I precooked samsung s10 on flipkart which was apposed to deliver on 7th march but still not delivered and they don't have any update for me when it will be delivered. Never accepted this behavior from such a big company.

I booked on flipkart as they promised to start delivery from 5th march where amazon was from 7th march. Later i got to know that samsung itself launched s10 on 7th march, so it was never possible for flipkart to start deliver from 5th march. This is clearly cheating with customer and trying to play with their emotions.

I can understand, please don't worry.

Flipkart is a very reputed company & will never cheat on its customers. i have been a loyal customer for 6 years now because flipkart has been loyal to me.

The same incident happened to my brother who pre-ordered one plus series. It took more than a week than the actually date they mentioned.

But thankfully we got the phone in the next few days. Its not Flipkart behind this. Its the seller's fault that sometimes some sellers won't dispatch/send the package on time.

Because of such sellers flipkart's reputation is being damaged. There are both Good sellers as well as Bad sellers who must be sued/accused/sent out from selling their stuffs from Flipkart.

i'm sure the phone you've pre-ordered should reach you within the next week. Good Luck!

    5 orders of curtains total 10 curtains but in my return i have received only 1 order

    2 curtains when i call flipkart he tell me that 4 orders reached from you with in 3-4 days but my order not met me when i complaint he failed my spf claim again and again and provide me negative balance today he again provide me another negtive balance he say no data found no proof of delivery provide not listen my problem

      I had placed the order for handfit 100% pure rosemary essential oil vide order no. Od[protected]. However, upon delivery found handfit argan oil has been delivered. These are obviously not the same. We need immediate replacement with the correct product. Please treat this as urgent and take immediate action.

        My name is rehan qureshi.
        Order no:od[protected]. Flipkart sent me defective product, i complaint flipkart, their technician visited me next day and formatted my phone and formally check without machine. He fake updated that customer was happy with the solution provided but i clearly mention in the feedback form that i was unsatisfied with the solution provided. I complaint him but company didnot take any action. I am uploading his visit performa as a proof in which he mention that phone hang in pubg after format it is ok but phone is hanging, freezing and somtime screen black for long time in many app. He paricularly mention game name of pubg game so that copmany think that it is heavy app). He does not check other issues.
        . As advised by flipkart executive that, you can make video of phone with another phone and show it to enginner, i have shown him 5 videos but he said sir hamare samne or wo b inbuit apps par hoga to hi hum issue forwaed krenge.. I have read the flipkart return policy nothing is mention like:
        1) phone should hang or restart in front of enginner it is impossible task. Also when
        Flipkart is making me fool executive told me that sir hamari guarantee ni h aap vivo service centrele ja skte h.. Its a voilation of buying selling agreement i have given them money so ots theri duty to provice genuine product not fake product and told customer to visit authorised service centre why should i waste my valuable tike and resource.
        I still have some hanging and screen black videos which i can upload. Please take further action

        I recieve flipkart technician call. Flipkart told me that sir we arranged a senior senior enginner visit but today i recive a call from same engineer who visited last time and fake updated. I told him that, " flipkart executive told me that we are arranging a senior technician visit." He said "sir me apne senior se baat kr leta tha hoon". After that he didnot try to contact me, then i called him he said sir hum video ko consider ni karte etc i am uploading his coversation with me. Also he again upadated fake status tha unable to contact. I am uploading screenshot of message.
        Now i dont want any tech visit or flipkart other formalities. Help me to get my money back.

          My affiliate tracking id is anigam81gm, according to payment reports a gift voucher of Rs 2438 has been issued on 28th January 2019, but I have not received the same in my Gmail account, I have written emails on 12th Feb, 20th Feb, 2nd March and 10th of March to affiliate team.             They did not worry about customer issue. Worst customer service.

              Dear sir/madam.
              I am sundararajan from neyveli, tn. I have ordered for a lenovo tab 4 8inches on march-8th 10:30 pm (Womens day offer) at a price of rs.9999/-.

              Upon acceptance and after the product was shipped to my address, the next day (9th march), the seller (M/s. Indiflashmart) abruptly cancelled the shipment and initiated the process of refund.

              Disappointed with the way this order was treated, i made a complaint with flipkart and they simply said that you have to re-order the same if you want. But the product is not available with a discount of around rs.3000/- (Now selling at rs. 12, 990/-). Moreover i have not received the refund also till date. (From 8th march) the website says you will receive the refund on or before 13th march. Till that time i need to wait, my money is with them for 5 days and product is also cancelled... This may be termed as cheating the customer...

              I think this seller cancelled so that he can save the discounted amount of rs.3000/-.

              Flipkart people have not executed my order. This is unfair practice and hence i am complaining to you.

              Kindly intervene and get my order executed at the same discounted price of rs.9999/-

                Bought this s10+ phone on 22nd feb. Firstly the seller did not update this hones imei number for pre book offer, hence i am not been able to avail samsung pre booking offer. Secondly i have not received invoices for the order, this is a very big compliance issue for the brand like flipkart. Without invoice the credibility and genuineness of the product gets into to questions and without invoice i am not able able to buy mobile insurance putting my phone on risk. Moreover customer care are buying more more time with giving proper explanation. This is intolerable...

