I have bought a denim jacket from flipkart order no od[protected].
The denim was not fitting my wife and we asked for refund. The product was not used. As per the refund policy (Screenshot attached) the jacket can be refunded. However the pickup boy said that reschedule the refund and put it as damaged. I rescheduled the same again the pick up boy said he cannot pickup the jacket and its against company policy and in between he took long time talking to someone before giving this reply, i have order the jacket at office and cannot provide that much time, he gave back the jacket to security. This is very bad experience i had with flipkart and will surely not buy any product from such thieves. Please resolve.

Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is not as per the specification mentioned. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on 15 Feb 19. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

    Team,

    This is w. R. T to return request for my single bed. I have been chasing for this since it was installed

    5th feb : the product was delivered.

    6th feb : the product was installed.
    But as the product is not comfortable as mentioned in the description,
    I raised a return request under item quality issue.

    7th feb : technician visited my home and mentioned that "the product is ok to be uninstalled n will be taken away and money will be refunded".
    Agreeing upon this statement, my father signed a paper, which mentioned "visit completed".

    8th feb : i waited the entire day still no one visited the home, thus i checked the return status in the flipkart app, showing the return has been cancelled.
    Thus i called customer care team (Deepak), and asked "why was the ticket been cancelled???",
    I got the response saying "technician has not mentioned any comments for cancellation of request".
    I also spoke to 2nd level of escalation (Deepak 2) regarding how can the ticket get cancelled.
    But after a long discussion, deepak advised to reopen my ticket for the return. Thus i raised the return request again.

    9th feb : the technician visited and i advised jeevs team to uninstall the product, which was done and he mentioned "the product will be picked up by end of the day."

    10th feb : no one visited the home to picking up the product. Thus called the flipkart customer service and enquired regarding the pickup of product,
    The team advised me to wait for next 24hrs.

    11th feb : again i had called flipkart customer service, they informed i will get someone to pickup the product today. I agreed.
    I had excalated the call till 3rd level, talking to 1st level (Vivek), 2nd level (Paritosh) and 3rd level (Suprabha rout)
    Meanwhile i received a call from jeevs, but as i was busy on another call, i asked them to call me back in 15 mins.
    After 15mins, i received the call, but no one was talking, i could hear the person talking and the call was disconnected from the other end.
    Waiting for next 4 hours, i called the jeevs customer care then the representative there informed that the today's visit was cancelled by the jeevs technician
    Mentioning that the customer was not reachable.
    Thus i called the flipkart customer care again, and informed regarding the current status and update from jeevs customer care.
    Representative mentioned that the issue has been escalated and she will mention all this current status in her ticket.

    I am really frustrated with return policy of flipkart, i need someone to assist me in this on priority.
    I am struggling for this since the day of the delivery.

    I request you to please look into this on highest priority and help me get the refund.

      One hr named riya singh (Hr executive) from gurgaon i asked for referrel for a job through linkedin, she replied and asked for updated resume and appointment letter of current company. I sent and she asked to pay 450rs through transfer so i transferred from my friend account and she told it is not acceptable, we will refund your friend money and asked me to send money from my account so i have sent from my account and she asked for appointment letter of currently working company. After that she told i have doubt in your documents so pay 10 days salary in advance, i refused to pay that then she told your 900 rs will not be refunded now. Please refund my money.         Using my flipkart giftcard, the amount of rs.2995 was used by somebody to purchase the product. The amount was logged by somebody and utilsed my amount. There is big issue in terms of security flipkart. Everyday i make call to flipkart, but they are not respont. I request flipkart to refund the money. I am already spent 3 hrs and more stress. Please file the case against flipkart.

          Just before final payment the option of buy back guarantee vanishes in option while buying xiaomi pocophone f1.

          Also nothing is mentioned about incompatibility options in flipkart.

          Therefore, buying in Flipkart is becoming very difficult and customer unfriendly.
          Chatting facility is pathetic. it remains unanwsered for a long time.

          view above, i want to know if i can avail buy back guarantee along with claim buy back as well as complete protection while buying Xiaomi pocophone F1.

            Hi team,

            I ordered a game "grand theft auto iv" cd/dvd for my pc for rs.470.00 from flipkart.com, this order was placed on 30/01/2019, i got it delivered with next 2 days, but when i opened the package, i received a pirated cd/dvd, and it doesn't worked in my pc.

            If i wanted to buy a pirated product, i could have simply bought it from anywhere, but i trusted flipkart.com for a genuine purchasing platform, but this company cheated me by delivering a fake and pirated product.

