Dear sir
My name is rijul gaur and i purchased a product (Auspicious wooden king box bed) which got delivered on 8th of feb. Parts of the product were taken up to the first floor of my house by your workers and they claimed that their service guys will open the rest of the parts and take it up the floors one by one. Today is 9th feb and the service guy came to install the bed. He absolutely refused to take the parts upstairs claiming that there has been some miscommunication. I offered them help by saying that my chacha and i will help you guys to sort your work but the workers (Namely mr. Sonu and faiz) refused in the most unprofessional manner and had to ethics regarding professional chores. Moreover the workers disrespected my mother and i lost my temper. I seek for a strict action against them and a quick remedy to my uninstalled bed.

    I will claimed your flipkart and ekart because ekart service is not deliver any shipment at home. Ekart service very slow and my shipment without ask me cancel. I have to face many problem from your service. Ekart service very bad.. And your friend face many problem because each fe visit our town masseur to sitamau.. Distance 30km and under sitamau town 220 village.. Your fe does not visit under village.. Then public's donot satisfy your fe. Plz improve your service otherwise all shipment sent to home town... Ekart doesn't work properly.. And not cover one dc to all district.. Plz make a part of dc in our district.. And send local courier as like ecom express, delihivery pvt ltd. And many other courier service which provide good service..

      In dec 2018, i think my account was hacked and i got an sms saying someone changed mobile and password. I immediately acted and reset my password. After that i ordered 3 times and every time my order got cancelled after shipping saying seller cancelled. I had abount 7500 inr in gift cards in my account which i dont know are lost of blocked in my account as after that i have not been able to log into my account even though i promptly get the otp on email as well as mobile but on trying to enter new password always says unable to reset password. I called many many times and nothing still in 2 months. Only once i got some cal from backend team and said the will get back and still nothing. Need immediate help as today my myntra account was also hacked with credit in it.

        I have cancelled my order which was expected to get delivered 14days ago. My order was on emi so now the 1st emj has also been deducted instead of the cancellation of the product.. I jst want the refund of my payment. I have tried so many times to cancel it but after 10 min it gets undo. I talked to customer care but they say that its a technical error. From last 10 days they are saying the same thing.

            Unable to update password as well even after entering otp you sent.

            Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening. Then i used forgot button and then received code.

            Entering new password; it says "unable to update new password please retry". It happens at your web application as well as mobile app.

            Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

            Already raise complaints at your helpline number but nobody bothered to rectify it just the mails about false promises that it will be resolved by some imaginary date and times.

            Dear Support, you expect customers to get satisfied with your response. Its seems vicious circle. Support Executives keep on sending dummy mails with date and time promises that keeps on expiring and You here saying contact Support.
            Your Customer support number did nothing thats y posted complaint here at the first place.

            I shared my mail ID registered with you i.e. "utkarsh.alw[at]gmail.com"; If you cant find details then allow me re-register with the same mail-ID. I am writing simple LOGIC here and you bluntly denying to admit the problem and take steps to rectify it.

                I got a tampered product 3 weeks ago.
                I received a tampered mobile phone. Which apparently has a hanging/ software issue now. I complaint for the same on the next day. Since then 10 customers calls (Taking 30-45 mins) and many mails later i been forced to exchange the order. During a call they mentioned that they can only replace the product 1 time. What if the replace phone comes tampered again? They will not even hear what i am saying because only 1 replacement is mentioned in the policy. Is it my fault that i am refurbished/used/tampered phone? Why am still forced to use the damaged phone. I am very sure they are not going to listen to me after the phone is replaced.

                The customers service has done nothing but repeated the same lines all the time, disturbed my parents while they have no clue, take discussions on their own and still the issue is unsolved. Worst communication anyone can have.
                I have repeated my problem countless time at this point to them. I don't even know why this guys have technology when they just lesson to the same problem for 30 mins.
                I recorded a video while the phone got hang. Mind you this a new phone i bought.

                I am very tired with the service at this point. I can't repeat the same things again, i can't see their copy paste solutions to different email.
                I am very tired.
                I just want my money back. And stop this here. Please someone help.

                  I have ordered product to different place to my brother, sister and collegue. And now flipkart blocked my account saying that i am reselling products. Without inquiry, how can they block my account. Please take necessary action on them.

                  I am using flipkart last 4 to 5 years. Myself relocate many place the what is worng in it.
                  Dont judge easily. Plz help to resolve.

                    unable to change mobile number in flipkart account

                    I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number 709533xxxx. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable...

