My order id is od[protected]. I ordered a phillips trimmer. I got used product with hairs on it blades. It looks too old. I tried to return the product but the wishmaster pickup person is refusing to take it back without any proper explanation. Even the packing is not even an original one. Receiving the used product is not my fault and due to this resistance in pickup, i got frustrated. Help me in returning the item and getting the refund for it.

I am feeling frustrated about the incident which is happening now. Even after the second return request raised by the Flipkart customer service executive itself, the product is not picked up for return. The wishmaster pick up person called me and said that he will not accept the product for return, stating a different reason over the phone. He not even came to my place to pick the product. I am fed up with this. Do really Flipkart is trying to help the consumer? Denial of return request daily and raising a new one is what is happening now... No Solution.

Again for the third time, wishmaster is not coming for the pickup . Refusing the product to accept. Even, he is not accepting my call.i suspect that the forgery may be done by the team. No one is giving the solution from the Flipkart. Do all these is happening with the help of Flipkart. Why the consumer need to be affected because of all these frauds. I want my refund and the product to be taken for return. Do I need to suffer because I ordered in Flipkart. Very poor customer service and handling. I have the call recordings of the wishmaster. Need a solution from the Flipkart. Do Flipkart need to do this play till the expiry of my return days as per return policy???????

i am facing a similar issue, the difference is mine is 17K phone. instead of 17k phone i got an old, used, broken samsung duos phone. So you can image my frustration.

now the wishmaster is not coming to pick up the return product.

First he said that he didnt receive any email regarding the return from flipkart. Then all of sudden i got a message that pick up was rejected: reason product mis match.

There is a loop hole in flipkarrt return policy. wishmaster swaps the new phone with old phone. And when customer complaints about it then wishmaster rejects it saying product mis-match.

    I ordered a Yoga Mat & it came very-very dirty as well as its cover was torn. I got it replaced. The replacement mat came even in more pathetic condition. It was also dirty as well as its cover was even more torn. What best you can do, please do. I'll advise to flipkart to have a quality check & if found any fault remove such kind of venders.

      On 1st of jan 2019 at 5pm i got a message that a purchase has been done which i hadn't done from my sbi account to fk payments mumbai. I informed the same to my bank manager also (Kiit, bbsr, odisha). Kindly look into the matter. I got a message in my mobile like' thank you for using your sbi debit card 622xx9028 for a purchase worth rs11224.0 on pos fkpayments at fkpayments txn# pt[protected]". I am writing so late because i was thinking the bank will do something, but no updates from their side.

        My complent still not resolved and how i creat my return for this product and my account also not active when i call customer car they says wait for email you are not listening my concern please help to resolve this issue please creat my return for this product and reactive my accout please becouse in my account due cardless credit and 1600 rupee gift voucher and 50 flipkart plus coine please reactive my account.

          I lost my almost one week because of i bought these product to my relative and they are very angry with me because filpkart order is canceled by it's seller which i ordered. They did same like that to me before. It means they canceled my order twice and when call to customer care they also response very badly and they do not have any solution for that. Please help me out in this matter because i feel very suffered and very bad experience to order on flipkart.

            Hello team!!

            I have order an puma draco shoe on 29th jan and it was suppose to be delivered on 4th feb. Before 9 pm.
            On 4th feb @5.30 pm i got call from the delivery boy saying it is late now and he will deliver shoe tomorrow before 11 am.
            Next day i was having off and wanted to go home. Only because of the shoe i stayed back till 1pm but i dint receive any call from him and i tried calling in company's no which i fail to connect. And still on hope i keep on waiting till evening. And now my patient level was totaly finished. Till today i dindn't receive any call from flipkart.. This is very neglegency towards your customer. How can company be so irresponsible. Before also i hav order many stuff but this time this was a very bad experience for me. Please do not lie to your customer. Orelse i[censored] cant deliver the items please pass the correct message to us. Just dont keep silent...

            Sir my prepaid order was cancelled by flipkart but refund not given still.. I am suffering a lot for my refund... Pls contact me on [protected]..               My account has been deactivated again and again. It was also a flipkart plus account nd now i'm unable to purchase products form the website... Kindly activate it again.. It was activated for 4-5 days after being deactivated for 15 days nd now.. It's again deactivated, there was almost 34 coins left in it and also a plus id was there with many benefits for me like the delivery charge was not included in many orders

                This is regarding my Flipkart account associated with the email ([protected]@yahoo.co.in). I have been a longtime Flipkart patron. Recently I could not access my Flipkart account through the website or the app using the usual password. I tried resetting the password. When it didn't work, I raised a complaint with Flipkart.
                According to the response received from customer support, my account has been abruptly closed because I am apparently buying the products for commercial and not personal use. As a student I mostly buy books and occasionally kitchen utensils or home appliances. I have been a Flipkart patron for almost 10 years now and all items for personal use. I have no commercial interests. Not only are the allegations baseless but I am surprised at the way they treat a long term customer.
                This is also a case of harassment since I have prioritized Flipkart many a times over other eCommerce websites, primarily due to Ekart's swift delivery services and my familiarity with the portal. With this abrupt account closing I have also lost out on the points accrued as Flipkart Plus member as well as my gift card(s). I do sincerely hope that a senior member of the team reaches out to me and resolves this as soon as possible,

                  आज मैं बहुत परेशान हूँ । फ्लिपकार्ट पे मैंने एक ऑडर ऑडर किया था। पर किसी कारण के चलते मुझे उसे कैंसिल करना पड़ा। मुझे रिफंड के पैसे 01/02/2019 तक रिफंड हो जाना था पर मेरे एकाउंट में पैसे नही आये। मैन फ्लिपकार्ट के कस्टमर केअर को कॉल किया। पर वह से मुझे बैंक में बात करने को कहा मैंने बैंक में बात की पर वहां पे कहा गया कि प्रॉब्लम सेन्डर साइड से है। इसलिए मैं ये कंप्लेंट कर रहा हूँ। कोई मदद कर दे । तोह अच्छा होंगा।

                    I bought a poco f1 from flipkart on sale. I opted for no cost emi option.
                    It is displaying on my orders as well as my official invoice. Still, i am being charged for the full amount without discount.
                    When i contacted flipkart they told me sbi is taking extra money from me, but when i contacted sbi they told me flipkart didn't forward the order as no cost emi thus i am getting charged extra but flipkart is not accepting the fact.

