I placed an order on the date of 23rd November 2021 and the delivery date of parcel is 27th November but still my product is undelivered I contact in Flipkart customer support so many times but still my issue is not resolved.

    On March 20th 2020, I ordered "Samsung S9+" which I received on May 19th 2020 and my Order ID : OD[protected]

    However, I'm facing some issues in my phone. To fix the issue, I need invoice to submit in the service center.
    Here in the website or application, I'm unable to download the invoice only for this particular order.

      I ordered shoes from flipkart and when i received my order this was not that product, what i ordered from your site. After that i raised return request and i received message liked that(Return Request Accepted: Your return request for HimQuen... from your order with order ID OD[protected] has been accepted by the seller. A Wishmaster will pick up the originally delivered item by Thursday, Nov 25, 2021. The refund will be initiated within 1 business day of the pick up. Please keep the item in the product box along with accessories & tags ready for pickup. Please check your email for important details to ensure a successful pickup.)... Today is 5th december and not any action taken from their side. Now I am waiting for your response. i will be very thankful to u

          I am stuck. Flipkart has provided me a TV which has a fine line on the screen. Neither the Realme TV company is taking any initiative Flipkart is helping me continuously Flipkart is Filling my return request I am stuck very badly for last two months. They have uninstall my product on 10th November I’m still yet neither any technician visit in my house not that I have received New product I am very stuck please help me. flipkart.com realme.com . Each and every customer care executive is providing wrong information this is absolute violation of the right to information act of every Indian citizen stop I’m attaching all the images of how I am being scammed.
          1. My TV Had a display issue A fine line comes on the entire screen temporarily. When it comes its days for two or three days and then disappears again. This creates a huge display issue in LEDTV. I raised my complain in Flipkart as there is no authorise TV repairing centre of real me in Kolkata or Howrah.
          2. Initially after one month of my regular calling is mailing to Flipkart Flipkart provided me refund acceptance from their side. Technician visited my house and which provided them all the information, showed them the images in the videos of the TV when the final line came on the screen. They approve the request the packed my Product. The refund request was accepted but the refund process was a long process and the refund was taking almost 19 days after my on installation.
          3. Since it was a long process and my house Will be without a TV for almost a month so we decided to opt for replacement request raised on 9th November.
          4. A technician called me for my address, I told him the entire situation that you can come to my house but your TV as we already and installed by you wish master of Flipkart, so he said that it is okay I can send him the images of the TV and also the invoice Universal in WhatsApp and they will check and confirm me. They checked and they said that they have approved my request.
          5. The person told me that he is from Flipkart it self. After numerous calls every day the new customer support executive picks up the call with brief the entire situation again they say okay we are understanding we are understanding your situation new solution is given to my family for last two months. We are without a TV for last one month, they are always initiating the return request few days back when the ETA crosses someone else calls me somehow makes makes me cancel my return request and raise a new one, technician visit is not being done for last one month, today itself was the day when the technician would visit, technician has not called yet, I have not received any mails of technician visit, I called the support team also they told me that planning to do something but no progress. I beg you on please return me my money back within 24 hours or replace the product within 6th December.
          Along with this mail I am attaching all the proof of how much I am being harassed by Flipkart and real me. If this problem is not solved by sixth of December the last date of delivery then I have to go on social media platforms and also customer forum for justice.

            About 70% product is showing not deliverable in 360001 pincode but if I give 360002 pincode it is deliverable both the pincode are in same city may be 2-3 km difference will be there my area is also not in red zone or containment zone I have ordered so many product on 360001 and they are delivered from last 3 days it is showing not deliverable please solve it fast

              I have order a Sony dslr camera worth of 39, 876 paid Emi and November date-02/11/21 when i received the delivery that time share code and after collecting the parcel i opened the box and saw the camera seal was broken n there was toy camera inside then immediate call flipkart customer care then apply return requested and after 4 and 5 day return cancel after 1 month struggle but not solve please help me,

                I had placed an order for 'Divine Arts Sheesham Wood Solid Wood 6 Seater Dining Set (Finish Color -Brown Finish, DIY(Do-It-Yourself))'
                on Flipkart on 30th October 2021. The order was placed from the account of Krishna Komarpant, email: [protected]@gmail.com
                Order amount was Rs 21649/- and payment was done on SBI credit card. The order was supposed to be delivered on 9th November 2021.
                However, the product is still not delivered and the delivery date was revised 7 times.
                The product is not eligible for cancellation as per Flipkart policy, so I am stuck with this undelivered and non cancelable order, without any fault of mine.

                I contacted Flipkart customer care several times over phone/ twitter, but no use. Everytime the only give fake assurance that the product will be delivered
                on the next committed delivery date, but the date just gets postponed. The calls with the customer care are useless and just a mental harassment.
                I requested them to cancel the order, as its really a long time and unprofessional behaviour from their end and there is no guarantee the product will even get delivered. They said they cannot cancel the order and nor do they know the reasons for the delay in dleivery of the product. Flipkart does not even know its sellers information, as per the converstaion i had.

                I have the sms of delivery date postponed, and all other details pertaining to the order.

                Kindly help me in getting a refund in my account, as the credit card bill is already paid and a reversal transaction will not help.

                          This is a second time happening with me I had ordered on 12nov the product delivery date is 25nov. The product is not received again Filpkart changed the delivery date 28 nov, product not received. Again Filpkart changed the delivery date to 02 Dec but the product not received to me. Now there is no any updates for my product when it will reach.

                            While delivery, i was not available at my address. I asked my friend to collect.
                            I pronounced the otp to delivery boy, but before my friend coming to receive the delivery, the delivery boy ran with my product. I tried him reaching multiple times on call. But since then, his call is busy always.

                            Since, i told the otp to him, the order status is delivered.but i haven't received my order. Kindly interrogate or will have to take stern action with the help.of police in this issue.

                            This kind of thieves in ekart delivery system is a shame to flipkart.

                                Dear Sir,

                                Please note that I have buy Samsung S20+ from your Flipkart site under upgrade plan against Order Id-OD[protected]. But after one year also I did not got any upgrade option from Flipkart side. I have inform this many time through phone and mail.

                                But I did not get any help from Flipkart. On 30.11.21 I mail the last detail and talk to customer executive but no solution came. At 9.45 I got call from your executive she told sorry she cannot help in this matter and told me to do the payment from the mail she is sending following the link which will stay 48 hrs. At 11.15 i have done the payment but next day on 1.12.21 I got again payment due notification. I then mail then and call the executive that i have pay the payment then also why this message coming again and again. They told it will be remove once system updated within 24 hrs. Of payment.

                                But on 02.12.21 my phone got lock without any information. i cannot use my phone.
                                I have pay full amount then also they have lock my phone which is disgusting.
                                And this is the service which is worst and very bad. Not a single help come from Flipkart side.
                                I mail several time after lock of my phone but not a single reply come.
                                I also call them several time but they only tell the technical team is looking the matter which will be solve till 3.12.21 but not have done till now

                                As per their commitment they did not do the upgrade option for which they have taken the charges and lock my phone after getting the full payment.
                                As my phone lock have great loss in my business and work and its laughable things to my friend cycle and society and hamper my reputation.

                                  I placed an order on December 2, 2021 at F lipkart self care New Winter Collection Woman Top - Pajama Set. And for that I paid with Gpay. Money is deducted from my bank account but it shows order not placed on Flipkart. It contained a message stating, "Your order has not been confirmed as we have not received the confirmation of payment. Please wait for 24 hours. Your order will either be confirmed or the amount will be refunded." . But my order has not been placed yet and I have not received a refund. So please confirm my order or give me a refund.
