Hi, this is govind kumar. My contact number number is [protected] and [protected]. These days, i use to get many calls from flipkart pay later about any ashwani ranjan on regular basis. Today i have got a message from flipkart pay later regarding payment issue. But, i have never been used the flipkart pay later service. This is really irritating and ridiculous too. Highly intolerable. Always keeps disturbing.

    Hello,
    I have ordered the cellphone (Redmi note 5 pro) during the great indian sale (Flipkart) where there was an offer of 1500₹ cashback on the city bank credit card. I have contacted several times to the cashback even after the 90 day period. I have a mail confirmation of cashback to be credited im november, till now it hadn't credited to my account.

      1. Order id od[protected]
      Two blankets were ordered by this id. However only one blanket received instead of two and that too is different from that were ordered.
      2. Blankets that were ordered were pink double mink 3254. Srs floral double mink..
      3. However only one, wrong blanket received which is taj blanket, neelmani home furnishings which is different from that were ordered
      4. Extremely disappointed and feel cheated.
      5. Kindly refund the amount or send two blanket s as per order specifications.

        I had ordered a loptop from flipkart on 31 december 2019 amounting 72, 533 inr and paid for it through by debit card. The order had to be delivered by 3rd feb 2019
        Everything seemed to be fine. But suddenly on the evening of 1st feb 2019 i got a message that my order has been cancelled by seller and my amount will be refunded by 4th feb 2019.
        I had to buy a loptop in an emergency situation. I had placed my order on flipkart after checking the estimated delivery date which said would be within 3rd feb. I felt like i have been desserts in the middle without any prior intimation.
        I feel this action by flipkart is highly inappropriate considering their market standard.
        Now i can't reorder or buy from anywhere else untill the complete refunded back into my account.
        I am being denied what i was assured.
        I feel this kind of attitude toward a customer is highly questionable and i feel i am at loss.

The mail stated that you are placing orders for reselling hence you will not be able to access your account..                 I have ordered a tv from flipkart. I scheduled a delivery today in 6 to 9 slot as i have newly relocated to pune and my office is 20 km from my residence. I got a call from your courier boy at 1 pm to take the delivery or ask someone to take delivery. He was not ready to come at after 8 pm and he asked me to get this delivered on my holiday.

                When i called customer service 3 times but didn't get the any solution. Then i wrote on social media and then i got a call that my product wil be delivered that daft after 8 pm.

                At 5:30 on the same day, i got message o[censored]ndeliverable.

                A customer has to follow courier boy scheduled. A customer is on the mercy of courier boy and such a pathetic customer service.

                When i called the customer service, i was told that delivery can be done only between 9 to 7, then why i was given option to go for preferred time 6 to 9. Why website is in correct. Also, customer service gave me options to take leave to collect the product. I wrote multiple times to social media but they only wrote the scripted empathy words.

                Today i have requested a third person to collect my courier to whom i barely know.

                Now i will be in same vicious circle for installation as i would not be available before 8 pm.

                Now my only concern is that, if they don't have delivery option of 6 to 9 they why they are giving options to opt for preferred time. You can check facebook page of flipkart, how may times u have written and what response i got.

                I am highly disappointed.

                Need immediate help so that no other customers will go though such kind of pain because of pathetic customer service and social media

                  they said your name has been selected for lucky contest and you won 7 lakh Rs worth car and 3 lakh cash so want to avail this winning amount you have to pay

                    I have ordered earphones of marley which has to be delivered on thursday 31st jan 2019. But i haven't got my order and haven't got any update about that.. Even worse is your customer support has unable to provide accurate information for me. I have to go back to my hometown tomorrow but the order is not received yet... Ordering on flipkart cost me a day and a train reserved ticket.. Bizzare from you guys... From now onwards i suggest each of my friend not to order on flipkart... The worst ever...

                        I have ordered 1 air fryer to gift it to my grind on his wedding. The cost of air fryer is Rs. 4834 on 8jan2019. I gifted the product to my friend on his wedding. My friend went to his honeymoon after his wedding and came back on 28 jan 2019 and opened the product. He found a cheap quality Roti maker instead of air fryer in the box. I called up customer care so they said return or refund policy of your product is over and now we are sorry. And they are not at all ready to consider the request.

