As i have ordered a product from flipkart and have returned it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on 28.02.2019 and the reference no is : pur[protected] but amount has not been credited in my account till late and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them as lodged complain on spgrs andref no: ibcwe[protected] its still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute but wen i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Then again yest i registered ibcwe[protected]. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

    I received a defective asus zenfone max pro m2. The camera is defective as it doesn't images captured at close distance is blurry. I placed a replacement request and the technician visit me and agreed that the problem exists. But his response to the replacement was that the product can not be replaced as the camera app is working and it is capturing images even though the image is blurry. I am annoyed at this kind of service from flipkart.

    On 2nd March 2019, My SBI debit was used thrice for the payment of 215. In 4th attempt my payment was successful. I have lost 645. I have been using Flipkart for many years but this kind of problem never happened this is the first time I am facing such issue.

      I received this SMS for which I am again not satisfied to get the amount back why I have to so long as transfering any amount does not take so long.. Still I think my amount is blocked by Flipkart

The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on[protected]. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

      I have received this message yesterday where it says that the amount is going to reflect in my account on or before 11th March, now is it takes so long to transfer a amount because deduction of the amount has taken only few seconds. I don't want to wait for so long do NEFT or IMPS where I can receive my amount within 4hrs.

          Dear sir,
          I dont know whether i can complain on this issue or not, but here iam submitting my complaint outof frustration i experienced with flipkart.
          What happen is... It is wellknown that before placing a order on flipkart, flipkart checks for address pincode whether it can deliver the product to the specified pincode or not. Only after checking with the pincode and verification it allows customer to place a order and after it confirms and gives a estimated delivery date (Delivery date is only estimated, actual delivery may vary)
          But in my case what happen is i placed a puma running shoe to the address pincode 504251, flipkart accepted and gave estimated delivery date and after a long time after the delivery date i contacted the flipkart to know why the product is not delivered, in the first call they assure us in 24 hours your product will be received, and after that for further calls they dont respond to me and they simply say sorry for the delay and so on... Being the order is prepaid and in many a cased i paid delivery charges also for the products but they dont deliver and say address pincode mismatch, how a pre checked and placed orders address pincode will be mismatched i asked the customer executive, they it might be delivery agents mistake or the wishmasters mistake. I asked they why you make customer to suffer for the mistakes of others.. They said they will take action on them.. But still they are not responsive.
          They reply with only sorry and apology mails but many a times the problem is not resolved.
          And second time i ordered a washing machine stand for this also the same thing happened and fedup with the calls and followingup of flipkart customers executive. Again they cancelled the product without informing me.
          One thing i cant understand is when i call them they assure me the product will be delivered and after further calls they simply say sorry and say we are working on it and suddenly i received a mail and msg that my ordered is cancelled. And from that date after two to three days after i receive my amount back, process of 10-15days. They kept my money with them for which no mistake is from my side.
          Here in case of washing machine stand they asked me to place the order again and this time they assured me the product will be delivered surely, but nothing new happened, samething repeated, i paid for the product, after a long time they cancel the product from their side.
          Personally i feel customers are not protected for the mistakes of others on e commerce.
          My doubt is why i should suffer for the mistake which is not mine, i have given correct pin code and the order is prepaid and simply after waiting a long time they cancel my order and they simply throw a sorry word on my face.
          Below are the order details
          1. Order id is od[protected] on 1st feb, expected delivery by feb 4th, simply they cancelled and refunded me on 14th feb
          2. Order id is od[protected] on 1st feb, expected by 6th, cancelled and refunded to me on 20th feb
          3. Order id is od[protected] on 21st feb, expected by 28th feb, cancelled and refunded to me on 12th march, 2019.

          Customers executive assures the order will be delivered, they themselves accept there is no mistake on my part, and they asks me to wait and wait at the end of long waiting period they simply cancels my product.
          Iam raising this complaint out of very much disappointment form flipkart service, and i asked them to, at the first instance only not repeat this to a prepaid order and to customers especially to a flipkart plus members. But the repeated same three times to me.
          For your information, the address where to i placed is not a new one, i received many orders at that address, infact in the second order i said above, i have placed two products out of which, i received one at that address and the problem is with the other one.

