I ordered this curtain rods on 6th aug'19 it was supposed to be delivered on 13th aug '19 but i haven't received yet

I ordered this curtains door on 4th aug'19 it was supposed to be delivered on 7th aug '19 but i haven't received yet

My 4 orders has been delayed i haven't got any intimation also regarding my delayed products also. I trusted flipkart but i got an output like this. Also i made an online payment now my money is stucked.
Please i would request deliver the product on time or refund my money

Calling the customer care service no. Ample times they are only saying it will get delivered on or before 15aug'19
But 15th august is national holiday so i don't think so ekart service will be functional

I hope prompt action will be taken

    Subject: complain against ekart.
    Respected sir,
    After a long passed my buy back approved and i had received sms 12th august 2019 samsung galaxy a70 to be delivered. After contracted with customer care, it has came to my notice that due to heavy rain delivery delayed but it will be delivered on 14th august 2019 positively. I also received sms and also ekart mobile no. I again received further sms that ekart rejected my delivery.
    May i know the reasons how dare ekart who can do this,? If not please lodge a complain from me and take necessary action.
    Please arrange to deliver my order within 15.08.2019 other wise i have no other alternative but to take appropriate legal steps/ consumer forum/national consumer forum for resolved.
    I have to think whether i continue with flipkar or not.

      Mi led smart tv 4a pro 123.2 from flipkart online order and installation has to done done todays i was waiting for installation guys and also called to customer care got wired response that np body know when installation will be happens. This is second time i. Facing same issue with flipkart they are always providing wrong details and commitment
      I had purchased new tv on special occasions to make my son happy and if doesn't installation its not making any worth for purchase.
      Please take this as serious consumer un-satisfaction and escalate it to flipkart management

        Flipkart has blocked my account. And giving me the reason that all the items thst i have purchased are not intended for personal use. But i have aal the items with me. I can show them all.           I ordered 2 stuffs worth 528 from flipkart via paylater on july month. The last date to pay the amount without fine was august 10 and i paid on august 10 evening. When i first payed via my atm debit card it showed card not supported "3d enrolment not supported" then i used my friend's atm debit card to pay and i paid it but during the first payment the amount 528 has been deducted from my account and from my friend's account later. I need my cash back and i was happy and a flipkat lover until this happened. Please take this issue seriously and solve this problem as early as possible.

          Promised delivery date is 9 august . But they dispatched the product to bamnoli center from my nearest hub. Flipkart customer care didn't resolved my problem.

            I cannot play game in flipkart gamezone. Whenever i play game in flipkart gamezone it starts to show a error message that 'we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions'. I started to get this error message after assessing the game zone with different accounts from same phone. I can't play, i don't know why it occurs.i like to play this.

              This is the third time I'm complaining about the same issue.

              First of all, I'm requesting you to not reply with
              " Hi,  
              We are sorry to let you know that our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. "

              Please read the issue fully and understand it before replying.

              (2nd Time) - May I Know what the trend you are talking about???
              As I already said that the mail i received saying 'bla bla bla' is not my mistake to get my account blocked.
              Hence I registered a complaint here at consumercomplaints
              But you are replying here the same 'bla bla bla' !!!

              Why Flipkart why ?
              As I was a Flipkart Plus Member.
              Is this the customer support you are giving ?

              Even the mail support is not working
              When I mail something I'll get a response saying
              "Hi,

              Sorry, the email ID [protected]@flipkart.com is no longer in use.Please visit our Help Centre here to get quick answers to your questions or to contact us."

              and when I click on the link that provided in the mail it'll ask to login and again the account is blocked...

              and can you please Elaborate the trend you are talking about please...

              (1st time) - I tried to order a gaming mouse which has an offer, but when it's in shipping stage the order was cancelled. Without notice.
              When i contacted cs they told order was cancelled by seller because of stock issue and the incident will not repeat again...

              So i tried booking the same product again after 2 days. And again the product was cancelled by seller.

              But now my account is blocked for booking the same product multiple times...

              When i contact cs, they are telling that they don't know the reason why my account is blocked and raised a request to backend team.

              But i received a mail saying "we'd like to let you know that your recent order (Od[protected] has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account."

              and I'm requesting you again to not reply with

              Even then if you want reply the same, then

              *please let me know what's the trend in my orders, and what is trend means in your perspective.

                I ordered my groceries on 2nd Aug 2019, which was to be delivered on 7th aug 2019.When I was expecting delivery on 7th august, they rescheduled my products for 11th august 2019. I raised the complaint and executive said that they are sorry for delay in delivery but it will be delivered till 11th august 2019. But on 11th august they again rescheduled it for next 7 days i.e; till 18th august 2019.
                Again i raised the complain but even tough they did not commit that it will be deliver till 18th august. So i cancelled my order today.
                Please help me, how can i go for compensation because these products(pulses, sugar, oil etc) were for daily uses and they took too long for that without informing me.

                      I used to participate in the games in flipkart gamezone. Suddenly, i could not a access the gamezone any more. I have gone through the t&c and nowhere it has been mentioned that the game should not be played using multiple accounts in a single device. If that is an expectation of flipkart, a intimation regarding the same could have helped. Instead, the access to the gamezone has been removed without any warning. I would like this situation to be resolved.

                        M/s Flipkart is not refunding my money Rs.26999 deducted on[protected] through SBI net banking while ordering Midea 1.5 Ton 3 star split AC. The order was not successful due to network problems. Details are as below.

