Here i want to register complaint that i had order redmi 6 (Black, 32gb) order no. (Od[protected] mobile of worth 8499/-rs on 26 dec2018 through sbi netbanking,

As per state bank of india transaction id successful to merchant (Flipkart) but from your side still saying payment not received.

I already registerd my complaint to national consumer helpline about flipkart and the complaint no. 1166414,

Previously raised complaint sni they clear the issue to national consumer helpine complaint no, 1149749

Please let me know about my order as bank is clear from their end.

When I talk to customer care of Flipkart they are able to see my order why you guys saying wrong here are you not able to see my order so please go through the attachment .SBI bank is saying they through the transaction to merchant successfully. That already have in national consumer help line.now Flipkart need to inform me where is my money is this any type fruad.

    I have ordered mi 32 inch tv on 16th and got it delivered by 17 and installed late evening of 17th and i was told this tv is namesake smart and no useful application comes preinstalled and we have to download the apps and install it separately and i tried doing all that but again the speakers are the worst and the colour contrast was too bad too. And i cant mirror apple phone like in other smart tvs, if these are the issues, how did flipkart created fake reviews in their website for the product? Here i wasnt to return the product on 19 feb and the customer care is trying to tell me that i have to get it only replaced with the same useless product i am dissatisfied with what is use of me receiving the same product? And the policies are stored secretly as return policy and not as replacement policy. I demand return and full refund for the fake product received from flipkart: order id:od[protected].

    Flipkart's promised return/ replacement date is 24 Feb but instead even after me notifying them that i will not be available from 26-28th, they are making the return and replacement date to 26th Feb, seriously, have never seen such a messy customer support ever

      Sir, i recently ordered vu 50 inch led tv on 13th feb 2019, at the time delivery we checked the product whether everything is ok but remote was missing at that time. So we returned the tv and they said they will replace with new tv in 2 days or else you will get refund. Today is 19th feb but still i didn't get my refund. Whenever i call flipkart they were telling that we raised the resolution so wait for 48hrs. How many 48hrs i should wait? I bought this tv on my credit card and soon billing date is going to generate. So pls make my refund as quickly as possible. Mobile. No [protected]

      Today i just called flipkart and i asked about my Refund status. They told me that they will raise a resolution for it because we don't have any information regarding refund!!. Why are you cheating us????
      One week before you told the same thing and told me to wait for 3 days and again you doing the same. If it goes like this, i surely go to consumer court and sue on your company!!

          With order id od[protected] i ordered gionee smartphone form flipkart but it creates to much of problem from the day i purchased it. I raise a refund complaint but flipkart is not taking any action regarding this nor that fraud seller who send me faulty product. I hope now strict action against them should be taken. However i raise a complaint on 4 day when it creates too much problem

            Hi,

            I bought POCO F1 on sale dated February, 9th 2019.After opening the box i found the display is having screen bleeding issue.When i contacted Flipkart customer care for the replacement they refused to replace the product and told me to get to the service centre to get the issue resolved.
            Is it not the right of the customer to get original product ? They are scamming customers by sending defective product and after they refuse to replace by saying about their terms and conditions.
            I tried to capture the images of the issue but its not getting into the images as taking the capture of display through phone is not producing good quality images.

            It was a such a shame to give bad quality product to the consumers. I need the flipkart/xiomi to act up and do the fix for the affected phones. There is lot of phone affected by this due to bad quality control.

            Flipkart/xiaomi - please fix the issues and get the replacement model.

              I have ordered and oppo k1 astral blue on 12th of feb under offers i.e buy back warranty @ rs 1 and 10% of on payment using Citibank card as according to the app the order should be delivered to me by 14th of Feb but the delivery date is extended from 14th to 16th then 16th to 17th and now 17th to 20th of Feb respectively I contacted customer care support multiple times but all I get is that I have to wait there is nothing they can do about the delay in delivery infact the app still shows 2days delivery of the same product

                My order item was confirmed by flipkart. Order id - od[protected]. But after 4 day of order confirmation it is showing cancelled by seller. It was. Shoing in stock. Then it has become out of stock.
                It was a product on offer. Means flipkart is fetching attraction of customer by showing offer. But when the order quantity necomjng high then they are thinking about their loss. So anytime they are showinv out of stock and cancelling...

                I ordered a mobile phone (Pocophone f1) for 19, 284 inr on 7th feb 2019. The order was late by 3 days and i called the customer support as it had to be delivered on the agreed date and time as it was a gift. Flipkart still delivered it late. I had an exchange phone in perfectly fine condition which was rejected by the flipkart executive. I paid the extra amount (4, 150 inr) on the spot and took the phone. On the same day i found that the screen had a bleeding issue hence i requested for immediate exchange. The flipkart technician made a visit checked the phone and told me to wait for 24 hours. Next day, they rejected the request stating that customer updated the software and issue got resolved, which is not true. I raised another replacement for which i received a message that the executive will visit and have a look. They kept calling over the weekend and i was not able to come as i dont work on weekends and i had given office address as delivery, informed the executive to come on monday at 2pm (18th feb). I received a confirmation message from the executive that they will visit on monday but the visit never happened. They cancelled the request for the second time without contacting me. I called flipkart again and scheduled a request for the 3rd time. I received a message that they would visit on 18th feb 5pm. Nobody contacted me, i was waiting for the call cancelling all my meetings. I received a message on 18th feb 7:12pm stating that they were not able to reach me and would cancel the request without even calling. A major fraud. Please help me get this complaint to the highest level as i have made 8 complaints with flipkart for a single order and nobody is taking any action.

