Dear sir/mam,
It is regarding an order i placed from flipkart.com, i placed this order on 4th august 17 and the product was delivered to my doorstep...
However i was not satisfied with the product therefore i made a complaint to replace the product henceforth... The product was reverse picked by their representative on 16th august 17' but now when i am raising the query in flipkart regarding my product, they are stating that the product has been delivered but the tragedy is, i didn't received my product yet.
Please help me in this regard and please help me get my money refund as i do not want to take any product from flipkarts now.

How much time you have required for the same, i have taken that matter since last 10 days but till now no suitable answer will come from your side.

i have already complaint against our reversal our money but yet not resolved

      I had booked for a motorola e4 plus on flipkart on 15th august. It was to be delivered here, at kerala on 22nd of this month. Even after 27th, it has not been delivered and tracking the order is also not clear. The tracking has been updated last on 23rd. The website says any order will be delivered within 7-10 business days. I had called to check about my order, and it was informed that it would be delivered on 25th and that has not happened either.

      We order for vivo flip cover, it is not suitable.so we need cash back
      The tracking status is still not seen. It says the item has been dispatched to MSK Chennai. But there is no regular updation of tracking status. we were informed that the product would be delivered on 30th. please provide regular updates

        Hi this is amit,
        I buyed yep-me watch from flipkart.com in march 2017 which includes 1 year of manufacturer defect warranty. It stopped working in august 2017. I contacted flipkart custom-care service to resolve the issue that happened with me. They said to me that please contact yep-me to claim your warranty on your watch the following day i contacted them the store showed then the flipkart bill and asked for warranty they said we will not be able to provide you the warranty because you buyed the wrist watch from flipkart and we will only provide warranty to those watches which are buyed from our store and now go and ask flipkart to resolve the issue at same time i contacted flipkart service to resolve the issue as yep-me rejected to provide any warranty. Flipkart said our experts will contact you but it is now more than 10 days they didn't contacted me. I called several time and explained them the issue. And they said our experts will contact you. But there is no call from flipkart to resolve the issue. They emailed me to provide the job-sheet but store are rejecting me to provide any job-sheet.

          I would like to intimate you that, i purchased one chapel on 15.08.17. But the item is damaged condition. I sent return and replacement order. But to peoples are taken return order. After one day they came and return replacement. How it is possible to give the same item again. You are requested to take necessary arrangements to be made as earliest.

              Dear sir,

              As per the latest conversation with your executive i came to know that, you are not in a position to solve my issue from you end because the offer is not valid on my mobile but i would like to mention the following points:

              1) i ordered the mobile on wed, aug 9th '17 12:25 am, order id od[protected] under the big freedom sale
              2) i made a payment with hdfc debit card (1st and last transaction under 10% cash back offer), according to that i should get 10% cashback instantly, but i didn't get the cash back (I was confused with instant cashback and deffered cash back)
              3) on 9th afternoon i came to know about the cashback is instant, i raise the complaint in customer support same day, so that i can take the action (To cancel the order and again purchase the same)
              4) from customer care service i came to know that my complaint is genuine and due to technical issue i didn't get the cashback, they escalated my issue on 9th aug only and they assured me that i get revert by 11th aug
              5) i constantly taking a followup till 13th aug, till that time i didn't open the mobile handset, but customer care service assured me that you issue is genuine and you don't worry, we have escalated your complaint
              6) till 22nd of aug i did a followup with your team but i didn't get a satisfactory reply

              7) on 24th i received a call from customer care service mentioning the following points
              A) your handset is not under the hdfc bank big freedom sale :
              I) they why your executive didn't replied on 9th to 11th of aug
              Ii) if in terms and conditions of hdfc bank debit and credit card offer and big freeedom sale if it is mentioned that this deal is not valid on moto e4 plus mobile then why take too much time to solve this issue, it can be solved on 1st day itself, that this offer is not valid on this mobile
              Iii) according to my knowledge, the name of mobile handset is mentioned in faq of hdfc, on which terms and conditons are not valid

              Attached refer please find hdfd faq published on flipkart website for more detail

              Now customer executives are saying that they are not in a position to solve my problem, so i requested to return the handset, they say already 10 days passed it is not under their control

              Either solve my issue or make provision for return of handset

              If suppose i agree with Flipkart team that i am not eligible for offer, then why customer care executive escalated my problem on the same day, and they didn't refuse on subsequent followups during offer period only, they must have denied on the 1st day or within 3 days, why it take the more that 15 days to provide the same.