                    I have ordered biotique bio white advanced fairness face wash
                    In picture it is shown as bottle form 1 quantity - however it is delivered to me in tube form 2 quantity - which is complete fraud what shown in the picture - the reason why i chose this product because it comes in bottle from.

                    It is clear case of misleading the consumer - this materially misleads the public and give a false impression about the product. It is clear violation of consumer protection act
                    I request to concern person immediately ban such seller on flipkart and deal the matter at urgent basis.

                      Flipkart has cancelled my orders repeatedly and now also banned my account.
                      Also from my dad's account for the same order they have cancelled the oroeuctbafyer it was shipped and says order cancelled by seller.
                      Tried to communocate everything but no resolutoon has been provided. Also fliojart alleged me of false accusations of repeated ourchase and resales whereas all the products are being returbed and apprived by seller and fliojart processed refund. This is absolute harrasment by the seller and flipkart.

                          I got this phone from flipkart on 27th jan. Since 28th it's creating problem. Firstly i got problem with sound on incoming and outgoing calls. Then with music player alarm clock and even the sound option in settings is not working and i can't adjust the sound of my device. After contacting flipkart customer care and making escalations and everything else possible when no solution came i had to go to nokia centre for 3-4 times sitting for hours there. They too confirmed that this device updated software version is a problem. Bcoz of that they installed a lower version which ofcourse is missing much of the functionality and moreover i'm not able to access third party applications.
                          To all this problems flipkart is just playing passing the buck game. Everytime you contact them they have 3-4 sentences mugged up which they will spit out irrespective of your question. Even to my statement of raising complaint against them in consumer forum the flipkart guy told is there anything else i can help you with???
                          And the flipkart technician told me they can't help with third party applications if this device is not supporting them. So is flipkart going to provide its own applications or nokia is going to do that for this device. Every application is third party only.
                          I need a refund for this device. It's been 10 days struggling with this device. This is the worst device i got and even more worse customer support.

                            Someone in the name of your reputed company messaged me and calls me too that i had won a Tata Safari car in Lucky draw. If i have to claim the car i have to give them ₹6300.
                            What the hell is this with your company!!! Someone making fraud calls in your name and you are taking no steps for that. Even they got my address, phone number, pincode too... How did they got this?? Tell me...

                            I want a serious complaint registration for this...

                              I have made online purchase of loreal xtenso 1.1/2 lt shampoo and other masque on 21st january 2019 and made payment instantly with my credit card.
                              I realized after few minutes that I chose a wrong products and cancelled both items in same order in span of 20-30 minutes.
                              Since then I have been getting calls from various customer care support team calling me every alternate days and not able to fix on crediting my amount spent. I have not got single call from senior customer care support team member on demanding to speak to them. Every time they have asked me to wait for 24 hours-48 hours as they claimed to Escalate my complaint made on refund. I fail to understand if seller tried to credit my money back it should go back to same card I have used and not ask for my other bank's account details! it seller is not able to credit my money he should refund in the form of DD at the earliest.

                              Is this kind of a joke? Does online shopping refund takes 17 days?

                                  Day before yesterday i.e 1/02/19 thrle trimmer name NOVA NHT 1046 was delivered to me. After two days the the motor stopped working, I charged it fully then too it's not working, my father is scolding me badly. I didn't used that trimmer once also.

                                    I want to return my shoe because size issue but jab mein return kar raha tha then mera id block kar diya gaya and shoe was soo large amount 6300 its nike exp shoe style please coprate me i want to please refund my money or reactivate my id
                                    And i am student soo please to solve my problem as well as soon possible because your team was not worked and not contacted to me last before three days please solve my problem either i will FIR on police station.

                                    I had received this mobile on January 28 2019(Monday).This is the 4Gb RAM variant but Now I am facing this flickering effect.I got damn irritated by this action even i had got this mobile for 12, 000 rs .

                                    I had ordered the Book "Burried Thoughts" by Joseph Annamkutty Jose -two quantities. The parcel arrived and it is written 2 quantities taking parcel charge of 90 (45+45) rupees. But inside there is only one book

                                      My flipkart account has been blocked... And now they are forcing me to pay the pay later bill... When they themselves... Have blocked my account... I have tried to call them, mail them but only get auto generated responses... When i talk to them they say your issue has been escalated and you will get a call or email from them.. But nothing happens... They keep on giving dates nothing really happens... Help me.. If they can't unblock my account... Just they can provide their account no... So that i can directly transfer money in their account.
