I ordered cetaphil moisturizing cream, a pack of 2, instead i got delivered only pack of 1, i enquired and filed a complaint for resolution to flipkart customer care but no proper solution provided and customer service reply was they can't do anything about it as seller said that he had sent complete order. As i spoke with customer care, there's no accountability of the fraud from either side, seller or flipkart, no proper management of resolution of problems and complaints like this.. I am hoping to get my complaint resolved asap.

We have interacted with the cx. Cx complaints that he ordered product for 2 packs but got only 1 and already used the product.
Apologized and told the seller will refund difference amount of Rs 274/- to the Flipkart Wallet. Cx was happy with the resolution. Closing the case.

      Myself manpreet singh, a flipkart customer has ordered two centy toys combo with order id od[protected] for my child. And i just now received the same.

      To my surprise, when i opened the pack, there were only12 toy cars. The original order was 7+7 cars which sum up to 14. So 2 cars were missing in my order.

      The packing for these cars were so bad that it's like paper wrapper.
      Pls find attached pictures for your consideration and send me the correct oreder of 14 cars properly wrapped.

      When i requested the return for the product, seller has rejected my return grounds and when i called flipkart, they are advising me to wait.

      This cheating by flipkart sellers are increasing day by day and flipkart is keeping it's eyes closed rather than taking any actions against such sellers. I am requesting flipkart to immediately take my return request and supply me the correct order immediately or else return my hard earned money.

      After the replacement request, i have again recieved the wrong product with torn packing...your seller is again and again cheating...amd you are keeping your eyes closed.
      Pls find attched pictute of the stupid car whixh the seller has sent instead of Duster car..
      Pls refund my money as quick as possible.

      This is the third time replacement of my order carried out and still I have got the same wrong product...It seems flipkart has no control over its sellers .
      Flipkart social media team called me and taken the seller also in conference to make sure that the correct product should be delivered...but still i have got the same stupid low cost jeep instead of Duster car.
      Pls find attached pictures of cheap jeep which I got instead of Duster car. so I request flipkart to give me my hard earned money back.

        I bought an marq by flipkart ac from flipkart on 26th of december 2018 and the product delivered on 29th of december 2018. On the day from installing am facing multiple issues, outdoor unit very noisy my neighbours complained about it, company provided me a replacement for compressor, the other issues are indoor unit humming noise which is very loud in night times and at most time i can’t turn on the ac because it is not responding to the remote control. Now the cooling is not well and it takes 3-4 hours for the room to take 24degree cold and the compressor is not turning off after replacing compressor and the humming sound comes after only when the compressor turns on. I bought a second one of the marq ac same model for my home it didn’t have any problem. I requested for a replacement for my product they didn’t have any response

          I have been a buyer on flipkart since the past 7 years. I have purchased many items and sometimes even returned the ones that faulted in quality. My account was blocked on 15/02/19, because i had placed too many return requests.
          I clearly remember that i created return requests only when i needed to. I would never buy items that i don't need and then return them. They blocked my account without any prior notice or inspection. Being their regular customer i am highly dissapointed and feel hurt by their actions.
          I have been contacting their team, however there seems to be no response from their side.

            Sir i purchased a mobile phone redmi poco from flipkart ₹22999 today i get the delivery but when i opend there is no mobile phone at the mobile box thats why m hear to request you sir take a legal action against flipkart coz they fraud hear with me..
            I trust them and invest my ₹22999 for that mobile phone plz take a action against them then they know what is indian consumer court will do against that fraud...

              I ordered asus zenfone max m1, mobile got issues in finger print initially, as raised return request technician came and sorted out, again next day camera performance issue the same technician resolved. Ppijt to note here is all he did is only a temporary resolution. Later some time on the same day i got over heating issue suddenly if i used my mobile for a voice call (In 8to 10 min).. So i asked for a refund / money back. Mobile got these many issues how can i use this further. Customer care associates are not approving the refund. Also they asked me to go to brand service centre. How dare they say this since my return policy time frame is still there.in this case i need a refund. How can i trust these worthless product. Flipkart is cheating customers by saying seller policy. Why flipkart is allowing these kind of cheat sellers to sell the product. All i need is my money back. No other option. Take take product back and provide my money back.

                  I ordered some skin care products from flipkart whose delivery date was scattered although being ordered under one cart. The delivery agent was not reachable most the time and when i visited the office for collection of parcel it either was vacant of agents or the product was not scannable any used to get close before its stated closing time. I had to return back home twice when i went for collection. I am totally fed up with flipkart and its services and never going to order anything from this site.

                    Kindly see to it that the delivery man who has works for flipkart in kohima town.
                    The reason i order from flip kart and other websites in india as well as international one is because it is home delivery. I got a call from this delivery man on[protected] who has asked me to come and pick my package but since i was in office i asked him to drop my package at home which is only 10 seconds from the place he was standing but he refused and started to talk very rudely and threatening me that he will cancel my order and will take it back. Such a thief!! I was very surprised by his response of this delivery guy employed by flipkart. Such uneducated and unethical person they have employed. Kindly fire such person..[protected]d that is his phone number... I have lost interest in flip kart and will never order from this website. You just lost one customer. I will also tell my family and friends not to order from this website as we, the customers, are to be treated like this way.