                          Asked flip kart for replace the replace they says me that there return period is over so visit service center
                          I went to center and told me its a defective product they cannot do anything without paid service. Its costly around 11000 (Phone cost is 9999/-.) and there is no warranty for the same due to its defective one.
                          I have word with my advocate and told me that flip kart knows that the court procedure so long so by the meanwhile we will left the suits. For your acknowledge kindly not that its a cheating, defective product distributing company (I am doubting that they deliver me a refurbished product. Don't trust them up. I have contacted customer care so they are saying that its your problem that you are not informed us before the return period is over.
                          What ever it is, i am going to suit a file against them.. Nobody else need not cheat by them.

                                Flipkart order id - od[protected]
                                Ordered mi led tv 4xpro worth rs39999 along with extended warranty of 2 years worth rs2597 on 26th jan 2019.
                                And got it delivered by 28th jan 2019.
                                Then requested for a return within 1 day of delivery (29th jan 2019). Product was not even removed from the box.
                                Flipkart implicitly returned the extended warranty, but didn't accepted the return of tv (As rejected by seller with a genuine reason as per their policy).

                                Now as i am having the tv only without the extended warranty, i have asked flipkart provide the warranty back again, and i will again pay the amount of rs2597.

                                But flipkart rejected to provide me the warranty again, stating that this service of extended warranty cannot be bought separately from flipkart.
                                They are asking me to talk to a third party service provider 'jeeves' to buy the warranty separately.
                                Jeeves have the same extended warranty service available at a higher price of rs3070/-.

                                Now i have been complaining to flipkart that due to their internal operational problems (Which is returning the extended warranty without accepting return of the tv), i have to pay additional amount of rs 473/[protected].
                                I have done multiple escalations (4 times) of the concern with flipkart's customer support, and they have said they won't be entertaining my concern any more, and won't be supporting any further.

                                I have wasted around 2 hours of my important time in speaking with flipkart's team to get more & more furious.
                                My problem is not rs473/- that i have to pay extra, but rather the mental pressure & harassment that i have to face because of an operational glitch at flipkart's end.

                                We have interacted with the customer and told the difference amount of 473/- is refunded to the Flipkart wallet by the seller. The customer agreed and was happy with the resolution. Closing the case.
                                Fast delivery
                                I ordered for two bottles of Denver Deo and two bottles of beer shampoo but I didn't got the product Flipkart is showing as delivered for these products
                                it was a cash on delivery so I didn't lost the money but I wasted time waiting for the order to come which was a bad experience
                                please do something if Flipkart can do

                                    Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked and has Gift Voucher of Rs.2511/-. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. And also asked Gift voucher details but customer could not give proper details so we could not fetch details correctly so informed customer if details are given then we can help him further but customer didnot provide details & said doesnot want any money. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

I filed for return request and on 29/01/19 my account is blocked my flipkart and the return is cancelled. No response to twitter messages, cs can't help me saying we cannot do anything. I want my hard earned money back for the wrong product what u guys sent me, dont be with a filthy behaviour by blocking the account and cheating your customer. I want you to refund my hard earned money back with compensation for the mental agony caused. Further i am ready to file civil litigation case against flipkart for cheating under section ipc 406, 420 and cyber crime from my lawyer. So before going to that extent, kindly refund my money at the earliest and dont make yourself trouble. You cannot cheat your customer by sending someother brand and claiming it to be american tourister. I trusted from the photo which your seller uploaded who was new to flipkart. Kindly refund my money and take back your product which you sent me wrongly. #flipkartscam #flipkartfraud

                                      The claim is genuine. So refund my money. First it was under resolution and all of a sudden it was cancelled and account blocked.

                                      The whole world sees this post and i hope i get some support from other people like me who is facing this kinda situation from worst ecommerce flipkart

                                        Hi, I have ordered a boat earphone, order id is OD[protected].
                                        Delivery date was 30 January but due to delay in delivery I didn't get my earphone.
                                        I would like to suggest that flipcart need improvement in delivery, this causes unfaith among customer.
                                        I would like to get my earphone on 31 January.
