I bought a mobile phone through Flip-kart but it turns off and on from time to time so I cannot use it.

I contacted the flip kart to return back the phone which I ordered, but it refused by them.They send a executive for verify my complaint and they asked to install a BOOT log app to verify the issue of rebooting of the phone but even after installing the app the issue persisted and I contacted again to flip kart customer care, but they asked to check with authorized service center. Having gone through the issue for a day, the service center returned the mobile after servicing. But the still the problem (Rebooting issue) continues.
The issue had informed flipcart as per their returning policy.
It is my concern to get replaced or return the price of the product, with additional expense for the charge of servicing, my half day salary for when I went to service center. More over the mental agony and insult I had felt due to the negligence also to be paid. Prajeesh T R [protected], [protected]

      I have purchased my mobile under flipkart smart upgrade plan on 5th august 2021. The plan says that buyers can purchase either phone by paying 70% of the cost upfront and remaining 30% a year later.
      According to above terms, the payment due date on 6th august 2022.
      But, my phone has been locked by filpkart on 28th November, 2021 before the due date.
      Currently, I am unable to use my mobile phone.
      In this regard, I like to inform you that I have expensed extra compensations in an outdoor travel. I lost my money due to flipkart, due to uncertain block of my mobile phone. I have faced a lot of other problem due to this issue.
      I have repeatedly requested in flipkart customer care ([protected]) to resolve this issue immediately, But the did not resolved it.
      This is my request to flipkart to refund of my money (Rs. 11628) which I had paid during purchase of the phone.
      I am attaching herewith following:
      1. Bill of Mobile
      2. Bill smart upgrade pan.
      3. Locked screen photo
      4. Pending amount shows in flipkart app.

      They are not taking my complain to refund request.

          I being played and cheated by flipkart, I ordered a product and received the product in not a good stated as shown in their ecommerce site. The product has scratches and dirt patches on its back side, hence I created a request and as per their policy I waited for product being picked up so that after pickup my refund could be processed.

          Flipkart is not able to pickup this product from last one month and as a solution every time they are creating a new return request, so that it gets assigned for pickup and after successful pickup refund would be processed

          Since pickup is not happening, my refund is not being processed, I am stuck in this situation and flipkart every time is creating a new return request and making the same mistake again and again and wasting my time again and again

          I am really frustrated and flipkart is not understanding and they don't have any other alternate solution to this and they keep on repeating the same mistake again and again

          I am not sure what to do, please help and get me my refund

          attached you will see the return request created by flipkart which is getting cancelled from their shipping team and again they are doing same creating a new return request and again it is getting cancelled, please check the screen shot

            I have ordered a product and received it. It wasn’t as shown in the picture. I spoke to the Flipkart executives and agreed to return the product. They haven’t arranged for a pick up and then cancelled the return without refunding the money. I’m stuck with a product which I have no use for.

              How can I change my mobile number if my mobile is lost? I have a new phone number, but my old number is no longer accessible. Why do you need OTP on both old and new numbers?

              I have access through my email, but I am unable to change the phone number and looks like Flipkart does not have a phone number where we can call them, it only has a call back, which is going to my old number. This is really stupid.

                I am ordered Motorola edge 20 fusion mobile on 11/11/2021 date.The quality of the company lies in fixing the hardship that comes to a victim but I called the customer to send the return of the mobile because the quality of the camera on my mobile was not good and the battery quality of my mobile was bad and the mobile was hanging but he did not solve my problem. Therefore, I humbly ask you to take back my mobile in my distress. Important note still now am used mobile 14 days only

                  Return request rejected by Ekart this time again (2nd time) even this time without visiting. Please give me replacement or issue my refund.                     I'm here to say that the flipkart is offering paylater option to the customers however the amount which they've given in the app whether we use or don't use it is showing as a personal loan in our CIBIL report.

                    It's a cheating and showing the fake identity to the customers on their PL. When i raised complaint via email and got a call from their executive which is so rash and irrespective manner. When i said i wanted to disconnect everything from flipkart she said yes.

                    Such a irrespective people flipkart managing as frontline workers for customers. I have a proof of recording. I would like to have a justification on the same by their respective managers.

