As i have purchased 2 laptops with order
Id-od[protected] on 26 of july. And these laptops are very slow. I hve raised the complain to return or for refund because there is no 2nd ram memory slot in the system. As per the flipkart website information they mention 2 memory slot.. But stil now 20th aug i hve not got any solution did not get any call back from flipkart and they reject the refund complain
As they are providing the wrong product with wrong information. So plz help me in the this situation as i hve lost my money on it

    We are been harassed by the flipkart for the exchange phone that we have booked. The pictures that they have kept for the exchanged mobiles damages, my phone doesnt fall in those parmeters. Eventhough they are not accepting my mobiles. We are purchasing from you so want answers from you. We are not buying free mobiles from you and you are just giving us 2000 rs for our exchanges mobiles. My phone quality parameters are:
    1. No screen damage.
    2. No body damage.
    3. Little color is been taken off from the side.
    So based on this my phone is rejected. So you the flipkart wants new mobile in 2000rs from the customers. We are facing this issue the 2nd time. So please stop harassing the customers. Your schemes are useless just to harass the customers. Everytime you take money from the customers and then dont refund within the couple of days and you want new mobiles in exchange product. All this is #. No one will prefer flipkart for mobiles. If you are doing all this nonsense things for the mobiles then you might be doing in other things also. Only attract customers by giving sales and nothing else. You system is very poor.

      I ordered a syska powerbank, order number-od[protected], it was delivered same product on 20 july but due to some battery problem i created return for replacement but the replacement product which was delivered on 30 july was found that upper packet is same but product is different, so that i created return request immediately flipkart always gives date by date but not solve the problem yet. I will also wish to take legal action if they not solve this issue.

        I had signed up flipkart account with a mobile number 789093xxxx.
        The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
        Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

          I ordered groceries on flipkart in 4th august 19 at that time delivery commit date was 8th august. But they postponed for 12th of august on the date of delivery. I complained same day about delay delivery. On 12 th of august they postponed for 18th august. Again i complained the said wait till 18th of august. On 18th of august they again postponed for 24th august.in our complaint nobody taking serious. They are making fool to customer. Still am waiting for delivery. They listed my so much time

            Sir i ordered 2 canon lbp 6230dn printer through flipkart
            (Order id is od[protected] dated 25th july 2019) but i have received only one printer canon lbp 6060w (That was differ from my order).
            And 2 printer not received. (On dated 31st july 2019)
            But seller generate invoice 2 canon lbp 6230dn printer and that invoice pested on received box
            On that box quantity maintained 2 printer with amount (11600 x 2) 23200/-
            My family member jyoti nigam received that delivery and given that payment.
            When i saw that box, i had complaint immaterially to flipkart customer care.
            But my problem not resolve.
            They given only new date for resoive my issue last date was 19th august 2019. When i was ask about my issue they told sorry u request failed because u time period our.
            Sir i am very mantel harassment feel.
            I cant understand there policy whenever i asked they told all document u have provided us.
            But they cant do anything.
            Sir i cant attach the invoice to mail because file format not supported.

            on 31st july 2019 i rased my first complant to flipkart at 7.45pm on july 31st they create incident IN 1907311955053463950 message come (we have escalated your issue to the concerned team we will resolve your problem by 3Aug 8.00pm. but cant do. same day i have filed return request. the seller is currently reviewing your return request.we will get back to you with an update on this request by 12 business days. but nothing happened. on 5 august new inc generate in 1907311955053463950 mail come from flipkart your consent not received within 48hours u request failed . same process done on 7august and result same . new time given 19th august 3.30pm when i asked flipkart executive told sorry u time period over . we cant help u. u told me i have given 2 printer amount 23200/- and i got 1 printer differ that price was 9000/- this is 100% fraud and cheating with us . no seller contact with us .

            Flipkart executive never call for my issue which I maintain, only mail from their Flipkart mail [protected]@flipkart.com.they told smaller review u return request and after that mail comes u return requests failed .never ask from seller what to do.
            I am simply request seller provide my ordered printer Canon lbp 6230dn printer 2no. Or refund my money and take ther printer from my house .I have attached more images with invoice . please check it what is the blunders.

            Sir I have video when I was opened the printer box after confirmation from Flipkart executives.after this all the matter clear how can fraud done by seller with negligence from Flipkart.i can try to attaching the video file but the size of to large i[censored] can provide other option I will mail to u.i think this is most important avoidance .

              Hi. My name is sachin giri. I had ordered a realme 3 pro mobile on 9th aug. And i have cancelled that order on next day. It was a prepaid order. So it's been 10 days and i have not received any refund yet. Flipkart extend refund time every day. Every day they said that we are working on it and will call you back in 72 hours. Please look into this matter and help me out.

                I have ordered many items from flipkart, and my account suddenly says unable to login, few items which i have returned did not receive refund as well. I tried to login many times but unable to, mailed to the customer care but did not receive the response yet. Few different colour and bad quality products received. This is very bad for customers. Can you please help to reactivate my account.

