This is w. R. T to return request for my single bed. I have been chasing for this since it was installed
5th feb : the product was delivered.
6th feb : the product was installed.
But as the product is not comfortable as mentioned in the description,
I raised a return request under item quality issue.
7th feb : technician visited my home and mentioned that "the product is ok to be uninstalled n will be taken away and money will be refunded".
Agreeing upon this statement, my father signed a paper, which mentioned "visit completed".
8th feb : i waited the entire day still no one visited the home, thus i checked the return status in the flipkart app, showing the return has been cancelled.
Thus i called customer care team (Deepak), and asked "why was the ticket been cancelled???",
I got the response saying "technician has not mentioned any comments for cancellation of request".
I also spoke to 2nd level of escalation (Deepak 2) regarding how can the ticket get cancelled.
But after a long discussion, deepak advised to reopen my ticket for the return. Thus i raised the return request again.
9th feb : the technician visited and i advised jeevs team to uninstall the product, which was done and he mentioned "the product will be picked up by end of the day."
10th feb : no one visited the home to picking up the product. Thus called the flipkart customer service and enquired regarding the pickup of product,
The team advised me to wait for next 24hrs.
11th feb : again i had called flipkart customer service, they informed i will get someone to pickup the product today. I agreed.
I had excalated the call till 3rd level, talking to 1st level (Vivek), 2nd level (Paritosh) and 3rd level (Suprabha rout)
Meanwhile i received a call from jeevs, but as i was busy on another call, i asked them to call me back in 15 mins.
After 15mins, i received the call, but no one was talking, i could hear the person talking and the call was disconnected from the other end.
Waiting for next 4 hours, i called the jeevs customer care then the representative there informed that the today's visit was cancelled by the jeevs technician
Mentioning that the customer was not reachable.
Thus i called the flipkart customer care again, and informed regarding the current status and update from jeevs customer care.
Representative mentioned that the issue has been escalated and she will mention all this current status in her ticket.
I am really frustrated with return policy of flipkart, i need someone to assist me in this on priority.
I am struggling for this since the day of the delivery.
I request you to please look into this on highest priority and help me get the refund.
