Mera 1 product jo 29 jan ko deloivery hona tha, mere pass delivery boy se koi call nhi aaya, phir flipkart site pe show krta hai 1 feb se 4 feb tk aapka product delivry ho jaayega, lekin mere na koi call aata hai n akoi message aur mera product cancell ho jaata hai mai is trah ke behaviour se bahut pareshan hoon aur mere sath aisa bahut baar ho chuka hai hm log payment katake koi bhi chiz order krte h use lene ke liye na ki time pass krne ke liye

    My flipkart account does not allow me to login using my mobile number ([protected]). I have bought so many items using flipkart and really happy with most of the products, for which i have also earned "flipkart plus" membership and 50 coins in my account. Now suddenly it is not allowing me to login with same mobile number. Due to this i am losing the warranty on all the products i have purchased and make me feel bad about flipkart services.

    Also after knowing this incident which i have posted in my working place forum (Famous mnc), all my colleagues are also worried and not happy with such worst services from flipkart.in this type of case, the buyback gurantee on the products also becomes useless for any customer.

    Request you to kindly enable my login for the same number ([protected]) and give back my membership & 50 coins. This would be really helpful and will built more trust on the flipkart company and its products.

      1. I am a person, who does not like purchasing things in credit

      2. Without my consent flipkart has created a credit account for me
      3. Then a fraud order was created for rs. 307 & the thing was delivered to my home.
      4. I am very sure that this was not ordered through my devices, because the purchase time was shown as 7:30 am in morning. I will never use my device at that time, unless very urgent. & by no ways i will order an item at that time.
      5. Immediately when it was delivered, i contacted customer care & i got a reply that the item is non-returnable.
      6. These three acts from flipkart (I. E. First creating credit accountthen creating fake ordermaking it non-returnable) gives a feeling that it is a suspicious transaction.
      7. I clearly gave them message that i will not pay for this & they are un necessarily wasting my storage space in home.
      8. Now, every morning i am disturbed by their irritating payment reminder sms/email.
      Please help resolving this issue & ask flipkart to take back the pack from my house.

        On 29th january 2019, i tried booking flight tickets through flipkart's (Recently launched) platform which is their tie-up with makemytrip.
        Upon making the payment for the tickets, i was again redirected to the "make payment" page. The money (I. E. Rs.10, 573.00) got deducted from my bank account, but the tickets didn't get confirmed as i was redirected back to the payment page.
        I immediately contacted the makemytrip (Mmt) customer care, the executive denied of receiving any payment and asked me to check with the flipkart customer care since all their payments are received through flipkart's gateway. When i first contacted the flipkart customer care, the executive just disowned the responsibility to resolve my issue and me to contact back mmt since it is a "third-party".
        After chains of calls, flipkart executive assured that the transaction might have been cancelled in between the gateways and the same amount will be automatically refunded back within 72 hours.
        But i haven't received the refund yet.
        I even confirmed with bank which confirmed that the transaction was successfully made from my bank to the flipkart, and provided me with payment id, consumer code and bill reference information.
        The bank requested me to send it a confirmation mail from the merchant if the payment is unsuccessful.
        I have contacted flipkart a number times through calls and emails informing them to just send me confirmation mail o[censored]nsuccessful payment in case they haven't received any money. The executive on call assured me that i will receive a call regarding resolution of this issue, but i haven't got any call regarding the same.
        Now, the flipkart is neither sending me a confirmation mail of the failed payment, nor refunding my money. They have just stopped replying to my mails.

          Sir,
          I ordered asus core i3 6th gen - (4 gb/1 tb hdd/windows 10 home) f541ua-xo2230t laptop on 02/02/2019 and i got the product on 06/02/2019 (Today evening). (Od[protected] but in packet there have only laptop and charger. No user guide, no warranty card. I also paid rs. 1449 for one year warranty extension (Flipkart protection). But i didn't get any documents regarding this. But when i track, i see the message 'delivered on wed, feb 6th '19'. So kindly do needful for getting user guide, warranty card, and warranty extension details immediately.

