I have been doing shopping at least once in every month since 4-5 years but the delivery system is very pathetic and worst I must say. It depends on their moods, if they wish to deliver they deliver, if not they will ask us to come and collect the stuffs from their hub itself. We expect the order should be deliver in our address.

    Respected sir/madam,

    I purchased lee cooper casual shoes on 20th july 2019 from flipkart. The product which i received was defected. I returned the product on 21st july 2019 but return was rejected.. Then i contact flipkart customer care but no solution was provided.. Again i returned the product and again rejected (Total 3 times) …still the product is with me, no solution provide in this matter…
    Finally, they discontinued my account and the reason was given that "due to high number of return in my account" which is totally wrong.. Yes, i returned the products but flipkart delivered me wrong products (Products of the face shop company), so i have to return them, what's wrong in that...

    Then another problem is with flipkart pay later...
    Flipkart pay later is due from 10th aug 2019, but i cant login into my account (Since 1 aug 2019)…they continuously mailed me that your payment is due... Even today they mailed with 200 rs more (Total rs 2654), but still today, i cant login into my account so how can i pay that amount?

    They are now mentally torturing and harassing me...
    I want to return the said product and will pay amount except that product…
    Please look into this issue asap...

      My refund of rs 474/- has not been credited so far.
      According to your own policy you assured to pay back by 9th aug, 19.
      You have displayed 12th aug, 19 also as due date for refund. (Ref screen shot uploaded)

      Today is 17th aug, 19 & in spite of two calls to customer care cell, once in the first week of aug, 19 & then on 13th aug, 19, you have been careless in credited the amount back into my account.
      Your executives verbally said that the payment is done and advised me to check with bank.
      Before talking to customer care i have taken passbook entries and talked with confirmation of no credit. So i told the executives not to advise me to check with bank but to produce proof of credit through email or sms.
      Till today no proof of credit is produced. So this is my third interaction to recover my money & a final attempt in resolving the issue.

      If i do not get my amount before 21st aug, 19 i will file a complaint with consumer court alongwith claims. So take this matter professionally serious & act accordingly.

        I have ordered redmi note 7 pro from flipkart 3rd times. First time it get cancelled automatically same time and amount get deducted. Than i ordered 2nd time after waitng delivery time i received mesaage that my order is delayed, i ask flipkart customercare 3-4 times they told me your order is misrouted, i ask them to not cancel the product and delver it after delivery date and same has been assured by them but they cancelled my product (Reasons seller has cancelled). Again i ordered the same product 3rd time and ask flipkart to provide same offer but they refused, than i ask to deliver it on time still they aasured me but still product is delyed. One of my friend ordered same item from same location and same has been delivered. I am unable to receive my product till now. Its seems they are making fool to customers.

          Im feeling sorry to my self that i'm been suffering because of defective product received and poor resolution from flipkart.

          I'm a plus memeber and i'm feeling very disappointed to purchase products from flipkart.

          Let me explain in details.

          I placed order for vu premium android tv 43 inches on 09th aug 2019.

          I received tv on 10th aug 2019. An installation person has came on 12 aug 2019 and during tv installation it was not able switch on and further confirmed that it is a defective product by doing necessary trouble shoots and stated that he will update in his report and recommended to return or replace. Then i placed return and as it was not returnable i'm suppose to keep replacement.

          After this it was informed that a second person technician will come before 16th august through scheduler in my orders. When i approached it is maximum time we will help u on 13 or 14 aug 2019. But flipkart people were recless.

          I waited till 14 aug 2019. Still no updates, when i called jeevas it was informed there was no such communication from flipkart. It was further informed they are not able to prepone the visit. I explained him a lot and convinced to visit on 15th aug. By convincing jeevas guy has send technician on 15th aug.

          Second technician has come and confirmed this is defective product his name is mr. Kiran kumar from jeevas. His contact no. Is [protected]. He came to my place around 11:00am. Reached flipkart and said max. By 19th there will be replacement and ensure installation in 24 hours to install tv. When ever i call flipkart person with in 24 hours tech visit will be updated. How many times tech visit will happen.

          Again on today 16 aug 2019, i got tech vist rescheduled. Is my home is museum for or any research and development centre. Again today one more rescheduled visit from flipkart that tech visit will be on 17 aug 2019.

          It has been about 48 hours, there is no return approval. Committed date for return approval is on 16 th aug but today is 17 aug. I spoke to the person (I'm having recorded voice of him) who has second tech visit. He said he has updated but some times flipkart does trouble to customer when product not available. It is utter suprise to me!!!

