This is in regards to below 2 orders

Both are for midea 1.5 ton 3 star split acs.
The installation technician sent by flipkart mentioned that the unit cannot be installed due to size specifications. It is much bigger than dimensions mentioned on website. We tried to contact flipkart by all means refund requests, phone, emails etc., to help us with an exchange to an inverter ac because the "flipkart authorized technician" told us that he cannot install it. There is absolutely no help. Very rude responses.

What can we do with 2 acs that do not fit and technician cannot install due to dimensions?
Rs.60000 is at stake. I request you to please refund or exhange with the inverter acs with smaller dimensions. The seller omni techretail is rejecting all refund requests without reading the issue case by case basis. Shows flipkart in a poor light and will only force consumers to look elsewhere. Really disappointed. Not sure how walmart will survive this.
Requesting a speedy resolution on this.

I buy epson l380 ink by flipkart. seller describe product is genuine but product is very bad and duplicate . duplicate ink damage my printer head very badly. i want compensation from flipkart. and also want flipkart update your policy for seller.

    Recently i purchased blackberry evolve in rs. 16, 990 and flipkart initially send damaged product. When i raise the replacement request then they again sent the defective product in which network gets reset after every 30-60 minutes and always gets reset during talking with others due to which call gets disconnected. While their is very good coverage of airtel network in my area and never face such problem before buying this device.

    Now flipkart is denying for replacement and refund both. Which means they have accepted that they are selling second hand mobile devices.

    They sent a third party technician from "jeeves" and during discussion with that technician, i became to know that they are the third party who took the product from flipkart, repair these product and then sent back to flipkart. And flipkart sell these products online by saying that it's a new product.

    When i raised my complaint with wallmart then flipkart executive called and threatened me to not send ay email to wallmart and later on i received an email from wallmart in which they were complaining that my email addresses has been blocked by flipkart server so that my complaint emails can not reach to wallmart executives.

    So, beware before buying any product from flipkart.

    I will suggest, never purchase product from flipkart or you will loose your money only.

    Total wastage of money. Flipkart and wallmart looted mine rs. 16, 990 and used vulgar, abusive language when i asked for refund.

    Listen the video, the technician is clearly saying, whatever product does come from flipkart, they do the service of these product including mobiles.

    Fraudsters money looters have not refunded money till date.
    They have sent a technician who have confessed that Flipkart is selling second hand devices and After that technician visit mobile is not detecting network.

    Fraudster Flipkart Escalation team member in CEO Group Mr. Barkathulla called and taken all documents given by that technician which proves that the device is Faulty and defective. Mr. Barkathulla called me and initially said, he is sending senior technician and after disconnecting the call rejected the return which clearly shows the Flipkart intention of money looting fraud.

    Beware if you are receiving any call or email from Flipkart Escalation team member in CEO Group Mr. Barkathulla, don't respond over call or email to this fraudster.

    Today I received the call from [protected] claiming his name Mr. Prateek, the Senior Executive Head (As I am aware the Head of Flipkart is Sachin Bansal & Binny Bansal) of Flipkart.

    Rather than helping me for refund/replacement of product, he was keep harassing me during call by asking several question about technician, about Mr. Barkathulla and about several names and was complaining that I have not sent any reply of email sent by Mr. Barkathulla on 06-March-2019 while I have replied all emails till the date I received from Flipkart.

    As per the Flipkart Executive Head, blame of doing offence for not replying the email sent by Mr. Barkathulla on 06-March-2019 and was keep interrogating me for the same to do my continuous mental harassment, mental torture and financial harassment by giving fake excuses, fake references, fake discussions to loot my money by selling second hand mobile device. While there is not any email sent by Mr. Barkathulla on 06-March-2019. He himself cleared his intention of calling me which is nothing but only to do my mental harassment, mental torture and financial harassment.

    The Flipkart company and all above mentioned name has breach my trust and is involved in mutual conspiracy of money fraud by selling me defective device and rather than providing the replacement with good device or refund these all accused are keep torturing and harassing me over calls and emails and keep rejecting my replacement and refund request just after discussion with them by giving the excuse of that seller has rejected the refund.

    While your technician had already given in written that the mobile device is defective yet you are keep denying for refund which cleared your intention of conspiracy of looting my money.