                I had a working Flipkart account but now I'm unable to login or even reset password.

                It accepts the OTP but gives error on updating password - "unable to update new password please retry"

                I could not find any section on FK website to write to them or chat with their support. Hence dropping a complaint here

                  I have bought some toys for 3 month Baby. Flipkart website was mentioning the product as BPA free and the Selling price of the product is Rs.1500 & we are selling at Rs 300 with 80% discount. I have received the product and its showing MRP of Rs.55 & the product is not BPA free. The paint on the toys are spreading and its not BPA free. This product is much dangerous for kids & it is sold at extreme high price to original MRP.

                    I am seeing 5015 in my account. I believe what I see in my dashboard and for which I had shared the screen shot. Your program system is totally corrupted and fraud. What you are sharing is way less than what I am seeing in my dashboard.

                    Your lies can be seen from the two previous mail. In first mail you are showing Rs. 4896.68 & and in second mail you are showing Rs. 4988 as total income. How this increased in few days, even I am bared to get any income from the affiliate for the month of November and December, as no earning referral fees was allocated for November'18 and also for December'18, Jan 19, Feb 19.

                    Because of changing the minimum threshold for EFT I have to change it to Gift Voucher and no mail is sent for it as of now.

                    Looks like as cost cutting you people are trying to eat the money of people and making excuse not to pay.

                          Consecutively thrice (03) the above mentioned orders were cancelled even the payment was made online before receiving the products. The money was also kept for 15-20 days in flipcart account. Why this type economical-cum-mental harassment is caused by such a reputedp comany.                           customer has raised the issue with regards to the shipment cancelled as we have interacted with the customer
                          and escalated this issue to the team and as we have informed customer that all customers have an equal opportunity to buy the item on Flipkart, and provided the refund information hence closing the closing the case.
                          I really hate your courier services people are not responding properly i have been calling them since from 3 days but not giving proper answer due this kind of service i cancelled my orders many time. If this is the case i will never turn to flip kart again. Really disappointed

Now she is getting conned like all the other innocent people who are not that technology experts.                                   Via my flipkart account i have ordered some goods on 5th november 2018 and had made the payment using a gift voucher (Of 1000 rs value), and my paid amount was 980 rs. And have received the email confirmation of the same that 980 rs. Is paid. After one month flipkart pay later people started calling me telling that 980 rs. Is due and i have used the pay later option for payment., which is not true. I got back to the customer care people and explained them what has happened, they asked me to sent the mail copy which has the payment confirmation, and i sent them the mail. After this customer care people never contacted me. But pay later people started calling me everyday and kept on sending text messages and emails. Relentlessly i explained the situation to n number of people. Now they are threatening me with legal notice sms's and emails, i wrote an email to customer care and suddenly that email id does not exist anymore!
                                  I'm unable to contact the customer care people.
                                  Hence i don't have an option than writing a complaint now.

                                  Flipkart peolple told today over the phone, that I need to make payment of 1080/- ( 980+100 late payment fee ) first, and then after I make the payment they will add 1100/- gift voucher to my Flipkart account.
                                  But I prefer flipkart to add that gift voucher first and then allow me to make the payment via the same voucher.

                                  Customer raised a complaint stating that she made a payment from gift card but it was showing as other mode of payment used, We have interacted with the customer and informed that seller has refunded the gift voucher to customer. Hence, closing the compliant from our end.

                                    On 14.02.2019 at about 12.0 pm i received a call from a person later proved to be fraudster introducing as manger from canara bank head quarter in delhi asking for registering my canara bank atm card for which some information on atm card were required. Since, i am a widow and home maker staying alone ignorant about online frauds, acted as directed by the fraudster. Afterwards, i started receiving smss stating withdrawals from my account. One such transaction belongs to flipkart internet for an amount of rs. 24199/-, the particulars of which are given below:

                                    C. R. No. 107595.
                                    Date of incident : din 14/02/2019 time 13 hrs.
                                    Beneficiary: flipkart internet pvt [protected] in.

                                    A police complaint has been lodged with the guruvayur police station of kerala and also a complaint letter submitted to the canara branch in guruvayur, kerala where i stay and where the incident took place. Kindly do the needful to in this matter as i am a widow and poor person without any source of income and my entire balance has been lost in the fraud.

                                      Power bank can be charged by Charger itself but mobile is not charged by power bank.In below pic you can see my mobile has not been charged by flipcart power bank.
                                      I think flipcart's power bank lost its main function. please help me if any one know its solution.if anyone know this solution pleas let me know.
