Dear sir/Ma'am

This is P jagadeesh who purchased poco m2 pro mobile on 26 th October 2020, which I mailed on 11 November 2020 earlier regarding Heating issue and other issues. After that for that above mentioned compliants there is no resolution happened. Any way I have been using that mobile since November 2020.Recently my poco m2 pro mobile was dead on 16th November 2021.Then Immediately on the next I visited mi servicing centre at salem on 17th November 2021 and they checked and told that mother board problem(job code number:WXIN[protected]).For the repair/ Regarding my poco m2 pro Complaint issue and consider the last year Complaintwhich is attached of the mother board they asking me pay 8000 rupees approximately. I started using mobile on 28 th November 2020 after the several complaints .then warranty will come from 28 th November 2020 to 28th November 2021.But the service people not aa accepting and this issue I faced so many problems and faced several physical and mental stress and I am middle class private teacher (due to pandemic of Corona, I am getting half salaries) and how can face this burden. Kindly understand the above mentioned situation and faced problems . Kindly bring take this higher authority and solve this mobile issue as early as possible .

Hi sir/madam,
This P.jagadeeesh who is purchased a mobile poco m2 pro on 12 November 2020 on flipkard platform(Flipkart Order ID: OD[protected]. I recieved a mobile on 28 November 2020, after usage of one day I observed some issues in the mobile ( those are heating issues, speakers, mic, internet connections, earphone connections, camera problems...), .Regarding this I given several complaints to flipkart as per return policy (As per Buyers protection policy)before due date and several times technical visit happened, they noticed problems but no team picked up mobile and not return my amount. Please understand my problem and solve it as early as possible. Otherwise I will proceed legally as per Buyers protection policy. Thank you

      I made a purchase on Nov 8th from Flipkart. I made an order for a chair, a table and a earpod. 13769/- has been debited from my account on Nov 8th 12.23 am. I made payment through Google pay UPI transaction ID :[protected]. I raised complaint on Flipkart and talked with their customer support. But Flipkart is saying they have not received the payment and said my payment Failed in between.They asked me to contact my bank, which is icici bank. I paid through Google pay and Google pay says payment received by Flipkart and payment is completed. I have attached Google pay screenshots. Also I have attached the screenshots of the purchase made on flipkart which says "Order not placed. Your payment was not confirmed by the bank." Please help to refund my money. I already registered complaint to both icici ( my bank) and Flipkart but no luck. Flipkart said they haven't received the payment and icici bank says payment already gone from bank. So I don't know where my money went. No proper response from anyone also till now. Please help to refund my money as soon as possible as it's already too late. Payment was made on Nov 8th and today it's already Dec 1. Please please help . Thank you so much for your understanding.

        I ordered the RealmeGt Master Edition on 2oct2021 which was canceled after it was shipped. After this I talked to the customer care of Flipkart that why was it canceled? After this he told that you place a new order, after which after the product is delivered, whatever difference ammount will be given in your Flipkart account. I placed a new order on 8th October which got delivered on 13th October.I called Flipkart and told that the order has been delivered, my difference amount should be given to me. On 17 oct I got mail from them that your difference amount of 6250rs has been approved by the seller. For this you provide your bank account details. I have already given the bank details to them but have not received my ammount yet.

          I've bought samsung F41 through Flipkart under the Flipkart smart upgrade plan Order ID is OD[protected]. I've been trying to pay 30% due payment amt but app doesn't show any payment option, now I've been trying to talk to there customer care executive but no response. It is my father's phone and he's not able to access it at all because Flipkart has locked his samsung F41 due to non payment! But I am ready to pay the due amount only if any option is visible on the app to do the payment..they don't listen to me nor they connect my call to there senior executive instead they disconnect my call as soon as I tell them to connect me to the Flipkart technical team!! Please help me!! My father is facing a lot of issues because he's not able to access his phone!

              This is Daneshwar Choudhari, I had place the Order on Flipkart, the product is Flipkart Perfect Homes Julian Engineered Wood 4 Door Wardrobe on 28th October 2021. Order no is OD[protected]. the Product has been delivered on 9th November 2021. But Installation is not yet done.

              On 25th November 2021 the Installation Executive Mr. Ajay Kumar Was come for installation of product & Unboxing. When the executive open the product the Product’s Base Pannel was Damage. So Installation is denied by Mr. Ajay Kumar and he has reported the problem to his senior.

              After that I complained many times of my issue for replacement of the product but Flipkart has not been process my Request.

              So Kindly I request you please taken my Complaint against Flipkart for Replacement the product or Refund the Amount.

                    I have created flipkart a account few years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                      My registered mobile number is [protected] and registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com. You can call me on [protected] anytime.

                      I have been a reputed customer of flipkart since 5 years and a plus member from 3 years.

                      I'm having more than 700 supercoin in my account with all the card details in my account. Flipkart has blocked my account with the reason of high returns and I have to pay the Flipkart Pay Later Bill.

                      I'm in a very big trouble and I have called up the customer support more than 30 times but they only forward the complainant to the concern team and my account remains unblocked. If this continues, I will have to pay the fine with the fault of the Flipkart team which is very bad . Moreover, my issue is unresolved and the return period of the product under the issue is also expiring on first of December.

                      I request you to unblock my flipkart account so that my issue will be resolved and I will pay the Flipkart pay later bill.

