I am really very frustrated with the service. See the chart of events.
Order date - 14 feb, 2019. (With delivery date 19 feb, 2019).
Order delivery - 20 feb 2019 (+6 days). Wrong order delivered, reported.
Replacement requested - 20 feb 2019.
Pick up 1 - 22 feb 2019 (+8 days) (Guy came on 2 wheeler and did not pick the product)
Today - 26 feb 2019 (+12 days)
Today is 26 feb (12 days after my order date) and i still don't have a person to pick the product from my place, i have received multiple untimely calls telling that i have refused return and whether i would like to reschedule the same.
You will take another 7 days to deliver my product after pickup. So ideally if all is ok i will get my product after 3 weeks of ordering, you know i can get things from us in a shorter span, which is halfway across the globe.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the replacement of the product. The seller has confirmed that the product has been delivered on 05 Mar 19. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
