My flipkart account connected with my mobile no. It is connected with email and when i enters the mobile no. And password it showed me "account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it"

    my pin code is not serviceable

    I am a loyal customer of flipkart. I want to buy a hercules roadeo bicycle. I reside in chennai. When i enter my pin code and many other pin codes where my relatives reside. It still says none of the sellers ship to chennai. Please help as i really want to buy a cycle from flipkart. Thanks. Please let me know what to do or tell me if i will be able to buy it in chennai....

    I spoke to customer care person mr. Vasudevan regarding some doubt about my tv purchase. But his way of speech very arrogant & irrespective, he don't know how deal the customer and how to talk customer, his behavior hurt me a lot. This is the way you approach valuable customer? Even if customer wrong you need to explain everything in right manner that why its called customer care

      The above sms i recieved yesterday that they are delivering my order

      But the fact is it never delivered

      They themsel[censored]pdate status as there is no response from customer.

      Poor service from ekart courier people
      Not even care customer
      Behavior is pathetic

      I want sue on this issue

        I was supposed to receive this order from flipkart on19the august but i have not yet received. I kept calling them and they kept telling me 24 he's every time.
        Today they called me from rajasthan location and forcing to cancel my order.
        I want my order, a refund and compensation for this or i want to file pil against these guys. They are simply fraud

          Hi,
          I must say flipkart products are good and resonable but service is really poor... I had some experience with delivery boy... They are lazy or what... Everytime they tells me to pick my courier from their office, so why take delivery charge or say free delivery? If the product is not being delivered... These people are real lair, they tell us that they will deliver our product by tomorrow or any date they wish for but when we expect as said there comes a message, product returned customer not available... Seriously? I have been calling and requesting them to deliver my product but what reason is that?

            Pathetic service from flipkart. You people are thinking customers are toys to you. I order one home theatre but not delivered at expected time. They give false promises after that. Am available at my home but they are send a message customer is unavailable so they postponed the delivery. For the last two days so many times called but they are not give proper response. Again one person called me and told that today delivery not possible so tommarow definitely i will deliver like that. So today[protected] called that person he told today not possible we deliver tommarow. Mainly their customer care executives not at all responsible last time i called one lady attend the call she irritating me lot she's not listening what i am telling. This is how you treat the customers. Kindly do the needful.

              I have brought marq washing machine of rs 9849 from flipkart. I paid 800 cash and 9049 from my axis bank credit card. Then i have return this product because of not working properly. Then flipkart pickup my return on 16th july 2019. And my refund processed on 21st july 2019. Amount of rupees 800 credited to my bank and 9049 not credited to my credit card as per given date of 30 july 2019 by flipkart. Then i have call to flipkart on 31st july they given me transaction id and said contact to bank. Then i have contacted to bank and confirm and bank said no refund is credited to your account. And continuesly contacted to bank and talk with bank but no refund is credited then i have sent my chat record with bank to flipkart then flipkart said within 48 hrs your issue will resolved. Then after 48 hrs i call to flipkart then again they said 48 hrs. Till 19th july they said 48 hrs but no refund credited to my account, so i call again to flipkart so they said send me your credit card statement we will contact to bank and your issue will resolve within 72 hrs so i have sent all required thing. After 72 hrs i again call to flipkart on 22nd july so now again they given me date of 26th july.
              They are giving me only date from almost 1 month but no refund is credited.

                What is the point of adding an "exchange" option to a phone purchase if you are rejecting a good phone? The xiaomi note 5 pro to be exchanged with the ordered vivo z1 pro was in a perfectly good condition. The reason for rejecting it was: screen guard had a small scratch, the screen guard which we purchased and put on the phone because it wasn't provided with the phone, next you'll be asking for earphones that didn't come with the phone. After the phone passed all the required checks you still find a silly reason to reject it.

                When i spoke to their customer service executive i was led to believe that they would resolve the issue but what they did was update the status to "as per your request the seller has cancelled this product" and then when i communicated via chat they told me refund is on the way and also that they'll resolve the issue. How was that going to happen when you already cancelled the order? At the end i received a mail which said, "the seller will not be able to ship the item from this order as it has been cancelled".

                Furthermore, when they reject the phone they will update their own reasons. I didn't cancel the phone you guys did stop spoiling the online shopping experience for us.

                Has flipkart taken to scamming people now? Pay the money to get the phone because we rejected the phone you want to exchange, is that the new mantra? Scrap the exchange option if you can't afford it.

                I went through the reviews and found similar reviews on flipkart. Why spoil a good thing by providing such poor service. Added my own review to let people know what's happening. Given up on flipkart.

                  I've placed an order of redmi note 7s (Onyx black, 64 gb) (4 gb ram) on 18/08/2019, when i quarries before ordered it on flipkart site, then shown there it has two sim slot and the memory expendable 256 gb, so, i think it's like samsung which is already used by mine where as two sim slot and one separate memory card slot and i ordered it but when i received the set i observed on it's box that on this mobile i can use either two sim or one sim and one memory card. So, i cancel my order before broken it's seal of the box and sent the return request as soon as possible and after that i called them several times to know about my request and about refund my money also but they could not explain any thing clearly about it by their representative. After two days they inform me that their seller rejected the return request so they couldn't return it and refund my money back. But i don't knew who is the seller before purchased a product from flipkart because many kinds of sellers are there so it's not possible to known me who is actually sale me the product and which is his internal policies with flipkart, i only know flipkart. So, as a customer how could they harassed and mentally torched me. I want to my money back immediately through return the product as soon as possible.