    As you have failed to provide the replacement of good mobile device rather than that you are keep sending used defective mobile devices.
    As you have breach my trust multiple times, as you have done mutual conspiracy multiple times since I was in Pune, India till the date.
    As you are intentionally and knowingly keep rejecting my replacement request by giving the excuse of seller while in reality these are being rejected by you.
    As you are intentionally and knowingly keep rejecting my refund request.
    As, several times, I have sent complaint to WallMart Executive yet my complaint is still not resolved which clearly shows WallMart involvement along with Flipkart in fraudulent activity to loot Indian customer’s money.
    And as you have also failed to provide the refund, I am unable to beer your continuous mental harassment, mental torture and financial harassment since 23-February-2019 to till date which is more than 15 days.
    I did a big mistake by purchasing the mobile device online and specially after repeatedly money fraud by Flipkart and got victim of online money fraud by Flipkart Senior Head executives, Hence I am here can’t keep continuously waiting for your decision while you are keep doing my mental harassment, mental torture and financial harassment, And also again and again you are keep asking to approach the Legal or via Consumer Court to get justice which clearly shown your intention.

    Hence I can’t wait any long by keep wasting my time and also as I will be out of city.

    Because you are again and again sending the defective, used mobiles to loot my money, If you have not refunded my money by 18-March-2019 then I am bound to proceed legally for cheating me, breaching customer trust, conspiracy of money fraud, customer privacy breach by revealing my details with unknown several persons/parties, posting customer email over google groups knowingly to make them public.

    I am here again requesting you to kindly refund my money asap as you got failed to provide the replacement with in time and sent defective, faulty device multiple times.

    And all Indians, Beware if you are getting any call from Flipkart from someone having name mentioned above then you should disconnect the call at once or else you will be wasting your time as these Flipkart Head Executives do enjoy in doing time-pass by calling customer and giving fake excuses.

We have interacted with the customer and informed that as per the update from courier service provider the package was intact when it was delivered. Hence, we are unable to accommodate customer request for the replacement to be issued. Closing the complaint from our end.

      Hi,

      My name is manideep reddy,

      I have 2995 rs approved money in my affiliate account. I was suppose to receive payment via gift voucher on 1st of this month.

      I rightfully qualify for these. But since past few months i am not receiving any reply from customer care team. I have already mailed them 3times.
      Very pathetic support from flipkart affiliate team.

      Any sort of help is very helpful...

        My affiliate has been approved for last 4 to 5 months, but still no payment has been made. There's no reply also for the complaints. I think the walmart is not taking care of its affiliate partners.

        If walmart wants to really do the kind of bussiness and get success in india it has to take everything seriously it cannot just ignore either the customers nor the people behind bringing the customers.

          In redmi note 7 they are advertising like rainforced edge protection but there is no term of rainforced. They thinking the consumers are fool and making this kind of errors in launching new mobile.

          And i need to know what was the exact usage of rainforced usage and flipkart needs to be explained and resolve for this issue.

          In my knowledge the phone was protected by reinforced edges but in flipkart the are publishing fake advertising here.

              Unable update my password

              And my problem is i am unable to update my password.

              Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

              Then i used forgot button and then received code.

              Entered the code successfully.
              After that it was asking please set a new password.

              Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

              That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.
              I sure i am not against flipkart policy i don, t have mobile shop i am not reselling any products all the products for my personal use kindly take care and solve my problem
              I already attached the screenshot also what i am facing.

                      This has reference to my correspondence resting with flipkart regarding my
                      Earlier order no. ([protected]) for the above mentioned product
                      From xiaomi under an exchange offer.

                      The webmaster could not complete the pick up for reasons best known to him
                      While the product in exchange fulfilled all the terms and conditions of
                      Exchange set by your esteemed company.

                      As advised by ms kashyap komal, an executive of flipcart customer support,
                      Clear images of the exchange product (Micromax canvas nitro) as per details
                      Given in the e-mail dated 15 february, 2019 within the stipulated time were
                      Shared twice firstly at 20.27.13 hours and secondly on 16 february at
                      16.17.21 hours respectively with the company.

                      A satisfactory response from the customer support team on the non-clarity
                      Of images shared with the team is still awaited.

                      But to my utter dismay, my above order was cancelled without informing any
                      Sufficient grounds of cancellation as intimated by the customer support
                      Team vide its mail of february 18, 2019 at 09.55.31 hours, that was never
                      Expected from the internationally reputed company like flipkart.

                      I was then advised by the customer support team of flipkart to place a
                      Fresh order under exchange offer and was assured that the product under
                      Exchange offer will be delivered without any hassle.

                      A fresh order was therefore placed on 18 february at 16.07.28 hours for the
                      Above referred product as per the advice, in spite of the fact that the
                      Earlier price of the product was increased.