              According to Flipkart if i am not eligible for the offer, please share terms and condition, i have already shared from my part

                  Hi team,
                  The philips hl7576/00 600 w juicer mixer grinder i received, didn't have "unique spill free detachable spout". So under accessory missing, i went for the replacement; which was promised on the website (10 days replacement) the price of the product had been changed and it was higher than what i have paid for.
                  I am being forced to go for refund against the terms and condition. I think and pay a higher price. I have even mailed them, but of no use.

                  Yes what more we can expect from Flipkart, a company which doesn't honor its T&C. And FYI Yesterday i was forced to go for return or accept the product as it is. After that got a mail confirmation stating "as requested by you".

                    I had ordered micromax battery from flipkart and received it timely but when i inserted the new battery in mobile,
                    Within 5 minutes it got scorched with mobile. My mobile worth rs 7000/- is spoiled just bcz of faulty battery. And i paid flipkart rs.619 for battery. Moreover, my life was at risk. I could have been injured or even died if had slept after inserting the battery.
                    I claim the total amount rs.7619/- from flipkart, which is the total monetary loss suffered by me.

                      I ordered oppo f3 mobile on 9th aug, 2017 and cancelled on same day. On 12th august i received a message that refund reflects in 6 days which wasn't happened. On 24th my citibank credit card statement generated which included first emi for the mobile. When i spoke to flipkart executives for 4 times they asking me to wait and talk to bank for emi cancellation. When i spoke to bank they were saying cancellation charges applies with 2%on loan amount. They are saying as i opted for no emi cost, i have to bear the charges for cancellation which is not fair without receiving mobile. If they could refund the amount before 24th no emi would have reflected on my credit card. Fyi, refund initiated message received on 12th august from flipkart.com. Though mistake happened from their end, they not responding properly and asking me to wait for 6 more business working days. If this happens, i have to pay the emi though no mobile has received.

                        I ordered a moto e4 plus on 24 august 2017 through flipkart. When i am tracking it, i found that it showed the status out of delivery area (Pincode-address mismatch). They have delivered many times in the past to the same address and my pincode and adress does not mismatch. Why they are doing so. If cannot deliver they should have told me when placing the order.

                            Delivered a faulty product. When tried to place order to replace the product app didnt work properly and selected wrong reason. Once the delivery guy came to deliver explained about the issue, he asked to cancell the replacement and reorder it. Reached to customer care and they are useless people who said will get resolved in 40 hrs, it's been 6 days and no hope of replacement.

                              From the very beginning while i configure and installing the apps the phone having problem, touch is malfunctioning, phone speaker is not upto mark, mic problem, loud speaker too low, camera not as expected, while charging touch not functioning properly and also touch is not very smooth, calling problem in 4g volte in jio. I want replacement. I called 2-3 times in flipkart they simply denied for replace.

                                I have been placed an order of washing machine on 15th aug with special discounts and cash back offer order ref no (Od[protected]... Delivery date was mentioned was 22aug.. Not delivered as per the promise.. Later i have called and emailed about the delivery status.. Till then no calls or emails from flip kart... I believe which is the best practice of flip kart... Then i got a resolution that my quire will be addressed by 29th of aug,,, sudden shock from you that we have refunded your money back... Which is the best part of flip kart... No prior intimation or call... They are playing with my trust... Money.. Time.. I also lost my respect... It was a gift for my mom... Finally called up customer care some x revived and said we cant do anything this is supplier problem... Then connected to manager.. Mohit... He in fact replied the same i been asking him that after wasting my time why cant you compensate the offer amount to me for further order... He straight replied no... This was very frustrating for me then.. Why name such people as customer care manager... What is the care is taken here... Just harassment with customers.. Later connected to tapesh he was representing him as a senior manager where i was almost 40 min on call... Who in really repeat the same as notice board ther is no quality of care... He is still telling the same and no one is there to answer my quire... Repeated harassment from flip kart... If any customer care you have please call me and answer my quire... Im am depressed and doctor has suggested me for 2d echo test and im in medication i need the compensation from flip kart...

                                We had interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, informed the order was cancelled by seller, Customer may place a fresh order and the same will be delivered to him. As we do not have a compensation policy the same cannot be provided. Hence closing the case from our side.