            I had bought a Pixel 2 (64GB) from Flipkart in May 2018. The phone cost me Rs 35, 319 because of an ongoing discount and an exchange offer under which I gave my OnePlus 3. I was also told that using an HDFC debit or credit card will lead to a cashback of Rs 8000 which will be transferred to me in 3 months.

            The amount did not come in 3 months. I called customer care, and was told that I would have to wait until February end to get the cashback. When it didn't come in February, I called customer care again, and was told that no such cashback offer existed on the product.

              I have flipkart affiliate commission of rs. 14562 on my affiliate account since 13th february. Based on a reply from flipkart for my previous query regarding the matter (Im attaching its screenshot below), i expected the amount will be transferred to my bank account account by 28th february. But they haven't yet transferred commission to bank account. Now its 2nd march.
              My pan card and bank account details are uploaded and the same has been verified by flipkart. Then i don't why they don't give me payment.

              The problem not yet resolved. Two days ago( on March 3) a flipkart executive called me and asked whats your problem. I have said the same issue what explained above. Then he said, he is forwarding the complaint to respective department and I will receive reply within 48 hours. But not yet I haven't received any further update.

                Hi team,

                My bad that i have purchased redmi 6 (Gold, 32 gb) from flipkart, where i didn't get proper resolution for my concern.

                Clarity of image and video is totally worst, then i requested your customer care to cancel my order.

                Customer care suggested to follow troubleshoot steps to take return request still having same issue.

                After that one of technical team visited my place and took some random pics and updated to flipkart its working.

                Later i called to flipkart, again they send one more tech person, i sowed pics and videos which i have already taken. He also took some pics and sent it to himself and updated that its working.

                I am not sure why team is not taking refund or replacement when customer is unhappy.

                In this case i totally wasted money where product is defective and wasted my time to follow up with multiple people to get the update.

                Kindly find attached pics and take request for refund.

                  I bought an marq by flipkart ac from flipkart on 26th of december 2018 and the product delivered on 29th of december 2018. On the day from installing am facing multiple issues, outdoor unit very noisy my neighbours complained about it, company provided me a replacement for compressor, the other issues are indoor unit humming noise which is very loud in night times and at most time i can’t turn on the ac because it is not responding to the remote control. Now the cooling is not well and it takes 3-4 hours for the room to take 24degree cold and the compressor is not turning off after replacing compressor and the humming sound comes after only when the compressor turns on. I bought a second one of the marq ac same model for my home it didn’t have any problem. I requested for a replacement for my product they came with a fan motor and replaced it and nothing changes flipkart called me and they have nothing to do with it and tell me to contact brand “marq by flipkart”. I called them many times they didn’t doing anything

                  Customer raised complaint as from delivered product sound is coming out for the product and he was given replacement of compressor by Jeeves. But installation was done by 3rd party. Hence requested the customer contact the brand for further help closing the case.

                    I have ordered jockey underwear size m two times and then returned due to problem of size.

                      For the first time i have ordered on flipkart a sony bluetooth speaker of rs3599... After receiving i found some bass related problem and i am planning to return that... So i requested a return... On the next morning i received a mail that due to high number of returns my account has been blocked and i will never be able to login... That is permanently blocked.. And also i can't returned...
                      After that i am trying to communicate but they have given me only one answer that is due to high numbersvof returns it happened...

                              I have been a flipkart customer for many years and now going to become a flipkart plus customer. Yesterday i got a mail from flipkart citing that my account was blocked as my purchase trends shows that i have been reselling products bought from flipkart. This is totally false as majority of my order was delivered to my home address and are being used for my personal use. You can check my order history and delivered address. There might be one or two exceptions as i had brought a phone or external hdd for my friend as he didn't have a flipkart account. My all the order got cancelled citing the above reason. Rest everything in my order history was delivered to my home and are being used by me or my family. I can assure you that i have not violated any rules and kindly ask flipkart to reactivate my account as i have been a loyal flipkart customer for the last many years and continue to be like that in future.
                              I even have wallet balance of 18000 rupees which they blocked.
                              If they don't want to unblock then kindly refund the remaining balance in my bank account and i also have a refund of 6800 rupees to my bank which is also blocked.

