I ordered a product of MRP 7149 on 22nd November, the promise delivery date was 27th November. I Raise complain on the same date. They reschedule the delivery date to 3rd December. I waited till that date. On 4th December they forced me to cancel my order. I refused to do so. On 6th they cancelled my order without my permission and update there website and app saying i request to cancel the product'. It is a lie.

    I have orderd one watch from flipkart.after delivery i wanted to return my oder, but when i have give return request flipkart cancelled my request 😥.
    After 4th attempt of return they blocked my acount 😭

      1. Purchased flipkart branded perfect homes solid wood bed on 5th June 2021. and got installed on 9thJune2021.

      2. Headboard started bending and cracked within 6 months and became unusable, eventually sent email to flipkart with photos on 5th Dec2021.

      Raised the complaint on flipkart and Technician visited my house and said that he could not take the return request. asked to place the replacement request in flipkart and closed the complaint.

      3. Flipkart refused to accept my return or replacement request. They said, it was damaged by customer. We didnt damage anything. It got cracked and started bending in a few months o[censored]sage. It has one year domestic warranty.

      I have availed the extended warranty also. We have never seen this worst bed like this. I am a student and not earning also. How can I afford on this.

      1000rs lost because of this worst bed. Please help me on this.

        I have ordered MuscleBlaze L Carnitine Supplement through UPI from FLIPKART and after the payment it showed there was technical error at bank and order was not placed, so i ordered again on Cash On Delivery and when i checked my PhonePe my money was debited, my money got deduced and order was not placed in FLIPKART, I want this issue to be resolved As Soon As Possible !!!

          Hi,

          I had booked a ticket through Flipkart.com from Delhi to Frankfurt (PNR - YJZ3T) for 11 Dec 2021. I have raised a request for the cancellation of the ticket on Nov 30, 2021 via Flipkart.

          I have repeatedly called Flipkart regarding the same and was told that cancellation is pending from Air India.

          I had a conversation with the AIR INDIA team and as per them the status of the ticket is still confirmed and AIR INDIA is telling me that travel booking Flipkart has still not transferred the cancel request.

          The Flipkart support executives states that it takes 120+9 days for a refund but why the cancellation is showing still pending as I have logged the ticket for cancellation a week before. (on 30 Nov, 2021)

          So if cancellation is already requested, then how come the status in AIR India still shows confirmed. I have just 4 days left for that ticket and if cancellation is done after 11th Dec then I am going to lose my money.

          I have tried several times to get a written email for a cancellation request from Flipkart but I haven't received any response. If this is not going to be taken seriously I am going to raise the concern to consumer court because this is very unethical behavior from Flipkart as they trying to loot their constant customer.
          Also, this behavior is going to hamper your reputation for flight booking in the future.

          Please take an action ASAP and cancel the ticket or else I will not leave a stone unturned to defame you in any portal. I myself have worked in a reputed organization and vow to spread the behavior elsewhere.

          Flipkart.com and AirIndia please look into this as it seems there is a miss from your end.

              I booked a flight from flipkart bearing booking ID FF[protected] and PNR TK92TS. i cancelled the flight from INDIGO and they issues the refund the same day and i later called flipkart regarding the same and they registered my complaint as they were unable to cancel the flight and generated a ticket, ticket number : IN[protected].But i have not received any communication from flipkart nor any refund. i called again for inquire about the status but have not received any satisfactory reply from them. this is irresponsible on the part of the company to keep the customer in dark regarding issues they face. kindly look into the matter and issue me the refund

                I have logged a complaint regarding not bale to pay the pay later service amount of Rs.1558/- on 10 Nov 2021. However they gave me the assurance to resolve the issue in next 24 - 48 hours but it is till not resolved. I contacted to Flipkart customer care almost every alternate day but they did nothing.
                Please do the needful.

                    I have ordered a product with product Id OD[protected] dated[protected] which I first replaced and then finally returned on[protected] which was successfully picked up the delivery boy. In the app the refund is scheduled by 01 Dec 2021. been waited after it but it's 06 Dec 2021 and I haven't received the refund. My tracking ID was FMPR[protected].
                    I am attaching three files in which two are the invoices (one for first time order and other for replacement) and the third file is the message I received after successful pickup.

                    no action has been taken yet, the product has reached the seller successfully and it been almost 10 days now. the refund amount is not yet credited to my account. flipkart is also ignoring my issue. this consumer complaint portal is just a waste as usual a government facility. seems all the authorities are sleeping and the consumer have to suffer with the difficulties.

