Hi,
I had ordered an Realme X phone from Flipkart on 9th August 2019 with exchange offer(old mobile). However the delivery guy refused to pick up my old device stating it was damaged when it was not with device being in accord to Flipkart exchange policies. Looking at the rude and illogical behaviour of delivery boy i decided to cancel the order.
The order was cancelled on 13th August for order number OD[protected].
As per Flipkart, the refund of 15799 Rs was supposed to be credited by 16th August 2019. This has not happened yet. Suprisingly Flipkart website shows refund completed without any transaction reference.
I called up Flipkart support for transaction reference of refund the representative was unable to provide transaction reference. Further he is unaware of the mode (NEFT/UPI/IMPS) by which Flipkart made this refund transaction.
How is it possible that Flipkart doesn't have transaction reference for refund of Rs.15799 if as per them it was initiated and processed?
Its really irritating to listen to the replies given of Flipkart customer care since most of them are hapless and clueless.
To add when I asked for their escalation matrix they state that they do not have any escalation matrix, everytime "cs.flipkart" is provided for escaltion when it is customer care email id and not of escalation.
The customer service is really bad and you cant track progress of any queries raised on Flipkart website. Even now Flipkart representative state issue will be resolved in 24-48 hours on phone but refuse to drop an email on that.
Is there any way of getting this expedited? It has been 3 days since Flipkart promised date of refund i.e. 16th August 2019

    I have ordered nikon d3500 from flipkart and the expected date was on 12th August 2019, but received a message saying shipment got delayed for 3 days and 2nd expected date was on 17th and again got a message saying promised delivery date is on 19th August. But No update on the product on 19th August.
    Tried calling customer care but no use. Please resolve it.

    Please deliver my product as soon as possible

      I ordered Note 7 Pro from Flipkart on 9 Aug 2019 and as per delivery schedule it was suppose to be delivered on 14th august 2019. As it was not delivered on 14th, I called customer care for enquiry and they said due to some seller end issue it was not delivered but you will get this order on 16 Aug. I agreed for 16 but phone not received, i called again and they have raised a request and forwarded the issue to technical team. Technical team replied after posting on there social media page on 19th august, they called me and said your order was placed but not processed, kindly cancel the order. I refused as its already 10 days gone and if i cancel the order i will also loose the 10â„… discount which was availed in sale period. Now i am not getting any response from Flipkart, just getting false assurance of issue resolution. My order i'd is - OD[protected].

      This was freedom sale and i made a mistake to choose flipkart.

      I haven't got any resolution except for the false promise of someone will call you in 4hrs or 8 hrs.

      I didn't received update from Flipkart on the same. This order should be delivered on 14th August.
      Now, 12 days have been passed and product not shipped yet from seller's end.

      As per last update from Flipkart agent, they are not able to reach to seller "SuperComNet" and the same seller is delivering the same product at same place (that i have kept for this order) in 2-3 days.

      Flipkart agents are doing false promises and provide us false information.

      I think they didn't had word with seller.I need all the information seller number/communication email and discussion with seller by email.

        I ordered Rakhi worth 148 and my brother got a very cheap one delivered. It's totally different from what I ordered. When I complained about it they said as per the policy I cannot return this item. They provide no resolution. Please find the attachments what I ordered and what I got.

          When i purchased oppo k1 from flipkart, i also purchased buy back guarantee. But when the time has come to redeem the buy back guarantee then there is no buy back guarantee shown in my order history. They removed it from my purchased items. Please never buy this fake trick of buy back guarantee. Flipkart only cheats with you.
          I contacted their representative they are saying that bring proof that u purchased it then we will think about it. From where i bring proof about it. Only order history is my proof and they removed it from there.

            Every products in Flipkart is showing out of stock in my pincode from 3 days back onwards. I cant't buy any products. My pincode is 683542. I don't know if it is a software problem.
            I have placed an order 7th Aug 2019 and i was supposed to get the delivery by 10th Aug.. Its almost one week and i have still not received any delivery. if this is the state then i think i will never order from this site
            I have received a refabrished iphone of 64gb, instead of 32gb new one i have ordered.

            When i have reached the team for a replacement, flipkart has rejected it.
            After trying twice and getting rejected, i am trying to get back my money or a brand new Iphone.
            Without any notification flipkart is cancelling order and giving the reason seller cancelled and the whole amount flipkart is keeping for 7 days this should not happen request to look and take action.

                My previous experience with flipkart and ekart was good but lately it has been terrible. The delivery people are not only rude but they also do not have any logical arguments if you try to explain something. The problem lies more with ekart because amazon delivery in the same location is superb.