                      Dear sir,
                      Till date no satisfactory reply and solution i have received from flipkart end regarding my product delivery, as i am facing lots of problem without fridge in the kitchen for the last 9 days from their promised delivery date and now their executive is suggesting me to cancel the order as a solution. Now you can well imagine my state of mind and situation. They are giving me lots of mental harassment by these way and i would like to take up this matter to highest authority and consumer forum for all inconvenience and mental harassment they have given to me.
                      Kindly help me on the above issue what best can be done to teach them lesson for fooling n ignoring their customers.

                          Redmi note 7s ordered on mon, aug 19th '19. At the time of booking delivery date mentioned as 21st aug'19. That is the reason i booked. But till 23rd also i didnt receive my product. If i cal customer care they are saying some technical issues they are facing. Due to that i travel has been postponed and i lost 3000 for tickets due to this. I suppose to give gift to my sister on the occasion of her birthday that is 22nd aug'19. Flipkart cheated me very badly and there is no response from flip-kart after several calls also. Online it is sowing out for delivery. If i cal delivery person. He is saying barcode not working, without barcode scan we cannt delivery.

                          Then why they are updating the status as out for delivery???

                          I need explanation along with my ticket charges.

                            Two months back i brought nubia red magic 3 from flipkart with 90 days buyback guarantee... Now i am trying to exchange my mobile... But flipkart not listed my mobile in exchange program not even nubia brand names also not listed. Only one month remaining to exchange... I contacted flipkart customers care to resolve problem almost one week completed.. Till now problem not resolved.
                            I never thought, such a reputed company. Giving fake buyback 90 day 90% guarantee. To increase their product sales...

                              Will never again order from flipkart.
                              Height of inconvenience to a customer.
                              I (Customer) was present at my home never rejected the product, but ekart delivery executive states that customer rejected the product 2 times on 19th and 21st august as you can track in
                              Ekart logistics - fmpp[protected]. I repeatedly called wishmaster (Delivery partner) but no one picked. I conveyed this concern to customer team who always updated me that they are updating their so-called feedback against ekart whenver i called them at least 10 times in 3-4 days time period for more than 4 hrs overall. Yesterday i got a notification like "as per customer request seller has cancelled this item" but i haven't requested to cancel this anytime. Then why it was cancelled... Will never again order from flipkart. Now i got a mail saying please order again. The question is i, as a customer don't trust flipkart anymore to go for any order. Thank you for serving your customer. If you want to know more please read the logs about the time i wasted calling you again and again for this. Attached more screenshots of you wanna refer.
                              I hope the right authorities from consumer forum find my message here and take appropriate action against flipkart.

                                  I purchased gift card on alpha sale on flipkart of 855 what they told if you purchased gift card you can easily buy mi k20 pro mobile on flash sale on flash sale i'm not able to book the mobile. 20 days before i send the gift card to my friend email he did not receive the gift card that time i make a call to customer care they told that it is not transferable from almost i'm calling customer care they are telling that with in a 24 hours you will get a refund or you will get a email indicating to pin change they are not taking serious on this they are wasted my lot of time on this when i'm chatting they are not giving reply at the last they are telling wait for 24 hours to 48 hours. First of all they are making fool for alpha sale please help us to refund my money

                                    I have placed my order for thomson 32' led tv (Thomson b9 pro 80cm (32 inch) hd ready led smart tv (32m3277 pro) on 08th jun 2019, the same as been installed by jeeves team on 09th jun 2019.

                                    Initially the tv was working fine, after 2 week display get off and power button not able to start, but i didnt take it serious and power off and on again it become normal, but it doesnt stay long. On 06th july 2019, it went to dead.
                                    Raised complaint in flipkarat cc team, some technician who visited to my place and attended the problem but still my tv was dead no display,

                                    First time, technician visit and he demand its backlight issue so he replaced nee backlight.

                                    Next day morning display get flickring and it repeat on every on time,

                                    Then another technician came and he demand its due to mother board issue, we need to order the parts from hq delhi.

                                    Finally technician came with mother board and the has replaced, initially the tv get on but some color fade, after some settings changes by technician suddently display went to black, then he said backlight get defective again, it was very surprised how come the new tv get problem with in a month and also new backlight get defective with in a week even the tv is dead condition.

                                    So its very clear the tv has some issue even after replace new backlight and mother board still its dead condition, there is a serious issue was there, so i demand not to take any more service of this tv i need replacement of quality one.

                                    Flipkart and thomson cc not taking such a serious action for replacement of my tv with quality one.

                                    All the communication has been forward to grievance officer flipkart, home grievance officer team will take necessary action.

                                    I demand to flipkart and thomson cc to replace my tv asap.

                                      Order received on 11th august and the installation was supposed to happen on 12th august. Raised multiple complaints via customer care, escalation team, social media, grievance team and the CEO escalation and team and the issue is still pending.
                                      Not even sure if the TV is in a functioning state since its boxed since the day it arrived. The TAT assured was 48 hours and now they are not replying to emails.
