I have purchased motorola one power from flipkart on 31st july 2019 same as received on 1st of august 2019, on 3rd aug 2019 i have complain about the charging issue it takes more than 3 hrs to complete the charge based on this they sent one # tech person to my place he doesn't know about the testing he simply closed the ticket again on same day i have contacted and raised the ticket again that same # only came and without testing he closed the ticket on same day night i have contacted and raised a concern about same issue still i didn't get any proper update from your side, i need a proper update from your side, kindly update as earlier. I hope i will get good response from your side.
That tech person doesn't know about anything, before closing the request they should get the update from the consumers those things they are not doing, i want proper solution kindly help me to get this issue solved.
