Flipkart order id - od[protected]
Ordered mi led tv 4xpro worth rs39999 along with extended warranty of 2 years worth rs2597 on 26th jan 2019.
And got it delivered by 28th jan 2019.
Then requested for a return within 1 day of delivery (29th jan 2019). Product was not even removed from the box.
Flipkart implicitly returned the extended warranty, but didn't accepted the return of tv (As rejected by seller with a genuine reason as per their policy).
Now as i am having the tv only without the extended warranty, i have asked flipkart provide the warranty back again, and i will again pay the amount of rs2597.
But flipkart rejected to provide me the warranty again, stating that this service of extended warranty cannot be bought separately from flipkart.
They are asking me to talk to a third party service provider 'jeeves' to buy the warranty separately.
Jeeves have the same extended warranty service available at a higher price of rs3070/-.
Now i have been complaining to flipkart that due to their internal operational problems (Which is returning the extended warranty without accepting return of the tv), i have to pay additional amount of rs 473/[protected].
I have done multiple escalations (4 times) of the concern with flipkart's customer support, and they have said they won't be entertaining my concern any more, and won't be supporting any further.
I have wasted around 2 hours of my important time in speaking with flipkart's team to get more & more furious.
My problem is not rs473/- that i have to pay extra, but rather the mental pressure & harassment that i have to face because of an operational glitch at flipkart's end.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with the customer and told the difference amount of 473/- is refunded to the Flipkart wallet by the seller. The customer agreed and was happy with the resolution. Closing the case.
I order the products for my sister marriage.That flipkart gave fake promise to deliver product but last minute.they said we cant deliver.Its like a knife in neck.