                    Sir my name is kethavath kiran. I was not able to open my flipkart account in my pc and phone. I have attempted so many times and its showing login unsuccessful, please try after a minute. When i clicked forgot password its also not working. I have a gift card worth 7000 in that account.                           I have purchased Redmi Note 7 Pro - Order ID OD[protected] on 11th of Aug during freedom sale using ICICI credit card with offer 10% discount ( Rs.1064) on the product but the discount is not provided when I purchased the mobile as promised so I raised a complaint IN[protected] customer care on 13th Aug. The customer care executive who spoke to me said that I am eligible for 10% discount and I will get cashback of 1064 ( Conversation with executive was recorded). The ticket was raised and passed with the concerned team, will be resolved by 15th Aug but this is still pending even after escalating this with customer care for 9 times. I was supposed to get the product delivered by 14th Aug initially but I have to change the delivery date 4 times as the ticket is not resolved. I have called 9 times and spent around 5hrs to escalate the issue but no solution provided yet. A person by name Rakesh has called and confirmed me on Saturday 17th Aug afternoon that I am eligible for 1000 cash but can't confirm that in writing and promised to close that in 48hrs by transferring to respective team for closure but it is more than 48hrs now but no response even after multiple followups today asking for response. I now understand all teams are fraud passing on time without any resolution.

                          In case if the mobile is delivered to me, if I don't get the discount I will not be able to return the mobile as per T&C until there is an issue with product functionality. Now I have changed the date from 15th to 16th Aug, 16th to 17th Aug and now from 17th to 21st Aug. I will cancel the order if the ticket is not resolved by your team by tomorrow evening. Hope you understand the problem and provide resolution at earliest. I am not at all happy and frustrated with the way the ticket is handled.

                          Please find the recorded conversation with flipkart executive. Executive has clearly told that I am eligible for a discount of 1064 but still they are not resolving my issue.

                                I am getting 4th time a different delivery date, may I know what's the trouble that you are getting in delivering just a mobile for which the promise date was 11th August.Is it really a big deal?? I was never expecting such poor service from a big company like urs, this is very disappointing me.I will make sure that I will give negative feedback for this as this is very frustrating for me.After wasting half an hour over a phone call still there is no action taken by your team this is not acceptable.I want my order to be delivered today..but today also I had called to customer care but that stupid and useless fellow told me to cancel this order as flipkart is not able to trace the order status, nit able to trace model... this is all failure of flipkart management team .they are just doing time pass with customers

                                  I place an order Xiaomi note 7 pro worth 13, 999/- on 08/08/2019 via payment online (through debit card) and cancelled this order on same date. But my refund amount not received yet even i lodged complaint many and many times in flipkart customer care and sbi customer care.

                                  My humble request is that my amount may please be refunded as early as possible. It is also submitted that i serving in force and i have no much time to talk or complaint in customer care.

                                  Please short out my problem as earliest based. I shall obliged for your kind job.

                                    Hi all, on 8th of august 2019, i have ordered a i phone 6s from 2gud via flip cart. Phone has many issue and 2gud are not able to refund the phone, i have contact to flipcart, then they are saying we are not responsible for 2gud product and their policy.

                                    I have purchased phone due to faith of flipcart service and flipcart application now i am felling like they have cheated me and flipcart also helping me.

                                    I am navigating to 2gud product from you mobile application and your executive is telling that we dont have any access on 2gud. So my question is why you have associated with them. People have trust on flipcart hand hence we do order refurbished.

                                    Due to internal existing problem in phone i have placed 2 time replacement and 2 time for refund both of time they have rejected. Now tell me what to do.

                                    They said we follow flipcart return polices.. Then again i asking you why you have given this authority to them.???

                                    I have ordered realmi 3i and pay online but before the delivery i have canceled it but yet not received my money back into the account they say that refunded my money but i have still not received in my bank account

                                      I am very much dissatisfied with the service provided by flipkart.
                                      Flipkart don't respects value of customer time and money. I booked a mobile in flipkart with exchange of my old phone. At the time of delivery, delivery agent denied to accept my old phone because it has minor scratch.
                                      Then i raised complaint in flipkart cc and sent snaps of my phone to them and they said we will tell that hub manager to accept. I don't know after 2 days my order got cancelled and reason for cancellation is customer not available for delivery. Now i wont get it for that amount. I wasted my 15 days for trusting flipkart and my money also stucked for 15 days. Are they going to give any compensation for this unethical behavior?

                                      I ordered Vivo Z1 Pro from flipkart on 10 Aug 2019 at 11:58pm with offers available. I made payment and amount deducted from my a/c but my order was not placed. I was not able to see my product in my order section. Next morning i received a sms from flipkart we could not completed your order.
                                      Order grocery on 3rd Aug expected delivery was on 7th Aug between 4pm to 8:30pm Delivery boy called at 10:40pm. they reschedule it for 8th Aug at 5pm on 8th Aug they reschedule it for 13th Aug, . this is totally fooling your customers. Order ID: OD[protected]

                                        I bought a refurbished iPhone 6 from 2gud.com via Flipkart. It's was delivered screen damaged, so I requested a replacement. Again I got another damaged iPhone 6 as a replacement. Now I can't find return or replacement option. I tried to contact customer care, but failed every time. Once they contacted me via a phone call, but without any notice they disconnected within 10-15 sec. They are not replying to my mails too. My account is linked to mail id.