                Even when you go for movie in branded store there food counter states that when you dont get the bill consider your product to be free.

                Cx informed that he is not able to download the invoice for this order id, so had apologised for the issue, informed the Cx that he can download the invoice clicking on my order, Cx says that for all the orders invoice downloading is available, only for this particular option downloading invoice is not possible, so have asked the Cx to share the screen short of my order page replying to the mail.
                Tried calling the Cx on [protected] multiple times
                it was RNR, RNR mail sent, Since there was no response from the Cx we are closing the case as solved.

                Customer raised concern stating that he is unable to download the invoice copy. So we tried calling customer multiple times regarding the same however there was no response from the customer end. Hence we have sent the invoice copy to the customer registered email id and we are losing the case from our end.
                Same happened with me for the latest order i placed on 3rd Jan 2010. Order was delivered on time but Invoice of the product was not available on Flipkart order page. i tried downloading it multiple times and complaint about the issue to flipkart team more than 10 times. they create the issue id and then mark it as resolved without providing actual invoice and without sharing any update with customer.

                So far, I have not been provided invoice of the product after delivery. they are neither uploading the invoice nor sending on mail. They might have started selling stolen phone. No responsiblity no credibility flipkart has. Poor Customer service. Order id OD[protected]

                  I purchased MI note pro 5 from flipkart on 24th Feb 2019 (order id OD[protected] but the very next I noticed there is some problems with the audio and calling speaker. I raised this issue to flipkart team for replacement on 28th feb but didn't get any more response from your team and my request got cancelled.

                  Hence, I again raise the replacement request on 2nd March and it again get cancelled on 6th March.

                  I am pissed up with your service, now I don't want replacement kindly process my request for refund.

                  Seriously, yours service is worsening day by day.

                  I am enclosing here my mobile bill, your engineering complaint copy and complain I'd.

                  I hope to see some positive response from your team.

                      I have purchased voltas ac from flipkart on 08th march 2019 with order id od[protected]. Currently voltas is running extended warranty program in place of 1 year to 5 year for all the ac purchased. When i contacted voltas customer care for the extended warranty they said flipkart is not their authorized seller and they cannot provide the extended warranty. If flipkart is not the authorised seller, why they are selling this product. Many of consumers like me will be filling looted by voltas or flipkart here.

                            I ordered baefikr back case that costs 499/- for my mobile phone poco f1 through flipkart on 5th march 2019 and the order has been approved on the same date. And i received a mail which said item had been packed on the date 6th march 2019. And a mail that said item had been shipped sent to my mail on 6th march. Received item dispatched mail on 8th march and out for delivery mail on 9th march i. E., today. I received the order and paid money to the delivery boy as it was a cod order. Later when i was opening the seal and the packing i found that the box was empty and there was no product in it. This is literally a fraudulent act on flipkart's side. Flipkart literally cheated me. I want to lodge a complaint against flipkart regarding this issue.

                                No help from flipkart.com. They blocked me from Twitter also. They said me they will provide me an update within 48hrs. I have proper call recording. Now they saying they have given me an update. And only update was account has been blocked.

                                  I ordered zenphone m2 from flipcart. And it was revived by the hub nearest to my landmark 2 days ago but still they are not delivering product to me and even they are not attending call. As i got number of delivery boy from flipcart message. I am very dis satisfied with the service of flipcart. And the service will be praised if my complaint will be taken in consideration.

                                    Hi sir,

                                    I was purchased samsung s8 mobile worth 36000 from flipkart shown 2gud, when i was check for warrenty for mobile in samsung site it is showing not valid for warrenty which is not valid for imei.

                                    Same called to flipkart and 2gud customer care they are not taking any complaints against it.in fact flipkart customer care person saying we dont any option to take complaints then what is the use of customer care. They had complete recording also.

                                      I placed order with flipkart - order id od[protected] dated 25.2.2019 for grocery items but order was delivered was not delivered on 28.2.2019 and when i contacted customer care they inform to wait end the solt ie 6.00 to 9.00 am morning deliver and after that no info from flipkart when i can against to cusstomer care they then confirm to reimbuse the payment, but till date i am regular in touch with customer care but till date i have receved my refund after contact consumer care till date there is no any solutions.

                                      Kindly arrange to reimbuse my amount

                                        The phone was delivered on 13th feb 2019, after using it for a few days i found that it has touch issues and the screen was freezing at times as well. I requested for a replacement and i got the replaced unit delivered to me on 27th feb 2019. I faced the same issue just after a day o[censored]sing the replaced unit. I ignored it first but the problem happened every now and then. I requested for a refund and the technician came for basic checks. He checked the phone and forwarded the complaint to the seller and i don't know why but the seller rejected it. I can't use my phone and the seller thinks this isn't a major issue.