                      I brought a asus mobile on jan 27 2019 it was working good for one week then mobile got switched off and again it's not getting switch on from feb5th. I don't y it's happened. I was busy in my delivery so i couldn't complaint as soon as it happened. My get back offer is also over now i need resolution for this problem or change the product and give because mobile cost is 13000rs.

                        I ordered an asus zenfone max pro m1 on 7th feb via net banking. It was shipped on 8th feb. The estimated time was concluded to be 13feb but later i received an email about the delay of the product from 13th to 14th feb but it has been 16feb (I have posted this at the night of 15th feb) but still haven't received the product what's more there's no status update either and it's still concluding the estimated time to be 14th feb and the location of the product have been backwarded from 'shipment yet to be delivered' to 'dispatched to motherhub (Hub at the neighbouring city).
                        I want the order to be delivered by 17th feb or else, i would be forced to cancel the order. For knowing more details and response please email to [protected]@gmail.com.

                          I ordered a Microsoft surface laptop order Id is OD[protected] which amount was Rs39, 990.00 and amount was paid and tht product was shipped thts already on the way and seller suddenly cancelled that product and now tht product price is Rs41, 990.00.when I talk to the Flipkart customer service they told me the product was out of stock thts why seller cancelled the product, Now my point is if the product is shipped and it's on the way almost arrived thn how it's out of stock???

                          The Flipkart made the reason that the product is out of stock now at the discounted price on which i ordered, they advised me to order again on higher price. how the product was available on higher price if the product became out of stock during delivery . if the product was out of stock why they confirmed my order and why they kept selling it . why they kept selling the product when they did not have it on their stock .

                            Sir/Mam i have order Yu Yunique 2(Coral Black, 16GB) from 2gud.com but seller sent me Yu4711(8GB) mobile phone which is too bad in condition and the phone is cheaper than Yu Yunique 2 which i have order. ok then i request a refund but its says that it will take a day to approved and i will get a call from 2gud team, but after a day they did not call me; not only that i have got a email and sms which says that " the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request for the item. In case you need any product related assistance, please contact the brand". is this a joke? this product came with 10 day return policy and thats why i think i am safe and 2gud is from flipkart so it blindly 100% trusted, but this incident is broken my all trust, now i am trying to contact with customar care but they only give Email Conversation option there has no option for Call Back facility or Mobile no to contact them manually. please help me i am now resigned!! please stop this kind of fraud seller and approve my refund process!!

                            2gud is totally fraud company don't know why Flipkart let the us His name.i have ordered moto x style smartphone in good condition but they sent phone with defective battery. the phone after full charge discharge very fast it shuts down lest than 20min so i requested them for return but they rejected my return request 3 times and now not able to do anything.

                              I'll transfer one gift card on 3rd February 2019 from my registered mail id to my brother and that card still not received to receiver so i raise complaint to Flipkart and from last 3rd of February my issue not resolved and on 13th February they mailed me that they provide a new gift card in 24 hrs but still not get any gift card voucher and customer care executive give me different different reason everyday. I'll attach screenshot of mail which flipkart mailed me on 13th February.

                              Still issue not resolved. I got only one call yesterday to wait for 24 hrs and i think 24 hrs completed but still no proper response to solve the issue for last 16 days.

                                    Sir i have order adidas solar boost blue color shoes price is 14999 and my order id is od[protected] i have recived adidas black color solar boost shoes when i raise return for this flipkart block my account after i compland by a call in customer service they says we are unable to take any action becouse your account is block last two weeks i have compland for this they don't take any action they says we are working and then they close my case they don't accept return please help for return my product and my product is on cardless credit emi if you don't accept this product i dont pay for different color product i dont pay this product emi and i also have a in my account 1600 rupay gift voucher nd 50+ flipkart plus coin cardless payment emi 51000 how i pay this ammount my account is block how i pay next months emi when i avoide this they charged 22% of interest i dont understand what will i do please help to resolve this concern and please reactive my account please.

                                        I paid 1lakh for an acer predator helios laptop that was on sale. When i received the laptop, the seal on the brand box was already opened. So that means, somebody already used the laptop.

                                        I initiated a replacement on jan 25th. It is now feb 11th and have no heard from retailnet even once. Apparently my phone is 'busy' every time they call. They cancelled my replacement request 6 times already and some of them without even providing a reason. Flipkart says "there is nothing we can do, the seller has all the control". They can not even refund my money.

                                        Retailnet is just wasting time so i will get fed up and start using the fake product. Flipkart is the most useless site where they have 0 control over how the seller treats the customers. They cant provide a date or resolution. This is the worst experience ever.

                                        Here is the update. After 20 days on feb 14th 2019, which was yesterday, they sent a replacement laptop. The new replacement Laptop has the EXACT SAME issue as the first one. All the seals were open again. So I have kept both laptops and not returned them till flipkart solves this issue. The new laptop is soooooo dusty it looks like it has been in storage for centuries. This is a flipkart assured product btw which means they apparently do 6 quality checks. Clearly not even 1 quality check has been done.

                                        On 14th Feb there was a 9th replacement request that was raised. They promised a resolution to the problem by 19th feb which is today. The back end team followed up on the request everyday by calling me and telling me they will resolve it by 19th. However, I have not got a call or email from them today. I am done trying to reach their support team

                                        The seller's support team does not work weekends apparently!! How on earth are they in e-commerce and do not work on weekends is anybody's guess. That is the amount of power a seller has over flipkart. They can do anything and get away with it.