            I ordered poco f1 on 23rd Jan 2018. Parcel got
            delivered on 25th noon around 4pm. I opened parcel.
            Everything was there in-place(accessories) but the phone
            was missing. I raised concern with flipkart customer care.
            They took my request for dispute. But seller rejected the request. I called flipkart n asked why rejected, they said we are working with seller & will let u know. But nothing was showing in my account. I called again and another customer care again raised request for replacement but soon I got the message your account has been blocked.

                Past few months i couldn't login into my flipkart account.

                It has showed my username password is wrong.

                I tried resetting my password by clicking the option "Forget Password"

                Then i got OTP instantly and i entered new password.

                But it is keep on showing that "Unable to update password"

                So i could able to open a new account also because my mobile number is already registered

                  Account hacked on nov 29 2018 as my flipkart account is hacked by someone and has used my egv to place an order it is also delivered i have also informed them to block the account so the product won't be delivered that also they didn't do now i'm keep on calling them as they say we couldn't find your account then i will give the person who hacked my account to find my account and the complaints i have made afterthat they will say that we will transfer the call to our senior team and it keeps on ringing after 5 mins call disconnects this has happened more than 4 times. I have contacted their social team there if i send a message they say as our concern team is working they will contact you asap with a resolution everytime they only say this in different styles other than that nothing happen i feel that they itself might have hacked my account

                    Dear sir/ma'am, my complaint is regarding the replacement of product which is moonwalk shoes. At the time of delivery no brand name was there and i want to replace this product because of size problem. I put the online request for replacement but at the time of replacement delivery boy said product name is not mentioned and he didn't replace my parcel. So i contact with the customer care and they said it would be possible to replace. So it's system fault who didn't packed in brand box. Give me solution for that

                      Urchase was made of 5556/- on flipkart. Products worth rs. 1213/-, rs. 926/-, rs. 927/- & rs. 759/- were returned to merchant flipkart in december 2018.

                      Flipkart send a mail saying that seller dint claim the amount debited and it was a void transaction and hdfc bank should credit back the amount.

                      Whereas the bank claims that since the amount was debited from the account and it was billed it means that the seller had claimed the amount.

                      Nor is hdfc giving an appropriate reply nor has flipkart provided any help.

                        My order id is od[protected]. I ordered a phillips trimmer. I got used product with hairs on it blades. It looks too old. I tried to return the product but the wishmaster pickup person is refusing to take it back without any proper explanation. Even the packing is not even an original one. Receiving the used product is not my fault and due to this resistance in pickup, i got frustrated. Help me in returning the item and getting the refund for it.

                        I am feeling frustrated about the incident which is happening now. Even after the second return request raised by the Flipkart customer service executive itself, the product is not picked up for return. The wishmaster pick up person called me and said that he will not accept the product for return, stating a different reason over the phone. He not even came to my place to pick the product. I am fed up with this. Do really Flipkart is trying to help the consumer? Denial of return request daily and raising a new one is what is happening now... No Solution.

                        Again for the third time, wishmaster is not coming for the pickup . Refusing the product to accept. Even, he is not accepting my call.i suspect that the forgery may be done by the team. No one is giving the solution from the Flipkart. Do all these is happening with the help of Flipkart. Why the consumer need to be affected because of all these frauds. I want my refund and the product to be taken for return. Do I need to suffer because I ordered in Flipkart. Very poor customer service and handling. I have the call recordings of the wishmaster. Need a solution from the Flipkart. Do Flipkart need to do this play till the expiry of my return days as per return policy???????

                        i am facing a similar issue, the difference is mine is 17K phone. instead of 17k phone i got an old, used, broken samsung duos phone. So you can image my frustration.

                        now the wishmaster is not coming to pick up the return product.

                        First he said that he didnt receive any email regarding the return from flipkart. Then all of sudden i got a message that pick up was rejected: reason product mis match.

                        There is a loop hole in flipkarrt return policy. wishmaster swaps the new phone with old phone. And when customer complaints about it then wishmaster rejects it saying product mis-match.

