I am writting this email for refund of my money
On 17th july 2019 i was placing order for redmi k20 pro mobile device for payment of 30, 144 rs with debit card but when i entered otp transaction got failed so i ordered the device via cash on delivery 2nd time
Soon after i ordered the device i got a message that cash has been debited so my money got deducted and order was also not placed
I contacted flipkart they said we did not get the money so i registered the complaint after 17 days of investigation they said that the money has been recieved by merchant
Official bank statement is also attached
And message from bank that i got
This is very poor service by flipkart
No coustmer service is resolving the problem and not taking any action about that
This is huge amount of money for me and i will not let it go if you didnt respond and resolve my issue in 2 days i will file a police complaint against flipkart with official bank statement
So refund my money and resolve my issue

    I have ordered Real me 3 pro from Flipkart on 2nd August. Seller- SuperComNet. Order ID OD[protected]. It was about to deliver on Sunday 4th AUgust but i got a message that it will be delayed and delivered on 7th August. Its 8th August now and I havent received my product. There has been no updates received on transit. It has been showing received at BHIWANDI hub from past 5 days. My money has been deducted from credit card. I needed my product within 2 days. There has been no help or update from Flipkart customer care personnel.
    Please help.

      We have ordered perfect homes 4 door wardroof cupboard from flipkart website and as expected the product has been delivered to home. Flipkart team has given the installation part to third party company name jeeves and texted us that jeeves agent (Vijay kumar) will contact us for the installation of 4 door cupboard. After 3-4 days agent contacted us and took the address but post that he never turned up. We have raised a compliant against him to jeeves then vijay called us for installation schedule again he took 3-4 days to come. When he came home and unpacked the things he found that doors handle are missing so he said he will come with door handles on the next day and complete the installation which never happened so, we raised a complaint to flipkart about the same and they replaced the product which took a weeks time. We have also informed flipkart team about the jeeves agent that he never turns up for the installation so they also logged a case. We have received replacement packed uninstalled cupboard on 4-8-2019 since then agent has not come to do the installation.

      I didn't get any call on 1st day, in the next attempt, the delivery person was asking me to come to other location to collect the package. Now it is cancelled. That item is out of stock now and they are denying to help.

        Actually before three days we played games in game zone and unfortunately now we are unable to play games in gamezone on flipkart so we kindly request u to please resolve this querry as soon as possible as we are unable to play any games in game zone

          On 8th Aug @ 1310hrs i received head massagers, which i tried for first time it worked with some weird noise, second time i tried out it didn't started.

          I have order redmi k20 pro on Aug 5 2019 and promised delivery date is 8 th august. I have not received my order yet on 10 th Aug. Customer care executive told me that they have not any information why the order delayed and said your estimated delivery date is 13 th Aug you can cancel your order if you want
          Unable to login my flipkart account from any device anyway.
          Not able to login using phone number + password, email + password, phone + otp, email + otp, phone + forget password, email + forget password, from any device ie. laptop browser, mobile app, mobile browser
          always getting error
          login unsuccessful. please retry in a minute
          Same happened wit me today.
          I ordered realme x 7th by cod, yesterday a message came about prepaid transaction and i paid using pnb card.
          Money got deducted but payment was unsuccessful according to Flipkart.
          Lets see if they refund fast.

            I have placed order to buy mobile vivo z1 pro from flipkart on 18/07/19 having order i'd :- od[protected] which i suppose to get it delivered by 22/07/19.

            Since than i'm calling and writing mails to flipkart customer service every time i get new date of resolution it started from 23/07/19 to 25/07/19...28/07/19...01/08/19...02/08/19...06/08/19...07/08/19... And so on and on but no resolution

            Since 25 days passed and many efforts made so at the end after getting disappointed iam making this complaint for having order i'd :- od[protected]

            I'm very much disappointed with such delay and many failed commitments from flipkart

              Hello, This is my formal complaint regarding my new phone Redmi MI A2. I buy this phone in last week and I received phone with old operation system which is Android 8.1. I am facing an issue with heating and battery draining quickly issue. I raised a complaint regarding the replacement with Flipkart and then they ask me to uninstall, force stop 3rd party application and restart, after restarting phone they ask me to update software for system and which is not possible to do it by executive is on call so executive informed me that he will call me later. I update phone till July 2019 update. I waited for couple of days then I called again. So again that executive asking me to repeat the same thing and I denied. I ask him does he have the last call complaint details so he doesn't have that. Any how he arrange a technician to check my phone. Technician run system check an application then we waited and the process completed and he was telling me report normal. I am using phone, I m facing a problem, then how can ur system show the phone is okay. I simply asking a replacement for my phone and I don't know any argument on this or else I have to Lodge a legal complaint regarding this issue. Phone manufacture date is for Sep 2017. It means Flipkart giving us an old manufactured product. When I make a visit to MI store they have a phone with latest sotware update which is Android 9 pie. Requesting you to please replace my phone and provide me the solution. Thanks

                  I ordered a hp laptop on 16 july 2019. On the night of 26 july, the light on it's monitor turned off and didn't come back again. I tried restarting it, the laptop would start (Display light would appear) and then go off again. Only the light went off, i could see the portals opened on screen.