                      A message from the vendor was received informing that the said product
                      Would be delivered by february 22, 2019 without indicating a tentative
                      Time. I had to keep my pressing commitments in abeyance waiting for the
                      Webmaster to deliver the product the whole day who in turn turned up around
                      6 pm on february 22, 2019 thus not only causing mental agony and torture
                      But a financial loss as well.

                      Again this time also the webmaster (Mr nikhlesh) refused to pick up the
                      Product on the superficial ground that the body has a small dent while the
                      T & c of the company clearly state that minor scratches and dents are
                      Accepted. A clear image of the product was sent to mr anuj (Ekart
                      Executive), who had promised to reschedule and get re-inspection of the
                      Product carried out on february 23, 2019.

                      Despite the fact that it was advised by the executive of customer support
                      Team to place a fresh order with the assurance that the web master would
                      Pick up the product under exchange offer without any hastle. But to my
                      Utter shock and surprise the second time i. E. February 23, 2019 the earlier
                      Experience was repeated and the web master (Mr rajesh) refused to pick up
                      The product on flimsy grounds, in spite of the fact that mr anuj, a senior
                      Executive of e-cart was spoken, not only causing harassment and mental
                      Agony besides huge financial loss.

                      In view of the above incident, various executives at the customer support
                      Of flip cart were contacted over the phone and it was once again assured
                      That the issue would be resolved within 24-48 hours. However the senior
                      Executive was not available to talk even after repeated requests and
                      Holding the phone for more than an hour.

                      On february 25, 2019, after a lapse of the time limit given to me, a call was received from your esteemed company informing to place a fresh
                      Order without giving any sold reasons, even today the senior executive was
                      Not available for resolving the grievance, that unfortunately depicts the
                      Seriousness from flipcart, one of the esteemed international repute
                      Companies, that claim to be resolving the issue and retaining loyal
                      Customer base what to speak of enlarging new customer base in the age of
                      Highly global competitive market in the field of e-commerce.

                      As mentioned in my previous mail, i waited for your call from 20:30 hours
                      Till 21:30 hours today (25 feb 2019) but am yet to receive a call from you
                      Guys to provide a resolution of this issue. I am not sure if this is a
                      Regular practice for flipkart to buy time and then not turn up and provide
                      A resolution to the customer queries.

                      Today 6th march, they cancelled my order again this time without citing any reasons

                      This reply does not help at all. As requested to Flipkart, please share the reason why it took more than 15 days to validate the images shared (6times) and why does the company has different policy rule for customers and different policy for delivery executive?

                      As requested multiple times, please revert me on the email with response to below queries:

                      1. Why does Flipkart has different policy for customers and delivery
                      executive?

                      2. Why did Flipkart took 14 days to validate the images sent by customer ?

                      Also the statement from Mr Mansoor Pasha on telephone today was a shock to me
                      " aap toh Hindustan mein rahte Hain, aap kuch bhi kar sakte hain. Hum toh case close kar denge "

                      I was shocked, stunned and surprised to hear such a response from a Social media representative of the company.

                      This doesn't look good as a response to the customer.

                      However we pray to the almighty to bless the organisation and him for the untoward behaviour.
                      My number is registered with flipkart but email is not registered. When I tried to forgot password it showing unable to process. I tired number of times it showing unable to process for forgot password.

                      I had ordered a storybook " to kill a mocking bird " from Flipkart and they sent me a fake pirated abridged version. This is unacceptable.

                      Dear Mansoor,

                      As requested multiple times, please revert me on the email with response to below queries:

                      1. Why does Flipkart has different policy for customers and delivery
                      executive?

                      2. Why did Flipkart took 14 days to validate the images sent by customer ?

                      Also the statement from Mr Mansoor Pasha on telephone today was a shock to me
                      " aap toh Hindustan mein rahte Hain, aap kuch bhi kar sakte hain. Hum toh case close kar denge "

                      I was shocked, stunned and surprised to hear such a response from a Social media representative of the company.

                      This doesn't look good as a response to the customer.

                      However we pray to the almighty to bless the organisation and him for the untoward behaviour.
                      So far sent 5 reminders durig last 45 days, but no satisfactory response received from Flipkart team. Pathetic service and experience with you.

