On 29th january 2019, i tried booking flight tickets through flipkart's (Recently launched) platform which is their tie-up with makemytrip.
Upon making the payment for the tickets, i was again redirected to the "make payment" page. The money (I. E. Rs.10, 573.00) got deducted from my bank account, but the tickets didn't get confirmed as i was redirected back to the payment page.
I immediately contacted the makemytrip (Mmt) customer care, the executive denied of receiving any payment and asked me to check with the flipkart customer care since all their payments are received through flipkart's gateway. When i first contacted the flipkart customer care, the executive just disowned the responsibility to resolve my issue and me to contact back mmt since it is a "third-party".
After chains of calls, flipkart executive assured that the transaction might have been cancelled in between the gateways and the same amount will be automatically refunded back within 72 hours.
But i haven't received the refund yet.
I even confirmed with bank which confirmed that the transaction was successfully made from my bank to the flipkart, and provided me with payment id, consumer code and bill reference information.
The bank requested me to send it a confirmation mail from the merchant if the payment is unsuccessful.
I have contacted flipkart a number times through calls and emails informing them to just send me confirmation mail o[censored]nsuccessful payment in case they haven't received any money. The executive on call assured me that i will receive a call regarding resolution of this issue, but i haven't got any call regarding the same.
Now, the flipkart is neither sending me a confirmation mail of the failed payment, nor refunding my money. They have just stopped replying to my mails.