                  At around 1a. M. At night i lodged a complaint with flipkart. I asked for a refund but they told me that the seller doesn't send refund, only replaces the product. I agreed. He told me that hp tech will visit me by 01 august.in the evening of 1 august, i contacted flipkart and they didn't have any info. They checked and told me that due to "unforeseen circumstances" the tech failed to visit. They moved the date to 03 august. The tech failed to visit by 03 august. Meanwhile, someone from hp called my father and asked him to send the image of the bill which he would forward (Without visiting).
                  On the evening of 03 august, i contacted flipkart and told them about no tech visit. They again had no info. Someone from flipkart told me that they're ordering a replacement themselves and the new laptop will be delivered by 12 august.
                  On the afternoon of 05 august, the seller retainnet, sent a delivery boy to my house to "check" the laptop. The seller spoke to the boy over call and told him to inform us that the replacement is cancelled and asked us to file a complaint with flipkart again. We refused.
                  On the evening of 6 august, i spoke again to samol mandal from flipkart. He was absolutely clueless about the sellers action. He also informed me that on 27th july the flipkart executive had forwarded an incorrect info that the laptops was doa, leading to cancellation of replacement by the seller. Samol assured me to wait for 12 august. I insisted on getting a refund but the seller does not provide refund.
                  Around midnight i received 2 emails from flipkart telling me that the replacement has been cancelled once again and they asked me to place an order again. Meanwhile i got 2 other emails from hp claiming that the laptop has been declared as doa (Another incorrect info).

                    I ordered realme 3 pro from flipkart and it confirms my order and i also check live tracking of the order where it say order, packed, shipped and after that order will cancel from automatically from seller side and when i cal back to there executive he said order is cancelled because seller have limited products. If he have limited products then why he accept my order and if he accept my mistake then how can he say my order is shipped and will deliver on tomorrow. If order is not accepted with my name then how he can packed and shipped my order. And after calling flipkart executive they said the money will refund on 13th august and last day of sell is 12 august. I want my phone and nothing else because if they can't give phones in sell then why they show that much offers in sell.

I have amazon I can order my phone from them also but what question is that you wasted my 2days in checking all phones of flipkart with sale and then you give me happiness of 5hours by saying order is packed and ready for shipping. Then how my shipping ready order can cancel? And what will happen if I get money back on 13 August I have to pay 2300/- extra for the same order. Then who will pay that money which I don't have to pay if I buy the same product before 12. Please solve my problem because I don't want to pay extra 2300/-.
                    But sir the last day of sale is 12 August after that what is benifit for me.                         I had purchased asus 6z mobile phone with buy back guarantee and complete mobile protection on 29th june 2019 through flipkart. After the day of delivery the item is not working properly and immediately claim buy back. But it astronizing that option for buy back not shown till 30th july i regularly contracted with flipkart and at last on 6th august 2019 flipkart allow me i instantly i ordered samsung galaxy a70 in exchange with asus 6z. At the time of delivery on 7th august 2019 delivery man simply rejected my claim.
                        Please take return asus 6z with or without exchange as deem fit.

                        I had purchased asus 6z mobile phone with buy back guarantee and complete mobile protection on 29th june 2019. When i used it, i faced to much problem and immediately contracted with flipkart for buy back with other band. After passings long period i get chance for that but sorry to delivery man rejected buy back with the reasons "slide delt at charging point"though i try to understand that sim ejected pin still not out from packet.
                        My earnest request i am super zone member of flipkart please take utmost care for immediate exchange asus 6z mobile phone with any band mobile
                        Dear sir the order of asus max m2 was cancel by you repeatedly again and again when the phone is in stock and approved by you this why?

                              I have placed durafit tredmill in june 3rd 2019 and selected emi option. But it was not converted to emi. I contacted bank then they said they need merchant charge details information to convert to emi. We asked flipkart but they didnt respond. Then i contacted flipkart and requested for the same. They took 2 months and now they are saying we already sent digital request to bank and contact bank. Again i contacted bank but bank still requesting for merchant email. I am paying intreset for rs, 18000 as nobody helping me.

