I have purchase a ro machine of protek co. Via your site (Order no 0d[protected]. The technician whose visit for installation for the machine he check our home water tds and confirm that is 3500 tds.
So, kindly request please return this ro machine as soon as possible because it not usable for me.

    I was buying a mobile 10 days ago. Now i am facing technical issue in it. Kindly help me rid out of it. This is the second time, i am facing this problem because they also replace my mobile, please give back my funds or any elligible cause to do. As soon as possible. They also send a technicion today but he is not coming and whole day is passing out for his waiting.

    Appropriate action has been taken with respect to customer issue. customer say he received product Moto E4 Plus (Iron Gray, 32 GB) (3 GB RAM) but he is a damage product so he want to replacement his product and he get replacement product but now he face the same issue regarding this product so he want to again replacement so i inform to customer that pleas go to service center if your issue is not resolved then we are give your replacement or refund and customer agree.Hence, closing form our end.

        Yesterday i have received one order through flipkart but i have received damaged product with different color. Then, i have discussed with customer care then he has accepted this return request but pickup boy not accepted this today. When i have again complained regarding this customer care then customer care canceled my return request.

        When i have discussed again to customer care then he has canceled my return product request and tell me my system not working at this time. This is not fair. But he is not replying me regarding this.

        Regular irritating me for Flipkart pickup boy and customer care services. Because my product is totally damage & different color. And I have complained many more times for this. but the product is not changed yet. And pick up boy is not accepting this product because Flipkart Pickup boy tells me he hasn't received any email through Flipkart regarding your damaged or different color. So please suggest me what can I do for this situation. Thanks!

        Today, Pickup boy not accepted this damaged product. While 2 days ago Flipkart customer care tells me I have mentioned the comment regarding a damaged product. But Pickup boy tells me today I can accept this product because customer cares not sent any email to Panchkula office regarding this. So please suggest me what can I do regarding customer care or Pickup boy. Thanks!

          I ordered vip mens vest. The mrp on back of vest is 242 for qty 2 means 484 inclusive of all taxes for 4 pieces but flipkart gave me it for rs. 530. Its against law. On their site also they are misleading people by giving more prices. When i contacted customer care of flipkart they just told me that they will return my money. I told customer service that i don't want to return just sell it for rs 484 but they declined.

                I was ordering samsung on 7 mobile on flipkart on 26 aug 2017. I filled out everything. Then i chose to pay using debit card and the bank was state bank of india. The amount rs. 7990 has been deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I called flipkart customer care toll free number six times and the ivr gave an assurance that i will get a call back. Still no response. What should i do? I waited for 10 days, but the amount wasn't credited.
                My bank told me they have successfully made the payment. The payment also shows on my bank accounts e statement. I am also attaching screenshot of messages.
                I'm ordering products from flipkart about 3 years now. This is really unexpected of them.

                Today I received a call from customer care of flipkart. They are saying that refund has been done. But it never happened. I didn't recieve the refund. I talked to Customer Care of my issued bank as well. They said refund has not been done from flipkart.
                It's been one month over but till now Flipkart guys didn't resolve my issues. I didn't get the refund till now.

                  It is about the order id od[protected].. This is worst experience in flipkart that i ordered one mattress on 6th august 2017 and the promising date of delivery was on 26th august. The order was not delivered yet even i didn't get any tracking i'd. Despite of having severe communication with the customer care no results has come out. They said that talk to the seller and they even don't know the seller no. I don't even able to cancel the order i paid the money and it's about one month. Please resolve the issue.

                    Hello, i just received a call from delivery guy. His contact info is : [protected]. Since i was not able to pick up the delivery, i asked him politely to come at 6 pm instead. He responded a cold heart "no" and when i asked for any other solution he refused to respond in any way. He threatened me with harsh voice by saying if i refuse to pick up right now, my product will go to industrial area from where i will have to pick up myself. After a long conversation i tried to convince him to come back tomorrow instead. Please guide me on whether this behavior is normal or not. And does a customer deserve harsh words whenever he got a delivery?

                    I hope you will do what is needed. IF you need some suggestions, let me give you one.
                    What Uber does with its drivers is let the customer rate after he reaches the destination.
                    This helps in making the driver alert as well on his behaviour.
                    If you can implement this type of service with the delivery guys, it will suppress any tension or any anger and make then focus on ratings instead.

                      This product we bought had leakage issues i requested for refund. The uninstallation was done its been more then 20 days nobody turned up to pick the product. Twice the replacement was done for this product but still it had water leakage problem so i requested for refund.
                      Why do you send damage products and and when customer's request for the refund you keep delaying. The worst company i have ever seen. Very much disappointed. Flipkart is a #.

                        Dear sir,
                        Re : order no : od[protected]

                        I had ordered for nike sport shoes. But fake nike shoes have been supplied.

                        I tried to return the shoes through my flipkart account. It asked me how i would like to have refund. Two option pops up :
                        A) credit to pay wallet account, b) transfer to bank account.

                        On choosing first option, the site does not send 5 digit otp to complete the procedure. I tried at least three times but no otp was sent, as claimed in caption that otp sent on [protected].

                        I therefore tried second option of bank. Submitted all details of bank account and bank was successfully added and registered too. But when i opt for bank option, it asks me to select bank. However, there is no provision on screen to select the bank. Transaction fails again.

                        I believe that flipkart is avoiding the registration of reason (Fake supply) for return.

                        Flipkart owes a compensation for :

                        1) causing harassment to customer, first by dispatching fake product and second by not granting refund as per return policy.
                        2) causing wastage of time and energy pursuing simple transaction involving refund of rs 805.

                        Dear Flipkart,

                        Refund is granted. I had to opt for wallet credit. Bank transfer of refund amount was not done by Flipkart.

                        Refund is one part of cplaints larger part is that you have sold a fake Nike sports shoes. For return, while giving reason for return, the options of choosing fake was NOT acceptable on website. The field if selected used to put me out of whole Return process. So it is by design that you force customers to select a reason that makes Flipkart vulnerable to litigation.

                        Flipkart is accountable for breach of customers trust. You should liable to be sued for cheating customers by offering cheap fakes through online web marketing. You need to pay damages on this front but instead you made the refund process also difficult.

                              We contacted customer and informed that voucher has been sent and same has been confirmed by customer . Hence, closing complain form our end.
                              My flipkart account has been deactivated and now I want be activate it but it is not activating
                              My flipkart account connected with my mobile no. It is not connected with email and when I enters the mobile no. And password he saw me "Account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it"
                              Pl solve this problem vastly
                              I deactivate my account from flipkart for some reasons but now I am trying to opening my account and it says account inactivate contact us. And now I am appealing to you. I want to reactivate my flipkart account
                              So please accept my request and activate my account

                                I book above mention product with order id - od[protected] on 29th july 2017 in cash on delivery mode but thereafter change the payment mode through sbi net banking on the link send by flipkart money of amount 1690 deducted from my account but on the flipkart site payment show failed. Thereafter i contact the flipkart customer support team they said that your money is credited to your account after 48 hour please you receive your product by paying in cash to the delivery boy. But after 5 times complains to flipkart my money is yet not credited to my account. I also enclosing the essentials screenshot with the complain.

                                      This product is very much defective we have already raise a complain about this product this product has very bad quality they do not replace this product as we have requested to have a another producct, but they refused for this, this is not good if we can buy their products in a visual way so they also have that gurantee to replace this product without any confirmation, but they really cheated public in a very big scale.