                The tracking id in this case was fmpp[protected]. Sadly, even flipkart did not resolve the issue and decided to cancel the order without contacting me. The delivery person refused to take the phone even when the phone is perfectly fine as per terms and conditions. When i tried to argue, he behaved very rudely.

                  I have ordered redmi note 7 pro for exchange with lenovo k6 power which delivery date was 17.08.19. Today at the time of delivery (2 days delay), delivery guy denied to take my old phone (Lenovo k6 power, imei: [protected]) and talking very rude. He told that my mobile (Lenovo k6 power) got damaged.

                  But physically the mobile (Lenovo k6 power) is very good condition & fulfill all criteria of flipkart exchange policy.

                  It's my request to deploy some flipkart representative & check my phone. If any damage found beyond flipkart exchange policy, then i'll pay the full amount of my new hand set i. E 14, 999/-.

                  Still no action has been taken. Ekart already cancelled my order without my knowledge.

                  I ordered Mi LED Smart TV 4A PRO 80 cm (32) with Flipkart vide order ID D[protected], it suppose to be delivered to me on 13.08.2019 between 10 am to 4 pm. But till now it is not delivered at my residence.

                    This is with reference to my order at flipkart vide order reference od[protected]. The order was of samsung a50 mobile with exchange of old smartphone.

                    During the purchase, it was informed by flipkart that customer has to exchange any smartphone in working condition and did not specified anything else. The exchange value flipkart was giving was 500 inr however due to freedom sale flipkart gave 2000 inr extra otherwise normal exchange rate was 500 inr only.

                    Today the flipkart delivery boy rejected my old smartphone as one small nob was misplaced. The old phone (Nokia) is in working condition with no scratches and at present i am using the same phone.

                    This is simply a cheating by flipkart and proved that flipkart is here in india to make foll of poor customer and only to make money.

                    Flipkart has taken my hard earned money of 16000 inr one week back and today flipkart has rejected to deliver my new phone.

                    Indian consumer complaints forum is requested to take up with flipkart so that more poor citizens of india should not face this situation.

                    I also need justice for misleading behavior done by flipkart and want my mobile at same cost as flipkart has rejected to deliver.

                        How it is irrelevant??? I am navigating to 2GUD product from you mobile application and your executive is telling that we dont have any access on 2GUD. so my question is why you have associated with them. People have trust on flipcart hand hence we do order refurbished.

                        due to internal existing problem in phone i have placed 2 time replacement and 2 time for refund both of time they have rejected. now tell me what to do.

                        they said we follow flipcart return polices.. then again i asking you why you have given this authority to them.????

                        then accepts that you both cheating customer together with internal policy.

                        And once more you avoiding to say just 'irrelevant complaint'

                          But thats not iam hoping.. I want my flipkart account back.. I have lot of invoices in flipkart account.. Without that invoices i cant get warranty of my purchased product's.. Flipkart not replying for that issue.. They only send ur account is blocked.. Thats it.. I asked for a call from flipkart..                           From a year I'm unable to login to my account as I forgot my password, even if I give forgot password during login it says unable to process your request please try again later, so please kindly check this and help me login to my account.
                          This is a reminder complaint.
                          What is the next course of action that I should initiate now
                          While exchanging my mobile on flipkart it is showing that iemi does not match for given model but in other app like amazon and all it is not giving any issue... Today is the last day of offer i will not get discount now☹️

So i selected tata safari and he told to register the fees and than you will get the tata safari after i did he told me to give money for carying transportation of tata safari i pay 38500/-after paying of this he again told me to sent 103000/-for all india vehicle permit so you willi got the vehicle and than doubtful to pay money. Sir please verify its fake or real message.

                                I have order mcafee total security on flipkart. It was paid order. My order number was od[protected]. The order has to delivered through e-mail. It is very sad to tell that no product was sent by the company on my email. On call to customer care they said "no email is registered with company". This is total false statement. I revived the order confirmation on my email. Moreover, i checked in my profile, the email is registered there. I need this product urgently therefore i ordered ths product through e-mail delivery. I request mcafee to black list the flipkart so that they cant cheat the customer in future. My contact number is [protected]

