I bought lenovo k8 note phone from flipkart 22th january 2019. Within 10 days after delivery, many problem arises on this phone. The material is totally bad product, phone is suddenly switch off, and suddenly switch on after 3, to 4 hour, battary is drained very fast, and heating coming very quikly, basically many defect are present in this phone, and flikart delivered the bad and defected material. I apply the refund request within 10days, but my refund request was cancelled. At first i apply return policy for replacement at 30th january 2019, flipkart send a technician, but my problem is not solved, then again i apply refund request on 1st february 2019, then again flikart send a technician, but my problem is not solved, again and again technician harassed me, but my phone problem is not solved and flikart reject my refund request