                      The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                      Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                        Actually when i order any product from flipkart then flipkart boy refusing for door to door delivery, Whereas Flipkart has a policy door to door delivery of every product, but i don't know why denying for door to door delivery,

                        and also i escalated the case in flipkart but flipkart team also not getting resolution, i m not getting understand now what should can i do i also sharing the mail attachment, how long have i been facing the issue,

                        Flipkart last almost from four year, only one getting resolution that,
                        Sir please reorder of same product that time we will resolve your issue..

                            I placed an order of rs 1499 of Noise air buds mini, they were not working properly, there were only one option or replacement do I choose that. The delivery boy came and took the defected piece, gave me a new flipkart box, I opened it there was a box of noise air buds mini but the main product: noise air buds mini we're missing, I immediately contacted the flipkart customer care executive they promised me to provide the refund, told me to send the pictures of my adhaar card and later on rejected my refund request. I applied again, they rejected it again, I did the whole procedure of raising a refund request, picking their calls/calling them to tell the whole story like million times, attaching my images in a certain way, sending emails to them, I even talked to the senior team. They always told me to wait. In the end they rejected me refund request again and even blocked my account. I still patiently and gentlely talked to them, send email to the email id's they provided, nothing happened. I am fed up honestly. What they did with their genuine customer, took 1499 and never bothered to return.

                              Sir i had ordered a phone online from flipkart which cost 29990 and sir when i got this product i got damaged i also made a video for proof while opening the box After that I returned immediately on the same day sir this flipkart canceled it and soon after that my account was also closed.Later i called flipkart at that time and said i told them to fix everything so wait a bit. Said 24 to 48 hours and sir still my problem is not resolved and sir also blocked my account so that i have no way please help me i will always be grateful to you sir its very sad that i have proof copy and sir i have video, recording but you can't go more than big size m.b so they wont be able to send,
                              Sir plzzz help me I've been troubled for a long time.!!

                                  We bought Thomson TV 40 inches from flipkart and it delivered on 25th and installation done today only, on 27th november. Flipkart already mentioned return policy is available. But it is front cover of flipkart. While clicking on return, and filling all details, at the final stage only replacement is coming. Already there are many issues with this TV, worth rupees 19000. Its a very hard earned money of ourselves. We have monthly salary of 15000 rupees. We are dissatisfied with the company thomson and flipkart both. Flipkart is betraying the customers. Its showing return, but at the end, replacement only. The display is not clear and its too much blurry, feels like not quality checked properly. And too much motion blur is coming in normal sd tv channel also. We are dissatisfied with the product and the company. We want refund, but flipkart is showing return in initial stage in my orders and showing replacement only in final stage of complaint.
                                  We are totally disappointed with both flipkart and Thomson.
                                  We want refund. It's more than ome month salary for us.

                                    I ordered a shrug on 6th Nov 2021 from flipkart and on the first attempt the order did not go through but the money was debited from my ICICI bank via google pay. Now after almost 3 weeks for fighting the issue, bank is saying money got credited to flipkart and flipkart says they did not receive the money. I tried to ask for Chrge back form from the bank and bank said as the money is credited to merchant (flipkart) so they wont give the charge back form. Can anyone please help what to do?

                                      I bought samsung washing machine 7 kg 5 star inverter from flipkart 15 Nov 2021, from IWQNBECOMMERCE Seller.
                                      Washing machine work 2 days properly 3 days it stops spin, it does not take load while spinning. As this washing machine is 7 kg but it can not take load of 8 cloths while spinning. Machine starts vibrating and turn off at high speed it is very dangerous to see . So I call flipkart service center on 20 Nov, they said we will refund your amount after technician visit . Technician came he also know this machine is defective he told us to do adjust with this machine put less cloth etc. We have paid 19k for this machine . On 27 flipkart person call me and says we will not refund your amount we will replace. This is very bad side of flipkart . Machine will not take load what we can do by even replace . So I was assuming I will get my 19k and will order Center technology, but they refuse to refund my money . I think this is very bad side of flipkart first they keep bad seller IWQNBECOMMERCE on they platform then they refuse to refund our hardearn money .So I tell everyone please do not buy anything from flipkart and like this sellers .