                                  I placed an order on 11th august, 2019 for a smart led tv which goes by the brand name "marq by flipkart". I order the tv during the promotional event known as "freedom sale". I was scrolling through the electronic appliance section and found out the amazing deal on this product. I ordered this product for one of my friends and promised to get it delivered to him as a gift. Next morning, i received a confirmation call from flipkart regarding the same product. After few hours, i received a mail from flipkart (Attached) that the order has been cancelled by seller due to unforeseen error. Also, the reason mentioned on mail and application differ from each other.in return, i was provided with a rs. 2500 gift card. I have pledged the smart tv to my friend and after cancellation of the order, i feel like a fool informing my friend about the same. Can you please help me with the purchase of the tv at same rate as the order was canceled by the company? Also, the order was confirmed on email and through phone call which made my expectations higher from flipkart. Need your help to look urgently in the issue and do the needful. I personally feel these promotional event as hoax as whatever promised by the company is not delivered and we as consumers feel ashamed about it

                                  Hey sir I am customer of flipkart . A fraud call is coming from unknown number that he is saying that I have won the prize and he know all the details of my previous orders and my name and address. And his website name is www.shoppingdeal4u.com . I just want to know that how he know my name and address my details were leaked by Flipkart.
                                  I am unable to login my flipkart account. It says 'Account inactive please contact us'.
                                  Kindly resolve it soon.

                                    I placed the order on august 9, 2019 which was estimated to be delivered on august 13, 2019.
                                    It's august 19, 2019 today and apart from several customer service contact, i haven't received the order nor any resolution. The supervisors have been very rude. The order worth inr 9999, prepaid, no resolution has been given. Every time i am asked to wait by end of the day. Tracking shows package is in pune itself. It has been a long wait and helpless support received.

                                      Recently i purchased a vivo z1 pro mobile from flipkart.com. My order id is od[protected] i ordered it on 07 aug 2019 and received it on 9 aug 201 9. Right from the first day i noticed that there is a major issue with the phone speaker. Ringtone sound not clearly audible. I have reset the phone too but problem is stand still. So on same day 9 aug 2019 i filed for a replacement request. The customer care executive told me that a technician will visit my home and give approval for the replacement after verifying the device. So on 10 june 2019 the technician arrived. Now the technician was a very rude fellow, had absolutely no knowledge about mobile. Actually he was a electrician. After i showed him the problem about phone speaker, and reset the handset again and again. I said him that sound output is too low to listen, and totally dead on alarm sounds. He rudely told me that "isme speaker may kya band bajega" i told him that howz he talk like this... Then he made that issue his own prestige issue. He then took out the form, marked as "problem resolved" and then he forced me to sign it. When i refused to sign the form, he started talking rudely again and kept on saying you have to sign this, so i hesitatingly signed it and thought about complaining to flipkart later.

                                      Now comes the interesting part. A guy from flipkart called me and told me that not to worry the issue will be taken care of. Right after the call within 30 minutes i saw on my flipkart account that my replacement request was canceled because the technician denied. I asked flipkart team about this... They told me that will provide resolution till 14 aug. But no resolution till yet. Today i contact him n they simply told we can't provide resolution regarding this.

                                      Please note that this product was "f-assured" and had 10 days replacement warranty.

                                        Hello there

                                        I have placed a return request for redmi note 7s mobile phone on yesterday 17th because i am facing very much heating issues and also the phone hangs sometimes. Today morning i got a call from flipkart executive saying that a technician will visit to solve my issue and if he can't able to solve it then your product will be accept as a return and you'll get the refund.

                                        The technician visited and checked the mobile but couldn't helped me in any manner.in fact he was unaware by the problem i am facing with this phone and wasn't ready to hear me. He also said that all redmi phones comes with heating issues and nobody can do anything about it. He argued with me for a long time and wasn't ready to accept that there is any problem in my phone. But i am still facing the problem.

                                        And the most strangest thing is that my return and refund got rejected flipkart! I am very much surprised on that! How can flipkart do this to a plus member without confirming? I am seriously want this product to return but i am not getting any type of help from flipkart and it's so called return policy.

                                        Since one hour i am trying to contact the customer care but it wasn't reachable. The return is valid only till today according to flipkart website. I am stuck in between this game of flipkart and their so called technicians who doesn't know anything about technology and mobile and gives silly excuses.

                                        This is my humble request to you that please call me immediately. Call me now! Or call me half an hour later but please call me before 12 a. M. Because i seriously want to return this problem creating product.

                                        I have gone through each and every process provided by flipkart executive and also follows their guidelines then how can they made decision on their own?

                                        It is very very very unfair!

                                        Even there was an option for me to return the product and get the refund then why didn't it happened after making return request?

                                        I am very much annoyed by this unprofessional behavior.

                                        Call me as soon as possible.