                        I have ordered 1 ASUS laptop i 3 11th generation from flipkart with advance payment of rs 46990. order id OD[protected]. LAPTOP shipped from ekart logistics-FMPP[protected] AND DELIVERED TO ME ON 16th NOV21. once packet opened its found that 1 HP broken and burnt laptop delivered to me instead of ASUS I 3 11TH GENERATION. i felt that now i was victim of fraud. Immediately informed to flipkart customer care. they have approved replacement and sent new laptop to deliver. they have given new date 24th nov for delivery. on 24th delivery man came to my address and refuse to pickup. once again contacted to flipkart and explain all matter. they have given again new date for delivery which is 29th nov2021. today i got message from flipkart for out for delivery. but again delivery not done today. i had called hundred times to flipkart team. till today they have not deliver any solution for same. kindly help me to get my laptop deliver as soon as possible. or refund my money. During all episode i found that flipkart management not able to do quick support to me. date extended 2 times. pl. do need full. attaching herewith photos of old broken laptop garbage.

                          I ordered an Amazfit GTR 2 smartwatch on 28/11/2021 Sunday (Order Id : OD[protected], I got it delivered today, but when I opened the package I was very shocked to see a different product(Dummy). I hope before the box seal is opened.
                          I have been shopping with flipkart from many years & i have bought many premium products like Mobiles & appliances etc, but this is the first time i got cheated. I am very very unhappy & unsatisfied with the product, actually i never expected this from flipkart. I have ordered a flipkart assured product but got a local graded dummy product (Inside i have got a dummy (Show piece), no charger on nothing, This is hell i am extremely disappointed.
                          I have paid like 12000 for the product & i have got a dummy one.
                          I have my friend's birthday tomorrow, i wanted to gift him a watch but this is very unfair.
                          I have spent like my whole month's salary on this & i am very very unhappy with the seller & the company.

                            I ordered an American tourister suitcase which costed me around 1500/- on 28th oct 2021, today its 30th nov, till now no update on my product after 28th oct which showed " product has been shipped" . No help from customer care side. This is the worst service i have experienced..

                              I have order Nokia 140 cm (55 inch) Ultra HD 4K LED Smart Android TV with Sound by JBL and Powered by Harman AudioEFX (55UHDADNDT52X) through Flipkart, order details as below,

                              Promise Delivery Date : 24-Nov-2021

                              Still now (30-Nov-2021) the product is not delivered to me. Already called to Customer care & chat Desk of Flipkart to cancel the product on 27-Nov-2021 itself. But still now order is not cancelled and my money is not refunded. They are asking me to wait for 3 days or Logistics partner will call you that time you deny the product like that Flipkart customer Executive and Senior Executive Suggesting me. The problem is Logistics team still now not called me. They are trying to compromise the customer. The Service of the Flipkart is very worst in the part of Logistics, Customer Support, etc., Without receiving the product, I am the 1st person to pay the EMI for that.

                              Very Very Very Worst Service by the Flipkart...

                                My payment is already approved from last 1 year. My Affiliate account is also Verified. I sent all the documents manually through mail also a number of times. Still My payments has not been Credited to my bank Account by FLIPKART TEAM.

                                Note : I got TDS Certificate on my Mail 2 times for This Payment. But I have NOT recieved any Payment a single Time which is totally a fraud.

                                  I have been following up with Flipkart for invoice of MI Android TV which I had purchased since november, and every time i follow up they keep giving me the dates, the last deadline which I had received was 1st december, when I checked the status of the issue, executive informed me that it was mis communication by previous person, first of all they had asked me to wait till 14 or 15th of november then later they told me 18th and then 23rd and 28th and so on. Today again they are asking me to wait until 4th of december. When I ask about the reason for the delay they have failed to provide me a valid reason. The television stoped working and when I checked for the replacement the service center requested for invoice, which I have not received at the time of purchase and now when I need the invoice Flipkart isn't providing me and they tell vendor has sent already or just asked me to wait until some date and again they give me a different date

                                    IN[protected] -Still I didn't get any update. The issue is very urgent for me as the handset is not working. Also, there is no service center available within 150 KM, moreover when we contacted the service center, they told very clearly NO service available for this model as they stopped this model in market from March 2021 onwards. To Confirm this, we also contacted GIonee Helpdesk [protected] and confirmed the same and no service available for this product as they stopped in the market.

                                    Now, No service within warranty period and product sold after stopping the model. Two cheating things happened through Flipkart.

                                    When I approached Flipkart again today, escalation team responding like once its sold, they will not responsible even in warranty period as well. Its very rude response we received

                                      Dear sir/ma'am,

                                      I purchased an HP pavilion gaming Ryzen 5 4600H - (8 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 10 /4 GB graphics/Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 ti) gaming laptop from Flipkart.

                                      After 2 days, the laptop suddenly was having issues with charging. So, I contacted hp customer care as their numbers were mentioned on the laptop to contact for help.

                                      Hp customer support had sent onsite engineer to verify the problem and engineer had approved a DOA (Deficient on arrival) certificate.

                                      But when we placed a return request, your Wishmaster simply rejects it. And this happened multiple times - he doesn't even visit our place. He simply states that serial no. is not matching - though I have the original invoice (by Flipkart) and the serial no. mentioned there is matching my laptop's s.no.

                                      After again contacting few times to customer care, the support representative told us that now he will not ask for serial no. and would take the laptop directly - but the delivery guy is still stating serial no. mismatch -the reason for failure to collect return order.

                                      Please look into this matter and solve it as soon as possible.