                          I ordered a Yoga Mat & it came very-very dirty as well as its cover was torn. I got it replaced. The replacement mat came even in more pathetic condition. It was also dirty as well as its cover was even more torn. What best you can do, please do. I'll advise to flipkart to have a quality check & if found any fault remove such kind of venders.

                            On 1st of jan 2019 at 5pm i got a message that a purchase has been done which i hadn't done from my sbi account to fk payments mumbai. I informed the same to my bank manager also (Kiit, bbsr, odisha). Kindly look into the matter. I got a message in my mobile like' thank you for using your sbi debit card 622xx9028 for a purchase worth rs11224.0 on pos fkpayments at fkpayments txn# pt[protected]". I am writing so late because i was thinking the bank will do something, but no updates from their side.

                                I lost my almost one week because of i bought these product to my relative and they are very angry with me because filpkart order is canceled by it's seller which i ordered. They did same like that to me before. It means they canceled my order twice and when call to customer care they also response very badly and they do not have any solution for that. Please help me out in this matter because i feel very suffered and very bad experience to order on flipkart.

                                  I have order an puma draco shoe on 29th jan and it was suppose to be delivered on 4th feb. Before 9 pm.
                                  On 4th feb @5.30 pm i got call from the delivery boy saying it is late now and he will deliver shoe tomorrow before 11 am.
                                  Next day i was having off and wanted to go home. Only because of the shoe i stayed back till 1pm but i dint receive any call from him and i tried calling in company's no which i fail to connect. And still on hope i keep on waiting till evening. And now my patient level was totaly finished. Till today i dindn't receive any call from flipkart.. This is very neglegency towards your customer. How can company be so irresponsible. Before also i hav order many stuff but this time this was a very bad experience for me. Please do not lie to your customer. Orelse i[censored] cant deliver the items please pass the correct message to us. Just dont keep silent...

                                  Sir my prepaid order was cancelled by flipkart but refund not given still.. I am suffering a lot for my refund... Pls contact me on [protected].. It has been almost three month gone but refund is still pending however order cancel by flipkart. I mailed so many times called to customer care but not a single solution provided. Please help

                                    My account has been deactivated again and again. It was also a flipkart plus account nd now i'm unable to purchase products form the website... Kindly activate it again.. It was activated for 4-5 days after being deactivated for 15 days nd now.. It's again deactivated, there was almost 34 coins left in it and also a plus id was there with many benefits for me like the delivery charge was not included in many orders

                                      This is regarding my Flipkart account associated with the email ([protected]@yahoo.co.in). I have been a longtime Flipkart patron. Recently I could not access my Flipkart account through the website or the app using the usual password. I tried resetting the password. When it didn't work, I raised a complaint with Flipkart.
                                      According to the response received from customer support, my account has been abruptly closed because I am apparently buying the products for commercial and not personal use. As a student I mostly buy books and occasionally kitchen utensils or home appliances. I have been a Flipkart patron for almost 10 years now and all items for personal use. I have no commercial interests. Not only are the allegations baseless but I am surprised at the way they treat a long term customer.
                                      This is also a case of harassment since I have prioritized Flipkart many a times over other eCommerce websites, primarily due to Ekart's swift delivery services and my familiarity with the portal. With this abrupt account closing I have also lost out on the points accrued as Flipkart Plus member as well as my gift card(s). I do sincerely hope that a senior member of the team reaches out to me and resolves this as soon as possible,

                                        आज मैं बहुत परेशान हूँ । फ्लिपकार्ट पे मैंने एक ऑडर ऑडर किया था। पर किसी कारण के चलते मुझे उसे कैंसिल करना पड़ा। मुझे रिफंड के पैसे 01/02/2019 तक रिफंड हो जाना था पर मेरे एकाउंट में पैसे नही आये। मैन फ्लिपकार्ट के कस्टमर केअर को कॉल किया। पर वह से मुझे बैंक में बात करने को कहा मैंने बैंक में बात की पर वहां पे कहा गया कि प्रॉब्लम सेन्डर साइड से है। इसलिए मैं ये कंप्लेंट कर रहा हूँ। कोई मदद कर दे । तोह अच्छा होंगा।
