Still i have not received my order and continuously asking me to cancel the order due to unknown reason due poor services caused me mental harassment.
I called to flipkart customer care about same and registered complaint they told me will resolve issue but still they are not solved this in[protected].

after fifteen days of order they told me that your address is mismatched with pin code.
I will prove that my address is 100% correct I got post for same address with pin.
Flipkart has not checked whether given address correct or wrong they are blaming on me for wrong address.

        Hii my name is ayaj khan i have booked a split ac from flipkart after confirming that they have door step delivery they told me yes you will get home delivery but the parcel has been reached on 19/08/2019 at hub near me around 12 kilometers far the delivery person denied to deliver it at home and did a phone call to me that come and take the parcel at parcel office they are not doing their work and telling me to do very irresponsible staff kindly help me to slove this problem thankyou

            This is regarding my order id - od[protected] supplier vision star approved dt 10 aug delivery dt 11th this is fraud mistrust misleading customers would like to file criminal and comsumer case if i don't get deliver of my order which they are putting pressure for me to cancel and replace new order at new price why should anyone do that? I have missed other good festive deals because of this order they have to adequately compensate and not go about freely cheating comsumer's in this manner

              So i had ordered mi a2 of 15th august for a good discount and with an exchange of my old phone while delivery the wish master denied my phone for exchange (The phone has no scratches and is in working condition). I raised a complaint waited for 3 days after which they send a order cancelation mail to me saying that "as per my request ordered is canceled" which is fake as no request was made on my side i want to but the product and i refuse to place other order as it was a good discount in which i bought it

                I have bought mobile phone redmi k20 pro black 8gb 256gb from flipkart. Order id is d[protected] i was supposed to get the order delivery on 9th of august 2019 but it is delivered to me on 11th august 2019. I have opened the flipkart packaging then i have noticed that mobile box seal was broken. And when i opened it the mobile was not in that box. As this happened i have contacted to the customer care of flipkart they suggested me to wait till 23rd august your problem will be solved. So i was waiting but today i have received one messgafe from flipkart it is saying your request is cancelled and now they have blocked my account too this is completely fraud and miss behaving. They are directly refusing to help by blocking account. I'm attaching the mail with i have received recently saying that they are blocking my account because of high return request. And matter of the fact is i haven't initiated any return request when ever i talked to their customer care executive they have initiated the return only for this mobile order which is always rejected. And yet i haven't returned any order. Though they are saying that they blocked my flipkart account because of high return request. Strange but this is fact and this proves that they are completely denied for any help. Plz help me

                What about my money amount which I have paid before receiving the order. Have you really checked only for one order replacement request is initiated it wasn't from my side whenever I had a talk with your representative they have initiated replacement request not me.

                  Since long time i am following with flipkart for this issue.
                  And this time i am fade up with flipcart.
                  What a ridiculous service first i got a phone which is not open and little damaged then i call for replacement but suddenly i get to know that the imei no. Is also not matched.
                  It means flipkart has provided me duplicate mobile.

                  I got a mail as per my request replacement has cancelled but i don't know when i cancel my replacement.
                  Till yet i haven't received my refund amount.

                  I request you pls refund my money as soon as possible otherwise i will go to take some legal action against flipkart.

                    This mail is regarding my buyback guarantee plan for the order purchased through flipkart the order copy is enclosed I am unable to avail the benefit of it as after few days of purchase of product I had to replace the mother board of my new mobile as Airtel volte was not working in my phone the mother board after replacement the things were fine but now when I am applying for buyback it's unable to fetch the new IMEI no which was replaced at that time through authorised service centre kindly resolve my issue and guide further I already mailed the job sheet and screenshot of my new IMEI no to flipkart as asked by them but no resolution till now kindly help

                    I received the mail from flipkart for asking my job sheet and other details which I had mailed but then too there is no positive response it's like misleading the customer and when I called up customer care they are saying that we have nothing to do with it you have to contact the brand for your resolution

                    My team kindly go through the mail which I had forwarded and the copy of which I had received from your end you had asked for the job sheet and other details on the cancellation of order from your end because and without verification of the job sheet and handset details the buyback guarantee policy still exists as it's the same product which was purchased from flipkart so you can't deny the updation of any changes in handset when it covers warranty as well as buyback guarantee so please don't mislead and understand the complexity of the issue

                      Flipkart scam
                      I purchased my phone from Flipkart on 12/8/2019 . And from 15/8/2019 it starts giving me problem. It gets rebooted every after 20 to 30 minutes . It gets heated up, and battery issue so I made a return request with Flipkart and from this actual scene started . Flipkart told me that there will be a tech visit . A technician came for three minutes and did nothing except clicking picture of my phone and goan and told me he will submit the report. After that he gave a report that my problem is resolved which was a fake report and my return cancelled. Then I again requested for return and again they told me that there will be a another tech visit and after that they will make return but this time the technician haven't visited and again my return cancelled . And now Flipkart is doing nothing. I think filpkart has given me a disputed product and now they don't want to replace this .I shouldn't purchased it from Flipkart. Now I m feeling very helpless . As I have purchased the phone with approx 11000. After all this harassment now I don't want replacement, I want my money back . Please help me with issue . I think a responsible person will feel my problem and will help me .

                        I ordered Vivo Z1 pro Mobile from flipkart ( order id:OD[protected]but i received only two rin soap when i open the package. So i request to replace the product but flipkart rejects my return request two times. My money was deducted but i don't get Mobile .Even after return request rejection return page are blanked.                               Sir my flipkart account got blocked as their systems have observed a trend in my purchase history that suggests that the items i've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. I have purchased for my families and my friends because I am very good in the flash sales. It's not illegal to purchase product for my friend and family. I have purchased a mobile with complete mobile protection plan and i want to claim insurance. But i can't as i have lost my invoice and i can't found it in my email i'd. Please reactivate my account so that i can download my invoice again. All the phones i have purchased either for my friends or my family members. It's for my family and friends that's why i included flipkart complete mobile protection plan. There is a major flow in your system that's why it detects like that. I have to claim insurance so sir please don't let the system decide.

                              There is only one solution just let me log in, let me free to use my flipkart account. If you can't then i couldn't claim my insurance and i have to take legal action. I want to order few items for my personal use so i have to create a new account and need a number which I can't because it's my personal number and can't change my personal number. Please don't ask me for the order id, It is impossible to remember a order id.
                              Hope the backhand team understand the issue and don't let the computer/the system decide.

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  I have received the replacement product today, but it's not looks like new mobile box is already open condition. I couldn't accept this, i came here to get the help from your side, still am facing same kind of issues what am facing last time.

                                  This product looks like used one box also in the same condition.

                                  Last 20 days am following up with this issue, still i didn't get the solution. Kindly help me to get the solution.

                                  To receive this replacement product it takes around 1 week.

                                    I purchased mayumi premium 2 in 1 automatic toothpaste dispenser which is delivered today (19.08.2019) to me. I ordered this product on 13th august 2019. But when i opened it there was a wrong item inside the parcel. The item i delivered to me is a pizza cutter instead of mayumi premium 2 in 1 automatic toothpaste dispenser. Kindly sort this issue out as soon as possible.

                                      Flipkart has suspended my account based on the purchases i have made and assuming the purchases as non-personal. I have provided them enough information that the purchases i have made are entirely personal and without any prior notice they have suspended my account. I have tried to contact them through customer care about my cancellation of orders by seller in an inappropriate manner but still their response did not change.