            Kindly help me with it.

              I used the flipkart pay later services in the month of november for an amount of rs 2766. My bill was to be paid by 10 th of december. But flipkart blocked my account on 6th december due to which i was unable to pay the bill. After 10th december, i am constantly contacting flipkart regarding my issue with the flipkart account and my flipkart pay later bill. But they are not helping me at all. I have raised the incident on their social media platforms, communicated with their customer care but no one is providing me a way to pay the bill. I have been continuously contacting flipkart regarding my issue and approximately have commmunicated my issue over 100 times but they are not at all listening to me. They just say that they are very sorry about my issue and would say that their flipkart pay later team would contact me but they are not contacting. It has been 60 days and they are threatening me that they would take legal action against me and continuously harrasing me by sending automated calls and messages. I don't understand why they are not just allowing me to make the payment and let me get out of this issue. I have replied to each and everything they send me via email but they are simply not allowing me to pay the bill. I just want either of one thing from flipkart:
              1. Either they unblock my account for allowing me to make the payment for the flipkart pay later bill or else
              2. Send me a link or give me any mode of payment so that i can pay the flipkart pay later bill.
              Because continuously sending me emails and messages without providing me a way to pay the flipkart pay later bill would not help me. I was very satisfied with flipkart services but i literally hate now shopping on flipkart as they have been so irresponsible regarding my issue.

              I will attach all the emails i have sent out to flipkart and my tweets regarding my issue. Please see to it and resolve my problem as soon as possible as i am very much tensed about this whole issue.

                I had purchased google pixel 2 phone on flipkart on jul 16th 2018 with hdfc credit card.. And there was an offer rs.8000 cashback on hdfc credit card and the cash back should be credited by 20th jan and i haven't received the cash back amount of rs.8000. When i called flipkart they said the bank is now responsible and when i mailed hdfc bank they replied that flipkart is responsible. Is anyone responsible here?

                  I returned as soon as i noticed that the book is used one, flipkart picked up my book and it's been already more than 2 weeks still i haven't got any refund amount, when i contacted customer care one flipkart superior official (Pratik) said i can't help you with this.

                  Yes i got call from flipkart, they again another asked for another 48 hours which is over, So it is actually 72hrs + 48hrs + 24hrs + 48hrs + 48hrs = 10 days
                  Why in the world it's taking 10 days for refund which is still pending. If you can't satisfy a customer why there is something called flipkart.

We had worked on the issue to get this addressed and would like to inform you that refund of Rs.2495/- has been completed by seller on[protected] back to payment source and the same will get reflected by[protected] as per banking timelines

                    I am not able to login my account. My account is freezed and i had received the email from [protected]@flipkart.com stating that your purchase history trend shows that you might be a reseller that's why you won't be able to login. I had replied to that email giving my explanations that i had ordered mobiles for my friends and relatives and there is no such prior intimation given by them that if you will order more then your account will get blocked. Also i am a flipkart plus member. I asked cc about the bonus coins that flipkart credited me to avail free flipkart plus membership, they told me that customers who are having good purchase history are getting these bonus coins. My purchase history was good according to the flipkart, the day i got bonus coins, but after that, they found flaw in my purchase history and they freezed my account. Isn't that ridiculous?

                      I am your very old customer and plus member as well, but you blocked my account.. I orderd some mobile accessories and you cancelled it and i again ordered it but you cancel it again and again. I called cutomer care executive also they told me that please order once and it will not be cancelled but it still cancelled i have recording as well of your executive that your order will not be cancelled but inspite of that it cancelled why???
                      Why your executive gave us wrong information..???

                      I submitted your executive all recording to consumer forum. And if you will not unblock my account. Then i will take legal action. This is my last mail to warn you

                        I have received it 1 month before. But it is not working well. Vegetables and other material kept in it becomes loose and later gets damaged. It is very important for me but due to its malfunction I have to face a number of problems. It is still in warranty period. I want flipkart to send a person to repair it.

                          Sir, ma'am,

                          I have ordered a rodid mens solid casual shirt from flipkart.com worth rs. Of 508 on 31st january 2019. Because of quality issue i didn't like the product and returned it. The delivery boy has came to my office and has taken back my rodid men solid casual shirt. On 5th february 2019, i got a message from flipkart.com saying that "your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account by 8th february 2019"

                          I waited till 9th february but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called flipkart.com and the way they responded was shocking for me. They said they had done the refund to your bank. Kindly contact to your customer care of your issued bank. Flipkart.com is not going to loot your money. But actually they did. I called to sbi customer care and they said they have not received any refund from merchant flipkart.com and if flipkart done refund transaction then automatically the amount credited in your account.