                        I buyed a new mi note 5 pro at 20th feb 19, ordered and 21st delivered successfully in that mobile there is a three lines in screen up to down samething i replaced the order at 02 march 2019 it was rejected by the technician at 04th march but technician didn't came to check my mobile, how he give wrong statement to company and i called up to the customer care they are saying to reboot ur mobile, agin and check i did two times its visible still. They give a time till 08th of march at the time how i can trace whos coming to check my mobile am not getting any responsible answer from anyone and they are not giving contact details of tecnician, because i am doing night shift last two days and continuing because of this mobile only i am traveling around 60 km for this only, in my company i have a room near my company itself for this i have to travel every day
                        I didn't buy any cheap quality mobile i buyed a indian branded mobile and top selling company
                        This is not good iam not happy with the service of flipkart
                        For me this is a huge amount i never spend like this in online
                        Now i am worried about this.
                        Please make it simple do the alternative asap

                            Hi i am abhi ks... Suddenly 2 days ago i was logged out of my flipkart account... I tried to login but it says some sort of error... When i tried to change my password it says password could not be updated or your account had been blocked few days when i ordered my speakers it shows shipped... But later it said your order was cancelled by the seller... I don't know what to do... I need my account back...                             My self Sk.jaffer and im from chirala.i orderd two items.but that two products quality is too poor.so returned that product.but without any reason and information my return request is cancelled and my account is blocked.i want reason.

                                My account is blocked by flipkart. When i complaint and tweet on twitter. I received a call from flipkart and they told me that my account has been locked due to high return and cancellation in my account. But there is no cancellation in my account. Even there is so much cancelation by seller. There is no fault of customer in seller cancellation. Instead of taking action against seller flipkart blocked my account. Very poor from flipkart. When i have not cancelled any return from my side then why is my account blocked. Even flipkart should take action against seller for cancellation. I never face this type of issue with amazon. I need 6-7 airtel hotspot for my center. Amazon and flipkart both was selling in 999. Instead of amazon i chose flipkart and it was my biggest mistake. Flipkart cancelled some hotspots without any reason.
                                I am also eligible for flipkart pay later. And i always pay my bill on time. And flipkart don't respect there loyal customer and blocked my account on wrong reason.

                                  Scam!!! Flipkart affiliate program scam!!!

                                  I worked really hard to earn rs.5, 614 from flipkart affiliate program in august 2017 to october 2018 and about to receive payment by october to november 2018. But they are playing with me and providing false assurance by saying “please be advised that your payment will be processed this month and you will receive the payment by end of this month.”
                                  Four month passed not received any money. They did not respond my mail properly

                                  When i complain regarding this to their grievance desk, they replied “we are sorry to let you know that we are unable to find your order details using the mail "[protected]@gmail.com"
                                  Please write back to us from your registered email address so we can help you out.”

                                  I don’t know whether they pay me or not. I want money

                                  They are totally fraud and scammers

                                    Ordered for 32"monitor and received 80" monitor. I have all screenshot captured about, product, details and order which nowhere says it's 80cm. It says 203.5cm.

                                    Now this account of mine is probably 6 years old and what mobile number i had at that time i have no clue as even for log in or order update or anything it's email id. After three tries i was able to reach out to customer care and the call quality was pathetic. Secondly cca was just adamant in providing both email and registered phone number. I don't see any phone number in account setting, profile area it just shows name and email id and flipkart has no other means to authenticate even though you for login require either email or phone and you send every update to my registered email and update phone number [protected].

                                    This is causing me a lot of trouble.

                                      I bought a nokia 3310 on dec 2018. It stopped working after 2 months. It got shutdown and it's not switching on. I want to all nokia service center in chennai. They denied service for my mobile as the handset is basic model. Nokia service center told that my handset warranty has been expired. I bought my handset before 3 months. It had a warranty of 1 year. I complained to flipkart about this 1 month ago they are not responding at all. The handset warranty is expired but flipkart is denying and not responding at all. They are the one who sold an product with an expired warranty. They don't clarify my problems at all. They are saying that my complaint has been forwarded to back end team it will take 1 week to get an proper resolution, but it was 20 days ago. I want some proper replacement of my handset or a refund

                                        I bought samsung galaxy s8 on 21 st feb and it got delivered 23 feb in flip mobile bonanza sale. Since from then i started using my smartphone i. E from 24 feb there was touch problem at the bottom middle part of my phone. First i thought it was softaware issue so i called samsung care they told me to reset it so i did that but issue was still there even after the reset... So i placed a return request the technician confirmed in front of me that it was touch defect... But later he updated status as my mobile was fine after reset (Which was not) i want my s8 to be replaced or i want my money back... Such type of inconvinence is not expected from flipckart...
