Last week i orderd redmi 7s with an exchange offer order no. Od[protected].
My old phone passed all tested by flipkart app and assured rs2200 as exchange value. And i am sure about there is no physical damage as described in exchange policy.
But when the guy came for delivery, checked my old phone and told me that cannot accept for exchange. The reason he told the phone has physical damge and shown me that of the cover of phone near headphone jack as i attached image.
Now i realized, i can only exchange my newly bought phone to another one.
So very much thanks to flipkart for the information shared.

    I amarjit account number [protected]. I discuss with u on phone many times but issue is not resolve till date. Order id:od[protected]. Style aromatherapy color protector which is not delivered till date, but in account shows product delivered whereas i received product 2. Style aromatherapy hair mask. Hair mask i ordered 500ml but i received 200ml in two bottles 100ml each. Where is 300ml?? Plz provide color protector and mask immediately, i hv already paid online for this products. Then why it is too late and not solve this issue.

      Dear @flipkart,

      May i know what the trend you are talking about???
      As i already said that the mail i received saying 'bla bla bla' is not my mistake to get my account blocked.
      Hence i registered a complaint here at consumercomplaints (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/flipkart-unable-to-login-blocked-my-account-c...
      But you are replying here the same 'bla bla bla'!!!

      Why flipkart why?
      As i was a flipkart plus member.
      Is this the customer support you are giving?

      Even the mail support is not working
      When i mail something i'll get a response saying
      "hi,

      Sorry, the email id [protected]@flipkart.com is no longer in use. Please visit our help centre here to get quick answers to your questions or to contact us."

      And when i click on the link that provided in the mail it'll ask to login and again the account is blocked...

      And can you please elaborate the trend you are talking about please...

        My Flipkart account ID is +[protected]
        I am unable to login my account.I don’t know what happened to my account. Even I tried forgot password but It shows me “you can’t update your password, please retry after a minute” . And also I have ordered one mobile phone in last week but unfortunately my order was canceled. So they told me we will refund your amount in 3 days . But till now i didn’t get my money back. So please resolve these 2 issues. I don’t know where I have to give complaint.

          Flipkart has blocked my account ([protected]) please unblock my account as no response from anyone as Im having 29490 gift card balance they cheating public blocking accounts I'm still now no call received from no one fraud company.

            Dear sir please take my cimpaint because many customers are aftectedb due to flipkart fraud delivery dates. I faced an issue from flipkart.
            I placed an order from flipkart on august 8th and while placing order, its showing delivery date is 13th august. But its not delivered by 13th august and now they changed the date to 17th august without informing me. I contacted to the customer care and they told me, delivery date not in flipkart hand but flipkart showing delivery date on flipkart app. They are not providing valid reason why my order was delayed and they are simply cut my call. They totally fooled me and i lost my time.

                    I ordered a television MarQ by Flipkart Innoview 61cm (24 inch) Full HD LED TV on 11th August. Its offer price was Rs 499. The order had been placed and I had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But on 12th August the order got automatically cancelled with an excuse that it is out of stock.                       Sir - i request you to have my apple watch with order id[protected] which i ordered on[protected] which i received on[protected] but there was no watch in the box and there was a chain inside the apple packet was open wali was the old watch that i sent to you, then i talked to apple, then the serial number was sent to us, but somewhere on[protected] someone was using it, then i gave you proof. Your kansan team checked my watch again[protected] shipped to o even the clock was not delivered to me, then called you, then sent again on your behalf on[protected], but not yet delivered. Then my account was closed on[protected] when i talked to you about why my account was closed, you are saying that you have done more back then the account has been closed but nothing like that haven't done much back then! You are requested to return the money.

                        Sir, the first thing I have not done much return, if you feel that I have made more returns, then there was a problem in it, anyway you have not done any maintenance that if you will return more then your account will be closed sir Whether to start the account or not, but the watch we did not get, you can refund it, your team has also checked that the watch is not found!

                        सर पहली बात मैं ज़्यादा return किया नहीं हूँ यदी आप को लगता है की मैं ज़्यादा रिटर्न किया हूँ तो उसमें कोई प्रोब्लम थी वैसे भी आप कही मेन्सन नहीं किए है की आप ज़्यादा रिटर्न करे गे तो आप का अकाउंट बंद कर दिया जाएगा सर आप मेरा अकाउंट चालू करे या ना करे लेकिन जो घड़ी हमें मिला ही नहीं आप उसका रीफ़ंड करे आप की टीम ने भी जाँच किया है कि घड़ी मिली नहीं है !

                            I had order for a wrangler regular fit jean on 3rd august 2019 instead of a regular fit jeans they sent skin fit jeans however product was returned and also got the money refunded however since i was really looking for jeans then i came across lee regular fit jean and i ordered the jean on 8thaug 2019 and paid money onlin3 oncee again i ordered size 38. Once again incorrect product has been delivered once again skin fit jeans have been delivered.. I guess company is thinking customer is a fool and don't know the difference.. I frustrated now and i have decided to take this matter in to social media si the other customers should also know about this..

                              I have buy jbl product from flipkart, after receiving i have faces some issue in product like call connectivity, volume touch button not working properly so that why i want to return the same product and i don't want this product anymore.

                              But flipkart is not accepting return, because i am asking for refund. As per the policy there is option for refund. I have selected that option but they have rejected my request.

                              This is very poor user experience i have ever got. If you guys cannot get your product back, don't run this site, amazon is very best site that yours.

                              And you customer care is also not having any sense that how to talk with customers. Very poor website

                                  On delivery it was as mentioned in the subject. Alongwith it a note was sent that if you don't want the product it will be returned or replaced. As it didn't match our order we sent a return reques. It's been now almost a month but return request is still not accepted.                                     I have been calling customer care from last 1 month and every day they have the same story. Your issue will be resolved in the next 48 hrs... There is an amount due in my flipkart pay later account which i want to pay but i am not able to login into my account... I am receiving calls at odd hours like in the night at 23.48 pm or in the morning at 5.30 am to pay the amount. I am ready to pay the amount but flipkart is not providing any resolution to my problem... Since the due date has gone so now they will charge extra money... I made a mistake by being a flipkart plus member and shopping from it... Please help me out, it's really bad to receive calls to pay money which i am ready to pay...

                                      Dear sir/ma'am,
                                      I have received a dell laptop charger with a wrong pin which is not compatible with my laptop. My laptop requires a charging pin of wider diameter and the charging pin description was missing in the details section hence i could not figure out the right one from the description.
                                      When i wanted to place a return request, they did not allow me as i was given only the replacement option. What will i do with the same product which is not compatible with my laptop? My money will go to waste. Kindly refund my amount or exchange the product for a compatible one. I
                                      Would have ordered it from amazon which is giving me in a much lesser amount and with an easy return policy.

                                        I was purchased women's watch on 6 aug and the delivery date was 10 aug however product was not received on time and in 13 aug i got a massage stating that your order has been cancelled and refunded, how it was cancelled without customer concern.

                                        No intimation
                                        No on time delivery

                                        My second query: i was tried to purchase another product from flipkart and delivery date was mentioned as 14 aug, after making the payment the delivery date was changed to 16 aug, so how could they changed the date