                          Again i called to flipkart.com and asked. Again they told me to give the reference number to my bank so that they can check. They send me one message as well in that they have mentioned about the reference number and the refund which had never ever happened.

                          I again called to sbi customer care and told that reference no. Which i got from flipkart.com but sbi guys were unable to see any details using that number. After that sbi guys told me to forward the mail which i had received from flipkart.com.

                          I forwarded that mail to sbi and received a mail from them stating that sbi has not received any refund from the merchant flipkart.com. They said me to contact to the flipkart.com.

                          I again called them and this time they were not even bother to resolve my issue. Instead of that every time they are saying that refund has been done from flipkart.com. Your bank is lying your money, kindly contact to your bank.

                          Sir, i am going to attach the relevant document. Kindly have a look and try to resolve my issue. I will be very thankful to you. Below are few more detials:

                            I had purchased a samsung refrigerator 342l during a sale for which i got a good deal. The refrigerator had problems so asked for replacement, they did send replacement but the logistics did an improper transportation so it was rejected by us. They refunded for the same. The problem is now i having to pay more for the same fridge. The very reason we bought it because it was on an exchange and good deal. I am at a loss of almost 10k now because of the delay from flipkart. I want either the refrigerator at the sale price which was 27k or give me a compensation for the price that i having to pay. I cannot stay without a refrigerator for so long so i would like the difference that i had to pay for buying a refrigerator at a non sale price.

                              My name is rijul gaur and i purchased a product (Auspicious wooden king box bed) which got delivered on 8th of feb. Parts of the product were taken up to the first floor of my house by your workers and they claimed that their service guys will open the rest of the parts and take it up the floors one by one. Today is 9th feb and the service guy came to install the bed. He absolutely refused to take the parts upstairs claiming that there has been some miscommunication. I offered them help by saying that my chacha and i will help you guys to sort your work but the workers (Namely mr. Sonu and faiz) refused in the most unprofessional manner and had to ethics regarding professional chores. Moreover the workers disrespected my mother and i lost my temper. I seek for a strict action against them and a quick remedy to my uninstalled bed.

I have to face many problem from your service. Ekart service very bad.. And your friend face many problem because each fe visit our town masseur to sitamau.. Distance 30km and under sitamau town 220 village.. Your fe does not visit under village.. Then public's donot satisfy your fe. Plz improve your service otherwise all shipment sent to home town... Ekart doesn't work properly.. And not cover one dc to all district.. Plz make a part of dc in our district.. And send local courier as like ecom express, delihivery pvt ltd. And many other courier service which provide good service..

We have interacted with the customer and and informed that order was cancelled from the courier service provider. Apologized for the cause and said feedback will be conveyed for the same. customer agreed for it. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                  In dec 2018, i think my account was hacked and i got an sms saying someone changed mobile and password. I immediately acted and reset my password. After that i ordered 3 times and every time my order got cancelled after shipping saying seller cancelled. I had abount 7500 inr in gift cards in my account which i dont know are lost of blocked in my account as after that i have not been able to log into my account even though i promptly get the otp on email as well as mobile but on trying to enter new password always says unable to reset password. I called many many times and nothing still in 2 months. Only once i got some cal from backend team and said the will get back and still nothing. Need immediate help as today my myntra account was also hacked with credit in it.

                                    I have cancelled my order which was expected to get delivered 14days ago. My order was on emi so now the 1st emj has also been deducted instead of the cancellation of the product.. I jst want the refund of my payment. I have tried so many times to cancel it but after 10 min it gets undo. I talked to customer care but they say that its a technical error. From last 10 days they are saying the same thing.

                                        Unable to update password as well even after entering otp you sent.

                                        Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening. Then i used forgot button and then received code.

                                        Entering new password; it says "unable to update new password please retry". It happens at your web application as well as mobile app.

                                        Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                        Already raise complaints at your helpline number but nobody bothered to rectify it just the mails about false promises that it will be resolved by some imaginary date and times.

                                        Dear Support, you expect customers to get satisfied with your response. Its seems vicious circle. Support Executives keep on sending dummy mails with date and time promises that keeps on expiring and You here saying contact Support.
                                        Your Customer support number did nothing thats y posted complaint here at the first place.
