We ordered fossil 4th gen smart watch on 31.07.19 via order no. Od[protected]
This we have gifted to someone and purchased on emi through hdfc credit card. The person who has received this on 01.08.19 has not found it ok.. It's touch is not working properly and even it has no voice feature. Explained both the things properly in their return policy and requested for refund on 02.08.19
We received mail on 05th aug.19 from flipkart for they needed our written consent to lodge a complaint against dealer...

And since then, we are following up with them on daily basis.. And they are just making lame excuses, extending the things... No one giving proper answer...
Our emi has already been charged on us...

And they have not collected the product nor they have refunded...

Will take care not to purchase anything in future from flipkart.. But please help us to get out this money... We will be highly obliged for your support...

    I have paid them 14360 while the invoice is showing rs 10916 only. They have rejected the exchange but mentioned in invoice and reduced price.

    It seems that they want a brand new phone in the exchange and sell it
    In more price as re-furbished and taking the tax exemption by tweaking invoice.

    I have ordered an oppo a9 with exchange of old redmi 4a which is in good
    Condition but they refused to exchange it and said that there is a
    Small nail scratch or durt at the side of the phone. I have paid them 3300 in cash while invoice showing that they have accepted the exchange of the mobile.

      Still no revert. They call and disconnect in just one ring. And when you call back again the same story repeats.

      Do these guys have any sense of responsibility or are just pre programmed robots

      Had ordered dynore 6 sttel containers (950ml) rcd only 3 out of 6 and that also with loose lids. Hen esclated, have only been getting false hopes and promises. Its been a month and no action yet.

      Have adhered the seller policy totally

        Sir, i placed my order on date 8th august, it was al-jerg edge to edge temper glass. I received the package on date-11th august. But when i opened it, i was completely disappointed because the temper glass was completely shattered. This kind of service was not expected from flipkart, as my past experience with flipkart was very good. Kindly help me.

        After the submission of my problem next day they try to contact me, I was not able to respond. & next time they call me I was there, they asked about problems & gave me options of refund or replacement. I choose to replace it. Everything was ok . But on the delivery day the delivery person call me & asked about where to deliver, I informed him of landmark. I was waiting, But after half an hour later i received message about cancellation of my product (this was frustrating), but some how I managed to get the package.🌟🌟🌟

          I worked really hard to earn rs.5, 614 from flipkart affiliate program in august 2017 to october 2018 and about to receive payment by october to november 2018. But they are playing with me and providing false assurance by saying “please be advised that your payment will be processed this month and you will receive the payment by end of this month.”
          Four month passed not received any money. They did not respond my mail properly

          When i complain regarding this to their grievance desk, they replied “we are sorry to let you know that we are unable to find your order details using the mail "[protected]@gmail.com"
          Please write back to us from your registered email address so we can help you out.”

          I don’t know whether they pay me or not.

            Flipkart blocked my account without intimating me.. I booked many electronic items in flipkart. I dont have that invoice for that items.. Now flipkart blocked my account and iam not able get my invoices.. When product get damaged how can i claim my warranty without invoices of my products and i have 1500 coins in my account worth 3000rs.. I need to unblock my account immediately to get these all

            I purchased product's from Flipkart for my personal use and for my family members only..i dont misused my account ok..unblock my account immediately..i want my invoices of purchased product's and my earning coins to..how can i claim warranty without products invoices..are u cheating customers like this..very bad behaviour from flipkart..i dont leave this matter at all..i want my account back..so dont said silly reasons to cheating customers for ur mistake..unblock my account immediately

              I purchased mobile vivo z1pro (Sonic black, 128 gb) from flipkart delivered on 01-aug-2019. On 06-aug-2019 i made a replacement request online because mobile is overheating while talking over calls. But no one called me for replacement (Replacement id:-[protected]) and know on 11-aug-2019 i received a massage that flipkart executive unable to contact me so they are closing the replacement request. Again today (11-aug-2019) i made a replacement request in the evening and now they updated the status replacement rejected replacement id:[protected] we're sorry. We are unable to process your replace request. I need a reason from flipkart company regarding this if they have replacement policy why they do this with me. My mobile no is [protected]

              Its been 6 days my query didnt resolved either you can refund me the full amount Rs 17999 or replace the product. Phone over heating this is not software problem. This is manufacting defect. This is the last email which iam sending you after this case is not resolve i will fill a case against flipkart. I do have all the call recording and screen shot.

