[Resolved]  Flipkart — Flipkart smart upgrade plan

I am not able to pay my due amount of smart upgradion plan due to invisible payment mode .
I have already raised issue in flipkart customer care since 20 days but no response .today my phone has been locked by still not response .
Supportive team answer me to “My team wll contact you “but no call received regarding my issue.”
Still my cell phone has been locked.

Sar mujhe ak shop wale ne Samsung galaxy s20 + phone deya 40.000hjr ka or mujhe nhi pata tha ke ye flipkart upgrade plan kya hota hai jub mere phone Lock ho gya tab mene shop wale se bat kari to usne bat nhi kari or jaha se phone Leya tha wo shop abb waha pe hai hi nhi to sar mai fass gya hu mai pay karne ko bhi ready hu or us shop wale ne mujhe flipkart ka bill nhi deya hatt se bana hua bill deya to sar mere help karo mai bhoot Greb family se hu or mene 40.000hjr Rupe beyaz pe Le rakhe hai Ghar pe bhi kese ko nhi pata or sar mere koi bhi help nhi kar rha hai please mere help karo Mera mobile no.[protected] hai Mera naam vishal Yadav hai mai up baghpat se hu please help me...

In continuation with previous complaint: Grievance Number: 3455310 I am reaching out to know my handset package with shipment #FMPP[protected]. This order has been made on 27th April and till date, I haven't received the order. Since this is an order with an exchange of my old phone, i have completely formatted my old phone and currently do not have one as well. It was promised by Flipkart that the delivery will be made on 28th April before 7PM. I had waited the whole day, in fact canceling my evening appointments to receive the shipment. It's been three days since no attempt was made to deliver the product and I have made multiple attempts to contact Flipkart, EKart through all mediums. 0n 1-May-2022 - Contacted the Ekart delivery hub. They mentioned it is because of a technical issue they cannot create a request to pick the product. They asked me to wait. 2-May-2022- After I have raised a complaint, someone from the consumer department of Flipkart spoke to me, and she assured me she will get the prod delivered by the same day. But that did not happen. The evening she again called back to say that the technical issue is still persisting and advised to cancel and replace the order as this issue happens once in 100 people. I asked about buy back and she said its okay I can reapply again for the new order. I was not convinced hence she said she will arrange a call back from the buyback team on 03 rd May 3-May-2022 - No one had reached out. I personally called the CC and they advised me to cancel and reapply the buy back. I still waited. 04-May-2022 - I again called the customer care and informed them that am waiting to receive the order. They said to cancel and place a new order and said that the buy back is applicable. I did what they said. Now after canceling, I am unable to apply the same and when called the CC they say that it has expired. The policy copy says that they buyback is applicable till 7-May-2022. I have been horribly cheated by Flipkart and I demand an answer from them. If it's not getting resolved I will surely raise this up to the legal addressal.