                                Hi,

                                I have ordered a product from flipkart but they have cancelled saying that seller observed a trend in purchase history and product is intended not for personal use so i have called and informed flipkart team that i never ordered any product again once the product is delivered
                                So can you check with seller that why he is cancelling the product.
                                They assured me for resolution.
                                But suddenly on previous sunday 4th i received an email from flipkart team that we have found the trend on your purchase so you will not be able to login on you flipkart account anymore.
                                Till the time i am chasing flipkart team for resolution but customer service person is saying that this is handled by backend team and backend people is copy pasting same resolution again and again.
                                My 2 questions:-
                                1 how can you identify a product is purchased not for personal use.
                                2 if you have observed a trend in my purchase atleast you should have been informed about it but without any prior notifications you have deactivated the account.
                                I am continuously sending email on what trend you are seeing on my purchase they are not ready to provide any information.

                                Can you please help me with this?

                                We'd like to let you know that our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

                                  I had ordered hit man ceat double blade multi colour bat i had ordered in the end of july and they said it will be delivered on 4 aug 2019 but yet is not delivered to me i thought flipkart is good to deliver products on time but i thought wrong, i am waiting from 3 to 4 days for the dilevery of my bat on my location and no any sms were send to me regarding my order it is very shamefull flipkart i does not expected this from you.

                                    I have raised 2 return request at the same time, both were for a bedsheet. Next day Wishmaster has come and asked me to give the product as per return request. I asked him to confirm whether it's for one item or two. He replied- Sir it's for 2 items so I handed over him both the item. Generally, I don't keep eye on it once it's picked up successfully because till now always I got a refund accurately except this time. Next month my Flipkart pay later statement generated and what do I see that I have been charged for the product I had returned earlier so to cross-check once, I have open my order history and it was showing your refund is canceled. I was totally shocked and started looking for help section in the app and requested to call me back by Flipkart customer care service.

                                    After 7 days of discussion, they told that the product has not been returned by you, you only returned one product as we confirmed from a delivery partner so we can't do anything here. After so much argument found that I am the victim of their mismanagement.

                                    It was during sale season so I have a gut feeling that they might have lost in between (mostly by the Wishmaster).

                                    As I wasn't provided any acknowledgment while picking up so because of so and so the reason I can't prove my point.

                                    The only lesson here for me and everyone please ask for acknowledgment slip etc so we can avoid in future.

                                    This time amount was less Rs 409 so doesn't have much impact but very bad experience and disappointed. NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM BIG GIANT LIKE FLIPKART. THERE BUSINESS MODEL HAS FLAWS AND THEY WANT CUSTOMER TO PAY FOR THAT.

                                    Please help me here still you think I can do anything.

                                      Still the merchant flipkart failed to resolve my issue against last supermart order which i placed last month on july 24th, 2019 thru flipkart mobile app.

                                      It is being a habit for flipkart for rescheduling the delivery again and again i. E. Almost 10-12 times, since the actual delivery date passed i. E. July 26th, 2019.

                                      Please take a note that it has been pending from past 16 days since i placed my order (I. E. On july 24th, 2019) with flipkart supermart & still no solution & commitment from flipkart side against this concern.

                                      I am to totally fed-up with this & no more interested to take the follow-up
                                      All the way from my side only. I really don't understand why they are doing so much delay to deliver my order to me which is prepaid from my end.

                                      Also i need compensation for this delay as i faced a lot due to this unforeseen waste of time & commitment failure from the merchant side.

                                      Looking forward to receive some resolution on this from this platform at the earliest. As i feel myself helpless this time.

                                      In-case any clarification needed from my end, please get back to me at any time.

                                      Yesterday again i.e. On August 7th, 2019, my Order (with Flipkart Supermart, Order ID OD[protected] has been rescheduled for next day i.e. August 9th, 2019 as it supposed to deliver on August 8th, 2019 i.e. today.

                                      I have the feeling that it will be rescheduled again & Flipkart Team will fail to deliver it on August 9, 2019 as well.

                                      I am very disappointed with this behaviour of doing repeat rescheduling of my order. I urge you guys to please look into this on SOS basis, as I feel helpless to resolve it at my level.

                                        Greetings!

                                        The company sells buyback policy but doesn't adheres to the terms and condition of it. I wanted to purchase a new device with buyback but the delivery boy denied the pickup of my phone because of a minor scratch, however the policy claims that the phone should be in working condition, the screen must be intact and it should switch on, IMEI no. should be valid etc. My phone adheres to all such policy but because of the delivery boys claim my pickup was denied (order I'd: OD[protected].

                                        As a response I contacted the customer support team (incident I'd: IN[protected] which was procratinated at first and ultimately my delivery was cancelled by the seller claiming that I have cancelled this order which isn't true.

                                        Now even after the cancellation, I can't find buyback option for other phone purchase. The buyback widget has been disabled by flipkart and that too for non of my fault.

                                        It has come to my notice that many other people with buyback are facing similar kind of issue and flipkart isn't taking it with seriousness. Therefore I would like you to do the needful because we as end consumer feel cheated. I am attaching few sample for reference.