                            @_Kalyan_K Hi Mr Kalyan Krishnamurthy. I have a major concern with Flipkart delivery system which I want to share it with you. This is the second incident with me as a customer, which I think should change. Being a customer if we order any product, some emotions or sentiments are attached with it especially when we order something to gift to our special ones that are too on some occasions like birthday, anniversary etc. On the same note, I ordered one product which was supposed to be delivered on 14th August 209 at my office address. A delivery boy called me at 6 PM on 13th August 2019 to handover the product. unfortunately, I left my office at that time and requested him to deliver me today. I ordered that product to gift my dear one which I thought will get it on 14th and will gift it on 15th August. But as of now I have not received any call from Flipkart and I called customer care executive to help me and at least tell me the hub address so that I can collect the product but he said I can not tell you the address because of security reasons and also I can't help you with that as your request has not been generated from the hub. Now you please tell me if a product can be delivered one day before the delivery data why it cant be delivered on the next day. This happened the second time with me. And what is the issue if the customer can pick up the product from the hub. I think this is a major loophole in the delivery system. Why delivery boy doesn't deliver the pending packets.

                            I hope you understand the sentiment of a customer. And request you to please improve your delivery system. Meanwhile, I am cancelling my product and will try to spread out this to my dear ones. Will stop using flipkart from now.

                              I am an affiliate marketer and my account details are as below:

                              My affiliate approved amount is 8, 185/- and it should be transferred in our account because as per their policy referral fees only be transfer when the total due will be 5000/- or more. But amount is not transferring in my account.

                              I have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated portal contact us page, but they have not replied to us.

                              They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. I am hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money.

                                I have purchased a Mobile with 10% discount from flipkart online store on 8th Aug'19 and paid an amount of Rs 7, 200/- from credit card and the product is supposed to deliver on 10th Aug'19. But as of now i have not received my mobile. On 10th I Have received a call & sms from flipkart stating "due to unforeseen issue of logistics & seller we have not delivery in time and mobile will be delivered before 15th Aug'19 1pm. And now today 14th Aug'19 i have received one more call from flipkart stating that i need to cancel the order and need to purchase the same product with out discount. How come these people cheat the consumers. Since one week they are suffering me a lot to get the mobile deliver. Kindly do needful

                                  I have ordered my order with a mobile vivo z1 pro on 8august 2019, and at that time the promosed delivery date is 10 august 2019. The delivery is delayed and that is specified after i contacting to the customer service and the list of dates that are being specified from then to me were 3 business days, 14 august, 15 august and even 19 august. I have raised a complaint that the product is emergency as i will not be availabe from 12 august.

                                  I donot know they are specifiying the product is in hyderabad and why does it take 5days to deliver in local and also telling me when i contacted i specify when i contact that address and pincode doesnot match. I have given many options i will specify a landmark deliver me there i will go get the product. Your customer service has nothing to do.

                                  What kind of service is being provided to a customer you are saying the same from 4days and cannot to anything and in ekart logistics one transaction is done twice, i donot know what is happening with my product there. There is no change is the tracker of both flipkart and ekart logistics from 3days. And now also my order tracker in flipkart shows the same expected delivery date is 10 august, 2019 which is already passed. And wow in ekart logistics the tracker is in the same position i. E in transit from 3days.

                                  This is such a worst customer service that is being provided for a customer and you flipkart people can do nothing except convincing the customer to wait. I have already faced this problem earlier and cancelled one of my orders due to much delay in the delivery. I need the solution for this problem and immediately.

                                  Provide me the contact details of the manager or any employee of the hub where my product is present available and i want to talk to them about the delay and also delivery of the product.

                                    unable to update mobile number

                                    I tried to update my mobile number in flipkart from the my profile section. I have entered the otp that i received to my mobile number as well as my registered email id. But when i try to save it, i am getting an invalid error, saying identifier is already in use. But i never registered my mobile number in flipkart as this is the first time i am registering on flipkart....

                                    I have ordered one mobile i. E vivo z1 pro (64gb) on flipkart on 8 august, 2019. The promised delivery date is 10 august, 2019 and the product is not delivered yet. The customer service i received from flipkart is not so helpful to me from the first day only. They asked me to wait for 5 long days that the product will be delivered on 15 august, 2019. For your very kind information my flipkart tracker is not updated, it still shows 10 august, 2019 and my order ekart logistics tracker is dead from 5 days with out any movement and any update and gave me information when i contacted to your team i repeat when i contacted gave information that address is wrong with out giving the product out for delivery and wishmaster going to that address or trying to contact to the customer.

                                    What kind of worst services flipkart is encouraging and today morning also they said you will receive the product and later informing me to "cancel the order" what kind of solution is this you are giving to the customer and the logistics people are not able to deliver my product forever. I do not know what is the reason and it might be any reason and it is not my mistake and why should i suffer.

                                    I am not going to cancel the order or if you want to cancel the order give me the same product with same specification with same price with what i purchased earlier. Otherwise i am not going to cancel the order very seriously. If your team cancels the order i am ready to register a complaint on flipkart and also ekart logistics for such mess created for me and i have all the proofs regarding the conversations of your team, screenshots of transactions of logistics, chat boxes and many more. This is for your kind information, please get the seriousness of the issue and deliver my product as early as possible.

                                      My exchange phone is rejected by a rude delivery guy even though it is in perfect condition and along with it i am unable to cancel my order form their portal as it is in shipped status, so cancel my order asap and refund my amount quickly.