              Reason :- Phone over heating while talking over phone.

                The ekart wishmaster told me that my product will not be exchange due to some scratches on it. And in the terms and conditions the flipkart didn't written anything regarding scratches of the phone and the only thing was written that, the phone should have in good working condition without any dent patch or tempered or broken glass.
                And my phone is perfectly fine with some of the scratches on it and then also the wish master didn't pick my product.
                My order number is fmpp[protected].
                And flipkart is not helping me regarding the exchange.

                  I tried to order a gaming mouse which has an offer, but when it's in shipping stage the order was cancelled. Without notice.
                  When i contacted cs they told order was cancelled by seller because of stock issue and the incident will not repeat again...

                  So i tried booking the same product again after 2 days. And again the product was cancelled by seller.

                  But now my account is blocked for booking the same product multiple times...

                  When i contact cs, they are telling that they don't know the reason why my account is blocked and raised a request to backend team.

                  But i received a mail saying "we'd like to let you know that your recent order (Od[protected] has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account."

                  and when I click on the link that provided in the mail it'll ask to login and again the account is blocked...

                    Feeling very disappointed from @flipkart. Yesterday, i brought an apple macbook pro from flipkart using debit card. Today, i have received an sms and mail stating that ‘your order od[protected] has been cancelled due to limited stock availability with the seller’ and ‘your recent order od[protected] has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use’ respectively. I don't know how a single item can be cancelled for two reasons. Additionally, how they decide and on which criteria they decide that a single device purchase is not for personal use.in addition to that the item is still available at their website. As they will refund the money to my bank account on 15th aug, i am unable to purchase that again as well. I am sharing the sms and mail copy. Look this before purchasing from @flipkart.

                    I have ordered hrx sports shoes on flipcart on 1st august 2019 but delivery boy delivered the order to someone else on 5 august 2019. my order id is OD[protected].

                    I Have ordered some dresses. I chose debit card for payment. The money was debited from account but the flipkart page shows error in payment. I chose Cash on Delivery to place the order. But till now i didn't got any refund.

                    I don't know what to say to Flipkart. They don't have any consistency about their comment. On this Saturday (10.8.2019), I brought a macbook from Flipkart. Nextday (11.8.2019), they have cancelled the order stating two different reasons "your order od[protected] has been cancelled due to limited stock availability with the seller" and "your recent order od[protected] has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use" on sms and mail, respectively. After complaining about this incident on the customer care and consumer forum (here), they again call me and confirm that the seller is ready to sell this product and therefore, they request me to reorder that. As I didn't receive the cancellation amount to my bank, I request them to hold the item for me. I will reorder it as soon as I receive the money to my bank account (as per their record, I will get that on 15.8.2019). They confirm my request and also send me the communication over mail. However, next to that day (13.8.2019), I again got a mail from Flipkart stating that "the item has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account." As I told earlier, I don't know how they decide on that fact that I shall not be using the device for my personal use, I don't know. I am a student from a primer institute from India, they should think twice before giving such false allegation. I don't know the reason for the harassment. Is it that they don't want to sell their product to any customer? If it so, then they tell this thing clearly. I will covey this to my friends and my institute as well so that no one will not purchase from them.

                      I ordered mi note 7 pro from flipkart and it delivered to me on 27th july but after few days i connected earphone there's no response after that i connected 3 more different earphones but they also didn't work even the symbol of earphone is also not showing on above. Then i created return request on 5 august and talked to flipkart executive they told me your product will be picked on or before 10th august. But my request didn't approved because on the app it's showing that your request will be approved on 5th aug. Them i called them on 8th august they told me wait till 9pm one of our executive will call you back but after half an hour i received mail that your problem will be solved on 9th august before 9pm but on resolution from their side then on 10th aug i called them again they told me wait for tomorrow then again i received mail your problem will be solved before 13th august when i called them again yesterday one of there senior executive told me wait till 13th august but she didn't told me when will my order picked up she said wait after 13th then we our team will contact you no fix date provided to me when my product will be exchange and main thing why my approval request is pending from 5th august because approval date was on 5th aug and picked up date was 10th august!! They are making fool to customer and bothering the customers. Please look in the matter.

