Flipkart has blocked my account with mail id [protected]@gmail.com and phone no [protected].

There were flipkart pay later dues amounting to 2057 which i needed to pay but i am unable to do so as every mail/sms sent by flipkart for payment redirects me to the website/app for login and i am unable to login as mentioned above.

I have contacted flipkart customer service many times but they were unable to activate my account till date.

Flipkart continues to send me harassing mails and sms daily for me to pay the dues and i am unable to do so due to no fault of my own.
Please unblock my account so that i can pay my dues.

    Hello team
    I want to pay our flipkart paylater amount pending on 10 june 2019 month, but when i click that link they show me login unsuccessfull try another time,
    Because flipkart block our account for high return issue,
    But there is not my fault, i want to pay our due before due date but flipkart blocked our account,
    Manytimes we send mail on flipkart for that issue and also call customer care executive but there is no one resolve that issue,
    If flipkart doesnt solve this issue so why they send me sms daily for issuing legal notice,

      Recently i ordered this product (Dining table & chairs) from flipkart and after waiting for 20 days, i received a damaged product (Chair leg was broken and table had cracks).

      I tried to return the product as it had 10days replacement policy but believe me, the return option was not working in the portal and also in app. It used to display error and on enquiry with flipkart customer service, i came to know even they are also not able to raise the request. Since it didn't got resolved for 10days, i realised that flipkart purposefully doesn't allow for return since the product will be shipped from jaipur and the transport cost is around 2000rs (As confirmed by seller)

      I was promised by many flipkart customer care people/escalation team/ relation ship manager that a return request is raised from backend and they are working on it. But even after 100 phone conversation and many promised final committed date for resolutions and mail communications, i will get the same response that "team is working on that issue and it will take 24 -48hrs". Its been more than 1 month now and i am cheated for real. (Flipkart order id :od[protected]

      Buying this product is like gambling. Once you receive the damaged product, it will never get returned

        I got a registered post on 14-aug-2019. There was a letter stating that i have been chosen as lucky winner for 1 lac prize money on the occasion of there money. Along with the letter came a scratch card as per which i would be rewarded additional 10 lac rupees i. E. Total prize money of 11 lac. The requirements were to provide them with the account number, aadhar card number and sms/call on the number to provide the coupon code on scratch card.

        The sentence mentioned on the card which made me think twice was "do not contach flipkart customer care".

        I believe this is fake/fraud. Could you please look into it and confirm the same?

          I tried to place an order in flipkart. Location was and. It was asking me for payment. I paid a money through google pay upi. I paid from google pay to flipkart merchant. The amount got debited from my account. But the order is not placed on flipkrt account. Still the product is showing on my cart.. Please return that money back. Please resolve the issue. Thanks

                Good day.

                I want to raise my below concern and please advice accordingly.
                I bought a phone from flipkart under exchange programme.
                This was my 3rd time for buying my phone and every time i clarified with costomer care regarding one issue that my phone has minor scratches on the body, and they say that will be exchanged.
                But everytime delivery boy come, and say, even if you call flipkart ceo he will not take.
                I have read flipkart policy, they didnt say any thing about scratches.
                I want to make issue for this concern.
                Can you please provide proper instruction for making this issue in consumer forum against flipkart and his associate partner

                I already made complain 4 times in flipkart sir, but i never received any call or email from any of the representative of flipkart.
                They are just making fun i[censored]s.

                  M/s Flipkart has not yet refunded my money Rs.26999 even after 38 days have gone. Delaying intentionally my refund day by day.

                  This shall have adverse effect on Flipkart's Goodwill in online business.

                    Hi have place grocery order from flipkart supermarket and it was expected to delivered on 5th august. After that it got rescheduled on 8th august but i haven't received the grocery yet. I called many times to customer care number but they are not giving proper answers. One of the customer support member whose name is amen was talking so badly and shouted on me by saying he will disconnect my call. The solution he provided that after 24 hours you will get order cancel option but it is still not there. Please refund my money asap

                          Subject: complain against ekart.
                          Respected sir,
                          After a long passed my buy back approved and i had received sms 12th august 2019 samsung galaxy a70 to be delivered. After contracted with customer care, it has came to my notice that due to heavy rain delivery delayed but it will be delivered on 14th august 2019 positively. I also received sms and also ekart mobile no. I again received further sms that ekart rejected my delivery.
                          May i know the reasons how dare ekart who can do this,? If not please lodge a complain from me and take necessary action.
                          Please arrange to deliver my order within 15.08.2019 other wise i have no other alternative but to take appropriate legal steps/ consumer forum/national consumer forum for resolved.
                          I have to think whether i continue with flipkar or not.

                                I ordered 2 stuffs worth 528 from flipkart via paylater on july month. The last date to pay the amount without fine was august 10 and i paid on august 10 evening. When i first payed via my atm debit card it showed card not supported "3d enrolment not supported" then i used my friend's atm debit card to pay and i paid it but during the first payment the amount 528 has been deducted from my account and from my friend's account later. I need my cash back and i was happy and a flipkat lover until this happened. Please take this issue seriously and solve this problem as early as possible.

                                  I cannot play game in flipkart gamezone. Whenever i play game in flipkart gamezone it starts to show a error message that 'we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions'. I started to get this error message after assessing the game zone with different accounts from same phone. I can't play, i don't know why it occurs.i like to play this.

This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. "

                                    Please read the issue fully and understand it before replying.

                                    (2nd Time) - May I Know what the trend you are talking about???
                                    As I already said that the mail i received saying 'bla bla bla' is not my mistake to get my account blocked.
                                    Hence I registered a complaint here at consumercomplaints
                                    But you are replying here the same 'bla bla bla' !!!

                                    and when I click on the link that provided in the mail it'll ask to login and again the account is blocked...

                                    (1st time) - I tried to order a gaming mouse which has an offer, but when it's in shipping stage the order was cancelled. Without notice.
                                    When i contacted cs they told order was cancelled by seller because of stock issue and the incident will not repeat again...

                                    So i tried booking the same product again after 2 days. And again the product was cancelled by seller.

                                    But now my account is blocked for booking the same product multiple times...

                                    When i contact cs, they are telling that they don't know the reason why my account is blocked and raised a request to backend team.

                                    But i received a mail saying "we'd like to let you know that your recent order (Od[protected] has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account."

                                      I ordered my groceries on 2nd Aug 2019, which was to be delivered on 7th aug 2019.When I was expecting delivery on 7th august, they rescheduled my products for 11th august 2019. I raised the complaint and executive said that they are sorry for delay in delivery but it will be delivered till 11th august 2019. But on 11th august they again rescheduled it for next 7 days i.e; till 18th august 2019.
                                      Again i raised the complain but even tough they did not commit that it will be deliver till 18th august. So i cancelled my order today.
                                      Please help me, how can i go for compensation because these products(pulses, sugar, oil etc) were for daily uses and they took too long for that without informing me.

                                        I have ordered from flipkart order id OD[protected] dt 31jul19 prepaidand I was return the product ID[protected] 1 aug 19
                                        the marchant has inciated the refund will be credited by 09 aug 19 .and it was not credited to my bank.
                                        I was also contact the bank(SBI) they told me that they have no intimation of refund of my account

                                        When will. You do that, someone hacking my SBI account( they change my MPIN AND CREATE MY NEW MY BHIM ACCOUNT IN AXIS BANK UPI )'AND THEY ARE LOOT MY MONEY WHAT WILL I DO NOW PLEASE TELL ME and trying to send access codes to Flipkart account