                      I purchased wiser top from flipkart on 27.1.19. The cloth material was very thin and of bad quality and the size was also not correct. So applied for a refund as replacement option was not showing. The wiser top was picked up by flipkart agent from me the next day, but the refund was recieved through a gift card, and only the gift card id was provided and no pin was given. The card is unusable and through it neither can i order anything, nor can redeem the amount, as everytime it says invalid card or pin. Every time the customer care deptt is saying that their team will get back. But no resolution till now

                        My order id od[protected] a refrigerator is still not installed.
                        I called multiple times to flipkart customer care every time they are saying that escalation done. But the problem still persist. The schedule date of installation has already expired.
                        Only one time a technician called me for this but he was not ready to come on sunday. Installation was supposed to be on my convinient timings. But not done yet

                        If installation is not possible pls inform me i will do it by my self. I want my warranty to b intact.

                          On 21 of jan i ordered a product from flipkart the cost of the product was 2349/-. And the payment through my net banking but due to the delay of the delivery of the product i have to cancel the product. After that i received a message from them that i will get refund amount till 1feb. But till now 5of feb i didn't get refund back. I between 1to5 i contacted the flipkart and like always the register my complaint and say that tomorrow your resolution will be solved and they always send me a large message with the transaction id. With the transaction i'd i contacted the bank and the bank said they have not received any transaction with this transaction i'd that i got. And message was

                          Hi rituraj, thank you for your time on the call. Order id: od[protected] the refund of ₹ 2349/- processed on 29 jan 19 to your netbanking. It should have been credited to your credit card by now as per standard banking procedures. Below are the details to confirm that the refund has been successful: bank txn id igafgnuwv2 in case, you need any other details, you can contact your bank's customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell. Hope this helps. Regards, flipkart

                              I purchased esbeda sling bag from flipkart on 22.1.19. The inside cloth material was torn. So applied for a refund as replacement option was not showing. The esbeda sling bag was picked up by flipkart agent from me but till 5th feb 2019, refund has not been given by flipkart till now.                                 I has ordered felkon mi band from flipkart when i first ordered it it shipped into my area then it gone to north india and they cancelled the order. Showning that item canot be shipped.
                                Then once more i order the item. After delivery i checked the item the item was dead. Not charging full of scratches in the display. I requested return then seller rejected request. 3 times rejected the request.. Then i mail customer service they told me to send my id proof and contact details i send the mail 10 or more times.. After that they send me a mesage that issue will solve in 24 hour then every day telling same dialogue. 20 days i am waiting for replacement. Every day telling that revert mail already reverted many times. Every day every executive tell that today sure you will get solution. This is ridiculous. Cheating customers as selling dead product

                                  I bought lenovo k8 note phone from flipkart 22th january 2019. Within 10 days after delivery, many problem arises on this phone. The material is totally bad product, phone is suddenly switch off, and suddenly switch on after 3, to 4 hour, battary is drained very fast, and heating coming very quikly, basically many defect are present in this phone, and flikart delivered the bad and defected material. I apply the refund request within 10days, but my refund request was cancelled. At first i apply return policy for replacement at 30th january 2019, flipkart send a technician, but my problem is not solved, then again i apply refund request on 1st february 2019, then again flikart send a technician, but my problem is not solved, again and again technician harassed me, but my phone problem is not solved and flikart reject my refund request

                                    I have received faulty product (Mi note 5 pro phone) which i requested for replacement within return policy. But company has failed to honor the same. They have sent one technical team and have wrongly updated the status to which i have raised complaint but no action was taken by them.in-spite of repeated requests no action or concerns have been taken.

                                      I have a flipkart plus account. After many purchases and all i accumulated 50 plus coins which i had saved to use in august to renew my plus membership. But suddenly on 3rd feb evening i received some otp which i never requested and didnt shared with anyone. Then after sometime i got message that my plus coins were redeemed for bokkmyshow voucher of rs 1200. I was shocked as i never did this. I complained about this to flipkart but didnt get any resolution. I enquired bookmyshow about the usage of the voucher and i got the following info from them.
                                      They told they cannot share the mobile number as its against company policy. The voucher was used to book tickets of movie vinaya vidya rama. The place was velligonda. Theatre was venkateshwara. The email id was some mix of alphabets and numbers which is generally made randomly. Flipkart's security is worst. And they are not even ready to help.

                                        Firstly i get a message from flipkart of winning a car or 780000., & when i called on that no. Than the the flip kart customer knows everything about the purchase which i had taken online samsung s8 which includes my name, registered mobile no., the person from who's id i had purchased the online mobile that's why i believed on him.: firstly he asked registration of 7800 & when i had paid than one message again come of 15600, than i had paid the money than again one income tax message came of depositing 25600 when i refused to give that much of amount than he said me to give only amount 15000 i had paid than again he said me 10, 600 i refused to transfer money than he tried his best give offer money than also i had said him that i don't want your offer, so he pleased me tk take the offer but i had not given more amount to him, after that when i said him to return my money than he said after 24 hors. Your money will be credited.
