In this games i have won gift voucher and coins. After winning the block my account saying suspicious activity detected. Please solve my problem.

    Hello,
    My account with email shivendra.[protected]@gmail.com on Flipkart is banned, when contacted customer care they told because i had raised high number of returns. but please try to understand i raised more than 6 return request for the same product because that was getting cancelled due to some technical issues, and when i went to raise return request for the 7th time, my account got banned. So the high number of return request is invalid and it wasn't accepted.

    Now my concern is either unban the account or please provide me refund of my Wallet Balance which was more than Rs. 1400 in Flipkart Wallet. I am a loyal Flipkart Plus member since more than 3 years, ordered more than 50 products with over total cost of more than 2Lakhs rupees. Not sure Why I am getting this type of Experience, and there is no support from Customer care, The customer care agents have started to talk rudely over calls. Please help me to get my account unban and refund of my Flipkart Wallet Cash.

        I've got an offer on purchase of Panasonic AC that I'll receive a hand blender of Phillips brand for ₹ 1 only.

        More than one month has been passed and I've received nothing. I've called and emailed many time to flipkart customer care.

        The flipkart executives called me some times for this but each time they provided me the wrong information. They were providing me different information each time.

        I've all the proof of the conversation.

          Have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

          The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
          Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

            I'm not available in home
            But my neighbour received a order through deliver man
            Then i went home
            To check this product and open the package
            Through this parcel
            Only received charging case

            Earbuds and accessories are missing
            Then i can call customer care
            I can all situation can faced tell to customer service
            I remember that miss Manisha mam
            Executive from Flipkart during call

            Then his replacement complaint raised to seller

            After 7-8 days no status can be updated my Flipkart account related this product
            I again to again call him to customer service

            But resolution my issue then on10 November
            A deliver man call him
            For replacement the order

            I get the new product and older product can be taken and open the product he said
            Brother on Flipkart team can be provided information only accessories are missing
            For Earbuds missing do not provide information
            Then don't replace the order

            Then i again call him to customer service
            For taken this issue for regards replacement
            Then he time taken on 24 hours
            Again call him to 24 hours
            Again taken on 72 hours

            But no one taken a action related my issue

            I humbly request to flipkart team
            Please resolve my problem
            I'm call on 50+times to customer service provider
            But no help me

              Steps to reactive your account
              Share an invoice/authorization letter to prove that the suspected products (details sent on your primary mail id) are genuine. Following documents are acceptable to show that you are selling genuine products:

                  We have purchased queen bed from Flipkart and we received the material on 7-Nov-2021 but till date 21-Nov-2021 no one from Flipkart came for installation, we also raised compliant with Flipkart customer care to take the product back which is also not happening on time.

                  We already had word with customer care to take the product back as no one is coning for installation..

                      Flipkart cancelled my flight booking after full payment deduction of ₹37897 . There is no refund update its been 9 days or more . They only say it is initiated but I can’t see any refund on my account. I haven’t book another flight because i got itinerary from airlines that day only when flipkart cancelled the booking . I want certainity about my refund and ticket .

                        Sir i purchase many item before last 4 year but i never face this issue because i have no idea for flipkart return policy mean i ordered some item but due some bad quality of item recived so i raise returned request but after raise return request my item my account is blacklisted (blocked) by flipkart and i also added in my flipkart gift wallet Rs. 12136 but account blocked and my wallet money also stuck and i request u please reopen my account i promise you i never break your policy and if account open not posible please give my money in my bank account sir please help me i trust on flipkart so please i request u save my trust other wise i will take legal action on flipkart with the help of consumer court but i know never comes this time because i have trust on flipkart and i know you help your customer...

                            The bed i bought is a FLIPKARTassured product. I didn't expect this kind of service from FLIPKART. Within one week of purchase layers of paper started coming out from all the sides. I was shocked to discover that the bed was not made of ply, or particle board, it's made of paper. Has anyone on earth have ever bought a bed made of paper. This is disgusting. Flipkart team called me and booked a technician visit. Technician came and confirmed that the seller said the damage is from my end. Please help me .

Just take that mobile and go away.- You are going to declare to Credit card company that I am defaulter for 15, 000Rs (As per your continuous reminder mails for upgrade), why should I be punished for your mistakes ? - I bought both of above mobiles in Diwali sales and BBD sales ? will you provide me phone if I purchase now in same pricing?
                              Give above all answers, I will not pay 15, 000Rs for your mistakes, rather I will choose to pay to Lawyer and go to consumer court with all evidences present.

                                    2) We would like to know which account we have been linked with?
                                    3) Details of violation of the terms that are done from our side?
                                    4) We would like to know the exact reason for the suspension. Directly deactivating an account is not a solution and affects our business very badly.

                                      I purchased Pigeon Favourite Electric Kettle 1.2 Lts from flipkart on 3rd May 2021, which has order no: OD[protected] and Invoice dated on 5th May 2021. After only few months my Electric Kettle steel jar cracked and now i would like to relace my steel jar or complate product.

                                        I raised a return request(refund) for this bata casuals shoe on 10th November'21.But the 'return approved' status has not been updated.Then I contacted with flipkart helpline.

                                        And helpline agent said that :- the delivery status has not been updated that's why the 'return approved' status shows like that.Its a technical problem.She asked me not to worry and the problem will definitely be solved.She complaint a issue for me and I was said to wait 24-48hours.

                                        Then after waiting 48 hours the delivery status was still not updated.Then on 20th Nov I contacted again with flipkart helpline.She said sorry and bla bla.She said that she mentioned and highlighted the issue again to the supporting team.But no changes has been seen yet.

                                        Today is 21th Nov ..still the status is same.I requested for return on 10th Nov and 11 days have passed and I'm struggling and facing harassment through this after being a loyal customer for 3 years and a plus member too.

                                        The flipkart executive team contacted with me both via email and call.Because of technical glitch they were unable to update the delivery status .So they arranged the refund process manually and they assured me that the seller will let me know the pickup time and date.I already got my refund.