                      I was ordered Samsung frame TV 43 Inch 2021 in flipkart on 25-Nov-2021 and the product need to be delivered on 28-Nov-2021 and the same was received but with a missing bezel frame. The issue was highlighted to flipkart customer service team on 28-Nov-2021 at about 08:15 hours and informed the same will be replaced lastest by 01-Dec-2021. but as on date the keeping on postponed the dates and not concluded about the Return and replacement. but surprisingly today they rejected the replacement request without informing any reason.

                      As mentioned above the returned product has been received on[protected] but again we received with missing bezel frame, from the initial order itself I am facing the same issue and I am not getting any support from the Flipkart customer support team and also the escalation team as well.
                      [protected] I got the call, as well as mail from the Flipkart escaltion (grievance) team mentioning the frame, will be bought from my end and the invoice of the same to be shared to Flipkart for paying the same in my Flipkart wallet and I was accepted for the same, but now the refusing with the refund in my wallet and not supporting at all.

                      Now every day I am getting calls from particularly Mrs. Heena Nisarkanwade and torturing like anything without meaningless. She forced me to accept the return and refund, which I am not interested and that is not correct also.

                      Hence I am again writing to you please help me out with this problem.

                        I ordered Realme 8s 5G 8GB ram & 128 GB internal for Rs 19, 999/- on Saturday 4th December through flipkart, I received a package on 5th December 1.15 pm, When i opened the package i shocked to see that i received Real me C20 which is Rs 7, 999/- and i immediately requested a return/ replacement and they asked me for the package pictures and my aadhar card within matter of seconds, But still now i confused that they still rejecting my return request and telling me that i didn't submit the documents in 48 hours, Even the product delivered time also didn't took 48 hrs.

                        Flipkart is trying to cheat the geniuine and poor customers, Am requesting you to kindly take action and refund y money i dont want to use flipkart anymore ( Am regular flipkart shopper from 2015 as a Plus member ). This issue makes me hurted, Kindly help me

                            I ordered T-shirts on Flipkart on Oct23rd 2021 and i paid for it. I cancelled and returned that order due to product mismatch, and i got a message from filpkart that refund had initiated and refunded on Oct-29, 2021 with the reference id for that transaction.
                            I checked with bank with the reference id, they said there is no such credit received on that reference id, they asked me to get a mail confirmation for the credit from vendor to file complaint.
                            I contacted flipkart, they are very strong in their points that the refund is completed, so i asked for mail confirmation from merchant they refused to give that confirmation and they tried to convince that they will sent message for that refund i didn't accept and i asked for mail confirmation and statement from the merchant for the amount debited for my refund to my account. They refused and finally registered a complaint on[protected] with complaint number [Incident: IN[protected]]
                            On[protected] i got a call from flipkart customer care they asked for my bank statement from[protected] to till date to check regarding the complaint, after finishing the call they said you wil receive a mail, reply with your statement in that mail i tried but the mail got bounced back again tried the customer care relating this issue they said they will forward another one mail id in that you can share your statement, Still now i didn't receive any mail from them,
                            I need my money back, I am following for past one month for this issue everyone escaping from their responsibilities, Kindly arrange to refund my money back as soon as possible.
                            Attached mail images in that mail the reference id for the amount everything is mentioned. Kindly do the needful.

                                I have ordered New Balance 880 men shoes from Flipkart but instead they delivered me New Balance 680 men shoes. Now when I requested return they are asking me if I am the rightful owner of that account and asking me to send the scanned copy of AADHAR. They are asking for my consent to use and store that information. They have my number and email with which I am communicating with them. I have ordered 100 of items in the past from Flipkart. Now I don’t understand the need of me providing them my identity. I felt this is a threat to my Right to Privacy. Because without giving them my identity proof they are not returning my product which they have wrongly delivered. I have tried to contact their costumer care executives but they mostly put me hold for hours. I don’t know what to do . Please help me. I am providing you my order details.

                                  Latest Complaint # IN[protected].
                                  Product ( computer monitor) was dispatched from seller on 30th Nov but till date i have not received the computer monitor.
                                  1 st dilivery date was 2nd Dec then Flipkart changes it to 5th Dec now they are giving me new date of dilivery which is 9th Dec. Without any reason why so delay.
                                  Being working from home i am not able to work without monitor . I am bearing loss of pay from office. Will Flipkart give me compensation for this.
                                  It seems they are doing fraud with customer.
                                  I need urgent resolution.