          I approached flipkart call centre many time they are least bothered. It's better to have talented persons or ivr. I have voice recordings of them, non can solve problem. When ever i called it will be informed that wait 24 hours.

          Today even i spoken to senior person (Where call centre person not able to handle issue he transferred call to senior person), he even doesn't have sense. Please make note. Flipkart low hierarchical executives are worthy enough than listening to him and his communication skills and attitude are worst.

          As per sequence scheduler reported in flipkart site in my order, product return will be completed by 19 aug 2019. This senior person who i spoke with is informing me, flipkart team will call me by 21 aug 2019. On flipkart site it was informing product will be delivered by 19 aug but this senior person saying flipkart will approach by 21st aug for further resolution.
          I lost trust i given many services by buying from flipkart

              I have ordered sugandha ssfef 4 inch queen pu foam mattress from flipkart which has expected delivery on 24th. I tried my best to cancel my order but flipkart is not cancelling it and talks about some policy which i didn't even see while purchasing the item. I trusted flipkart and made a mistake.

Redmi note 7 pro (Neptune blue, 64 gb) ekart logistics - fmpp[protected] order no. Is od[protected]. Realme 3i (Diamond black, 32 gb) ekart logistics - fmpp[protected] order number is od[protected]. I was supposed to get delivery by 14th aug 2019 and still i haven't received my products. Ekart delivery guy rejected to accept both the mobile phones that i have kept for exchange. 1. Samsung galaxy j2 and 2. Karbonn k9 smart. There was just a slight dent on the panel of the body and rest everything was perfect on samsung galaxy j2 mobile and there was no issue in karbonn k9 smart mobile and the delivery guy was mentioning that the battery of the mobile is swollen when there was no issue of battery and battery was not swollen. The delivery guy was very rude and even his manager as well and they asked me to get an email from flipkart to accept both the mobile phones and then only they will provide me the new mobiles. I have made online payment and still i haven't received my products yet and today is 16th aug 2019. I have sent more then 10 emails for getting resolution but whenever i call to flipkart customer service they mention me everytime that i will get a call from back end team as soon as possible and latest by 16th aug 2019 before 5 pm but still i haven't heard from back end team. I have wasted my lot of time just to get these 2 mobile phones but contacting flipkart customer service and i am still not getting any resolution for it. This is making me damn frustrated now and i don't know when will i get my products. I would also like to demand for my time compensation now from flipkart that they have wasted of mine.

                        I placed and order worth ₹570/- with flipkart on 10th aug 2019 for patanjali chywanprash. My account has been debited but flipkart still shows payment pending for confirmation from the bank.
                        Today is 16th aug, the status remains the same and no one from flipkart is resolving my concern, i am fed up following up with them almost everyday with nothing resolved yet.
                        I am getting a standard that they are working on my issue. Being such a huge online shopping portal they are giving me a tough time for my money. This is about business ethics and service to the customers and unfortunately flipkart has failed on both these aspects.
                        I have chat history with flipkart where all their csa are giving me their standard jargan.
                        The only reason i ordered from flipkart as they promised to deliver it within 1 day and they even charged me ₹50/- for delivery. And i regret doing that. I should have just ordered from amazon as they mentioned 3-4 days for delivery. Now my money is also gone.. Time is wasted and i have not even recieved my order. I am furious and want this to be escalated and published in media on their incompetency and inefficiency and the added stress that they have given me for ₹570/-. I want this taken seriously and want flipkkart to compensate for all the inconveniece they have caused me.

                          I have received the product on time (14.08.2019) for the order id od[protected], next day (15.08.2019) i have received an sms from flipkart that their installation person will come on 16.08.2019 and received the same notification sms on 16th morning. As my wife is 6-month pregnant and she stays alone at home, so i decided to take leave from office for the availability.

                          I don't want to allow an unknown person at my home and my wife will also not able to arrange the other stuff for installation, like arranging the table, electric line, etc. After waiting till 11 am, i have called to flipkart for asking an update when their techincal person will come and the answer was that within 2 hours, but the executive didn't come. I have called every one hour for the update to both flipkart and ifb helpline and both of them told me that executive on the way and coming soon. (Called total 8 times)

                          At 9 pm, after launching a complain i have received a call that flipkart will fix this within 21st of august. Now i don't know how many days i need to take leave, as the flipkart lady still unable to share me the tentative date and time. For an 11000 product, i need to pay 3000 (My per day salary) + 2 complete day?? I asked to refund my money and take the product, but they still not agreed to that.