                      I lost my phone in Delhi. I had an insurance of that phone which I bought from flipkart with the insurance. So I filed a FIR online and filed a claim and they denied my FIR and rejected my claim while Delhi police told me nobody can reject that FIR.
                      I ordered product on 24 thJuly in flipkart it has to deliver the product on 26 th july still now the product is not yet delivered, now they are telling to cancel the order from your side.

I have to pay Pay later amount but unable to pay. As per them they blocked me because I return products. If products are not satisfying then why shouldn't I return. please unlock my account.

                          1. I had ordered samsung a 20 vide order no od[protected] on 08 aug 19 at flipkart in an exchange offer with samsung y phone (Imei: [protected]). The phone was to be delivered by 10 aug 19 but the delivery was delayed by one day and the boy came on 11 aug 19. My phone samsung y phone was checked by their representative and found all good but with an observation that the phone battery was not the original battery which had come with it at the time of initial purchase.
                          2.in this regard following is submitted:
                          A. Samsung y phone is a year 2011 make purchased in year 2012.
                          B. The battery was replaced in year 2016 from autharised samsung service centre.
                          C. No li-ion battery has even a shelf life of 4-5 years therefore requires periodic replacement.
                          D. The term and condition on site said that 'battery should be seated properly and should not be swollen' and the battery is well seated, not swollen or cracked or tempered in any way. Photos attached for reference
                          E. Rejecting an item for not having battery of time of initial purchase for a phone 8 years old is something like luring someone with an offer with clear intention of rejecting it at the time of delivery and recover the balance amount. This is how customers get trapped.
                          F. Flipkart customer care number was also approached and she understood my problem and non-feasibility to meeting such conditions but was helpless due to their policy constraints.
                          3. Expecting you to resolve my issue or refund my full amount at the earliest.

                          Issue NOT resolved. In fact my order has been cancelled by flipkart and money refunded. That means some people would have fallen in this type of exchange offer trap and paid the full amount at the time of delivery.

                            I ordered iphone x on 6/08/2019. My order was supposed to be delivered on 11/08/2019 but flipkart changed the date on my delivery date to 12/08/2019. I’m going out of station for a 10-15 days. I talked to customer support. Senior associate. Nobody will help me regarding this now i have to cancel my plan and stay because of the mishap flipkart and the logistic partner created and gave me fake commitment. Disappointed with the service of flipkart

                              I ordered kodak smart 32 inch tv and extended 2 year warranty and value is 10098

                              But i got faulty tv i initiate return request but they didn't responding properly on ph call as well mail

                              At the delivery time delivery boy wanted extra money.

                              I taken follow on mail as well ph call about return request status but they only told provide alternate no and delivery snapshot
                              As their demand i provided delivery snapshot

                              But still they told we must wait..

                                  I ordered few products on flipkart and they cancelled saying out of stock. I paid money for 3 out of 4 product i ordered and i get a message after few hours saying that my order is cancelled? And the money will reflect in my account in 7 to 10 days? Are they kidding me? It's a waste of my time and my money. I could have used it for my daily needs. Please take a strict action on this.

To thank you for your understanding, the seller has completed the refund of Rs.1999 in your bank account on 11 Aug 19 and it will be reflected on 22 Aug 19. Hence, we are closing this complaint from our end.

                                    Good morning!
                                    Hi myself harish and my flipkart id : [protected]. Yesterday i placed a order or realme 3 pro as i pay my advance payment also i have expected delivery on 13th aug2019. But i received cancelation msg of my order. After that when i call to customer care they could not provide any appropriate reason they said order cancel from seller end its seller policy as so on. I am very disappointment regarding this behaviour.
                                    They also said you get your refund upto 20th aug 2019.
                                    Please help me out in this matter

                                        Reference to above, this such a shameful act by the seller as well as the flipkart. Neither i am getting the order nor i have an option to cancel it. Every day the order delivery date is changed to the next day for the last one weak. I am so much frustrated now that i have no other options left other than logging an fir.
                                        Everyday i call their customer care and they do nothing. They ask me to wait for 24 hours and then again the shipping date is changed to the next day
