkart will accept it without checking the defect and after checking the defects Flipkart accepted my return And informed me that the money can only be transferred to the wallet. To which I agreed and kept the money in the wallet of Flipkart with utmost faith but they have now blocked my account and are not ready to refund my Rs 12548. If Flipkart thought that my returns are more first of all they should not accept it and secondly they could send me a warning letter stating about my returns so I would have been a little more careful in returning. But let me make one point clear it's not that I have returned everything only couple of products which were defective and were accepted by their smart app check. Now Flipkart is not taking my calls and today when I called up to their customer care number I spoke to their floor supervisor Ms. Pooja Vaisht who straight forwardly denied to refund my wallet money. Even my request were not considered and when I told them I will lodge a complaint against them I was told sir u can do what u think is right but your wallet amount of 12548 will not be refunded. Please help me get my hard earned money back.