                                to compensate the difference flipkart is responsible..
                                sorry no body bothered to call me or apologized, just closing the issue without any reason. then why did you wasted my time and i have been charged extra as i have paid through credit card ...

                                  I have placed an order for microwave oven ifb 23sc3 on 21-august-2017
                                  Order id = od[protected]

                                  The first oven i received, had a control panel faulty. So i raised a replacement request. The replacement request has been rejected stating that there has been a technician visit even though there was none. I raised the issue once again and they took it up and accepted the replacement. After a 25 day delay i received the replacement oven on 16-august-2017.

                                  The replacement oven is faulty and it shuts down after 5 minutes of operation. There is no warning and it shuts down completely even when the mains power is on. Doesn't turn on for at least for 10 minutes. There has been no technician facilitated by flipkart after the purchase. Yet it again states that installation and demo service is complete on the website.

                                  I called ifb customer care personally to request a technician visit. They visited on 25-august-2017 and told that the product is faulty and recommended me to place a replacement request.

                                  I tried to file a replacement request but the site doesn't let me do it by disabling the replacement. The product is under 10-day replacement policy. The oven is delivered on 16-august-2017. I have waited for a technician visit facilitated by flipkart. As none showed up, i filed a complaint through flipkart help service on 24-august-2017 and they assured a response within 24-hours. Today is 26-august-2017 and didn't get any reply and the 10-day replacement policy is going to end.

                                  I request a refund since i’m not satisfied by either flipkart or ifb customer service. I have been a regular customer for flipkart and this is a big let down.

As per our service engineer the issue has been resolved from our end and when we checked with the customer, he confirmed the same. Hence, we are closing the complaint from our end.

                                      I booked few kids items (5 items) on 19th august 2017 for very much special occasion for my family. The delivery should be on 29th august 2017, as per tracking details. One item i received on 21st august 2017, today suddenly i got message my order has been canceled & money will be refunded in 6 business days which is surprise for me. I checked status & found items has been returned. Even no one contact us regarding this items delivery.

                                      I just received email from flipkart which is stated the courier service is not available for my pin code but my question is how they accept the order?

                                      All incident is not acceptable & very much inconvenience to us. Why it takes 6 days to return my money? Already you used my money one week & it looks like a scam even flipkart use thousand's of customers money like the same they will earn good interest from bank.

                                      I am nri & booked this items for my family child birthday, now i have only three days in hand & i dont think i can buy and send them something through online.

                                      Kindly investigate the same, i hope you already received many complaints like the same.

                                        Below is my original complaint lodged on 25.08.2017
                                        Dear sir,
                                        I have ordered a moto e4 plus mobile handset on flipkart.com by paying rs 9999.00 by debit card on 25th july 2017. Order id was - od[protected]. A small cartoon packet was delivered to my home. When it was opened, a dummy nokia mobile was found in the packet. Immediately contacted to flipkart, return was requested for replacement, the replacement was approved & accepted by flipkart with return id[protected]. It was requested on behalf of flipkart to reurn the delivered item to their specified address with mentioning the return id given. It was assured to me in the same mail, that before 21st of aug 2017, the replacement item would be delivered to me.

                                        I did as per instruction, & returned the delivered item by first flight courier on 10.08.2017 to the address of warehouse as given to me. Copy of receipt of first flight tracking is attached also with tracking id - j991p0262516. By tracking the returned item it is seen that the return item is delivered to warehouse on 16.08.2018 at 4:00 pm. But now the return status is not being updated by flipkart & shipping of the new item against replacement is not being done. When contacting to flipkart customer care team, flipkart support on twitter no updates are being given by them. 21st of aug deadline have already passed & today is 25th of aug. Still they are not even bothered about responding with a time frame to deliver me the item. I am attaching the details & delivery of return item status in the attachment.

                                        Please do something sir to either refund me the money of rs-9999.00 + courier charges of rs 445.00 or deliver the item against replacement to me.

                                        As communicated by flipkart support team, that my item against the replacement has been shipped & will be delivered before 7th of sep'18. I am waiting for that & will confirm regarding delivery of my replacement.
                                        Further, As committed by Flipkart earlier, that the expense against courier charge for returning the item will be reimbursed which is still to be processed.. In line with that, it is requested to reimburse my expense of courier charge of Rs 445.00.
