[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart delivery: a malfunctioning ecosystem | |||||
On behalf of my teacher at bhagalpur, i ordered 2 mobiles (Lenovo 5 and k6) and their back cover with cash on delivery option. It was expected to reach on 21st august. He got 1 back cover, 2 days in advance. A day before the expected delivery date, he gets a call from the delivery guy saying that he is on the way to deliver the mobile phone. He never turned up and on flipkart, the status got updated as item returned. The other mobile was also updated as returned.in a nutshell, both the items reached bhagalpur (As per the status on flipkart site), however got returned without delivery. When we tried to contact the call center, they were helpless as the items were marked returned. This is a matter of concern for people ordering items online and delivery agency doing a goo[censored]p. It is important to note that, these mobiles are sold 2000 rupees higher than the flipkart rate. So, the possibility of delivery agency selling it local market can not be ruled out. On other hand, the request to return back cover on flipkart site was rejected. I have observed this multiple times in last 2 years that, flipkart does not make any attempt to return an order. The questions are: 1. How consumers in india can trust online order delivery integrity by flipkart? 2. Why flipkart call center is a weak helpless entity with zero capability to serve customers? 3. Is ekart (The delivery agency of flipkart) involved in malicious practices? 4. Do we have hassle free consumer rights protection mechanism in our country? 5. How long this non-sense going to harass and deprive consumers fundamental rights? Was this information helpful? | |||||

Why does it show invalid login details when I try to login with my gmail account which I was using before on flipkart. Before with that gmail account it was way too fast delivery, I was a fan of it but now my feeling changed because of the error.