                          I also can understand that anybody can delay service for a day, maybe there a human error. But why they continuously said that our executive is coming and he is on the way??? I have wasted my complete day for this. If flipkart doesn't understand the value of customer time then i don't want to deal with such this company.

                          Either pay compensation or initiate the return process.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              I want to lodge a complaint against flipkart for non-refund of money.

                              I ordered a product "hp x1000 wired optical mouse" from flipkart on the 5th of august, amounting to rs. 240

                              Product order id - od[protected]
                              The mode of payment was through debit card.

                              Few days after the order placed, when i checked my order status no processing was done and suddenly on 11th august when i checked the status it shows me that the product is out of stock and the seller had canceled the product and wrote that the amount you have paid for this item will be refunded.

                              The status of the product description shows me that the refund is completed but i still didn't receive my money.

                              It's been more than 5 days i am waiting but still, i am not getting any response.
                              I tried calling their customer care service but none of them were connecting and responding to me as an invalid dialed number.

                              I have sent twice the complaint mail regarding this issue to flipkart concerned authorities, but still they haven't given any response.

                              As proof, i am attaching screenshots of the sms sent by them and the details/description of the product ordered on the flipkart site.

                              I request your forum to intervene and get me justice at the earliest by instructing them to give a full refund or sending the product again.

                                I have bought redmi k20 pro black 8gb ram 256gb storage. The payment mode was online paymentand it is 30999rs. After placing order successfully i haven't received any tracking number for order. I was supposed to get my order on 9th of august 2019 but i haven't received it on 9th it was delivered to me on 11th of august 2019. I opened the flipkart packaging and i noticed the box seal was already broken and when i opened it the product which was the mobile was not in that box. I have contacted to costumer care flipkart on 11th of august in between 5 to 6pm and said what happened they suggested me to wait till 23rd of august 2019 so i was waiting but i have received a message saying that my issue was rejected and seller will not be able to resolve the problem.

                                  I ordered a watch. The amount was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I called up to your customer service and he told me that due to some security reasons he is not allowed to tell me the mail id i used for the product to order.

                                  So far i know i have not used any mail id while ordering the product. I only mentioned my phone no. I also mentioned my alternative no. With the address.

                                  Your team is not at all helpfull and not at all responsive to my queries. I want my money back or else flipkart will be liable for this.

                                    I would like to share my wrost experience with flipkart pertaining to above order.

                                    We have ordered mi note 7 pro from flipkart and finally received defective item and same has been escalated and requested for replacement of item and same request got approved by flipkart team and item has been shipped.

                                    After receiving item to nearest hub ekart executive neve called me for delivery and updated information as coustmer not interested.
                                    We have again escalated issue to flipkart team and this time we have requested for refund and same has been approved.
                                    After 2 days i have received sms from ekart logistics stating item out for pickup but no one called me for pickup and i called them for pickup almost 50 in a day and they didn't answered my call and cancelled request as coustmer not interested.
                                    It has been a month process with flipkart still i haven't received any solution to m issue everytime they are raising request for refund else replacment and logistics partners cancelled the same by updating wrong information.

                                    My money was hold by flipkart since last month and they playing games with me by not refunding and not picking the for return.
                                    I have rasied many requests in twitter and coustmer care but issue not yet resolved...

                                    Requesting you please look into this else i will never mind to approach consumer court on this.

                                      I ordered samsung 6.2 kg fully automatic top load washing machine from flipkart on 7th aug 2019 it got delivered on 8th august 2019 the product defective i asked for replacement. The technician from samsung visited and without resolving the issue he is updating the flipkart that issue is resolved. And seller is rejecting my replacement request. Flipkart is not having proper system to track these things and no quality check is done. Please i want my money back from flipkart

                                      2 times return request is rejected because Samsung technician is giving fake remarks. Out of two times only one time he visited and mark it as resolved though I informed him that product is defective. I feel he is talking with seller and trying to sell this product to me so that my return time should get completed. And flipkart is not having proper tracking system to track these cheaters

                                        I have bought mobile phone redmi k20 pro black 8gb 256gb from flipkart. I was supposed to get the order delivery on 9th of august 2019 but it is delivered to me on 11th august 2019. I have opened the flipkart packaging then i have noticed that mobile box seal was broken. And when i opened it the mobile was not in that box. As this happened i have contacted to the customer care of flipkart they suggested me to wait till 23rd august your problem will be solved. So i was waiting but today i have received one messgafe from flipkart it is saying your request is cancelled so seller will not be able to resolve your problem
