Old Phone Exchange issue

Hi Flipkart, I was trying to buy a new phone by exchanging my old Phone. But when I enter my old phone make as 'LEECO', model as 'Le 1s' with IMEI no. '[protected]' it says "imei does not match with selected brand/model"

subsequently i have checked IMEI number at https://www.imei.info website it shows correct information

Damage product received, request you replacement

This is DEVENDRA REDDY B, I was received a damaged mobile, I was placed a replacement request on 11 Oct 2021 with order I'd OD[protected]. I ordered a product and amount debited through UPI but ordered did not placed.

At the time I contacted to customer care of Flipkart and they told it will refund within 8 days.

After 8 working days I again contacted them they checked and told they have not received amount. And also told to complain to UPI customer. I have also complaint to UPI center.

Order did not placed but amount debit through UPI and after a month not refunded

I ordered a product and amount debited through UPI but ordered did not placed.

Order cancelled automatically from flipkart

I ordered 2 product from flipkart on 22nd sep 2021 at huge discount (79 each) and got order confirmation but after few days it got cancelled automatically from Flipkart side. When i ordered the, product was was in stock but now it cancelled stated as it was out of stock. False offer prompted for Diwali 2021

I tried touching base with customer service to fix the issue about their Diwali and extra 10% discount for prepaid transaction. After reading and match their T&C I placed the order and I still didn't get the extra discount as promised. Wishmaster denied to pickup

I am feeling frustrated about the incident which is happening now. No Action taken for Delay in Order Delivery

I ordered a PUMA T-Shirt on Flipkart on Oct. 17, 2021 and paid a part of total amount for faster delivery. The delivery was expected on Oct 28, 2021. But, the delivery was not made and date was extended till Oct 30, 2021. Regarding Home Delivery of my Product

Amount deducted immediately but order was not placed

This is in regards to the last order that I tried to place on Flipkart Quick 90-min Grocery Delivery but due to some technical issues on the app it was not placed but my amount (Rs.730) was deducted on the UPI (Google pay) app.

Flipkart_My product not delivered but status showing delivered

I have ordered luminous Zelio 1100+RC 18000 tall tubular battery (Order ID: OD[protected] in flipkart on 08/10/2021
seller is STTRDERSKTL. Estimated delivery date was 25/10/2021. There is no tracking shows till 25th Oct.
After 25th shows that the order was delivered on 16/10/2021 11:59 PM(Mid-night) and there is no invoice bill also.