                              Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked and also regarding the refund of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled and also informed that the seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on (26th-Feb-19). However, if the refund is not reflecting, requested customer to contact the bank with the reference number shared. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                Due to size and quality issues i rurned the product and request for refund

                                  I have ordered one prestige ss_baby_handi 1.5l induction bottom pressure cooker. Its not been even one month and the base of cooker is completely rusted. I have spent 1600 rs for this useless item only because i had a trust on flipkart and prestige. But i am highly disappointed. When i mailed to the flipkart team, they told that the return or exchange policy was only for 10days after delievery and now thay cant do anything. They only suggested to mail to prestige smart kitchen.com for further complaints. I also mailed to the given link but no one reponded.
                                  I just want to ask only one thing 'if i would have to mail to the prestige website then why would i buy anything from flipkart'. If the company can not take any responsibility even for the first one month then what is the purpose of you guys selling the items on your website.
                                  I was a regular customer on flipkart but after this experience i dont find any reason to continue my shopping through this website. I am extremely disappointed as no one is taking the responsibility.

                                    On 9th october i booked a refrigerator for 14490 rupees at 6months no cost emi and one prestige cooking set for 1349 (On 1 october). It was big billion day sale from 10th october till 14th october 2018.

                                    After that i tried to book a mobile cover for redmi 4a on those sale days because it was available at 49 rupees which is cheaper than expectation. I tried to order it but it was getting cancelled again and again without any reason. It got cancelled 4 times. Moreover i tried to book that on two addressed coz the cover was for my friend. One on my address and his address. But same cancellation issue persisted on either address.

                                    And suddenly i am unable to login to my account since 21st october. Now even though i want to payoff my emi's i am unable to pay it which is rediculous. 

                                    I complained the matter to flipkart customer care, the executive said i can't help you as you account is blacklisted. On a reply i asked for a solution because i want to pay my emi's but if i can't login i can't pay it off. So i requested to give me some alternative way to pay off my dues on time.

                                    They sent me link for paying my dues and said me to reply via email to get links for further payment each month there after.

                                    I paid the installments till January.

                                    But unfortunately the mail says that it's no longer in use. So I am unable to ask for the links to pay off further installments.

                                    So please provide me links for paying off February installment.

                                    Please arrange my call back from CHANDNI KUMARI. she is the person who was handling my case. Please arrange a call ASAP.

                                    It's been 14 days.. there's no reply from flipkart.. and as soon as my payment due date will go these people will come and charge me penalty. Such a bunch of irresponsible people.

                                      I have order nokia 6.1 plus phone from flipkart in exchange offer on 20th of feb. It was written at the time on website that if my old phone is not appropriate to exchange then i can pay the amount of my old phone and can take my new phone. The delivery was expected to come by 22nd and delivery man came to examined my old phone to exchange. He take some photos of my old phone and send his team to examine it and said he will come back in 30 mins once he got the message from his team. Since then nothing is been communicated neither by ekart or flipkart regarding my order. If my old phone was not appropriate then he should take the rest of the money and should give the new phone.
                                      After this i try to communicate to flipkart over mails and after a-lot of mail conversations flipkart agrees to send me my new phone in 4 working days on 24th (Sunday). Now its thursday and no update by flipkart. This order is been delayed 2nd time.

                                        I purchased a dell laptop from flipkart on 18/01/2019. I received the laptop on 28/02/2019. Original containt showed by the seller is windows 10 but less than one week of purchase and started showing windows expire icon continously. I complaint regarding it to customer care 6 times despite no action taken.
                                        Kindly look into my matter as fast as possible.
                                        Since my father is a farmer and he can't afford another laptop after spending such a huge amount of rs 53, 109.
